While working with a client from New Zealand last week, a question was posed to me as to the method to go about switching consciousness. Immediately one of my Master Guides who works with me in each session began to speak clearly about how to effectively and sustainably switch consciousness.

In the moment I wanted to write it all down but my focus had to stay on holding myself open for the information to come through, and helping her make the shift.

Afterward however, I sat in meditation asking for further clarity about effectively switching consciousness, so we can stop playing ping-pong with our mental minds and stop dodging bullets from other sources causing mental manipulation. I began to receive downloads that day and every day since!

Below I will begin to share some (more later) of the information given to me, and then unfold one of the powerful 5 step techniques.

Humanity's future depends upon getting completely out of the 3D Matrix by switching out of a mortally skewed, scattered, unenlightened, and limited consciousness about everything (particularly about ourselves and money, I was told) into God Consciousness or unconditioned consciousness, regardless of the world external, what we've been told, or what we tell ourselves that is not the Truth about our current conditions. And, we are to do so deftly and consistently if we are to experience true ascension and stay immune from the "not so Light" intrusions and manipulations that are being dropped like bombs into the mental mind. (Not much time left to keep playing on the periphery.)

It was expressed to me repeatedly that Ascension cannot be attained until we meet God in our unconditioned consciousness. God exists, in our unconditioned consciousness. God delivers, in our unconditioned consciousness. And, through an unconditioned consciousness we find freedom from current unwanted realities and actual relationship with the desired ones.

One may ask the question, how is it possible for a conditioned mind to change into an unconditioned one after decades of conditioning? Simply put, the mind, as you well know, changes anytime one gives it orders to. That is The Law of Reversibility in action, whereby a new psychological state introduced by us to the subconscious mind, over a specific period of time produces a new physical fact.

Now we need to use this law to our advantage, learning how to stay fastened to our higher minds and our deepest desires, uninterrupted long enough to stabilize our internal state and produce a new outer state, particularly as the obvious wild external and internal frenzy continues and more and more demands are being placed on us to live way out of our former comfort zones.

We have to find new comforts, and we can. We have to stabilize our minds, and we can. We have to come back into balance, and we can. And, we have to use the laws and the tools God gave us to rise above the times we are facing. A plan of action is required, and the 5 steps below will give you a jump-start.

What is being strongly implied is that now, not later, we must take the workings of creation and of reality into our own hands by learning how to switch into sustained higher consciousness - if we are to know for ourselves the true secret of life.

I am asked to impart the urgency and methods to do so in order that you, me, US...are living in a resurrected state of consciousness during the most historic and demanding times of our human lives. Bless our hearts, I have no idea how we will make it through otherwise, which is why we are being advised strongly to use ourselves and Universal Law properly now. It will be our saving grace.

Switching consciousness is a skill required for ascension.

It's important to understand that consciousness has a dual nature, as it includes the subconscious mind, though it is of One accord. The subconscious mind is bound by Universal design and law to be the conductor that turns whatever it is fed by the conscious mind into reality. It is both impartial and incapable of discerning whether what it has been fed is good for the states of our life or not. It simply does its job of objectifying or solidifying all things in our lives in accordance with our or beliefs and assumptions. We must learn how to feed it properly.

Through the alchemical power of choosing any idea or state one wishes to attain, then imagining and feeling (impregnating) it over a specific period of time into the subconscious mind, followed by entering into a Sabbath or rest period, one will then have control over their creation, one piece at a time.

Shifting consciousness takes six days, with the seventh day being a day of rest. During this time, consciousness assumes things that are not yet seen, as though they were. This technique must be precise, for if it is not, you will have to begin again.

 
5 Steps To Switching Consciousness
(You may want to print this part out.)

Step 1. Accept as so, that you are the architect of your world. Accept as so, that as of this day you are willing to let your consciousness assume 'a state,' that is not yet so. As of this day you are building your world anew, with the consciousness of a God, not a victim held captive by anything currently suggested by outer appearances.

Step 2. Name and clearly define your desired state in writing. Define your desired state with care and heart, not mind and ego. Do not seek to assume a state to fix what you perceive to be broken. Nothing is broken. Remember you are crafting your resurrected state with the consciousness of a God. Nothing needs fixing. Consciousness simply needs to be switched.

Step 3. Now you must mystically marry the desired state. You are asked here to be in a definite and deeply felt state of assumed unconditioned consciousness.

Make a vow of acceptance to the state you have claimed. Close your eyes and take three slow and steady breaths into the center of your heart. Breathe out all tension.

Next, breathe in the feeling of your married state. Breathe out a sigh of relief. Breathe in the feeling of your desired state realized. Breathe out a sigh of relief. Breathe in the feeling of freedom, accepting this state as realized. Breathe out a sigh of relief. Finally breathe in a feeling of deep gratitude. Breathe out a sigh of peace.

With this step you are binding yourself in a vibrant, warm, alive state of feeling to your desired state. Take this marriage seriously and joyfully. Assume the attitude of a glorious lover bound to its partner. Doing so impregnates (impresses) the subconscious, the conductor and expresser of all conscious thought. Impressions cannot be made without sincere feeling. Be sure you feel your connection before moving forward.

Step 4. (The tricky part.) You are to hold this definite and deeply felt state of consciousness for six full days without ever once questioning how your desired state can or will be made manifest. This is the deepest meaning of surrender and faith. Each day you are diminishing the power of conditioned consciousness. Each day you are taking back more of your authentic power. Each day more of the switch in consciousness will be realized. Each day your are coming closer to the state in which God can deliver, unhindered by grace, in magical ways. Soon your mind will become your servant, rather than the reverse.

Step 5. On the seventh day, the Sabbath, rest and be still in order that your desired state can incubate. This day is as important as each day that preceded it. Don't lose the feeling, and please don't use this day to probe into anything. Simply be in the feeling of, "it is done, and so be it." Rest.

If you have been precise and diligent, you will witness a new world emerge for you, a world that you recognize you have control over. You will have made a sustainable psychological and spiritual adjustment. You will know the way to switch into God consciousness, regain your power, your dignity, and your freedom.

In closing, this is not a task that can be taken lightly or sporadically or it will not work. Once you use this formula as suggested, you will know that your capacities are infinite. This formula works. It is not magic. It is simply in accordance with Universal Law. Please do not stop using this formula until you have completely switched consciousness in every area of your life. Don't forget to upgrade the consciousness you hold about yourself, as this is THE most important one.

Other than a few remembered dreams, our night-time slumbers seem to be one big twilight zone of consciousness where nothing much happens at all.

Nothing could be further from the truth!

A curtain of forgetfulness is drawn across our consciousness each time we awake from sleep. What really happens at night is actually more vivid, more alive, and more real than anything that happens during the day in the physical world.

At night, we travel in a more subtle world than the physical one. Human consciousness has many 'bodies,' or shells of consciousness, each of which functions at a different level of awareness. The more dense bodies used by each human being are the physical body, its etheric energy counterpart, and the astral or spirit body. The less dense ones begin with the soul 'body,' which is a nonphysical field of consciousness that exists beyond the limitations of time and space, and then go on up the frequency scale of consciousness from there.

To understand where these bodies fit into the grand scale of universal consciousness, realize that there are 12 density layers of consciousness. Some people refer to the different density layers as 'dimensions.' As physical beings today, we exist in third density and are in the process of transitioning into fourth density. Fourth density has been traditionally the home of the spirit realms. It still will be after The Shift to higher consciousness has been completed, but the spirit realms will move up to higher sub-layers within fourth density as the physical realm moves in.

The spirit realms are referred to in the plural as there are many sub-layers of consciousness within fourth density. The spirit or astral realms are also known as the afterlife. They vary from the lower astral realms, through the highly-populated middle realms, and on into the higher astral realms or heavens.

When you eventually pass on from the physical realm, as we all do eventually, you will find yourself located in the exact spirit realm that corresponds to your normal frequency of consciousness. If you have strong issues to resolve, they will hold you back a little until you have worked through them by a process of integration. The whole experience of the afterlife is dedicated to the integration of whatever issues of separation were generated during a person's physical lifetime.

If they became polarized against a particular person, i.e. grew to hate them, then they will learn to see the situation from a higher perspective and heal that issue of separation through the forgiveness of themselves and the other person. Then, as the healing of any issues occurs, they rise higher in consciousness within the spirit world.

The mentality of 3D (the third density physical world) is SEPARATIVE in nature and 4D (the fourth density spirit world) is INTEGRATIVE, or healing, in nature. 3D resonates to the human solar plexus energy center, with its mental development and its competitive nature, while 4D resonates to the heart.

The higher aspect of heart consciousness is the first stage of spiritual awareness. It is here that, as a principle, the good of the many is recognized as being more important than immediate benefits to the self. This leads to a sense of service where the person wants to help ensure that the best is available to everyone.

This is the foundation of a society which is supportive rather than competitive. In such a society there really is more for everyone; much more, because the energy that was spent in competition against others is now funnelled into productive work.

At night, when you leave the awareness of your physical body behind, it is not because your brain has shut down for the night. It is because your attention has shifted into your spirit body. Your spirit body rises out of your physical body and prepares to begin your nocturnal adventures.

Because the spirit world is where the population of the afterlife lives, you often meet friends and relatives there who have passed on from the physical world. Nighttime can be a wonderful time of reunion with such dear friends, so it's well worth making the effort to increase your dream recall ability.

Your spirit body naturally resonates to the spirit world. Once freed from the physical shell each night as your physical body falls asleep, it will normally move upwards from the physical third-density world towards the light of the fourth-density spirit world. Upon arrival, you will notice extra light everywhere: It fills the air and it radiates outwards from solid objects. This is because material in the spirit realms is made of etheric energy, which is a higher energy than the electric energy that forms physical matter.

The air in the spirit world is filled with etheric energy, ready to be drawn into some useful form by the intent of any individual. People in the afterlife can build a new home just as fast as they can visualize every part of it. It will stay in existence as long as they pay it occasional attention. If they want a little variety in the appearance of their new home, they can even redecorate it every day! If they leave and move elsewhere, the house will slowly dissolve, over a period of months, back into the atmosphere as etheric energy.

The fact that people who live in the spirit realms create homes does not exclude you, the temporary night-time visitor, from doing the same. In fact, having a private retreat somewhere in the spirit world is a wonderful help in recovering from the stresses of daytime physical living. There is plenty of space in the spirit world for you to find a quiet, private location for your retreat.

One of the curious properties of the spirit world is that you can actually create your own space, fill it with objects of your own design, and it will be something that no one else would perceive unless they tuned into your thought pattern as the creator of that scene. It can even be large enough to include your own idea of an ocean scene with a perfect, setting sun. It won't be the actual Sun; it'll just be your own, private, artistic creation built for your own enjoyment, and it will last for as long as you pay occasional attention to it.

The spirit or astral body is quasi-physical. This means that, while it is subtle and etheric compared to the physical body, it is still solid in its own environment. In the spirit realms of 4D, matter is composed of etheric energy and is solid to the touch. If you bump into another spirit or astral body on your travels, they will seem solid, just like bumping into another person in the physical world.

The fact that spirit matter is less dense than physical matter gives you a lot more freedom of movement. You can meet a friend halfway around the world in one or two seconds of travel time just by projecting your spirit body to that new location. You tune into that person and, wherever they are, mentally project, and you will appear at that location.

A simple intention is all it takes to decide what each night's adventure can be. Then, upon awakening, you're halfway to remembering what happened.

So far, we have examined the possibilities for nocturnal adventures where you can:

1. Visit friends and relatives who have either passed on or, just like you, are temporarily out-of-body for the night.

2. Notice how the 4D air is full of energy and materialize solid objects either just for fun or for artistic development.

3. Find a piece of land away from it all and build a small retreat there.

4. Decide who or where to visit in a distant location, gather your intent, and project there instantly.

The challenge is to remember such adventures. Intent is the key. Tell yourself,

"Tonight, I intend to (have this adventure) and I will remember it upon awakening."

Keep a notebook and pen right beside your bed and some source of light (even a flashlight will do.) Get in the habit of recalling dreams as soon as you awake and writing down everything you can. You've just returned from another world to a brain that's had the night off, so those memories will begin to fade fast as soon as you wake up. Seconds count in writing down those dream details.

Realize that the immediate dreamstate is shallow compared to full immersion in the spirit world. The easiest dreams to recall are the ones that occur when you are almost ready to wake up. They are typically dramatic scenes filled with symbols that help you consolidate the stresses that you have felt in previous days. The key to understanding them is to ask what each symbol means to you emotionally. Then, you'll understand the stress that was being worked out in the dream, or the message that your inner being was bringing to the surface for your attention.

As you become more practiced in dream recall, you will soon reach beyond the initial dreamstate and remember the deeper, real-life experiences that you have each night in the spirit world.

The good news is that today, due to ongoing effect of The Shift, the veil is thinning between the 3D physical world and the 4D spirit world. As each year passes, people are remembering more and more upon awakening. You may sometimes find yourself between wakefulness and sleep and you are really not sure which state you are in. Today, this is quite common due to the thinning of the veil. As The Shift continues, physical matter will move fully into 4D, there will be no veil and full recall will be easy.

Members of the highest council that designed the master plan of Earth’s Golden Age have been observing the pace of flux in the collective consciousness, and they have agreed that the day is nearing when the presence of your celestial brotherhood must become widely known. There are “open windows,” universally speaking, that offer the leaps in consciousness and spiritual clarity that enable a civilization to ascend into a higher density. These windows have opened for Earth’s peoples before, but they closed because the darkness that permeated the planet prevented the peoples from looking up at the stars instead of down at “feet of clay.” This is the time of another open window, and as ordained by the Supreme Being of this universe, Earth will fly through on her way into the higher densities where love, peace and harmony is the basis of life. In her love for all her resident souls, she wants them to go with her.

Measured progress is necessary to meet the energetic timeline of any open window, and much must be accomplished before this one closes around the end of your year 2012. Again, Earth’s soaring through and onward to her destination in fifth density is assured—it is up to individual souls to chart their own journey. The tenacious resistance of the dark minds among you has managed to keep a lid on the massive deception that has kept the peoples in bondage for millennia. The dark forces knows it has lost the war for global domination, but its battle continues for individuals who have not heeded their souls’ intuitive messages to “see the light.” The current strategy of the puppets of darkness is to stir up anger, confusion and divisiveness—the antithesis of the spirit that can see and seize opportunities for benevolent change—and even as tiny bits of pervasive corruption and depravity seep into headlines, a great deal still is operating to keep the masses deceived, suppressed and consciously asleep. 

Because that is not in keeping with Earth’s desire for her beloved souls, the master planning council in conjunction with spiritually evolved beings among you decided to reverse the order of two major parts of the plan. Originally it was thought that exposure of the dark ones’ controlling hand in myriad worldly matters would arouse the sleepers and then there would be the revelation that newcomers from distant lands have come to help you clean up the mess your world is in. But awakening of the masses isn’t happening as quickly as need be and time is of the essence, so it has been agreed to jolt the many sound sleepers with something that cannot miss getting everyone’s attention—your governments acknowledging that other intelligent beings are in the universe.    

According to information reaching us about the “unveiling,” it will be understated rather than dramatic, such as a simultaneous fleet of spacecraft decloaking or a host of visitors landing. And there will not be an immediate outpouring of interaction with your brothers and sisters from faraway homelands—their introduction will be unfolded, not suddenly thrust upon a world where skeptics and nonbelievers will not greet this news with the same enthusiasm as you. Wisdom dictates caution so that suspense and doubt will not turn into chaos and fear.  

The dark ones know that once this long-denied truth no longer is deniable, it opens a virtual Pandora’s box of their heinous activities throughout the ages. Thus, even as lightworkers are rejoicing that at long last the presence of other civilizations is publicly confirmed, the dark minds will be furiously churning out fear. As puppets of the off-planet dark forces, they know that the energy of fear puts a barrier between light and consciousness, and always the goal of that powerful force field of negativity has been to conquer souls by capturing their light. Their puppets will make every effort to convince the populace that the ETs are to be feared, they have come to conquer and enslave.

Your interconnectedness with all souls in this universe will help dispel the fear that non-illumined individuals succumb to. The light in your elation not only will touch all around you, but will radiate out into the universe and through the law of attraction, bring back “like” energy that can reach those who bought into the fear-filled falsehoods. The light can open their hearts and let them also welcome the visitors who have come to assist you rise out of third density, where darkness thrives. It is true that God told these others of His children to help you, but they are doing this eagerly and lovingly so all of you can awaken to your rightful place in our universal family.

Because we honor every one of the many courageous souls throughout your world who are aiding the light forces, rarely do we single out an individual for such recognition. Speaking on behalf of all souls at this station, I do so in this instance because David Wilcox so clearly explains the interconnectedness of all in existence, how science and spirit are one and the same, and all incarnate experiencing is within the universal consciousness.  

Now I shall move on to addressing other issues requested by “seasoned” lightworkers and new soul searchers.  How quickly will improvements in life on Earth come after the presence of other civilizations is widely known?  Behind closed doors, groundwork for many improvements is being birthed, so to say, but the most noticeable changes in Earth’s environment and lives of the long-exploited masses will come when your brothers and sisters from afar are working alongside you and introducing technologies whose speed and effectiveness will astound you.

To what extent will we recognize coming changes if we don’t have advanced spiritual understanding like remembering other lifetimes or knowing our main mission in this one? You will recognize many changes! Prominent figures in governments and other “authorities” suddenly will be out of the picture and others will be replaced as reformation progresses. Negotiations will replace combat between nations and civil wars will wind down to resolution. Criticism of US president Obama will cease. Putting bandages on a dead economic system will end and be replaced by a new system. Technologies that have been suppressed by one malicious means or another will become available for implementation.

Pollution in all its insidious forms will be eradicated, some quickly and others more gradually. The befouled condition of air, water and soil will be cleansed and purity returned. Other kinds of pollutants that have made life “hell on Earth” and will be phased out include weapons systems, weather control, radioactive materials, laboratory-designed diseases, deceptive media reporting, poverty, violent “entertainment,” mind controlled assassins, subjugation of women, “hate” crimes, Satanism, unfair laws and unjust justice systems, “illegal” and prescription drugs, cruelty to animals—EVERYTHING that has been devised by dark intent will be done away with!

Although most of the populace will witness the incremental changes and not think, “These are occurring because of advanced spiritual understanding in the collective consciousness,” it is precisely the raised consciousness and spiritual clarity of Earth humankind that is the foundation of ALL the changes! None of them could come about without YOUR desire to live in peace with each other and in harmony with Nature on a planet that is restored to its original health and beauty! As many messengers of light have told you, helping to create this kind of world is why you chose to be there. 

What penalties will people have to pay when they cross over to Nirvana because they chose to do that instead of accepting the truths that will be revealed?  Never is a penalty levied by any source! Individuals whose conscious lifetime choices were not aligned with their soul contracts get as many other opportunities as they need to “get it right,” and “getting it right” always is every soul’s choice. Scientifically speaking, multiple lifetimes is the reality of universal physics in action. In the sense of an all-knowing, all-loving, ever-present God—a more personal and equally accurate accounting— it is a form of divine grace that is offered to every soul in this universe. 

And many people will choose to exit this lifetime rather than believe that what they have been taught is wrong. In previous messages we have stated that the emergence of the truth about the origin of religions will present the greatest challenge to the devoutly religious and to lightworkers alike. We also have said that when you encounter that bumpiest part of the pathway into fourth density, you will rise to it well prepared to avoid the potholes yourselves as well as help others tread more securely.   

How many people will ascend with Earth, and will the deaths of so many individuals who don’t go cause turmoil and be a destabilizing influence on the planet? The numbers of souls who will physically ascend with Earth cannot be finitely forecast, but we can state with certainty that those who choose not to go along will lessen turmoil, and that will help to stabilize the planet. All who accompany Earth into the higher densities have absorbed the light—that is what enabled them to make the trip—and because they know that love bonds are as eternal as the soul itself, no longer will they grieve for their “loss” of beloved people who enter the spirit world. Furthermore, in the higher vibrations along the ascension pathway, telepathic connections will open and once again visits between souls on Earth and those in Nirvana will become commonplace. 

Let me mention this, too: In addition to the indispensable infusion of light from other civilizations, geophysical events are helping to stabilize the planet. When all pockets of negativity have been released and the energy transmuted into light, there will be no more need for those kinds of events. And please have NO concerns about Planet X, Niburu, a “brown star” or a celestial body by any other name being on a collision course with Earth.

When Earth reaches a specific frequency, will all the dark ones and any others who don’t accept the light die at the same time? There is a frequency, or vibratory level, wherein carbon-based bodies cannot survive, and the bodies of the puppets of darkness will die within a very short period. In some cases, this simply means that no new clones will replace the ones that degenerated. But the majority of people who will leave are the devoutly religious whose very lives would be meaningless without their beliefs; their bodies will die at various times, depending on each one’s ability to deal with formidable mental and emotional stress after the truths about religions emerge. Once in Nirvana, all those dear souls will be aware of the truths, and will choose to consciously remember them in their next incarnation.

Will there be any need in the Golden Age for a government as we now know it? A governing system at levels from community to multidimensional will serve for communication, coordination and cooperation. Among the welcome changes from current governments will be the moral and spiritual character, wisdom and vision of the leaders; extent of jurisdictions; use of authority; election procedures; legal and justice systems—and the satisfaction of the governed peoples!

If there’s a globally moderate temperature in higher densities, does this mean no more snowcapped mountains or winter sports?  Goodness no!  That would also mean little variance in topography, and most assuredly your Himalayas, Alps, Andes and Rocky Mountains will not be leveled! The current extremes of burning deserts and sub-zero climes gradually will moderate within a comfortable temperature range, but snowcapped mountains and winter sports will not disappear because that awe-inspiring scenery and those pleasurable pastimes are desirable aspects of life on Earth. Remember, in terms of your illusionary linear time, you are helping to create the world YOU want, and in the reality of the continuum, that world already IS!  And what a grand and glorious world you have made!  

What reincarnates and/or survives the death of the material form?  The eternal soul. The origin of everything in natural existence throughout the cosmos is Creator’s pure love-light energy. What differs from soul to soul is intelligence, or reasoning capability, and spiritual evolvement, but the creational “ingredients” of all are from the same source. From archangels to stars, oceans to insects, flowers to mountains, everything is a soul—not has a soul, IS a soul. Never can the energy of any soul be destroyed, only directed into a different form. Just as water can change to vapor or ice, and boulders can become sand pebbles; just as plants grow, die and fertilize the earth where more seeds will grow, so can all souls at any evolutionary stage change form or exist as free energy. The more evolved a civilization is, the higher the evolutionary status of every other life form in that world, and every form knows its place in the symbiotic Oneness wherein all life flourishes.  

Let us digress for a moment and speak about animals, who do know their place in the family of souls. Perhaps in these tumultuous days at hand, change is more evident in animal nature than in humankind. Photographs and movies circulating on your Internet show that some in the “predator” species are exhibiting friendliness toward those who could be their “prey”– even occasional examples of cross-species protection and nurturing between these two groups—as well as instances of “fierce” animals behaving kindly around humans. These animals are responding to the higher vibrations prevailing on Earth and their instincts are becoming more peaceable.  

To return to readers’ questions, How do emotions in fourth and fifth densities differ from third density?  Earth is one of the primary schoolhouses in this galaxy for experiencing duality, the spectrum of emotions that evoke behavior ranging from godly to evil—not to judge the person, but to describe the act—and souls evolve into higher densities through overcoming the evil and embracing the godly. Emotions are more intense and purer in higher densities, and only those that can be called positive exist, like love, joy, respect, admiration, compassion—emotions that provoke generosity, honesty, helpfulness, forgiveness, loyalty, cooperation. At this station we also feel sadness when we see beloved souls in prolonged grieving or grievously harming others or refusing the light, but those sad feelings do not linger in higher stations because the energy of love and joy is more intense. 

Also, emotions in higher densities are selfless, you could say, whereas in third density the perception of someone else’s circumstances often is in tandem with how that affects self. As an example, your best friend whose long-time joblessness has created a desperate situation for his family has just been hired for the position that you thought you would be promoted into. You may indeed feel happiness for your friend, but also jealousy, disappointment, discouragement, resentment, anger, self-doubt—any one or more of those emotions related to self may be as strong or stronger than happiness for your friend. 

How does incarnation fit in with the biological processes of our world, e.g., how is the incarnating entity linked up to the human fetus or other biological hosting form?  Although soul applies to every life form throughout the cosmos, let us speak only of a human soul on Earth. The soul, which is created of God’s essence and design, can tap into the universal mind and can live anywhere the energy is compatible with its spiritual evolutionary status. The embryo is a biological form aware only of primitive physical sensations; it grows into the fetus physically and intellectually in accordance with the genetic influence of its parents and emotionally in accordance with their emotional environment.

Between incarnations, souls decide what they need to balance other physical lifetimes and they choose parents whose genes will produce the kind of body needed for their selected experiencing and whose circumstances will provide other chosen conditions. A soul may hover around the “parents” prior to conception and may enter the embryo or fetus at any time during the gestational period. Souls may agree to “time-share,” with one residing in the developing fetus to absorb the emotional vibrations of the mother and her surroundings, which can serve that soul’s needs to the extent of an entire physical lifetime; at the moment agreed upon—any time prior to, during or right after the birth process—that soul exits and the other enters as the soul’s personage. When you consider that all principals agreeing to share a lifetime do so out of unconditional love, that kind of very temporary arrangement doesn’t seem as strange as it may upon first hearing of it. 

Will there be a definite shift where everything changes in an instant and those “graduating” find themselves in a new kind of reality with new bodies? Are 4D bodies developing inside of gradually ascending 3D bodies that suddenly will shift into 4D bodies? Bodies’ cellular restructuring from carbon-based to crystalline-based, or a “shift” from a 3D to a 4D body, happens gradually because third density brain capacity doesn’t encompass the belief that this could happen in the twinkling of an eye. During the shifting process there may be physical anomalies, which differ in individuals and may be from any one or more of numerous causes; therefore, they cannot be attributed solely to the cellular changes that occur with light absorption. What you can attribute to that process is desire for clearer spiritual understanding; an open, searching mind; keener discernment; greater awareness of intuitive knowledge; less interest in trivial matters and increased interest in issues of world significance.  

What do bodies look like in fourth and fifth densities?  Since bodies can be manifested in the higher densities in whatever design souls imagine, we shall confine this reply to your bodies. As you progress into higher vibrations, gradually your bodies will become free of all dis-ease; lost limbs and organs will be restored; the illness and aging patterning and limited brain usage will be removed from your DNA; and the ultimate appearance of your adults who so choose will approximate a 30-35-year old with a healthy, vibrant, youthful body. You didn’t ask, but we shall tell you anyway—all personalities will be pleasing!

Hold close in your heart these visions of life in Earth’s Golden Age, knowing that throughout your ascension journey you have the love, protection and guidance of lighted souls throughout this universe.

Welcome warriors.

We, the holders of light and keepers of the flame, come forth this day and on this unprecedented occasion to present each of you with your well-earned robes of honor!

You, those who read these words and take them deep into the inner recesses of your lighted heart flames, step forth in the name of oneness to herald the new day.

Our beloved countenance has fallen upon you and you have risen to claim it. You have held your composure in the name of adversity & great human strife. You have sown the seeds of new life. You have healed the great divide in separation consciousness, and you have worn your dignity well.

You, the first wave warriors, are the new leaders, the bright lights that will shine upon the darkest hours. You are the fallen angels, resurrected and reborn into your rightful place as forerunners, path-pavers and pioneers of a new earth.

Brothers and sisters of light, pray tell.

We are your family... we are the realm that you now inhabit and we come with you, to walk hand in hand into this familiar, yet foreign land. This new territory that you have dutifully claimed as your own now holds you in vibrational alignment with all that is God's glory.

You have presented an opportunity for all of earth's inhabitants to grow toward the light, to reach out and claim what rightfully belongs to each and every one of God's children. You are those who have made this journey possible for all.

Praise yourselves and come together now to praise each other, to hold each other up and to share your love for and with one another... for this magnificent adventure could not have been made possible without your divinely-human strength and blind endurance in faith of a better world.

We cry tears of joy and dance in fields of greater potential for earth's people, and we come together this day to celebrate with you, in honor of you and to show you that you are the ones we have all have been waiting for!

We are your co conspirators in creation of the higher way, but it is you who has made this journey possible.

We share that darkness is soon to fall on your planet once more, yet again to shake the foundation of those who are still deeply steeped in the depths of greed and hate.

We say this to you not to heed warning, but as a reminder that in this coming transition, you are the keepers of the christed flame, you are those who others shall turn to in their darkest hour. You have been well prepared for this role and you are about to exercise your mastery most profoundly.

In the light of the next full moon, there will be a changing of the guard. This change will commence as a result of new galactic and interstellar alignments that will precede the entrance of a new cycle.

This new galactic cycle is a pivotal step in consciousness that will again expose the outworn ways and disrupt the flow of any system based in separation. We assure you that no stone will be left unturned in the coming days, months and years. For this reason it is paramount that each of you, the masters of light, remain diligent in your thinking, anchored in truth, and that your actions stem forth from a place of love.

Stay in your space of hopefulness and joy and regard those who begin to awaken as the same shimmering radiant beings of light that you have heartily become. For deep down, beneath all of the calamity and chaos passing thru the heart of every soul, is the flickering flame of eternal goodness which never ceases to burn.

My friends, stand tall and proud. Your efforts have marked the most significant and magnificent transformation ever to have been achieved on this beautiful planet of love.

Yes, Love is the new standard now that you have achieved it. Love is the action that you have put forth in remembering your worth...love is the action that you have put forth in remembering your power...and love is the action that will heal every wound, feed every mouth and reunite the world under one God, indivisibly, with liberty and justice for all.

Let these words seep deeply into the core of your divine essence, your sacred blueprint, for Love will soon become the common denominator for all fellow lifeforms on this planet.

Love is the potion, the elixir of all miracles. Love is the feeling of completeness, the experience of overflowing fullness, of having it all and sharing it all... for anyone in Love knows that there is always more to be had.

The lives and experiences that each of you knew were yours to have are now attainable...not by your wanting them, but by the love that has filled you up to replace all wants, all needs. In the purity of divine love there is no want, no lack, only that which is whole can exist in pure love.

Have you never wondered why the human body exists with little sustenance...food, water, rest....when in the throes of new romantic love?

Think on this dear ones, and know that the physical release of endorphins activated by new romance results from the rapid increase in vibration that sustains you in love, reminding you of what it is to be home again.

Waves of love-filled bliss will surely overcome you here, as you adjust to the new heights. These waves will continue to pulsate through every cell of your eternal being-ness, altering your genetic and physical makeup, resurrecting all in its lighted path and releasing those same endorphins that sustain you in Love.

And in this space you will want for no longer. It is not as if you will be without, for you will undoubtedly have it all...but the difference...the important difference my friends, is that you will not need it all. You are merging into completeness within yourselves, that which activates the universal source of abundance to fulfill you in all ways.

Surely you knew where this path was leading, now lets observe how you fare! Surely it will take some getting used to...yes?

We will be with you to guide you to use your newly acquired powers and we will continue to offer you ways to grow and to attain higher and higher levels of mastery... but in truth, you already have all you need to live & dwell in grace.

Our love for each of you is unending and soon you will understand just how and why you are revered so dearly as humans of sublime virtue.

Stay tuned for many life changes arriving to carry you into the glory land. All is divinely orchestrated and only a force greater than God could alter the path that each of you have selflessly paved in love of humanity.

Sacrifice and commitment to the service of ALL will never go unnoticed or unrewarded, so we join with you now to celebrate, to dance, to sing and to praise all the warriors of the way!

Welcome. I am the energies, the frequencies, the perimeters and the parameters of the one that is known as Merlin. I come on this day to introduce you again to the magic that you have forgotten, the magic of transforming all that is dark and dingy and dank in your life into beauty, into love, into golden opportunities. I have walked throughout time wearing many hats of position. Originally as Thoth, as Hermes, as Joseph of Armithea, as St. Germaine, and as Merlin. I come forth on this day to infuse you with the remembrance of how you can turn the 'lead of your life into gold'.

You all have the innate ability to transmute through a thought, through a word, through a glance, and a touch. You have the ability to move past time and space as you know it and by-pass the speed of light and laugh at the speed of sound. Intertwining your energies with all of life. Dancing with the eagles, swimming with the whales and dolphins, fencing with the wind. You have forgotten the beauty of the elements of your planet.

Do not wait for the state of ascension as you are amended to the union of heaven on earth. Do not wait until the light announces to you. "It is time to ascend, it is time to rise from a leavened state. Hesitate not, for it is time to go beyond what you are capable, removing the veil that has hidden you from yourself. You stand at an intersection of light and remembrance waiting for the light to turn. But it is you that must announce and pronounce that incoming light to every cell of your body in a tone of celebration, and a movement of dance that goes beyond what you once knew to be space and time. Come forth fully – do not stay in the hidden depths of your being, in the basements of the past, in the rooms without windows that darken your hopes.

Alchemically your timer and timing is set to engage as your humanness enters the Apex of the Photon light and the planet earth comes fully into a concave elliptical lens of the future. Changing all of life's perspective as it sees itself in the new life that reflects off of a dual Daystar (Sun).

Move the alchemical unit of you into every aspect of your life. For all of it is interconnected and inter-woven and you cannot separate yourself from what you are creating and what is creating you. For every inch of you, every hair, every thought, every iota creates continually with or without your permission, with or without your knowing. Creation stops for no one and no thing. So knowing this, create the gold – instead of the lead and the rocks that you trip upon daily. See every situation, no matter how it looks to your human eye as an opportunity to express to yourself, the true beauty and the true love of what you are about.

I Merlin did not sit in the dungeons upon my hands, grinding up life with a pumice stone but I walked amongst life as you do. You have forgotten your Magic. The magical part of you, --- the part of you that can in a thought move from one location to another. The part of you that can open doorways that are seemingly boarded and bricked shut. The part of you that can fly, can breath underwater, can transform into any animal, any leaf, and any stone in any minute. I come to strip you of what you know to be yourself, to pull away the follicles and the hairs of your humanness to expose a unit of light so grand, so magical, so divine. You wear these vehicles life after life, time after time – and still you do not like them. Every time you wish them away. Yet always they serve you well.

Your humanness comes into a format of being very sensitized and sensitive at this point in time. Do not push it away with words that are not wise, with words that are not loving, with words that hold no feelings, but embrace this time and day fully. Tell it thank you for you are about to enter the doorway of the Apex of the Photon. Look closely at your flesh, for it sparkles. Look closely at the colors of your eyes for they have changed. Look at your thoughts.

All of these elements make up you. You are a body of earth. You are a body of light. You are a body of heaven. And you are a body of man and woman. Treat yourself magically.  You have a doorway within you to all dimensions, to every civilization that has fallen and risen again, to every lost continent, to every lost star, to every lost galaxy.

Time does not exist for you. It exists because of you. I leave you with magic in your heart. This Magic comes from the stars. It comes from you in the future that sits there announcing to you in the now – what is to come undone and what is to come to be. Now I leave. Merlin

The Quantum Awakening

These are interesting times indeed, as we are in unchartered territory and much of everything is wide open. When we crossed over into a new energetic reality and experience, there was really nothing here yet. The forerunners are at the foremost territory of bare energy, while others are just behind with more company, and even so, we are all having experiences that perfectly fit where we are now residing.

In this way, there is an emptiness, or perhaps just a feeling of no energy present. We may reach out with our hands and feel great space, lots of air, or even a nothingness that we cannot quite place a finger on. We may feel separate and alone. In this new land, nothing has been created yet, so in this way, the palette is still empty, waiting for our brushes to place something upon it, and mostly, to connect the dots.

In times past, we were much more able to connect to Source or to a higher vibrating energy from above, all by ourselves. Now, in this new land, because we hold so much more light within us, which also gave us the entry keys to the other side, we are now being called upon to connect to each other, as a means of connecting to the light. We may find that if we go back to our usual patterns of being alone or separate, we will simply sink like a rock, seemingly unable to find the light, to connect to anything at all, or to even remember where we are, what we are doing, and where we are going.

I moved to a new physical location this past week. The day before my move, while I was still at my old home packing, the contractor who will be building the first structure on the Angels Rest land mysteriously showed up. I had not seen him for awhile, nor anyone for that matter, and while in the midst of conversation, he impulsively gave me the number of someone who could help with the move, even though I already had a few people lined up.

The next morning as I arrived back home with the truck, I noticed some empty boxes at my door…I had run out of boxes while packing, as my house is a very long way from any place where I could get empty boxes, and things had just not flowed like they usually did. It was a nice and very welcome surprise. As I entered my house and checked my voice mail, there was a message that my movers had cancelled at the very last moment. So there I was with a 24 foot truck that I had just driven in from Corrales, and no one to help load it. I had indeed called the person the night before, that my contractor recommended, just in case, but really did not know what would transpire next.

Within a few minutes, a car arrived, and three young men emerged, ready to help load up the truck. Like little angels, they loaded and loaded, all the while laughing. “Keep laughing!” I continually told them. “I love it! Thanks so much!” When they were done, they perched themselves at the back of the truck, legs hanging over, and asked all about me. After many hugs that I insisted upon, they got in their car and drove off.

My twin grandbabies had just had the flu, and because we are all so very close and always cuddling, and because I have been run down of late and exhausted, I immediately got it. (The new Emerging Earth Angels e-book Crossing Over gives a detailed account of how I re-connected to my daughter and grandchildren after a brief and very sorrowful dis-connect, along with much more detail about the new blueprint for living on the other side.)  After the movers left, I still had a few fragile items to load, and then I still had to clean the house, as the drive to my new home was 2 ½ hours away, and I did not want to return back to my old house the following day just to clean.

At this point, I was feeling very ill. Every few moments I would lay on the floor, trying to gather some more energy. In times past, I have been good at pushing myself when needed, rising above it, and getting a second wind, but this time I was really spent. I asked the angels to revive me, fully expecting that I would feel the usual energy surge and floaty feeling, and then be ready to complete my work. Nothing happened. “This is weird,” I thought. What I had failed to remember, was that we are no longer separate. I had asked for help in order that “I” could finish what I needed to finish, completely forgetting that I could have asked instead, that help arrive to assist me.

Finally, while talking to my daughter on the phone (with the babies, she was not able to come and help), we finally agreed that I would simply have to drive back to Corrales, and then come back again to clean and load up any remaining items. My legs were like rubber, my body was pounding, and I had absolutely no energy left to take one more step. My gas tank was below empty…there was no hope. I was drained beyond belief.

Very suddenly, two cars drove up. My contractor and two helpers jumped out, offering to help if needed. These two helpers loaded up my truck and cleaned the entire house! Like little angels with fluttery wings, they swept, mopped, vacuumed, cleaned windows, all within an hour, and then we were done.

We can no longer go it alone, stay in our personal sanctuaries, and do everything by ourselves. When we do, we will now feel empty, drained, perhaps depressed and in some kind of sludge, and feel a dis-connect that we have not experienced ever before. Like a lone being on a deserted island, the new reality does not allow for separation.

When we connect to others now, our energy immediately rises, we fill up, we lighten up, and we very naturally go to heightened states of being that exist in a higher vibrating dimension.

When I recently bought my new home here in Corrales, New Mexico, I was very blessed to connect with a most amazing real estate agent (www.corralesrealty.com ).  Greg’s sole purpose was in helping people, and within a short time, this was very evident. After everything was complete and I had the keys to my new home, I sat in his office and said, “Thank you so much. I could have never done this without your loving hand and continued presence by my side at every step of the way.” Expecting that we would now part, he immediately said, “I am not done yet! I still need to introduce you to great members of the community, to be there with you when other aspects of your financing agreement become due, and please, feel free to come by the office any time and use whatever you need here. And in a few days, I will be over with some champagne to toast your very new house. You are going to love it here. And call me if you ever need anything.”  

Whenever we would be together, amazing things would transpire. And whenever I get together with my contractor, amazing things transpire. We are creating the new reality with our connections. And when we connect to each other, the vibrational space goes much higher, and it is then, that anything can happen.

Recently, I re-connected to my friend Lynn who lives in Colorado. Whenever we talk on the phone, the energy goes up and we feel invigorated and revived. We were recently commenting the very same day, that we had casually looked down at our arms, and thought, “How did my skin suddenly get old? I feel so very young inside, and aging simply does not fit in with the picture. Something feels really off! “ Roughly the same age, deeply within, we never thought that we would ever grow old, and just knew, that this was not part of the plan. But as we looked in the mirror…Lynn in Colorado and me in New Mexico, while we continued to connect and talk, we noticed that we suddenly looked much younger.

These connections we will have with each other, will create and place us in the new reality or higher vibrating dimension. It is here that disease cannot exist, that aging cannot exist, and where we can create much of anything that our heart’s desire. It is here, through our connections to each other, that we can stay in a higher vibrating space at all times. And continuing to think positively does not hurt either!

What if we do not know how to connect to each other or to find each other?

A few days ago, I was in line at our local health food store getting some groceries, and an interesting thing occurred. In front of me was a beautiful man with dark skin and a long black ponytail. He was telling the cashier that he had just been to a singles gathering with no luck. On and on the conversation went, as he was available and “looking.” My girlfriend has been in the very same situation, and looking for a man to come into her life, who looks exactly like this man did. I immediately thought of her, only I was standing next to him and she was not.

A few days prior, I had been telling my girlfriend that I was ready for a long sit on a lazy porch swing. The next day, she found herself at someone’s home, sitting on a porch swing on a beautiful day and thought of me.

My daughter came to this world to bridge the races. When she was young, she would draw pictures of children with all skin colors, holding hands in a circle. Yesterday I went to get my mail, and one of my beloved readers had sent a box with several dolls in it with different skin colors, all holding hands (www.PeopleHoldingHands.com ). My daughter will be moving back to North Carolina on Saturday to complete her mission, as she is now finally very ready to do so, and then we will re-unite again, so these dolls were so amazingly appropriate and supportive. These dolls were most certainly for her.

With the new ways of being now, we are so very connected that we create for each other. We bring to ourselves things that relate to and that are needed by those we are connected to. This is because we are now beginning to form the very new grid, and assisting each other will be paramount, as offering to each other whatever is needed, will serve to support this grid in some exciting and loving ways. We will have so much to offer each other as we come together, thus creating an all needs met situation as well as our new heaven on earth comprising of everything we have ever wanted or dreamed about. The time is here, and this is how it will come about…through the connections we will have with each other.

We will connect to each other oh so naturally now, and if we are open to reaching out to each other, to offering what we have to each other, and to realizing that there is no separation while we make this a very real way of living and being, we will indeed find ourselves in heaven on Earth.

I come first to commune with those of you who have volunteered to incarnate on the blue ray of cosmic light and as the divine way-showers of a new era. I come to assist you to harness the new potentials that each of you are here to claim and have put forth in the name of oneness to honor the path of the risen Christ within.

Before long, your outer world will shift to reflect the internal changes that you have worked so long and hard to achieve. Yes, they will be the changes that you have long sought after, yet they will also be the changes that each of you came to ground into the earth's core through the warrior ray of cosmic truth, wisdom and the divine will of God.

I offer this information to you solely as a reminder that those beings of the blue ray have a very special role to play on this planet, at this time, and that you have come first to set up the positions of leadership that your human society so desperately seeks.

In this, those of you who have realized that your role is one of the path-paving pioneer, and the dominion within you is now a clear reflection of that role, you are preparing to step once more into the unknown.

The fluctuating tides that continue to wash over your current planetary affairs are those that have long been proven outworn and those of you who have contributed to this fading reality are those who are becoming the rising leaders of a new day, a new way.

Many blessings of virtue will be bestowed upon you, the new physical guides, for indeed the path that offers much, required much. Those of you who have wholeheartedly mastered the strength of divine will, will be replacing the unseen guides that have guided each of you home, to this very point on your evolutionary journey.

You, of the blue ray, are those who have come to rescind the ill will of humanity and replace it with the Will of God, the glorious and abundant futures for each member of your human society who deems the highest good a righteous endeavor.

Yes, there will be those who denounce the path of unity in search of more proof of the way, yet those who have come specifically to replace the man-made will of separation and strife with the will of Godly abundance, creation and hope, are those who have come to serve in the highest form.

In this, know that the masters of the blue ray will become a predominant voice of the new age.

All voices will blend into the creation of the One Plan in their inherent and signature form, yet the masters of the blue ray have developed the sacred gifts of communication, speech, discernment and clarity of divine will to the point of mastery. Indeed, you will soon discover that there is good reason for this.

Those of you with the roles of divine communication, vocal and otherwise, will begin to attract the platforms, mediums and support for your much needed ventures now that your planet and her people have shifted to an openness and readiness to hear more truth.

Beloved members of the blue ray, you will know yourselves by your name for your name will carry the vibration of this ray most succinctly. Examples of archaic vibrational tones in earth's history are depicted in scripture as singsong just as your name carries a tonal frequency of harmonics that when stated aloud creates the dynamic chords of the color spectrum and resonates at the signature vibration of the color blue.

The Path of the Blue (First) Ray

In the history of earths creation and the evolution of man, the blue ray has had many roles in implementing the divine structures necessary to further expand human consciousness. It is for this reason that Archangel Michael, co-holder of the blue ray, is of the most widely known and discussed angelic beings in scripture.

What is important to realize at this pivotal point in human creation is that the blue ray must precede all others in its implementation of the divine will. "In the beginning, there was the Word", exemplifies this truth most profoundly. The blue ray holds the frequency of eternal wisdom and detachment from form, so that new potentials, new levels of consciousness can be attained and eventually formed into matter.

For this reason, the blue ray has held the role of warrior, protector of God's Will, and for the purposes of furthering human evolution in this magnificent time of planetary shifting into unity consciousness.

What this represents for the whole of humanity is the emergence of a new voice!

God's blue ray is strongly associated with the throat chakra and the energy of truthful, creative expression. "First, the word" is a depiction of the process of the creation of worlds and now, in this unprecedented time in human history, the incarnated beings of the blue ray will duly manifest the divine word into divine deed.

For this group of souls, you will be moving forward with your soul brothers and sisters and positioned at the forefront of humanity where your voices will be heard. You will be brought to your rightful place as truth-sayers, with the recognition and tools needed to spread the Word, the Will of God and to inspire communities, nations, cultures and races to join together in support of the greater good.

It is paramount to realize that your diligent and noble intentions to free yourselves from mental bondage have been in favor of the greater good, for you carry the vibration of the Word with you at all times. The arduous process of disbanding from the heaviness of the distortion fields that permeate the collective consciousness was your gift to this planet and her people, and now you step forth as examples to herald a new way.

Beloved members of the First Ray, take heed. Your diligence has paid off and your next steps will fortify the intentions for the highest good of all. Now is a time to bask, to float, to breathe, and to prepare your earthly bodies to anchor into your new vibrational home. The space that you have willfully created for yourselves here on earth is now available to all, but you, the new physical guides, will be the first to enter and dwell here.

You will witness a changing of the guard in your earthly sphere as those leaders of yesterday become increasingly more ill-equipped to handle the challenges of today. Be patient and persistent in your quest for global goodness, dear angels of blue, for you will have great influence here.

We, of the blue ray, carry each of you in our hearts as the silent warriors of a new earth. Your gifts of communication will fall on deaf ears no longer, and you may find that many who have disregarded your teachings in the past suddenly summons your wise council. Turn no one away, for the challenges will be great and will continue to increase in magnitude for all yet unwilling to surrender to the beauty and sanctity of Mother-Father God.

Remember your journeys well, bright souls, and leave the mark of compassion and hope for all who are ready to accept it.

The blue rays have succeeded in their quest to unlock the gates of heaven and all who follow in the now-worn path will be blessed by the bounty of their lighted creations.

Expect the unexpected!

With Mercury going forward once again, the final piece of our new arrival is finally in place. And with this event, we will see much more of a forward movement and a secure locking in of our very new spaces.

This means no more waking up pre-dawn, at 3:00 a.m., 4:00 a.m., or 5:00 a.m. and unable to go back to sleep! For many of us, we will finally be able to sleep through an entire night! We are removed from the higher realities, or what occurs in dream state, at certain intervals during the ascension process, as much is going on at these levels, and we need to be clear and removed while things are re-calibrating and being put into place. Thus, we may fall asleep comfortably, but continue to wake up precisely at the same time each morning, with an inability to go back again. It is all part of the process of moving forward.

As our disconnections have occurred in their entirety, and our new spaces finally and completely prepared, we need now only step into them with all of our being. Who will be alongside of us now? Who and what has “made the cut,” and is now residing where we are residing? (A brief note to forerunners: There are fewer souls at your level, as you are the ones forging very, very new territory, but rest assured, you will connect with your partners none-the-less.)

Individuals and energies who have assisted in bringing forth our new places and spaces, may suddenly depart, as their role was in assisting us to get where we needed to be, and now they will depart for their rightful  and true spaces, if even no longer in ours. On this note, this final anchoring in will herald the new way in regard to the earth angels as the official caretakers of the planet. In times past, we assisted in bringing up the vibration of the planet, left for a new reality of our making, and now we will absolutely and unequivocally be at the helm, in control, and able to create without resistance and challenge, a very new earth within our very new reality. There will now be a distinct changing of the guard in regard to who or what is now in our new spaces.

Many are reporting sudden arrivals of new money. Whether in the form of inheritances, early retirements, gifts, or the like, these new sources of income will assist in placing many of us right where we need to be. These gifts from above, are supporting us in being where we need to be, creating our new release and new freedom, so that we can now completely anchor into our very new spaces. Like sudden synchronicities from above, we can know that all is in divine and perfect order as we are being supported as never before in strange and miraculous ways.

And yet some are still feeling stuck in between. Feeling stuck can occur when we have not yet been willing to really let go of what we need to let go of. If we are still hanging on to things, we will be placed in the energy of the old, where we no longer live and vibrate, and this can feel very uncomfortable at best. Another way to get “un-stuck” is to stay in positive thinking. To identify and envision what we really and truly want for ourselves in all ways, and know it will finally be arriving very soon. Going back to the old, no matter where we are now residing, can feel downright awful. We cannot go back, as the lower rungs are simply far too dense, and at this point, will feel like a reality where we simply no longer belong…somewhere from a distant past that belongs to someone else. And it can even make us feel ill and decaying.

With this new movement, rapid heartbeat can occur once again, as the energies are moving, and feelings of hyperventilating can occur as well. Before we arrived in this space, in weeks past, we may have experienced a definite squeezing, as though we were trying to push some density through a tight hole. This manifested as headaches, severe allergies, body pain, and an overall feeling of barely being able to move around. This has now passed, and feeling lighter, with perhaps lots of energy moving around in the head area, and even weight loss that actually stays off for a change, can be common symptoms as well. I have been thrilled to have lost 25 pounds in the past few months, and it is finally staying off, restoring me to my normal and familiar weight before the ascension process began.

As we begin to arrive in these very new spaces, we will also begin to connect with new people as well. Having lost so many with the advent of the separation of the worlds, we will now connect with very new families who will be right for us in every way. Some will be at lower rungs of the vibrational ladder than we may be, but will be needed in arenas where we need to establish our store-fronts. Others may be on higher rungs, but will be needed to guide and assist us. It does not matter what rung, as we will all connect in relation to where our energy overlaps, or what we have in common, and seeing the divinity in each and every face, is all that is ever needed.

Feelings of insecurity that we may have experienced in the past, due to having no sense of place and a loss of our old identity, will now cease to a large degree…thank goodness! With the advent of very new roles, perhaps new geographical residences, and new brothers and sisters to mingle with, things will now feel back to normal, if even a very new normal.

Most recently, and in times to come, energy shifts will arrive in big bangs. Like a missile hitting dense targets, we will feel big shake-ups for no apparent reason, and they will most likely not affect us at all. We are simply feeling the shake-ups that are occurring in the old world and old reality….a place where we no longer reside. These big bangs are like bombs going off behind a closed door, as although we may feel their impact in an indirect way, we will not be able to see and experience what they are creating, as we will be in another world entirely.

So although we will now have the world at our fingertips, becoming too giddy, focusing too much on having our own way and thinking it is all about us and what we want, will only serve to activate immense ego energy within, and defeat the purpose of the ascension process and all it has created up until now. Over and over I have seen this pattern…”Wow! My book has finally been published! Yipeee! Things are finally going my way! I got my new land! I bought a new house! I’m finally back on track and happy again!”

Yes, of course we are supposed to be happy. And yes, we are supposed to be able to create what we want. But what the ascension process creates, is a loss of our density within, or our ego states. So as we progress ever forward expanding and growing in consciousness, what we may have wanted to create in the past, no longer fits where and who we are now. This is why we are frequently blocked with the ascension process in regard to creating, as what we may have wanted to create at one time, no longer fits and we would simply have to undo our new creations, or back out and go somewhere else.

As we expand and evolve, we begin to notice what is around us, and most importantly, who is around us. Thus, it is not about us and what we want for ourselves, but much more about how we now fit into the whole. What do we desire to create, that fits into the whole and serves to support the whole? And know as well, that having large swings in mood in regard to being blissfully happy and joyous as everything is going our way one minute, and down and depressed because nothing is happening for us, are signs as well that our egos are running the show.

Stay centered with your new creations. Remember what the ascension process has taught us. Remember that suffering always serves to connect us to a higher place and to our source, as well as bringing us together. Know that we are always where we need to be, no matter what that looks like. Remember that there is no good, bad, right, or wrong, but only source within us at any given moment. And remember as well, to notice who is by your side, who has helped you the most, and who is in your new space, while you revere and honor their creations as well…as they are very much a part of your very new reality and will serve to sustain you in all ways.

Back behind our house where I walk my dogs are acres and acres of sunflowers.   I love seeing them each morning.  There must be a hundred thousand or more of them, and each time I see them I am reminded of the rich abundance of the Universe.  It is not just their plentitude, however, that I notice these days but how their faces are always turned toward the sun, wherever it is on its path, and how their upturned faces create a blanket of golden-yellow across dull green and grey of the land. 

These sunflowers are not only metaphors for abundance but for living in the Light, in the Radiance of the One whom some call God.  When we lift up our hearts and our minds to God, we are uplifted, and when we turn our faces toward God, we are bathed in the Light of the One.  The more often we do this, the more the Light penetrates and heals us.  It literally enlightens us – as it infuses our cells and our energy bodies, it lightens our “loads,” whatever they may be, and brightens our outlook so that we experience more joy.   

I find that the simple act of closing my eyes, lifting my face, and imagining the Sun (a metaphor for the Divine) that is blazing eternally above my head, is sufficient to give me a quick infusion of joy and to clear any clouds (dreary, limiting thoughts) that may be drifting through my mind.  Try it now for yourself (it will only take a minute or two):

Close your eyes. Turn your face or lift your eyes (still closed) upward. Imagine the brilliantly glowing Sun above your head. 

See the Light – golden, white or platinum beams - streaming down from the Sun and touching your face. 

Allow the Light to wash over you.  Feel it flowing down your entire body and then through you.

See and feel yourself washed clean of all your worries and sorrows and filled with the Light.   

Then, when you are ready, take a deep breath, open your eyes and SMILE!

If, when you close your eyes, you notice there are clouds between you and the Sun, blocking some of the Light streaming toward you, simply without forcing anything, allow the Sun to warm the clouds, causing them to evaporate, dissipate, or simply drift away, leaving a clear opening for the Light to reach you. 

You also can do this brief process anytime you are experiencing any discomfort (of whatever kind and by whatever name you call it – sorrow, worry, unhappiness, grief, sadness, anger, hurt, limiting thoughts, etc.).  Simply add the following step after first seeing the Sun above you.

Notice where the discomfort is in your body, and with your imagination and intention, move the discomfort (including all the related thoughts and emotions) from your body into the clouds above you.  Then proceed as before to allow the Sun to warm those clouds, causing them to evaporate, dissipate, or simply drift away, leaving a clear opening for the Light to reach you. 

Do this simple process often – even if you are not experiencing discomfort, just to give yourself a Light infusion.  Be like the sunflowers – keep your face always turned toward, and your heart and mind lifted up to, the Sun/the Divine.  When you do, you will radiate that Light and illuminate all that you experience.  As more and more of us do this, we like the sunflowers in the fields behind my house, will form a blanket across the Earth, one that will transmute and transform all that seems dark and dreary into greater and greater expressions of life, love and joy.

When I first stepped into a crop circle in Wiltshire, England 2000, I had no idea how much that singular act would change my life. And now, less than a decade later, I have become one of the trusted ambassadors to the consortium of beings that call themselves the Extra Celestials or ECs.

The Extra Celestials are our ancestry of Light and they created us, as well as the Ascended Masters. Formerly known to some as the Eloheim energies, these witty, loving, highly sentient beings are here to change the course of human destiny. The ECs are a part of the hierarchy that constitutes God, and they are a part of what some would call Divine Will, or the “I Am Presence.” They are here to share their luminosity with us and to recreate a healthier human race.

“Don’t call us alien” they say. “We are not alien from you. We are a part of you, with you from the beginning of time.” There are thousands of people worldwide who see, feel, and hear the ECs and acknowledge in gratitude the EC presence in their lives. There are so many of us who are already seeing little flashes of colored lights out of the corners of our eyes, or hearing a few seconds of a high pitched sound going through our ears for a few seconds at a time. And that’s them! The ECs say that the Earth holds the entire Universe back with its greed and negativity, and this is what must end.

When an energetic majority of us recognize that they are truly here to serve mankind, we’ll have left our fears behind and accepted them with Grace and Love. The ECs say, “God won’t land until man revises his plan, and when mankind makes a new plan there will be a new man.”

When the ECs first came to me, they introduced themselves as the Rays. Nine months later, they suggested that they should now be referred to as the Extra Celestials or ECs. They said the acceptance of this name change would reflect a shift in consciousness around the word “ET” throughout this galaxy, and would leave all the negative energy that has previously been associated with that word in the past, allowing humanity to move forward.

For many decades of our recent history, some humans suffered under the influence of the ET’s. Those beings were mercenaries and that era is over, as very few of those groups still remain here. There were some groups of Pleiadians (tall beings that resemble humans) that accompanied them and the ECs refer to those groups as “the problem and the promise.” Anxious to be a part of human contact, they unwisely accompanied other groups and were swept up in their mercenary mission here.

Those beings were misdirected and repentant. However, “This is a forgiving Universe, and this forgiveness is what allows us to move forward.” Some of those Pleiadians have become fully conscious and joined forces with the ECs, working to move more darkness into Light. This reconciliation towards conscious understanding is allowing the Universe to hold more Light than ever before, advancing Earth’s evolution exponentially, and helping to create what we are now here for possible.”

That doesn’t mean the complex interweaving of shadow and Light isn’t at play here. After all, we see that in our lives every day! However, now is the time to fully understand which are the most appropriate energies to connect to, and the ECs are the highest of the God realms. “Time now,” they say, “to discern between your dearest loving friends and those who will likely remain indifferent to you.” The ECs say they’re ease-ee (EC) to remember. Just start your day the EC (easy) way!

Most of the Extra Celestials are from Sirius and Arcturus. There are some other groups that also comprise this consortium such as the Venusians, but they number very few when compared with the Sirians and Arcturians. All the beings from Sirius are immortal and most, but not all, of the Arcturians are as well. The ECs here now outnumber humans by at least five to one.

The reason they are here in such huge numbers is to be available in the form of guidance teams for each individual. Almost every human is born with one EC as guardians for their entire lifetime. Now there are at least several more ECs available to each of us, once we recognize that they are with us. They are here as teams ready to serve us and it is loving grace they offer us.

Unlike the Angelic realms that are with us more for comfort and support, the ECs are here to be active participants in our daily lives. And frankly, the ECs have a better sense of humor! The grace that the ECs bring to us is nothing less than the presence of the Divine that is referred to as God, Universe, Spirit, or whatever name resonates with you.

Communication with our ECs enables us to truly understand that not only is God within us, but also standing right beside us. They are only a breath away from us now because the scenario occurring here on the Earth plane was not anticipated. And, as good parents, they are here to guide their offspring and assist us in creating a world of loving kindness and understanding.

The ECs say, “For the past 2000 years, mankind was asked to believe in God without proof, and now there has been a significant policy change. Humans, here is your invitation to witness the glorious Universe! There is a bigger plan.

Welcome to the great unfolding! When Love is attached to your desire for contact, we will come fully. We must unite in the understanding that you are we and we are Thee.” The Extra Celestials are here to be part of our lives and in direct communication with us daily. They are the 21st century version of the “burning bush”, except this miracle is accessible to everyone. They say, “Here is God at your doorstep! We’re not talking about possibilities that may exist. We’re talking about the reality that’s right here now.

Humans, why not take advantage? We are humanity’s chance – and mankind’s great opportunity. Let us be a part of all that you are, and all that you are will be far more! You must begin to see what’s being offered to thee. It is magnificent inall its glory!”

How do you access them for yourselves? Just ask! Ask and you will receive! Keep asking, as some of you will begin to see and hear them immediately, while others will have to wait. Although it’s true that seeing is believing, sometimes God/Universe requires us to believe before we see.

When you begin to access the ECs, of course, you’ll understand you’re never alone. But then, you never were! It’s always a crowded room and when you begin to sense their presence, not only will you be entertained by Light Beings who are hilarious, but you’ll become aware that the way we play the game of life is carefully watched. The Divine are the script writers, we’re the underwriters, and the script is only written one line ahead. It’s the way we move through our lives that’s key, and up to us to choose. We can live in fear, or with Love in our hearts for all our fellow beings.

My relationship with the ECs is meant to serve as a model and affirm that this opportunity for each of us to have your own EC team is the reason why they are here. What a unique opportunity that our ECs are offering us! This is what it’s like to have your very own cheerleaders advising every move in your own unique game we call LIFE.

The ECs are always entertained by humans, as they enjoy watching us play. What they really want us to do is “Lighten up,” and be in joy! They’re here to be our closest companions and advisors in every possible way. They can also completely change ourhealth, and all we have to do is ask. Ultimately the Light that they’re bringing us can serve not only to heal our human bodies, but to recreate our Earth as well.

I believe my friend and teacher Derek O’Neill is an Avatar and Ascended Master in human form. It is through the presence of Derek in my life that I really began to understand how Divine Will works. When I first met Derek in 2002, he talked about the “Christed Extra Terrestrials resonating with the Law of One that are here to act as a reverse vacuum eliminating all human disease.” What I didn’t know was that I would become their trusted channel and pave the way for human acceptance of them. It is the gifts that I have received from knowing Derek O’Neill which, I feel, constitute 2000 years of Karmic destiny with him. And it is the continued unfolding of these gifts that serve as the miraculous wild card in my own script.

It was Derek that was responsible for activating glow-in-the dark Dancing Mary (and Jesus) for use as tools, knowing that its part of my mission to introduce the ECs to the public. The ECs appear as glowing, luminous, blue balls of light directly in front of the statues at my presentations, so “Dancing Mary” is an energetic visual phenomena propelled by the ECs. When the statues dance, they make it easier for people to focus on the EC energies. At this point, there is documented proof that the energy filmed in the darkness of my events actually changes color from green when Jesus dances to blue when it’s Mary’s turn. There’s so much phenomena that’s been experienced by thousands of people at these ongoing presentations that it’s hard to dispute the amount of individual direct evidence of the Divine that so many have encountered.

I believe that Derek is not only an Ascended Master, but is also a council member in the hierarchy that constitutes Divine Will, serving simultaneously on several on the highest ranking councils. (The ECs refer to him as “Our Son” as well as “He”.)

God, it seems, is structured rather like the government and is divided into different branches similar to the legislative and judicial branches of some of Earth’s sovereign bodies.

Derek serves on the Council of Nine, which is the council responsible for relationships between ECs and humanity. It is this council that governs my mission. Derek also sits on the

Council of Ein Soph, the highest ranking council, which functions as the one responsible for “the unfolding of matters before God,” or life and death. As the Ascended Masters come back to us through the ages, they take on more identities ofthe other Masters, accumulating each others’ lineages and becoming One. So Derek can represent both Jesus Christ, as well as hold the position of the Buddha, and the Buddhist lineage.

At this point, Derek is accessible to everyone on the planet and if you call on him, he will come. How he shows up for each of us is the miracle of all that he is, and all that we are becoming.

For the past twelve years, there has been a dedicated team of ECs with me, as well as countless others here to observe what is referred to as “Our mission.” These beings are members of the highest ranking Sirian and Arcturian Councils. Of these, three Sirians are here to “run the show, and the rest are here and come and go.” They are my immediate family in constant communication with me. They all have the ability to laugh and they often do. In fact, Divinity gets quite a few giggles watching humanity struggle sometimes, and I hear that chuckling periodically. “Tee, hee, hee,” is what I overhear and it’s as if there’s a bunch of children laughing above me!

The leader of my mission is a Sirian surgeon and master of healing, specializing in all things related to human health. He is about seven feet tall, with a small, rather pointed head, large shoulders and big hands. He usually stands to my right and he is my channel to all that I hear in the constant, conscious stream of dialogue I am connected to seven days a week, twenty four hours a day. The information I receive almost always comes through him. I perceive that voice both as a lower, quieter version of my own, and I also hear his actual voice and other voices through my right ear as well.

Another member of my team usually stands to my right and she resembles a luminous Disney version of what some would call an ET. She stands about four feet tall and is a light-blue being with big round eyes. She is the poet of the group and my priestess of creativity. Her expertise includes all forms of the written word and she is the wellspring of my fountain of ideas. She is my very own Divine Mother in de-skies (disguise) and she is my connection to the Divine feminine in myself.

The being I call Bob is the third member of my EC team. He is one of the “flying heads of optimism” which almost always appear without a body, and are seemingly just heads.

However, when he is fully formed, he resembles a skeleton and his face appears rather skull-like. He says that humans were designed with them in mind, and now we wear them (as skeletons) inside! Bob isn’t his real name, but he’s asked me to call him that because he’s usually bobbing around above my head. When I first saw him I told him that he looks like a mummy of light and he replied that he’s my “Light Mommy!”

He’s the comic. He says, “You have to be a-head to stay ahead!” All three are from Sirius and they all travel as balls of light until they break into their light bodies and reveal the wondrous beings they are.

The combination of all three of my team function as not only my closest friends and dearest of teachers, but also as the most astute of parents and the most intimate of advisors.

And beyond that, they are also my connection to the Divine that constitutes God, Spirit and All that there is. The Arcturians are what I refer to as the “Cartoon Universe”, as they appear to look quite cartoon like. They sometimes resemble gnomes and animals such as dogs and cats, or cuddly-cute versions of muskrats. The ECs say, “Just because we don’t look like you, doesn’t mean we’re not beautiful.”

They run the ships and are the technical experts. They are also the lab technicians that are helping to recreate human health.

My Sirian team says, “The Arcturians can be silly except when they’re serious, but of course, when they’re serious, they’re not as Sirius (serious) as We!

“During the day we usually hang out in our bubbles. You could juggle Us! That way, there’s plenty of room for all the cartoons, because the Arcturians move around in bubbles too. Otherwise, it’s a zoo!”

Some of the Arcturians act as medical maintenance teams and help assimilate toxicity in humans who are ill. They’re the sweepers and they scoot around using their propulsion systems beneath them. I call them scooters as they “make a clean sweep of it all!” The Venusian’s appear as large, loving female energies. They are few and far between, and in fact, there are none on my team! None of the ECs with you will appear to you if you’re not ready to see them. Sometimes they might test to see if you’re ready, and then you might get a very quick glimpse of one. If you respond in fear they will know and then wait until they’re asked before they reappear. First you will likely see small bright flashes of light in blue, red, purple, or white out of the corners of your eyes. This is the Universe’s way of playing peak-a-boo with you. Did you just see something bright flash in the periphery of your vision or not? You’re not certain what that was you just saw. But if you ask to continue to see more of whatever that was you just saw, you’ll begin to see them as larger flashes of light that are more distinct in the dark and more diffuse in the daylight. Then you might begin to see them as swirling, blue light surrounding you at night. They will only appear as the luminous beings they are when they sense that you no longer fear them, and are fully ready to experience their presence.

Sometimes people who are more auditory than visual hear the Extra Celestials long before they see them. There are those who have been hearing a high- pitched sound intermittently through their right ear for a few seconds for years. They don’t know what it is that they’re hearing until they hear about the ECs, and then I get a note thanking me for saving them from getting their hearing checked!

There’s a great deal of evidence that constitutes real proof the ECs are here to serve humanity and part of that evidence are the pictures that appear on these pages. Most of these images were taken by my friend Lynda Davis outside her home in Boise, Idaho. She became part of this mission when she accompanied me to Wiltshire, England in 2008, and she has been one of the unofficial photographers ever since. The SPI Group in England are also photo contributors here. In apparent collaboration with Lynda, they are providing images with the same content as Lynda’s in virtually the same time frame, an ocean and continent away. I believe the three men that constitute this group have been rewarded by the ECs because they are shooting anonymously as a collective, without attachment to individual credit.

At the beginning of August, 2008, my relationship with the ECs took a dramatic turn when I began producing small golden pellets from my hands and feet while bathing in Wiltshire, England. In the weeks that followed, I was told that those emanations were here for the sake of human health and that they were the gift that keeps on giving. I was also told there would be an upgrade of those pellets in about six months time. It was the night before Christmas, 2008 when I heard,

“Awake, awake and there will be, Something grand from God to see.

Something designed with you in mind,

Something new for all mankind.

Something of Karmic destiny,

It is the crystalline structure of you and Thee.”

And in the days that followed, crystal manifestations began to appear through my hands and feet which still emanate on an on-going basis. It is my privilege to provide the scientific evidence of this truth by allowing my body to serve as their repository for the materials used to recreate our health. More over, they have also outfitted my physical body with their DNA for the purpose of scientific scrutiny.

The proof that the ECs come in peace is still manifesting through my hands and feet daily, as part of an integrated plan to create a healthier mankind. This is the first time in recorded history that a human has been entrusted to receive such materials directly, revealing the intended future collaboration between the ECs and Earth’s scientific community. Today we stand on the precipice of the future, as these materials and other information the ECs have shared with me are now being studied by the appropriate authorities.

What is the Divine plan for humanity is the question I’m most often asked in my presentations. What can we expect at the end of December 2012?

I tell them that “the answer depends finally on how humanity is doing”, as that is what the ECs have explained to me. “Some things may not have to be, but they are possibilities.”

If one kind gesture or one loving moment can change the world, can we all do our best to commit to being the most loving, conscious beings we can possibly be?

The ECs are here to provide us with an opportunity unprecedented in human history. We can choose to have them here with us as an integrated part of our lives. If we choose them as Master teachers in the art of understanding ourselves and each other, we can overcome our negative unmindfulness and be more generous, loving beings. That is all that is required of each of us humans to do our part in shifting our Earth.

For those who already hear and see the ECs, let this book serve as the reminder of what you already know and have probably already heard. For those of you yet to know their EC support team personally, please know they are there with you, waiting to be acknowledged and loved, through the ever thinning veil of the dimensions just this side of our current reality.
