The Process has Begun

Dear Crystalline Beings,

We, the Arcturians, greet you with unconditional love and respect. We see you shining before us in your new form of crystalline light. Actually, this is not your new form, but your return to the form of your true SELF. When you first left the ONE to participate in the Grand Experiment of Light into Matter, your form was pure light, free of all matter and completely infused with spirit. We must say, dear one, that the light you now bear has greatly expanded beyond the light you bore when you first entered the darkness of matter.

Many of your earthly myths speak of a great being who sacrifices him/her self for the good of the many. After death, the martyr then goes into the darkness to do battle with all his/her demons. Upon the third day, the martyr returns to the light as a Master of Energy. We wish to take a moment to explain some important properties of the energy of the numbers 3.

When the ONE of the fifth dimension and beyond was polarized into the third/fourth dimensional realities, it became number 1 (masculine/light) and 2 (feminine/matter). 3 is the number which represents the creation that results from the merging of polarities 1 and 2. The number 3's creation story is that 1 and 2 united as Light/Spirit/1 into Dark/Matter/2 to create their child of love, Humanity/3. Because 3 took a form in the lower worlds, numbers 4 (basis for form), 5 (feet grounded, heart open, head in stars), 6 (creative expression) and 7 (transmutation back to light) developed. You have now come to the “time” of number 7, in which you transmute your form back into the ONE from which it first arose. Just as the martyr of your creation stories becomes a Master of Energy, you have gained your Mastery as a magnificent Spiritual Warrior. For eons you have battled your only enemy, fear, with your Sword of Intention and your Shield of Unconditional Love.

Please see before you your brethrens amongst the Galactic Federation who are proudly proclaiming you as an Ascended Master, as they welcome you Home to your true SELF. Yes, you will return to your earthly life. Yes, it will appear to be the same through your physical eyes. However, through your awakened Third Eye and opened High Heart, you will see and feel the strands of crystalline light that hunger to accept the intelligent light, unconditional love and infinite creativity of the torsion waves that Flow from the Galactic Center.

CREATING REALITY

A matrix is being created for a new reality, one that YOU have been creating since you began your Awakening. Now, dear members of our Milky Way Galaxy, you are merging your consciousness with the higher dimensional expressions of your SELF. As we speak with you now, we wish to remind you that you are truly at ONE with us, the Arcturians, who are at ONE with all consciousness. Consciousness is the creator of all form, not the other way around. Consciousness is living spirit, which may or may not seek to create a form. In fact, at the Source we are all pure consciousness, pure energy.

When consciousness seeks to create form as an artistic expression of its Being, it sends the intention of form down the frequency ladder into the lower worlds of form. This intention is then replicated in each and every dimension. However, on each dimension the form appears to be different because the resonance of each frequency creates a slightly different version of the same intention/pattern/matrix that has been sent down from the creator. In the case of your earth vessel, the creator is YOU, that is the YOU within the ONE who desired to experience individuality in a reality based on form.

Your body in each dimension is made of the elements of that dimension. Hence, your third dimensional form is made of matter, which is the combination of the elements of earth, air, fire, and water. This matter is polarized. To create polarity, male and female energy needs to separate. Now, in order to prepare your earth vessel for your initiation into Awakening, and the downloading of your higher expressions of SELF, you must unite your masculine (1) and feminine (2) energies to create your new form (3), Lightbody. Your form of Lightbody will be the vessel in which you will return Home to your true vibration.

Your fourth dimensional body is composed of the Elementals, which are the higher resonance of your third dimensional elements. In the lower sub-planes of the fourth dimension, your body is still polarized into male or female. However, since form is more mutable in the fourth dimension, you may shift from one gender to the other. As you travel higher and higher in the fourth dimensional sub-planes, your bodies become less and less polarized. Then in the fifth dimension, your form becomes androgynous.

When you first return to the threshold of the fifth dimension, you may choose to express your SELF in either a male or female gender. However, as you return to your forms in higher and higher frequencies of the fifth dimensional sub-planes, you are less likely to choose to express yourself in a form of gender. In fact, as you return to higher and higher frequencies of your Multidimensional SELF, the less you are likely to express yourself as an individualized form. We, the Arcturians who are communicating with you, have no form. This is because beyond the eighth dimension, there is no sense of individuality other than the group expression of the “individual” planet, solar system or galaxy—such as The Arcturian Worlds.

When you return to your sixth dimensional form, you will perceive yourself as the blueprint, the matrix—the pure Crystalline Matrix. From this perspective, you can perceive the patterns of your behaviors and creations in the lower realities of the third and fourth dimensions. You can then go directly into the “hard drive” of the Crystalline Matrix to make the necessary adjustments to these patterns. However, since reality is a perception, if your third dimensional self still believes in the old patterns—that is what you will experience until you can change your beliefs. This fact is because:

     Attention filters-in expected perceptions

INITIATIONS INTO MASTERY

Before we begin our journey into the sixth and seventh dimensions, we wish to ignite your memory of your previous Initiations into Mastery in your past/parallel realities. Your sixth dimensional SELF stores the matrix, which your fifth dimensional SELF projects into the third and fourth dimensional worlds of form. Since there is no time in the fifth dimension and beyond, all of your third and fourth dimensional realities are perceived as happening in the NOW. Because of this, what appears to be “past lives” from your third dimensional viewpoint, are observed as “parallel” lives from the fifth dimension and beyond.

It is important that you review the process of these Initiations at this time, for in the sixth dimension which you are about to enter is the “hard drive” that creates and maintains all your 3D Matrices. Hence, you will be adjusting not only your current life, but all of your adventures in the third and fourth dimension. In your former/parallel realities, this was not the case, as the “stage” of third dimensional Earth was far from planetary ascension. Now, Gaia will ascend with you, just as you will ascend with Her. The 2 is returning to the 1 and taking all the 3's with Her.

In ancient times, Initiates studied in Temples, which were free of the responsibilities and worries of mundane life, because planet Earth resonated to a much lower frequency then She does now. Furthermore, there was a huge difference in consciousness between the few Initiates/Awakening Ones and the unenlightened masses. In that time frame, you studied for many years in the relative safety of the Temple in order to differentiate between the illusions of the third dimension and the Truth of the higher worlds. In fact, at that time, the “higher worlds” did not extend beyond the fourth dimension.

When you were ready for your initiation into Mastery, you had to face the four challenges of earth, air, fire and water. To pass this initiation you needed to merge with the fourth dimensional Elementals of each third dimensional element in order to discriminate between the illusion of polarized reality and the truth of the higher worlds. This merging of the third and fourth dimensions activated your memory of your true, multidimensional nature. For most Initiates that nature only encompassed the higher sub-planes of the fourth dimension.

During your initiation process you were called upon to move through four areas. In each area you were faced with the challenge of “survival.” For example, you would enter an area in which there was a great avalanche. If you believed the illusion, you would try to “survive” by outrunning the onslaught of earth, in which case you would likely be crushed by your belief in the illusion.

On the other hand, if you could commune with the Earth Elementals to find the Truth of the situation, they would remind you that, as a Master, you could command them to calm the motion of their third dimensional elements. In this case, by believing in the Truth of your Multidimensional SELF and, hence, your Mastery of Energy, you would have passed the initiation.

A similar challenge would be presented to you with the elements of air, fire and water. If you were able to remember your SELF and pass all four of your initiations, you were ushered into a special room to rest and await the recognition of your victory. However, one more initiation held, sacred to only the Highest Masters, awaited you—the initiation of Human Love. In this case, a possible beloved one would enter your room with “refreshments.”

The following sequence of events were meant to present you, the Initiate, with the option of choosing human love (which would create attachments to the 3D Matrix and illusions) or unconditional love (which would allow you to remain free of all third dimensional illusions and distractions.) If unconditional love was chosen, you would be Master over the most powerful of all energy—your own emotions.

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE

Human love, which is based on polarities, is very attractive for it carries great desire, unity in a land of separation, and passion. However, human love is also filled with fear, possession, jealousy and pain. On the other hand, unconditional love is free of the polarities that create the illusions of separation and limitation. Therefore, unconditional love holds no fear of loss or pain that your beloved would hurt you, because you and your beloved are ONE. To hurt you would be to hurt them, as well. With no sense of separation there is no need for possessiveness or jealousy, as every moment is shared within the ONE.

Finally, human love can often limit you from proceeding with your highest goals, whereas unconditional love creates no limitations. However, in order to choose unconditional love, you need to release you own attachment to the emotional dramas of the third dimension and believe, instead, in the peace and calm of your Multidimensional SELF. Your true SELF is not only at ONE with your loved one but is also at ONE with all the elements and Elementals of the planet. Whereas human love can be restrictive, unconditional love is very expansive.

Once you embrace unconditional love, it automatically expands your sense of self beyond your individuality, beyond your loved ones, beyond your home, your city, state, country and into the very land, sky, water and spirit of Gaia. The body of Gaia is beloved and will be raised, transmuted, ascended into the fifth dimension. The land that has been unconditionally loved, protected and respected will expand. On the other hand, the land that has been scarred with human fear, hate and greed, will cease to exist, as the animals, plants and minerals have been too damaged and defiled by humanity to raise the frequency of their land.

Fortunately, initiated and awakened humans can step into their duty of being Keepers of the Land and transmute the areas of Gaia that have been destroyed or harmed by humanity's fearful choices. Of course, the Cetaceans, whales and dolphins, have done a stellar job of being the Keepers of the Water. However, even though they have constantly filled the oceans and waterways with unconditional love, humans continue to create more damage. Humanity needs to follow the lead of these great, ancient Beings and fill our reality with unconditional love.

Fortunately, the light of the Awakened Ones is ten times stronger than those still lost in the darkness. Therefore, if you the Awakened ONES, remember to unconditionally love all of Gaia's elements and Elementals, you will greatly contribute to the process of Planetary Ascension. If you can remember to unconditionally love the land of your home, your neighborhood, your route to work, the place of your employment, the land beneath your children's schools and every place you visit, you will create ribbons of fifth dimensional Crystalline Light across, around and within the body of Gaia.

Dear Awakened ONES, do not forget the power that you now possess. Share this power through the unconditional love that resonates within your aura. Take a moment in your busy life to extend your aura out across your surrounding land, down into the fiery core of Gaia's body, up into Her sky and down into Her waters. By taking a moment to send your intention to assist Gaia with your unconditional love, you will immeasurably assist in Her process of Planetary Ascension.

To further assist Her, send Gaia your deepest gratitude for holding the form of the planet on which you have taken many embodiments. Through all of these embodiments your sense of self has expanded to encompass your Planetary SELF. Take a long, slow in-breath as you realize that your SELF is not just one small human. Your SELF is all the elements and Elementals that make up your planet.

Begin your day as a PLANET.
Look into YOUR sky.
Feel YOUR feet within your earth.

Look into YOUR horizon.
Follow the pathway of YOUR rising and setting Sun.
Feel YOUR Moonlight as its cycles wax and wane.

Nourish and love the plants, animals and people living on YOUR land.
Experience the flow of YOUR oceans and waterways.
Feel the rain as it feeds YOUR land and clears YOUR sky.

Know that YOU are the Planet.
The Solar System is YOUR family.
The Galaxy is YOUR clan.

At ONE within
the Cosmic Whole
alone beside
the Faerie knol.

Between the trees
beneath the sky
your heart expands

THE ASCENSION PROCESS HAS BEGUN

Stay balanced in the Center Path and follow the Flow of the ONE into the Heart of Gaia. Feel how the Flow washes over the land, fills the sky, enters the earth and calms the waters. No need to “batten down the hatches,” for all that leaves you is meant to go.

You must enter the Promise empty-handed and open-hearted. The giant force of your love will magnetize all that has been held precious to your Soul's long journey into matter.

Hold yourself as a Comet, a glowing ball of light with a long tail. Within your tail is all that you have touched with love, as well as all the love that has spurred you on to this day.

Fill your consciousness with the love you have ever felt for Gaia—the planet that YOU are—in this and every one of your incarnations. Feel how She embraces you in return.

Deny your attention to any fear. It is only an illusion. Allow Love, Light, Peace and Unity to fill your KNOWING as the Truth of All That Is.

In closing, we the Arcturians, remind you to find your answers within and KNOW that the only tests left are the ones you create yourself.

The Call of The Cetaceans….. The Time is Now to Heal the Magnetic Grid

I first read this article when it formed part of a newsletter from Celia Fenn who is based out of South Africa. She was inviting us to help the Whales and Dolphins of the Southern Oceans in a group meditation on the 21st June which was a very powerful time for all lightwork. I liked this message so much I asked Kai if we could reproduce it here. He is based in Mexico and has some blogs which are mostly written in Spanish, although the Cetaceans blog has been translated to English.

The magnetic structure of the earth is composed of several energy vortexes and portals that give life to everything that exists. These vortices maintain the vital balance on the beloved Earth, as well as those responsible for directing the energies and codes coming from the universe, and to anchor them in all living beings, so in that way, life is expressed and maintained.

There are several magnetic grids on Earth, however, at the moment and we must focus our energies on the Cosmic Christ Grid and the Grid of the Magnetic Vital points, as they are the ones that need our work to balance and reunify them.

The Cosmic Christ Grid, is the grid for the new consciousness of humanity, it is the one that will hold the collective consciousness over the next few millennia, a consciousness based on love and unity. This Grid is the one that was activated in the Summer Solstice of 2008 and which are establishing now, for as we open our hearts and consciences, we will reconnected with her and so, fully enter the consciousness of the new humanity.

The Grid of the Magnetic Vital Points, is a more earthly grid. This one is extended over all the earth subterranean ground and is responsible for maintaining life and energy flow on the planet. One could say that is to Earth what the system of chakras is for the human body. Is the grid that holds together in a symbiotic society, all living beings, including human beings. Is the grid that regulates life processes on Earth. It is this grid to which animals and plants are linked to regulate their cycles.

Have you ever wondered how it is that the animals know the precise moment at which to begin their reproductive processes and migration if they do not know the schedules or dates, or time, neither calendars? Well, it's because time is an invention of the Human. Life on Earth is governed by this magnetic grid, which emits pulses indicating the exact moment in which to start their migration and reproductive processes. Those Pulses are Sonic tones, recognized by living beings, which have different sequences, which are interpreted as commands to start natural processes.

In fact, humanity could live a healthier life, more organic and natural rather than be guided by the schedules and time clocks; they would tune with their whole body to the pulsations of the magnetic grid. Then, both physical and mental illnesses would no longer exist, since the human being, no longer would work against their natural processes. That is how the ancient and native peoples lived; they would regulate cycles of crops and the way in which their bodies healed, guided by the wise and holy Pachamama pulse.

In the present day, with the change of eras and the restoration of the Cosmic Christ Grid of Unity and the gradual destruction of the Collective mental grid (the old grid, the grid of the old energy) it is necessary to heal and re-balancing of the Magnetic Vital Points Grid (call it the natural grid) with the cosmic spots of the Cosmic Christ Grid, for it is this imbalance that is causing Dolphins and whales to get stranded and dying, and migrating birds losing their way, as this natural grid had been connected for 13, 000 years to the old grid and as such this mental grid collapses, the natural grid loses points of support and connection, as both are intimately linked. As they operate in the same way that does the human body and the chakra system in conjunction with our light body or Merkaba. The Merkaba completely surrounds us, regulate our consciousness and connection to the Universe, while our chakras are located internally in our bodies and regulate our body processes.

The human being is like Mother Earth in terms of its energy structure is concerned, and the human energy structures are interconnected to the structures of the Earth, namely, the Cosmic Christ Grid and the Natural Grid, understanding our bodies, we can understand the universe around us.

Therefore, it is so necessary to balance and heal the Natural Grid, reconnect it to the magnetic spots of the Cosmic Christ Grid and begin the process of healing of Mother Earth and Animal Brothers and Sisters. Guided by our heart and with the help of the Beloved Cetacean we shall succeed!

Today (June 3), I was shown by the Brother and Sister Cetaceans, that currently, because of the testing being carried out underground in the Pacific Ocean and South Atlantic, there are points of the Natural grid that are in total unbalance. These unbalances generate negative vortexes, since such experiments rip and break the structure of the Natural Grid, causing a huge unbalance in the Beloved Mother Gaia.

It is as if our bodies receive a bullet impact, the human body is torn apart physically as well as energetically. Mother Earth is the same. What makes us think that the continuing explosions will not cause harm to the Earth?

How is it possible that the being who is supposedly the only mammal with intelligence, is the only one destroying Mother Earth? The only home we have, the loving being that gives us life! And why? In the pursuit of power? So they can control the rest of their brothers?

.... The Human Being is the only mammal with the ability to reason mathematically, but has so far been unable to reason with his heart, unable to connect to the true wisdom and real life.

IS TIME TO WAKE UP! THE TIME IS NOW!

Now I say, the New Earth will not come magically from nowhere. Nor will be already built for us by the Cosmic Beings from other planets. Nor will the Ascended Masters either.

WE ARE ITS BUILDERS AND CO CREATORS, As We are the inhabitants of this planet we are the guardians of Life on Earth.

Brothers and Sisters, dream!

Dream for yourselves. Do not expect anyone to tell You what to do or show You the Way. You are able to find Your own reconnection, Your very own upward spiral that leads to the Cosmic Consciousness. Because we all can! We are ALL healers, we are all Divine. The fact that there are channelers and healers that are well known, does not mean you are unable to channel or heal as well, or that You’ll need those same channelers give You the power to find Your very own divinity and divine gifts that YOU are already carrying in Your DNA.

Visualize that the New Earth is alive, that there is a beautiful place full of light and love where all animals are present, where the Cetaceans are present and we all share their knowledge and wisdom through their songs.

Dream! Believe it is possible that perhaps it was impossible until now!

Put aside for a moment, all the pain that has being dragged for so long. Stop postponing your awakening based on having to heal past lives, present traumas and physical illnesses. All that vanishes when we allow ourselves to vibrate in the heart, when we allow our beloved Mother Gaia embrace Us and Our Beloved Father guide us from within our heart.

Brothers and Sisters, dream! daily, build the New Earth. That the New Earth will come alive with Your dreams.

As we dream, we create. And as we create, we heal our soul and we reconnected to our being, and all that now prevents us from dreaming, disappears as if by magic. Because there is no pain when we vibrate in love with all your Being. Dare to make the jump, stop fighting against yourself and allow Yourselves into the infinite flow of life.

Allow Yourself to believe.

Believe in what we ever thought possible, when you were a kid, when you believed in fairies, angels and Divine Magic. Everything used to feel so easy, right? Because it is SO. Do not be dragged into the consciousness of NO from the old energy. That old elite consciousness in which only a few are chosen. Let yourself be carried away by the consciousness of the YES of the New Energy and the New Earth, anything is possible! WE ARE ALL DIVINE, WE ARE ALL CHOSEN! We're all in this sacred moment on Mother Earth to make a difference, to create the new world!

We are all divine beings, strong and courageous who chose to incarnate at this time because we're confident in our strength, because we know (but sometimes forget) that, within our hearts lies all the wisdom of the universe.

Allow Yourself to see beyond. Close your eyes and see with your inner spiritual eyes, a magical world, with clean skies. Pink clouds, cascades of bright colors, green fields full of flowers. Oceans full of dolphins, whales and, multicolor fish, fields full of magical animals, birds, brightly colored phoenix and a united humanity without borders, where Love is the language that expresses the unity which enables us to share and enjoy hand by hand, every day.

Imagine, create, make it a reality with all the force of your intention.

And while you are here, above the earth, with your feet touching the surface of Mother Gaia, direct your love towards her, to all animals and especially towards the Beloved Cetaceans, Dolphins and Whales, who have helped us throughout the existence and for the last 13 000 years, They have being taking care of the Natural grid, but ... they are tired, they need support, they need love.

Is this love that will go to Mother Gaia to heal the tearing spot in the Natural Grid, and, at the same time, connect it to the Cosmic Christ grid. It's simple to do, always the most powerful tool is love and intention. Those are the solid bases of creation.

So, Brothers and Sisters, are You ready to take on your own power? To start the work for which you chose to incarnate at this time on this earth?

Back in the Flow, Part 2 - And More Miracles For Me

The second part of getting unstuck (remember, the first part was opening the door and letting go of resistance as a result of talking with a psychic who found me through my uncle) was a little more traumatic to me and is still going on. I am sharing my experience in case it helps any of you explain your own patterns and processing. I know anyone can heal to the level of being in the flow easily and experiencing inner contentment in his/her everyday life. I believe in it, even when you do not.

Discovering and working with my very hurt and damaged self-saboteur

I was working with a monk friend of mine and she heard the words ‘part 2’ before we got too far into the work. We don’t usually get information that direct so it was lovely to have the clarity that this was the second part of the answer to all my inner work, allowing, intending and praying for help in getting unstuck.

I was experiencing a lot of fear so after I was able to gain perspective and be more objective about it, we took a look at it. Usually emotional parts of me that don’t process on out (heal, release or integrate) show up as inner children in my/our psychic vision.

There was so much fear I had to imagine holding my friend’s hand as we both asked it to show up and give us information. She actually would not let herself be seen. My friend could intuitively glimpse a dress in the midst of a ball of energy, but all I actually could not see anything at all. It was highly unusual because I usually see everything clearly and my friend does not. However, a lot of judgmental parts showed up clearly for me. We invited all these reactionary parts to sit in the lap of god while we accepted and loved the inner me that was panicked.

My friend described her energy and story to me. This damaged part of me was very starved physically when I was younger (sometimes my mom didn’t feed me as a baby), and psychically and emotionally too. She was in terror – beyond fear – and preverbal. She is the energy behind all the self-sabotaging I have been doing. She is the energy that demands to be fed with something – food, spending, anger, or other addictive behaviors – even when it is harmful to my body or financial state. She is the energy that cannot allow me to be emotionally intimate with anyone because she has been without feeling loved for so long she doesn’t even recognize it. She is adept at hiding and transforming into something else so even though I might have noticed some part of her before, she changed quickly so she could survive.

As my friend was telling me all of this, I was experiencing a lot of psychic intensity. It wasn’t exactly pain but that feeling we get when our bodies are transitioning to a higher vibration and it is slow going. When I could finally psychically see something all I saw was skeletons in a yard, darkness and ‘movie-like’ depictions of scary places. But I could feel a churning in my 3^rd chakra, fear and child-like temper tantrums. My friend said she lives mostly in my body – not my legs or arms. It makes sense when you look at me; my legs and arms are very thin compared to my body. I had a glimpse when I was 18 that I ate so much to fill the hole in my third chakra. This was her. We opened the lines of communication with her and I promised to spend a lot of time with her.

I have been working with her for about 2 weeks now. I have not gotten a full night’s sleep since we began and what sleep I have been able to get has been broken and very busy with healing work. I have had to be careful to be aware of any part of me judging her as other parts of me have looked upon her with a lot of disgust (the same disgust, I might add, that I used to feel when I thought about my body). She cannot take any judgment or arguing or discussion. I have been loving her and accepting her and forgiving myself. I have been crying a lot too and experiencing waves of uncomfortable emotion and psychic intensity as I shift. She now shows up in my intuitive vision clearer. a little bit older and lot healthier. She is more outgoing and more verbal. She has also been healing in my dreams at night, each night showing up as a baby or young child. She is also getting older and healthier in my dreams.

I am sharing all of this because if I just read the words I wrote I would say I have done this before. I have addressed these kinds of parts of me but then the same emotional, thought, and behavioral patterns would show up again and again. So obviously there was something I was missing. However, even though I might use the same words, this felt and continues to feel completely different. I was shown all the times I came close to addressing her but could not because I could not be objective enough, unconditional enough and accepting enough. I spent too much time pushing this away and resisting that it was me. At the slightest judgment or identification with her energy, she would dissipate or change into something else to avoid direct healing. Aren’t I clever???

Resulting Miracles

The miracles that have shown up in my everyday life show me what it could, is and will be like without this part of me slamming the door as soon as I am in the flow. I have experienced healing for myself and with my clients at a higher level – a 5^th dimensional level if we need to label it. It is quite different than what I have been participating in before. Some clients can allow it, some cannot. It is so wonderful it deserves a separate article of its own. I will try to describe it better in a future article.

I am now patient when I sew (no cussing when I make a mistake – LOL!!), when standing in long lines and when talking with people who require a lot of explanation before they can understand me or assist me. Ok, if I can reconnect with patience – YOU CAN HEAL, LEARN, HAVE ANYTHING YOU WANT!! With everything that has happened to me on this spiritual evolutionary journey, experiencing patience consistently is the biggest miracle yet.

I notice I am not making so much negative self-talk when I do not eat in the healthiest way possible or exercise each day. I am allowing myself to rest when I need it. Like reconnecting with patience, treating myself lovingly consistently is a new experience for me. I am re-learning my true nature and it is much gentler, calmer, more connected to my god-self, happier, expansive than I ever imagined. Simple things please me.

I made enough money this week doing what I LOVE to do, helping people in their spiritual evolution, to pay my bills for June. My creativity level is off the charts. I am very comfortable being alone and actually prefer it right now. I am happy and content more than I am not. I am able to immediately recognize that other people’s expressed negative judgment of me as their issue, not mine, and respond accordingly. When this healing part of me got retriggered because of one client’s similar issues, it only took a day and a half to heal from it and reopen to my own magnificence.

I am still in the process of healing and integrating this part of me but I really am so appreciative of my own courage and persistence in getting this far. I love this phase of my spiritual evolution.

Freedom

Six weeks ago I posted a "vacation message" on my computer, handed my 'to do' list to my loving daughter, thanked Randy my tech engineer for taking care of business and said, good-bye. I had never been away from work in my entire life for six weeks...gutsy move.

I was going where the ocean met the sky and peace and quiet was not a foreign concept. My plan was to wake up for days on end with zero responsibilities, meditate or simply be still for long periods of time, write, talk with my soul, (or at the very least listen,) detox my brain, get off the stage of my making, break lingering strongholds with erroneous belief systems, rediscover my fascination with ladybugs and the colors that are painted in the sky when the sun decides it's time to let the moon take over, and laugh out loud at the antics of the doggies as they play without a care in the world on my favorite beach.

I packed as though I were never coming home and headed to meet the future Maureen who would, by the grace of God, learn how to live unencumbered without drains, strains, guilt's and personality addictions interfering with my freedom and authentic nature.

I figured my authentic nature was somewhere tied up with my freedom awaiting my arrival and welcoming embrace. Once found I planned to fully investigate what they both really really meant to me, what they asked of me and what my actions (not my intellectualizing about them) would call for prior to moving forward in life and into this new Universal cycle of time.

I arrived at my destination, grabbed a bite to eat and fell into an I can't believe I did this sleep...but I did.

The sun, streaming through the windows awakened me early. I grabbed my gear and headed to the beach to walk and meditate. The second I smelled the ocean air my body began to loosen itself out of its always tight and cramped position and tears suddenly started rolling down my cheeks. A tiny voice wafted up from inside of me that simply said, "thank you." Hearing that the big tears came, the ones that are so huge you wonder how they make it through the teensy opening allotted them. I let them free fall.

I took my first full breath in about a year as I laid out my beach blanket and sat on my little beach chair as close to the waves as possible. Closing my eyes I sent out a prayer. "Dear God, help me do this. Help me to find my way to the only thing I have every wanted in my entire life, peace. Just peace. I have set my intention and I've taken action. All I choose is peace and the freedom that peace affords me. Please help me."

I wasn't expecting a direct answer though it never fails that when I sincerely put in a call to the Great Divine, my unwavering Partner, there is always a response. I'm just not always listening. Today there were no distractions.

"That's what you wrote in your very first book almost a decade ago," I heard. "I know, but I lost my way, again." "You'll find your way this time, you know what you are looking for," were the last words I heard for five full days.

For the next five days I attempted to meditate. Nothing. My mind was yammering as though it were its last days of freedom and needed to get everything said to try to save itself and redeem its importance in my life. I walked the stretch of the beach over and over again, attempting to get quiet, and attempting to merge with one of the great loves of life, the ocean. I couldn't get into her rhythm. I sought out dolphins; couldn't find one. I attempted a conversation or two with my Partner God; couldn't get a clear channel.

Everything changed on the sixth day. I had walked the beach, blessed the water, every grain of sand, all of the seaweed and a huge jellyfish. I sent off another little prayer for help.

Back onto my beach blanket a ladybug came from God knows where amongst all of that sand and crawled up my arm. Since the time I was a child, the sight of a ladybug has always brought me instant joy and an instant connection to all that is. I knew she was sent.

There she was and here came the tears. A sign. A signal that contact had been made. I watched her as though I had seen a ladybug for the very first time. I noticed every beautiful polka-dot on her precious back. I watched her tiny legs inch their way up toward the bend in my elbow. I tilted my head moving my tears so as not to drown her. I felt blessed as the waves merged and hit the shore disappearing into nothingness, along with my thoughts. My ladybug felt free to simply stroll lazily around my arm while I just watched her in fascination. I heard the dogs joyfully talking to each other but I heard something louder than they. I heard, "It's time to write the book you've waited more than 20 years to write." I never expected this.

Chills went through my body, tears never far from my cheeks, began pooling in my eyes and I quietly felt the joy that accompanies new energy, new life. I grabbed my journal, with my arm not occupied with the ladybug from inside my beach bag, and wrote what I believe every author loves to write; the title of their new book (which I will keep private for now.)

The very first sentence emerged and the one after that, and the next and the next. I was flowing. This was the book I had waited a long time to write, taking nothing away from the past three books I've written and had published or the five CD's I've written, all of which I love and honor dearly. This new one was the one I was waiting to get the green light on and I never wanted to birth it prematurely.

As I began to write, I began to expand. I used my breath to open every possible portal inside of me, calling forth more of my Soul and strengthening my connection to Spirit. I asked myself why do so many of us forget the magic of our breath and all that it does for us when used properly?

I was also reminded that none of us has to wait for a "Universal Portal Day" for anything. We are individuated portals in operation every single day. We can expand, release or call forth anything through the temple (or portal) of our being, at will.

Anyway, in the midst of daily writing, I spent the next several weeks in a state of noticing everything and judging nothing. I felt freedom emerging. I gave up trying to solve any problem I thought I had by giving it over to the Universe, getting quiet and consciously making room for an answer to come up through me when it was meant to. Very freeing.

I stopped telling myself stories to justify anything. Not being invested in my stories I became noticeably lighter. Quite liberating.

I also decided to stop striving for anything, from now on. I was overdone in the striving department. No more. I committed to myself to simply be present to my Life and see what the Universe brings to me, without any reaching. A dear friend of mine calls this magical living, and it is. I used to participate in magical living quite frequently in years gone by and then I cluttered up my life with imaginary responsibilities and imaginary problems and moved away from my natural state of being. I clouded the magic. Now I've cleared space so the magic can flow easily into my life. (No doubt a maintenance program will be required here.)

I've also learned to make friends with silence for longer periods of time and not touch a thought with another one while in the sacred space of stillness. This is a key component to freedom.

I also discovered where I feel the most freedom. It is when I am being 100% authentic, which means I tell the truth all of the time even when I'm uncomfortable telling it to myself or another. Not an easy accomplishment I can tell you for sure. Whether we notice it or not, very few us are completely authentic for any number of fear-based reasons primarily, the fear of being rejected. It's important to sort out all the reasons without judgment, as this is where we loose a big chunk of our freedom.

All in all I summoned my former life, blessed it and asked it to let me go as I let it go. We had danced long enough. As we all enter into this new cycle of time it seems appropriate to notice what is truly working for us and what is not. This takes more than a moment. It is an investment in our future worthy of our time, whatever time it takes. Once noticed then actions of re-creation must be implemented and tended to...after all, our freedom is at stake.

Just before I left my sabbatical I was shopping for a Thank You card when another card quite literally jumped out at me. It's titled, "The Butterfly of Freedom" There's a box on the front of the card and inside the box are a dozen butterflies flying around. Then there is an opening that one of the butterflies created in the box and is joyfully zooming around outside of the box.

The butterflies are conversing on the card, saying, "Why do you fly outside the box?" "I fly outside the box because I can." "But we KNOW the box. We are safe in the box." "That my friend is why I left it. For you may be SAFE...but I AM FREE!

Everyday Miracles

After a couple of months of intensely focused inner work, I seem to be back in the flow, allowing my higher self to gently guide me rather than fighting my way through my spiritual growth. I thought I would share three of my recent magical experiences that all happened in the same two week period. I love being in the flow again.

Yes It IS all Worth It

One of the thought patterns I have fallen into in the past when things feel stuck for any length of time is remembering how hard all this spiritual processing and shifting has been. I eventually come to the conclusion that it was NOT worth it. I was unhappy before I began consciously expanding but at least I had money and a social life. Now I still don’t have what I think I want AND I do not have any money or any local friends or community. I am not sure I had any real friends before but I thought I did. I am also not sure I was any happier (you know how perception is when you are trying to be miserable).

I was wallowing in these thoughts a few weeks ago and received a phone call from a woman who wanted help. This very unhappy woman lives on a fixed income and has some medical issues that the doctors cannot help her with (they don’t know what is wrong). Her energy and statements screamed loudly her belief that no one would ever be able to help her and she projected a lot of anger, aggressiveness, helplessness and victim-ness. I tried to explain to her how spiritual and energetic healing worked but she wanted one session that would clear everything up. I explained that I intuited it would take many sessions to help her enjoy her life and let go of some of the medical issues. She began to panic about the money (on the surface that was what she thought was panicking her) and I said I was not recommending she schedule several sessions, only that I would not take her money under a false pretence that one session would make a huge difference. She got even angrier and hung up. I wondered why someone like that who really didn’t want to do the work herself would feel she should call me.

Several days later I realized I used to be like her when I had a full time job and was making enough money to live on, before I quit to pursue my spiritual growth full time and the dream of owning my own business. That is when I was able to acknowledge and embrace that YES; it has all been worth it. She was in so much physical and emotional pain it was hard to talk to her. All of the loss, perceived humiliation, body pain and illness, moving around, loneliness as well as miracles, love, openings, wonder and magic HAS been worth it. I am happier, calmer, more confident, immensely connected with my god-self, and enjoy the sacredness of life most of the time. I thanked my higher self for providing me with that example and blessed her again for calling.

Answering the Call to Service Helps Ourselves

Just the other day I was visiting a friend in Manhattan Beach (LA, CA) and we were drawn to a particular restaurant to eat. Next to it was a new store that we both were drawn to. Turns out it was new and we had a wonderful chat with the owner. She told us her story of moving – how she was basically pushed out of her old place after not listening to several signs that it was time to move. She also told us that a family member unexpectedly gave her quite a bit of money to move and that when she asked others for help (something she never did before but was intuitively guided to do) someone gave her another big sum to help, with the proviso that she could pay it back whenever she wanted. She also expressed her fear of trusting the direction she felt she was being guided into for her business.

I needed to hear this story so that I would quit worrying about how money was going to come to me and we needed to talk to her to confirm that her guidance was real and accurate for her. I was also able to give her information about her protective energy all around her and what I saw happening for the business in the near future. We connected on a beautiful soul level. It was one of the serendipitously magical and spontaneous connections that only happen when all parties are open to it. My friend and I went to lunch very uplifted by the experience. I was reminded of trusting and how these fabulous opportunities usually occur for me when I am open to them.

ASK and You Will Be Answered (Part 1 of a Major Shift)

During the past month and a half I have been asking my higher self for help in the form of a human to break up the stuck feeling, to help me allow myself to bring my own manifesting powers in to the physical world and stick with them (stop shutting everything down as soon as things begin to move). I tried to take action and talk to 4 different healers and something always got in the way.

Then I received an email from my step mom asking if it was ok for my Uncle to give my email to some woman he knows who is a psychic. I thought that was odd since I didn’t even know my Uncle knew that I was intuitive. But I gave permission. When I got her email it was like reading something from an old friend. I knew right away we needed to work together (so did she). Turns out her father and my uncle were very good friends and she has known my uncle most of her life and just two weeks ago he told her about me!!!! Talk about god’s timing.

We didn’t get to talk to each other until after the first incident I wrote about above occurred. I am sure I was more receptive after that realization. During our exchange her energy and her words helped me open a door that I had closed. It was exactly the piece of help I needed to take another step into being open to the flow again. It was also Part 1 to a major shift that I will write about in a future article. And it didn’t cost me anything and was arranged by our higher selves. Sure helped my trust level increases another level or two. I was reminded that things do not have to be hard and that I was right to focus on opening back up and realigning with my higher self (or, as Abraham-Hicks puts it, my vibrational reality).

Walking this path laughingly one step at a time,
