You will have seen a number of Celia’s articles appearing in our e-zine over the last few months which have particularly resonated with me. Last month I contacted Celia to ask if she would like to take part in an interview for The Magic of Being, and to my great delight she agreed. I do hope you enjoy.

Colin:- You worked as a University Academic before moving towards a career in healing and therapy, can you tell us how that move came about?

Celia:-Thank you, Colin, for allowing me to connect with you and your readers in this way, it is such a pleasure for me.

My first “career” was as an English teacher, as I have a PhD in English literature and philosophy. As I look back, it was the place where I was “trained” to write, speak and teach and to be at ease with large groups of people. I was born as a “crystal” being and I have always been “psychic” and in touch with my higher self and its guidance.  My family was very academic, we have lots of Phds and MAs, so I was just doing what was normal for us and followed the family route.  But, I also wanted to explore and develop the spiritual side of self, so this interest developed in tandem with my academic studies.  Exploring the influence of the Divine Feminine energy in poetry was basically the topic of my doctoral dissertation!  Anyway, there came a time when I was told by my higher self that it was time to move on.  I couldn’t believe it, I had a tenured post, great career and potential as a writer and academic, but they told me to move and so I did.  I spent a year kind of looking around and qualified as an Aromatherapist, which I never practised, because things fell into place for me to work as a psychic and healer.  I worked as a full time healer for nearly ten years, in which time I developed a technique called “Bio-energetics” and then an Ascension activation technique, before I began my work as a channel and global spiritual facilitator.

Colin:- In your early Earth Log Reports you say that you first began serious Ascension work in 2001, how would you describe your Ascension work and how did that come about?

Celia:- Well in reality, the Ascension activation technique that I developed was in the late 1990s.  Then in 2001, I met a person who had been close to Maharishi, and I went through a rapid kundalini awakening and was “introduced” into the “circle” of the eastern yogi masters past and present.  It was very traumatic actually, as I had no real idea what was going on with my energy.  My healing ability was increased exponentially, but I found it difficult to work with people. People were spooked by me because my energy made them tingle and buzz, and I didn’t know how to deal with it.  Fortunately, Spirit told me that I needed to become a channel and that I needed to stop healing as the energy was too powerful for one on one healing.  So, the end of successful career number two, and the beginning of this phase of my work.  It was probably the most difficult transition, as the frequency shifts I had to go through to hold the Michael energy and transmit the information was very taxing on my physical system.  I was “rebirthed” on practically every level.  Whew! What a ride!  Anyway by 2004 I was focussed and Starchild was born.  Originally, there were other people involved with Starchild, but it kept collapsing, so I was instructed to make it a vehicle for my work and channels, and since then I have just expanded the work. But , right now I am feeling as though I am on the cusp of another transition, so lets see....

Colin:- You describe your great affinity with the Cetaceans, the dolphins and the whales, as I think many on the ascension journey have discovered, how did you first come into contact with them?

Celia:- I have always felt an affinity with Dolphins, and of course, where I live in South Africa is the probably the best place in the world for land based whale watching!  The Southern Right Whales visit our shores for mating and birthing between July and November.  Actually, last week-end a friend and I spent a day with the whales at Walker Bay in preparation for the 11:11 work.

So, I was contacted by the whale consciousness and told that I needed to go and work with them.  This involved driving along the coast to find the pods and then interacting with them.  I worked for two seasons with a friend called Terry.  We had a great adventure, climbing up and down cliffs and over rocks, communing and photographing and me writing up the experiences in the “Dolphin Diaries”.

After a while, the Whales would contact me before I left the house and tell me where I would find them and what they wanted me to do.  It was so magical. Looking back, the experience with the whales served to expand my consciousness very rapidly.  On one occasion we found a single whale that was very close to the shore.  We sat a few yards from this creature for about an hour and a half. We toned to the whale for a while, and when we started the whale heaved itself up in the water to stare at us.  Wow....goose flesh... I cannot tell you what a thrill that was, and the expansion of consciousness was immense.  I have some of the pictures I took on the website.

At that time I was also working with a distance healing technique called “Aura Sonics” which involved toning and the transmission of healing light through sound.  The whales helped me to develop this technique, although I was told to stop doing it when Starchild grew bigger, as the energy demand on me was too great.

In 2007, I held a “Whale week” here in South Africa that was attended by people, mostly from Europe and the UK.  This was the culmination of this work, before I began the global travel that I am currently doing.

Colin:- You have published so much information about Indigo-Crystal Children, how did you first start working with them, what was it that guided you to them?

Celia:- Well, Colin, the work with the Indigo and Crystal children was actually where I began my work with Archangel Michael.  At the time I wrote my book, “The Indigo Crystal Adventure”, it was only Steve Rother and Lee Caroll who were talking about Indigos.  Of course now there are many people doing this work, and that is wonderful.  Steve Rother was a big influence when I started out as a channel, and I was thrilled to meet him and his lovely wife and partner, Barbara, in Moscow earlier this year.

I was guided into this work by Archangel Michael, but it happened at the tail end of my healing career, so I actually specialized in Indigo and Crystal children for a while and met many of them and their parents.  I even did two hours on South African talk radio on the topic.  I did come to realize that there was nothing really that could be done to help these children within the current social systems, as the purpose of these beings was to help us to change these systems, which is the topic of my book.

Of course, the Indigo and Crystal children and adults have been the spiritual force behind the transformations of the Ascension process.  We owe them a great deal!

I was guided to start The Starchild Children’s Foundation in South Africa three years ago to support children within my community, and I have also appreciated the support that I have received from my readers in the work with children on the material level.

Colin:- I loved reading your advice for Adult Indigos who are moving to the Crystal energy, I found such a resonance with the energy of the words. How would you describe an Adult Indigo to someone who may not even realise they are an Indigo, but have been drawn to read about them?

Celia:- My concept of an Indigo adult is probably different to what many people believe.  In my view, the Ascension process takes people through the Indigo and Crystal energies into the Heart space of enlightened awareness.  So, anyone who is in the process of awakening becomes an Indigo- Crystal before they enter what I term the “Sacred Rose” consciousness of the Ascended Christ energy.  My new book that I am working on now is called “The Sacred Heart and the Sacred Rose” and is about the work I have done in the last two years with Mary Magdalene and the Ascended Christ consciousness as channelled through the Divine Feminine energy.  Mary Magdalene worked in France  and western Europe and she was guided by Archangel Michael.  This time now is when her teachings and her wisdom are being rediscovered and I am very honoured to be able to work with them both.

Colin:- Your channellings from Archangel Michael must be some of the most forwarded messages around, their energy and guidance have been so helpful to so many, can you give us an insight into how you started your relationship with Michael?

Celia:- I first encountered Archangel Michael when I was about 7 years old.  He appeared to me, and I was very startled.  But, I think it was to remind me that he was watching over me and that we had a “date” later in life!  When I began to work as a channel I knew that this presence had been with me for most of my life.

It has been a wonderful privilege and adventure to share the Ascension energy reports with people for the last few years.  It is always wonderful for me how they are always so accurate about the energies and the processes that we pass through in our journey of transformation.  The channel for this month of November is very special, and it is a culmination of the work I have been doing over the last few years with the Sacred Heart and the Twin Flame energy.  The Sacred Heart meditation that was given to me by Archangel Michael has been a central part of the work I have done with Mary Magdalene and Yeshua in the last few years.  And now, the Sacred Rose meditation completes this phase of the work and prepares us for the rapid acceleration of change that is coming in the next two years.

Colin:- You also use your Earth Log Reports to give us a glimpse of your wonderful journeys throughout the world, what lead you to travel in this way?

Celia:- Nothing really, it was just a natural development of the work that I did with the website.  Of course, it was guided by Spirit, but I never had to do anything, the opportunities just flowed to me.  It has been a great privilege and pleasure to work all around the Planet with Family of Light and to meet people from different countries and cultures.  I have built many wonderful connections and friendships in the process.  And I have truly realized that we are all One.  Wherever I go, Family of Light are the same, open and loving and warm. It is that fact that makes it possible for me to venture out on my own.  I do travel all over on my own, and I have got used to navigating airports and air travel in several languages.

So, much of this is reported in the Earth Logs.  However, the function of the Earth Logs is really to allow me to write about my own feelings and perceptions of what is happening on the Planet and how we can perceive the changes and transformations in a positive way.  Really, because so much is changing so rapidly, many people become confused and anxious when their support systems seem to fail, and the Earth Logs help me to provide another perception of what is happening and to share the inner wisdom that I have.I always enjoy the responses from my readers, and of course, as you know, I also maintain a presence on Facebook that allows me to interact more directly with my readers.

Colin:- On the 1^st November you travel to South America on one of your Sacred Journeys, tell us a little more about this one.

Celia:- I do distinguish between the gatherings and events, and Sacred Journeys.  In early November I will travel to Buenos Aires to do a gathering on the topic of the Divine Feminine, and we will do the Sacred Rose meditation with Archangel Michael and Mary Magdalene.  This will assist in anchoring the “Light Codes” for the Sacred Rose Stargate and the Ascended Christ consciousness in South America.

Then, December and early January in 2010, we will be undertaking a Sacred Journey to Israel.  This, for me, is to take the Sacred Rose energy of the Christ back to the Land where it was encoded into the Human Collective Consciousness by Yeshua and Mary Magdalene.  I have followed the path of the Magdalene, even sleeping on the beach at Les Trois Maries in the Camargue in southern France where she landed after the journey from Palestine.  So,  this Journey will be to anchor her teachings and assist to open the Rose Portal in the Middle East. This will activate the Shekinah energy, and will assist in bringing transformation and peace to the Middle East. Those Lightworkers who will join us will have an incredible experience, visiting the Sacred sites in Israel, including a Peace Ceremony in Jerusalem on New Year’s Eve and a wonderful celebration party.  We will complete the work at Mount Sinai, anchoring the Rose Portal and the Ascended Christ consciousness, and of course, being open to whatever Spirit chooses to bring through to us.  After that I will be in Istanbul in Turkey to do a week-end gathering.

Also of interest is a conference in Freiburg, Germany at the end of January, which will be about Archangel Michaels work with healing and balancing in the New Earth energy, and there will be several Archangel Michael channels there besides myself.

I will also be visiting Germany, Latvia, Italy and Portugal in April and May, Greece for the Spiritual Awakening Festival in July, and then the Sacred Rose retreat in Montsegur in France in October. 

So, it seems like it will be a busy year again.  I also hope to complete the Sacred Heart book and make it available for my readers after the Jerusalem work as I feel that this will be the natural climax of this work.

So, thank you so much for allowing me to be present with your readers in this way and to share some of my thoughts and feelings.  I do appreciate the support, and I wish you so much love and joy in your work!  We are in such a powerful period of transformation, experiencing such miracles, that we can only celebrate the privilege of being here at this time.

ONE EARTH.....ONE FAMILY... ONE HEART

I was first introduced to Suzanna through some work I was doing with Saleena and her partner Marimar some years ago now, and since then we have been in touch linking in at various times, and we have been lucky enough to be able to feature many of Suzanna’s articles. It was only when I met Suzanna and Casey this year in Glastonbury that I realised we had not interviewed Suzanna for The Magic of Being. So here we are at last, I hope you enjoy.

 Colin - You served as a business consultant in the auto industry for many years then, in 1997, you experienced a spontaneous quantum consciousness awakening, can you tell us how that manifested in your life?

Suzanna – I grew up in a suburb of Detroit, Michigan and got married at the tender age of 19. True to my social programming, I created my version of the American Dream. By 1997, I was in a secure, compatible 22-year marriage with two healthy, well-adjusted children in their late teens. My career as a corporate consultant in the auto industry was at its peak.

I lived in a beautiful home in a nice neighbourhood, with a car for each member of the family. We enjoyed two-week vacations in the Caribbean each year. By all standards I was self-actualized. I should have felt fulfilled and happy, but that was not the case.

I felt stressed out from constantly running, doing and achieving; yet felt disconnected from anything that seemed truly important. Even though I was successful, it was a struggle. Nothing seemed easy. My family seemed to slipping away; absorbed in their own struggles.

Some call it midlife crisis. (I know my husband did!) For me, it was much more than that. I wanted to go deeper. Where was the magic, the adventure, the mystery? WHERE WAS THE PASSION? And I longed for true intimacy.

This question kept popping into my head: “Are you living your soul’s purpose?” I had to ask myself, “Was I really put on this Earth to train guys to sell more cars?”

One Saturday morning I woke up and felt intense fiery waves of energy moving up my spine, reminding me of contractions of childbirth. I uttered a silent call for help, asking, “What is happening to me?” I heard the answer clearly inside, “You are giving birth to yourself. Just breathe”. I did the Lamaze Breath. It lasted for about an hour and a half. When it was over, I didn’t recognize myself.

Later I learned that the fiery energy burned away the false-ego identity that my mind created in my first seven years (everyone’s mind does this). I was left with my True Soul Presence. I had no emotional attachment to my old self or the life roles I had been playing. It was very disorienting and there wasn’t anybody around that could explain what happened to me and why.

The good news is that without the filters of mental programming I was able to see life from a whole different, higher perspective. And without the emotional neediness, I developed a huge capacity for compassion and unconditional love. My Soul Presence rewired my brain and reprogrammed my mind. Both hemispheres of my brain started working together and I suddenly had abilities that I didn’t have before. The voice that answered my call for help seemed ever-present and available for wise guidance.

There was a new sense of priority in my life; an extreme desire to focus on service to humanity. I didn’t know exactly how that should look, but I seemed driven to find my soul’s purpose and begin living it.

Colin – You were then aware of some new information that was being made available to you. Can you elaborate on that for us?

Suzanna – It all started when I heard the words Sacred Union. When I first heard these words they resonated deep with me. My mind assumed that they meant the ultimate relationship between a man and a woman. Something like soul mate or twin flame, but somehow even more than that. Whatever it was, I wanted it. So when my friend and teacher invited me to go to France and anchor the Sacred Union energy into the planet, I jumped at the chance.

One of our adventures in France led us to the cathedral in Chartres. Under the cathedral there is a sacred well and it is also the site of an ancient Druid labyrinth. The labyrinth has been re-created on the floor of the cathedral. The builders of this cathedral employed Sacred Geometry in its structure with the intent that just being in the building would raise your vibration. It was in this cathedral that we were invited to partake of the Catholic Mass. I had grown up Catholic, but had long since left the Church and its seemingly vacant rituals. But for some reason, taking Mass in this sacred place appealed to all of us.

When it came time for communion, I was the only one from our group to go forward to receive it. Even though the Mass was said in French, the ritual was more alive for me than at any other time in my life. Finally, I got it – I was receiving the Body of Christ. My body and energy system, that I had spent so much time purifying, was the Bride and the Christ Consciousness was the Bridegroom. There was an Immaculate Conception that day, as I was seeded with the desire to teach Sacred Union. And of course, in order to teach it, I had to experience it first. So the blueprint, which resided in the sixth dimension, was downloaded to me in that moment, as I received communion. The ecstasy that ran through my body was electrifying.

Colin - You mention that this download was something that you wanted to share, is this when you created The Divine Human Upgrades?

Suzanna – Well, not right away. I guess because I am in a female body, I experienced this conception in a very female way. It was 9 months, to the day before the Sacred Union Technology was “birthed” through me. What came through was a series of initiations that are delivered in a guided meditation style that I called the Sacred Union Program. I started out with 7 initiations, which is consistent with the mystery school traditions. Over time, however, I saw that I had to provide more support in helping people ground and integrate the initiations and I added some training in how to work with their new multi-dimensional skills. So now we have 12 sessions with coaching support.

Colin - You have also written a book Sacred Union: Pathway to Paradise, how did that come about?

Suzanna – The book came about after I had been delivering the upgrades for a couple of years.  When I received the upgrades in the guided meditation style, they were whole and complete. I used them on myself and some of my brave friends and found that they had profound effects. I did all this on faith. Remember, this didn’t come through my mind. It wasn’t something I figured out. From the level of my mind, I really didn’t know how they worked. Yet here was the evidence that proved that they did.  So I began to read about the latest findings in genetics, psychoneuroimmunology, computer science and quantum physics. Movies like What the Bleep Do We Know and scientists like Gregg Braden and doctors like Bruce Lipton came along to beautifully describe, in laymen’s terms, how and why the Divine Human Upgrades -- work. Gregg Braden’s book The Divine Matrix explains it all.

Colin - This is a programme I can understand too as it appeals to my technical nature, can you tell us how it works?

Suzanna - In a nutshell, we are incredible beings of light, each one of us – like the Sun or a Star. We send a part of our consciousness to animate these holographic virtual reality game suits we call our body/mind system. The mind is artificial intelligence software, programmed to focus and limit our awareness to this reality. We do this because we are infinitely creative, playful beings of light and we love to experience creation in all of its diverse aspects. We did such a good job creating this virtual reality game suit and artificial intelligence system, that from our perspective inside the game suit, we forget that it’s a game.

Colin – Yes we convince ourselves it’s real. Brilliant! And we have chosen to experience life on Earth at a time when the game seems to be changing.

Suzanna – Yes. That’s right. We are going from what I call the Polarity Integration Game to the Paradise on Earth Game. And as the infinite being of light that we are, we can reprogram our virtual reality game suits (body/mind system) to function in the new 5^th Dimensional Paradise on Earth Game.

So that is why I now call my program the Divine Human Upgrades, because it steps you through the process of reprogramming your body/mind system so it can play the new game. Just like you would install a software upgrade on your home computer, you can install upgrades to your virtual reality game suit.

The guided meditations are the delivery system for the software upgrades. They are a unique combination of sacred geometry and high frequency light and sound, which act as the passwords into the programming code that is locked in the DNA. We use archetypal images and words, which works as the DNA’s programming language. It’s all served up in a guided journey format, stepping the physical body, emotional body, conscious and unconscious mind through a transformational process, re-creating a new way for you to perceive and experience your reality. And its an upgrade because from your newly created way of perceiving and experiencing is much more easy, graceful and joyful.

Colin – In your book, you said this technology came from higher dimensions. Tell us more about that.

Suzanna – Yes, since I had my quantum conscious awakening event, I’ve been able to tap into information that is outside the experience of my mind. There is the Universal Field of Intelligence, in which all information exists about All That Is, “everywhere and every when” (to quote you, Colin). The human mind acts as a filter, to focus your attention in this physical dimension. The filter contains your particular way of perceiving and processing the information it receives. Your senses are also associated with the physical dimension. The physical dimension exists in a particular frequency bandwidth, like a radio station. We can attune our awareness to higher frequencies, beyond the filters of the mind. Anyone can learn to do this. But you have to be willing to let go of your attachment to what you “think” is true – those perceptual filters.

Colin - I have been lucky enough to share some moments with your Reality Crafting Team which were really special, can you tell us more about them and the work they do?

Suzanna – My Reality Crafting Team is a group of graduates of the Divine Human Upgrades program. They have gone through the process of releasing their attachment to the past, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. They have upgraded their minds and hearts to perceive the higher dimensions. It’s a way for us to practice our new multi-dimensional sensing abilities together and this creates a Divine Human community of like-minded, like-hearted people. We travel together in our light bodies and focus our love and attention in joyful service to each other and the planet. We remember that we were the original builders of this reality and have been consciously building the Paradise Reality as a team, every week since March 5, 2005 when we participated in anchoring the Paradise Blueprint onto the planet.  It’s been like building a house. We first anchored the blueprint and then started following the blueprint to build the reality – step by step. Laying the foundation, building the structure and eventually getting to the point where we are landscaping and decorating our own little slice of Paradise.

Colin – Recently you have been travelling and have visited some of the sites that followed Mary Magdalene trail, which eventually lead to our meeting in Glastonbury. What lead you and Casey to travel in this way?

Suzanna – When Casey and I were married, or rather we had our Sacred Union Ceremony, instead of making vows to each other, we vowed to anchor and express Paradise through us. When writing our vows, these are the words that came through. My mind didn’t know what they meant, really. But my heart and soul resonated with it. That was in February, 2005. And in March, 2005, as I already mentioned, we were “called” to participate in the anchoring of the Paradise Blueprint and the Reality Crafting Team came together. So now the Paradise Codes flow through me. Because of my vow to anchor and express Paradise, the Earth grid calls to me. Come here, bring the Paradise Codes here. Mary Magdalene and Jeshua are part of the Paradise Council which is the spiritual counterpart to the Reality Crafting Team. Since Casey and I are in body, we are continuing the Paradise Mission that Jeshua and Mary started long ago. We are called to Sacred Sites because these are power spots on the Earth grid, intersections of ley lines.

Throughout history, these power spots have been imprinted with humanity’s separation consciousness and the suffering that this consciousness has manifested.  So when I walk on the land in these spots, the Paradise Codes erase the past and upgrade the spot and then that energy radiates out.  The Paradise Codes also revitalize the soil, awaken and revitalize the relationship between the Nature Spirits and Humans. There are lots of new Nature Spirits and Creational Devas now.  So what we see afterward is an awakening in the consciousness of humanity to co-create with nature. Just like magic, people start feeling like they want to plant a garden and eat clean, organic, nourishing food.

Colin – When we linked at the Chalice Well we had been ‘upgrading’ during what was a very energetic month (July), so the energy we experienced there was really special. It seems to have set the scene for many more energetic workings since then. I guess we are only just beginning to understand what happens ‘after our upgrade’?

Suzanna – The magic unfolds.  It’s fun to be in a reality where magical, mystical adventures have replaced drama and suffering in our day-to-day experience.

We first came into contact with Catherine when we reviewed her book The Starfleet Messages - A Galactic Guide to Spiritual Expansion

Colin.

Colin: You mention a near-death experience led to a profound change in your life. Can you tell us a little more about how this happened?

Catherine: Happy to, Colin. And thank you for the opportunity to share my story and more about my work here in Magic of Being E-Magazine.

I suppose I’ll start at the beginning. . . . I was raised in the Episcopal Church, but much of what I was taught about God and religion stopped making sense to me at an early age. My dearest childhood friend died when I was eight, and much of my faith died with her. I had prayed fervently to God to allow her to survive open heart surgery, and she did not. For me, then, the scripture “Ask and ye shall receive” became a lie. It seemed to me that religion and the idea of a God were concepts that we as a species made up in order to make to make life seem meaningful, much the way parents make up stories of Santa Claus in order to make the holidays feel more magical for their children.

I gradually grew into an ambitious, outgoing, and extremely competitive adult—a typical overachiever. If the totality of my existence was to be this one biological lifetime, I wanted to give it my very best shot. The obvious career for me was practicing law, where I could constantly compete against other attorneys.

In my last months of law school I abruptly developed severe, chronic pain in my jaw, face, and neck as the result of a routine dental procedure. I went from health care professional to health care professional seeking relief. Many promised relief, but their treatments seemed only to worsen the pain. In the past, I had been able to get just about anything I wanted through tenacity, discipline, and sheer force of will; this, however, was something totally new.

Nonetheless, I graduated magna cum laude and accepted a job in Washington, D.C. with a large, multi-national law firm. By the time I began practicing law, the pain had become excruciating. I felt that life was not worth living while I was in this much pain. I also wanted a quick fix because I wanted to keep my legal career on track. While in severe pain, I was working 12–16 hours a day, seven days a week, and had lost a lot of weight. I was exhausted, and my life seemed out of control; but I was enjoying the rush of the competition, and the challenge of practicing law at a very fast pace and at an intellectually sophisticated level.

When I looked at the big picture, I wasn’t particularly proud of the type of legal work I was doing; I was defending large corporations in employment and labor law disputes. But I doubted whether I would ever be able to force myself to leave what was feeling to me like a rat race to nowhere.

I finally took a medical leave-of-absence, and then travelled around the country in search of a cure. I underwent three surgeries. Each procedure only worsened the pain. I spent a month at the pain clinic at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles, to no avail. I began to very seriously contemplate suicide. And, although I had initially resisted taking them, the only significant pain relief I obtained was from narcotic pain medications, and benzodiazepines such as Valium. These medications began to affect me in ways I did not realize, and I gradually became gravely addicted to them. I even underwent major abdominal surgery due to their effects. I believed that, without the pain relief the medications provided, I would have no choice but to end my life.

I eventually moved to San Diego, California, for treatment by a specialist who had successfully treated several celebrities for similar pain issues. The treatment, which was extremely expensive and not covered by insurance, did not work out as I had hoped. Ten years after the pain had begun, I was alone in San Diego and living on Social Security Disability. I had almost no contact with family or friends.

For pain relief I was taking morphine, anti-depressants, anti-seizure medications, muscle relaxants, and excessive amounts of Valium. Despite the dramatic alterations these medications caused in my personality and my ability to reason, I looked upon them as my only lifeline. And, of course, I was too drugged to recognize most of the changes they caused in me.

Finally, I completely ran out of money—for food, drugs, or anything for that matter. In the meantime, I was basically starving and undergoing serious drug detoxification. After a few unpleasant weeks, I ended up in the emergency room with a grand mal seizure brought on by Valium withdrawal. Apparently my heart had to be jump-started with a defibrillator in the emergency room.

It was after this near death experience that new and exciting things began showing up in my life. It wasn’t that life suddenly became simple and easy. But I was different, and suddenly able to recognize and benefit from all the new people and new energies around me. I felt different. Even though my life seemed to be an absolute mess, I felt pretty happy. A bird’s singing mesmerized me. Art moved me in a way it never had before. And new information—the proof of something more—was suddenly everywhere.

After the hospital I transferred to a drug-and-alcohol recovery home, where I was assigned to work with a therapist. After a couple of traditional therapy sessions, the therapist and I spent an entire session discussing the existence of God. I didn’t believe in God yet, but I trusted my therapist as she recounted her own remarkable spiritual experiences to me.

After that, our sessions took a new direction. In her office, under her gentle guidance, I was able to observe a new type of energy in the form of small golden orbs and spirals of light that would appear from time to time. She introduced me to muscle testing, pendulum testing, and energetic healing. She began to teach me techniques for identifying issues and transforming them energetically. During one particular session, as we were doing some energy work, the electric fan in her office came on by itself—and it wasn’t even plugged in! I felt like the Universe was shouting at me, “Hey, there is another way to live. There is a way for you to be happy!”

I was still experiencing severe physical pain. One day my therapist began working in my energy field with her hands. She began sort of pulling out the pain by making motions in the air. By the time she had finished, the pain was gone, and I had only an odd sensation where the pain had been. Within several hours the pain returned, presumably because my reasons for having it in my life were still present; however, from this experience I learned that pain, like everything, is just energy, and that it is possible to relieve pain simply through working with energy dynamics.

As I have focused on increasing my spiritual awareness and doing what I really want in life, the pain has lessened over time. When I work with very high frequencies, I don’t even feel it. I now have gratitude for my experience with pain, because it has set me upon this unexpected and deeply fulfilling path.

Along the way I realized that I no longer wanted to return to practicing law. I had changed, and my goals had changed as well. I realized that I wanted to continue to raise my vibration, and to work as a counselor and a healer. I learned more and more about various healing modalities, and began to develop some of my own tools and techniques to assist with transformation. I eventually returned to school to study transpersonal counseling.

Colin: You have a PhD in Transpersonal Counseling, which is quite an unusual subject to study, and quite new on the curriculum I imagine, how did you come to choose this particular course?

Catherine: Well, first let me explain a little more about what transpersonal counseling is. Transpersonal literally means beyond the personal, and transpersonal counseling and psychology incorporate the realm of spirit into the process of helping people to realize their full potential. This philosophy maintains that human beings areboth spiritual and psychological in nature; we are all spiritual beings on a journey of human experience. It isthe spiritual essence which holds the potential for transcendence of the self as currently experienced. Consciousness is a vast, multidimensional existence in which new aspects of being are manifested while on the path to discovering our true spiritual nature.

Transpersonal counseling does not view life as a series of random events that happen for no reason. Events in our lives are rich with purpose and meaning, with the goal of learning about our true essence, and transcending fear and separation to find love and Oneness with the Universe.

Knowing that experiences in our lives have a purpose can help us to get through tough times. From the transpersonal counseling perspective, difficulties that are encountered are not seen as problems to be fixed, but as indications that a greater potential within is unfolding. The intensity of symptoms relates to the intensity of the healing process. The goal of transpersonal counseling is not merely to stop symptoms, but to discover what they have to teach us. These symptoms are pointing the way to healing and growth in our lives.

Transpersonal counseling and transpersonal psychology are perhaps not as new as you might think, Colin. The term transpersonal was first used by philosopher/psychologist William James (younger brother to Henry) during a lecture at Harvard in 1905. James was the first academic to suggest a scientific study of consciousness within the context of evolutionary biology, and was a pioneer in founding the field of parapsychology. He also studied comparative religion, and was likely the first American psychologist to work with Asian meditation instructors. He was also one of the first people to write about the psychology of mystical experiences.

The first actual transpersonal psychiatrist was Carl Jung. Jung studied trance channeling, yoga, Native American spirituality, African shamanism, the I-Ching, alchemy, Gnosticism, and even the UFO phenomenon. Jung studied aspects of conscious experience, mystical disciplines, and other cultures from a psychiatric perspective. He incorporated these into his psychoanalytic theories, as well as into his private practice.

In the last four decades, transpersonal psychology and counseling have grown by leaps and bounds. The respected Journal of Transpersonal Psychology began publication in 1969, and the Association for Transpersonal Psychology was established in 1972. There are now several esteemed universities in the U.S. which specialize in programs in transpersonal psychology, such as the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, California; the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, California; and Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. More and more mental health practitioners are specializing in transpersonal psychology, while others are incorporating transpersonal elements into their practices.

When I first began exploring the possibility of becoming a counselor, I quickly realized that the therapist with whom I had worked at the recovery home had practiced transpersonal psychology with me. Before meeting her, I had lived in intense pain, deep anger, and frustration—at my healthcare professionals, at my own body, at myself, and at life in general. I had sunk deeper and deeper into depression. It wasn’t until I started working with a transpersonal therapist that I was ever shown the possibility that something greater might be at play.

It was through working with a transpersonal therapist, through non-conventional means, that I had my first truly mystical experiences—experiences which demonstrated to me the existence of something beyond the observable, physical world. It was also through these experiences that I opened to the possibility of there being more at work in my life than what appeared on the surface. It was the first time anyone had ever suggested that what had happened to me was a good thing—that perhaps practicing law was not exactly following my bliss, and that maybe I had chosen this challenging path in order to discover my spirituality.

Chosen. That was a big word. It implied that I had played a role in all of this, and not necessarily from a place of being at fault. Maybe I and others—healthcare professionals included—had set this up as a way for me to increase my conscious contact with God and to discover my truest, highest path. As my therapist demonstrated her unshakeable faith that all of my pain, suffering, and stumbling along the way had contributed to my becoming an emergent spiritual being, I began to feel this faith as well.

What liberating ideas these were! And I felt the truth of them! Instead of being trapped in bitterness about the past, I became grateful for my experiences. And because my experience with transpersonal therapy was so profound, I absolutely vibrated with joy at the idea of playing the role of transpersonal counselor to others—guiding and supporting them on their own unique spiritual journeys. I still cannot imagine a more important or rewarding path for myself.

Colin: You also utilize ‘sacred geometric flames’ in your practice, is this a technique you have developed yourself? What does it involve?

Catherine: Let me first talk a little about sacred geometry. Each and every pattern found in nature conforms to one or more geometric shapes; likewise, the mathematical ratios of geometry are integral to music, physics, art, architecture, and cosmology. Sacred geometry is an ancient science that explores the geometric patterns that create and unify all that is. Sacred geometry has been described as the blueprint of creation and the genesis of all form. According to Plato, "Geometry existed before creation." For centuries, people have studied and meditated upon sacred geometry as a pathway to enlightenment. June Elleni-Laine, whom you featured in the Magic of Being, discusses this to some extent in her new book, Mandala: The Art of Creating Future.

A colleague and I developed Sacred Geometric Flames on the heels of her attendance at a workshop on Marie Diamond’s Tubes of Light. The workshop was facilitated by Norma Feldman. Tubes of Light involves visualizing light of various colors filling tubes surrounding the body and energy field.

Ms. Feldman referred to the colored light as a flame, and explained that the each flame brings in a distinctive and divine frequency, depending upon the specific flame’s color. For example, the royal blue flame was described as the flame of Divine Will, while the golden yellow flame is Divine Wisdom. My colleague brought home a list of twenty-four such flames from the workshop.

A number of other metaphysical teachers and practitioners, such as Patricia Cota-Robles, invoke flames in their work as well. I am certain that many readers are familiar with, for example, the Violet Flame of St. Germaine.

Anyhow, when my colleague and I started using the Tubes of Light technique on ourselves and in groups, the energy didn’t feel quite right to us. I believe it is a very effective technique, but that my colleague and I simply were meant to take this information in a new direction. We began to use these flames in creative ways—at first visualizing spinning orbs of the various colors in our chakras, and then in spinning geometric shapes of increasing complexity, both in our chakras and around our energy fields. My colleague began channeling additional flames from Spirit, and I soon followed suit.

As I used this evolving technique on myself, I was able to reach some of the most blissful states I have ever experienced—within a matter of seconds. The absolute power of Sacred Geometric Flames was impossible to ignore. I used them in order to perform powerful transformations, healings, and DNA upgrades. I also began to understand a little more about how they work. Each flame carries distinct frequencies for addressing specific issues or invoking specialized and supportive energies. The lines, planes, and curves of geometric shapes serve to further refine, enhance, and direct these frequencies where they are needed most.

I currently work with over 500 flames and dozens of geometries, all channeled by my colleague and I. These are remarkably effective tools for transforming and transmuting energy blockages and traumas, as well as for creating optimal conditions for forward movement and spiritual growth. And they just plain feel good.

Colin: One area I find particularly interesting is where you use Intuitive Channelling to help people. When did you first start having ‘conversations’ with spirit guides and light beings?

Catherine: Around the time I started working with the transpersonal therapist, the therapist herself began channeling for the first time. This was a person who was not given to imitating the accents of other people or any other type of “actress-y” behavior. So when she would occasionally start speaking in strange voices and accents—sometimes even in foreign languages—I really felt as if what I was witnessing was authentic. If I hadn’t been introduced to channeling in quite this way, I might never have believed that it was real.

I also have to say that, even though I thought that my therapist’s channeling was authentic, I still found some of the accents and voices to be quite humorous. There was one particular entity who sounded like the Martian character on the Looney Tunes cartoons. I couldn’t help snickering a little. Fortunately, I have found Spirit to be difficult to offend.

I also knew almost immediately that channeling was something I wanted to be able to do. I had already begun meditating on a daily basis, and it was through this practice that I began to “hear” my first messages. At first I would ask a simple question at the beginning of a meditation session. During the meditation I would receive a one or two word answer. These messages gradually expanded into longer and longer messages, sometimes in the form of rather beautiful but somewhat cryptic poetry. The more I meditated and remained open to receiving information, the clearer the messages became.

Thus far, I do not trance channel—meaning I do not go into a trance or lose my conscious awareness while something else speaks though me. Often I just sort of hear the information in my thoughts and then I repeat it. Sometimes I do find myself saying the words aloud rather than merely hearing them; but I never feel myself leave while other entities take complete control of my body. I am always conscious of what is happening.

Colin: In your book ‘The Starfleet Messages’ you encounter the Galactic Frequency Council who have a compelling message for us all, can you explain a little more about how this came about?

Catherine: I began to be contacted in the early summer of 2006 by the Galactic Frequency Council. In contrast to my earlier channelings, the messages from the Council were specific, technical, and very easy for me to hear. I didn’t consciously understand the meaning of everything I was being told, but I felt the expansive energy of it.

Later the same year, the Council told me that I was going to write a book with them. I was excited. I enjoyed writing, and had hoped to pen a book at some point in my life. I assumed that the book the Council spoke of would be about my own experiences, perhaps interspersed with some of the Council’s messages. I never imagined that they would channel the entire book to me. Looking back, however, I must say that this is by far the easiest way to produce a book that I can imagine. Many channeled books are a collection of channels arranged by the author/channel or an editor into a logical sequence. This book, however, was given to me chapter by chapter, more or less in chronological order, complete with chapter titles. Aside from some very minor editing, this is pretty much the form in which it was given to me.

Colin: During the making of my Soul Portrait I came across the Galactic Frequency Council myself, which I found quite amazing. I asked myself if this was an overactive imagination on my part (having just read your book) but the energy and the love that I experienced from the Council, then and now, is very real and tangible. Do you keep in contact with them or has that phase finished for you now?

Catherine: I am so glad that they paid you a visit! They do have a very supportive, loving vibration. In The Starfleet Messages, the Council states that they hope to use the book as a tool through which to connect and directly communicate with more and more people. Looks like it’s happening already! I fully expect other folks to begin channeling them as well.

And yes, I do keep in contact with them, Colin. In fact, we have already begun a second book. Furthermore, Sedona Journal of Emergence! has begun publishing the Galactic Frequency Council, so we have to get to work on more messages. (I mean, if you can call it “work.”)

Colin: What projects are your involved in now?

Catherine: I'm traveling to Las Vegas on September 26th to be a guest on the monthly Virtual Light Broadcast at Lighworker.com. In addition, I am doing radio interviews, channeling for groups, channeling a second book, and developing a workshop of Energy Psychology "mini-techniques" for rapidly healing emotional trauma. I also teach a workshop on pendulum testing from time to time. In my spare time I like to get to the beach as much as possible. 

Colin: Thank you Catherine for such an ‘enlightening’ interview, it has been such a pleasure talking with you.

This month we return to our conversation with Saleena Ki and talk about the Sublime Health Project, which is offered in the form of a Vibrakey, and the ongoing development of the process of healing and help that runs alongside it. Initially a number of us ‘signed up’ to take part in the first ‘phase’ of this project and have been posting our feedback on a Skype chat we all share.

Colin - I’ve been reading the Skype chat from the project and already we have enough material for a book here, the Sublime Health Vibrakey seems to stimulate or initiate so many other journeys or healings. Perhaps that is something we can discuss in the future, however for now it would be useful to introduce the project and its objectives.

Saleena – Aloha all beautiful beings sharing this moment with us. First, as the Arcturians encourage us, may we open our hearts and touch into the Oneness that we all are? I would like to begin from a place of unity. The purpose of this project is to offer an innovative way to upgrade our health, well-being and consciousness to new levels we may have never experienced in this body or lifetime. In this Project we offer a simple way to be personally assessed, then receive Frequency Antidotes that address many negative frequencies that result in chronic imbalances, hereditary weakness and more.

For many years I have desired a way to deal with difficult health issues. I have many skills & trainings and have availed myself of many highly skilled practitioners and modalities. Always making progress and never completely resolving certain health and emotional patterns. Until recently. That is when the Arcturians stepped forward and suggested we work together to build a Vibrakey that could provide a way for this to happen. We also use a combination of Hathor, Telosian, Venusian, Lemurian, and other Higher Dimensional techniques and technology to create the mandala which is the interface device through which your frequency patterns read and through which you receive the antidotal frequencies from the Arcturians.

My intention is that this be made available to many in an affordable way; the opportunity to resolve difficult health issues, gain greater biological strength, higher levels of well-being, and raise your vibration and consciousness to support your ascension process.

Colin – We are were introduced to the Arcturian team who offered to help us with this, was it their offering that framed the way you presented this?

Saleena – Yes, the Arcturian team interacts personally with each individual who chooses to go through the program. This is an opportunity to meet, interact and co-create with these loving and wise beings on behalf of creating a greater level of sublime health and well-being for us all. They explained that as the vibration frequencies of the earth rise, we must become biologically stronger to move through this great shift & thrive. Their intention is to support us as we strengthen ourselves biologically, emotionally and spiritually so we are more resilient and adaptable as we evolve and awaken from our density experiment of polarity and the illusion of separation.

The Sublime Health Project is one way we may improve our abilities and live longer in natural ecstatic states, such as joy, harmony and bliss, that are our birthright. Eventually we will be able to “Give ourselves over for Absolute Pleasure!” as a natural way of life, as Shelley Yates from the Fire the Grid II Project affirms. They are pleased to present this and believe we are ready; that we will benefit from the added support as we ride through these massive changes and approach the shift of the ages.

Colin – Could you give us some idea of how this works?

Saleena - We are living Crystal and Water thus we respond to frequencies-patterns that are broadcast all around us, rearranging our crystal structures over and over again. One example is how the K-TW Transform your Water Kit with its WA2 RainbowWater design transforms water by offering patterns to change the water crystals. Also VK44 BluWater, a new evolutionary water, has even newer patterns for water. Masaru Emoto’s work illustrates the responsiveness of water crystals to all kinds of wave patterns, via thoughts, sounds, intentions, words, pictures, colors, prayers, music, and even questions, proposing that this element of water is intelligent or an interface for a higher intelligence. We are a large percentage water, thus this responsiveness lives within us in this way also. We are a mixture of patterns and beliefs that form our structure and experience of our reality. Some patterns-beliefs are genetically transferred at birth, while others are picked up from the environment around us. Some are inherited from a greater consensus mind. The past present future and parallel dimensions affect us also. Frequencies begin the focus of manifestation in the denser realms.

There are many things we do naturally to fill in any missing frequencies. We wear specific colors, listen to certain songs or music we are attracted to in the moment, indulge food cravings, or enjoy being around certain people we are attracted to. They literally may have a missing frequency we need and we feel better when we are around them. Our program is designed to clear negative and harmful frequencies, by broadcasting frequency antidotes, then to assist the body to retrain itself to make the frequencies it needs to be in balance. Eventually, as it can accept them, we will offer the body frequencies that enhance and enlighten it in such a way each of us will be able to access a higher realm of consciousness and eventually, immortality.

Colin – One part of this process is getting to know and love the Arcturian team who are assisting us with this. For me they appear to have a very similar vibration to Angels, so they feel very close and comforting, very loving.

Saleena - I would like to introduce Belees. He is the Arcturian who speaks to me the most, and the one who has been co-ordinating the project.

We encourage you to take an active role in co-creating your sublime health and well-being for yourself. We know that when you feel good and are clear minded, connected to Source, opening yourself to the interconnectedness with all life… you are truly Masters of Creation.

Colin - One of the first things I felt was concern that some people might be put off because they would be working with what our society calls ETs or Aliens. Perhaps we can find some way of re-assuring them that this is ok?

According to David, the “Arcturians point out that on higher planetary systems, groups continually interact telepathically with their planet to ensure maximum harmony between the inhabitants and the planetary forces.” This is what they are teaching us. Much of the work we do together in the sublime Health Project has to do with supporting us as our planet’s frequency rises and helping us to stay stable and well tuned.

This is from Juliano, one of the commanders of the contingent that is overseeing the Earth connection, to further our understanding of the Arcturians purpose and intent. “We have a very strong interest in the Earth, for we view ourselves as the midwives of your spiritual birth into the fifth dimension.“

Colin – You have been working with the Arcturians for some time now, what has that been like?

Saleena - My experience in working with and getting to know the Arcturians has been one filled with amazing love, respect, connection and deepening friendship. The gifts I have received from them so far have certainly outweighed any fears I had at first. In 2003 I heard a message called "Change the World! Decide Whether We Should Show Up!" (See “We are Ready to Change the World” www.petitiononline.com/readynow for more on this and sign our petition if you like.) They asked us if we really wanted to help change the world and have personal contact with benevolent extra terrestrials. If so, we must ask with all our emotions & from our hearts. I was so excited and enthusiastically shouted YEEEES! Up to the stars!

I asked for the experience of working personally with these higher dimensional beings, I began to have an immediate experience of white sparks of light flashing around me in the room. I felt a tremendous fear arise in me. I remember wondering to myself, “What have I done?” I sat down, sang to calm myself and observed the fear. I found that it was a layer of programmed consensus fear (An opinion or position reached by a group, or society, as a whole, and this one has been carefully programmed in) that I was just moving through. There has been a very detailed program to keep us from contact with the benevolent ETs because when we do spend time with them, our consciousness opens wide and frequencies rise and we are unable to stay asleep, be brain-washed, or controlled as easily. We wake up and come out of the trance that we have been carefully programmed with to control us. So there is a controlling faction that has been designing a variety of ways to keep us afraid and unaware of the reality of our Star families and friends.

Within an hour I was contacted by a group of beings so bright they were hard to look at and the place they were coming from looked like diamonds sparkling in the sun. They stayed with me for nine month and shared many amazing life changing energies and information with me, including teaching me how to “Untangle” the old stuff by being supported in a “Circle of Life” to help people to reach new levels of well being and consciousness.

The reason I bring this up is that one of the astonishing things I experienced with them was the TOTAL UNCONDITIONAL LOVE from them at all times. I had never experienced that level of steady love with humans!

One key to contact is to first get into your heart, then ask that you can work with and meet benevolent beings who are in alignment with your own soul’s highest purpose and mission.

A few years ago, we met a man, Mark Macy, who takes these amazing pictures called Spirit Faces www.spiritfaces.com . The pictures have overlays of your spirit guides or those in the higher realms who work with you. We saw many and were impressed with all the guides and beings who are around each person. This is my partner’s picture who has worked with the Arcturians for years as a channel. He started with a connection to the Angelics and they introduced him to the Arcturians.

This may not look “exactly” like them, if you were to meet them in person, though it is as close as I have seen to what they might look like. He says their eyes are much more alive and look like they are full of sparkling stars. As with many races, there can be a variety of looks within the race, though not as much diversity as on earth. Higher dimensional beings can change their form to suit the needs of the moment. Often they will appear as familiar as they can so you can get used to them. Their intent is to open the doors for sharing and interaction with as much sensitivity, love and respect as possible. Though, I know personally that it will stretch you, and we need to be stretched to enter into a wider reality.

Colin – The Arcturian team have been with us throughout this project, helping with the frequencies and often helping to guide us through our healing. They also ask us to ‘log in’ once a week so that they can ‘read’ our progress, how does this work?

Saleena - Belees: Our intention is to, with your conscious consent and co-operation, assess your personal frequencies and create specific antidotal balancing and strengthening frequencies that are broadcast through this design to you. We will assess you at many levels that we cannot totally explain at your current awareness. After a certain level of balancing and clearing, we will begin to broadcast strengthening-enlightening frequencies.

This design (VK37 Sublime Health Vibrakey) is a sender-receiver and has within it an array of general formulas and patterns, many series of powerful activations and positive frequencies (healing, balancing, awakening, soothing, enlivening frequencies) that are broadcast continuously. These have been previously designed for assisting you on Earth via the CropCircle formations.

We only work with frequencies and patterns, and do not diagnose nor treat disease or illness. If you need to go that route, please see an appropriate practitioner.

For Level 1, we require that you be willing to spend at least 15-30 minutes with us once a week for 4 weeks.

We are willing to do our part and we cannot do yours. For your sake, you might choose the same time and day and arrange this into your schedule, doing whatever it takes to remind yourself to keep this appointment. If you do not show up, we stop the frequencies, until you make a new appointment, as letting them run for too long could be harmful or uncomfortable.

It is for your welfare that we require a weekly check up for the first month. If you experience anything painful or too uncomfortable, please communicate immediately with us. We will check in, see what is happening, and take appropriate actions if needed. If you are open and able to hear us, we may communicate telepathically. This is designed to be a learning experience for us all. You may ask us to stop the Project at anytime and we will honor your request. If we find you are forgetting or not able to do your part, we lovingly stop the frequencies until you make a new agreement with us. There is never any judgment, only love.

After 4 weeks, if you are pleased with the level of change, you may stop at this point. If you desire to continue to Level 2, we would like to meet with you at least once a month, and more if you request it. There are many layers that may be worked with; many patterns to release and shift. When your general level of health and well-being is satisfactory, we offer Higher Levels with higher frequencies that will open new doorways of possibilities for you.

Colin – I loved the process and the communication with Belees and the others was really special. Quite early on we are introduced to our own ‘guide’ who helps us connect with the team and feels very similar to a guardian angel, very similar energies. Here’s a short excerpt from our chat where I get some feedback on progress during my assessment:-

Colin: Arcturian Team – ‘Beloved you have made excellent progress, we are delighted you are such a good 'patient', you were indeed taken to our accelerator chamber where your energies were aligned with yet higher frequencies. We will continue to monitor your progress and look forward to our second reading next week. We love you, remember, you are here with us so visit if you would like’.

Colin: I found it interesting that was able to hear the message a lot easier than I used to, there was less questioning going on in the background, more acceptance that I was in fact 'hearing' a message.

Saleena: Sounds just like the same Arcturians that talk to us!

Colin: Well it feels like they are family, or at least I have family with me.. Maybe our family gets called when we arrive so they can come visit...

Colin - How long have you been on the Sublime Health program?

Saleena - I started with them on the night I finished the design; May 5th, 2009, so I have been on it for almost three months. They asked me if I would like to try it out, so I followed the instructions and sat for my reading. I already had my Health and Well-Being statement begun. We live on the Big Island, Hawaii, and our active volcano has been pouring out toxic chemicals that we call vog. I was suffering quite intensely from it, having a hard time breathing, eyes itching and irritated, headache, and having a hard time focusing clearly from a lack of good oxygen. I was feeling like we lived in LA with its air pollution.

The first thing I noticed was how wonderful I felt in their presence. My 15 minutes turned quickly into an hour & half of bliss. Within 15 minutes of them beginning the antidotal frequencies, I was clear headed, no itching eyes and I could breathe! Even though they had assured me this would work, I was astonished! It was a miraculous beginning for me to work with this project and with them. I have kept a journal of all the things I have noticed changing. From my thyroid resetting itself, (it was very low and I was cold all the time) to an improvement in an infection of a tooth. Circulation improvement, less sensitivity to chemicals and smells, and so many others improvements. I find that we have short memories when something is cleared so it is informative to keep a record of things we are addressing and the results to remind us later how far we have come.

On my website I will be posting something called the Sublime Health Adventures and sharing many more of these kinds of testimonials and experiences. I like the experience so much of working with this project that I will continue on to the higher levels to see where it takes me. It has been particularly helpful since I am so sensitive and have been experiencing so many of the so called Ascension symptoms. They seem to be able to send frequencies to ease me.

Colin - Is there anything else you would like to share before we finish today?

Saleena After my assessment last night, I asked Belees if there was anything they wanted to share for this interview. I said to him: By the way, Colin is interviewing us for his Magic of Being about the Sublime Health Project.... is there anyone who wants to make any comments for the article? This is our debut and only the beginning.... people need to know about this possibility.

Belees - We would be happy to make some comments about our experience with this Project if you like.... we did not know how it would progress when we started. We have already explained the beginning in your guide for the Vibrakey... we were happy that you responded to our invitation. Remember the dream?

Saleena - Yes....I do... you gave it to me, the cropcircle... the one that looks like a wheel with spokes that we used as the mandala base that everything else was set into.

Belees - So far this project has brought us in closer contact with humans and this has been a very enlightening and heartening process. We have been somewhat removed from the daily "ailments" you suffer here. This has opened our compassion for you all. what you have endured to gain these experiences is ...well beyond words to express. It delights us to be able to offer solutions and resolutions of these awkward patterns, these difficult situations and rejoice as we move with you to enter into more graceful states of being in such a short time. The energies of these times are intense, to place it in a mild way....

There is a major re-compression occurring in the reality now... many things will have to shift including your physical bodies. New coding brings in the need for the body to respond in shifting itself to higher frequencies to match the codes. The brain must expand and balance between the polarized units. Unity brings a different ratio of brain use and thus it is adjusting. Many of your aches and pains can be attributed to this.

What you go through is intense and we see and feel it more now... through you. We are happy to offer support and assistance to move through it and to emerge with a new perspective. We are all in this great shift together, all of creation. None is left unaffected, yet your shift is much more felt in your body-mind complex.

The more we are able to work with you, any of you, the more we learn progressive ways to assist. We must stay within certain parameters that align with Prime Directive to protect your earth experience, and we are. And yet, it seems what we offer is assisting in very positive ways. it would be nice if each of you who are experiencing the Project might share a short description of what you are experiencing with your participation.

At first it is mostly re-tuning your body to be more in balance, though we never know what will be the best directive until we read & assess you. Then we begin gradually, and sometimes not so gradually, to offer your body-mind-spirit more frequencies that will up-raise your consciousness and open up new possibilities for you.

Along the way, new ideas come to us and we do listen to your requests also. Reviewing your Health & Well Being statement often will augment the program.... it is for you and for us....

We realize how busy most of you are there on earth.... and feel that the first month it is better to bring your statement to us for review each time if you can, and if not, communicate and we are understanding...After the first month maybe once a month or more is enough, if you like.

This month we interview Saleena Kí, who describes herself first as a storyteller, then visionary artist and Star-being, who is currently stationed in Paradise living in Hawaii which is living in breath and water. Saleena and I have been working with each other for many years, yet we live the other side of the Earth to each other. As far as energy is concerned, however, this distance has been no barrier and our journeys together have been many and varied and great fun.

Last month Saleena invited me to share in an exciting project to experience a new Vibrakey; VK37 Sublime Health Project, that she designed with the Arcturians help. This co-creation has opened up an exciting new way of using and interacting with the Vibrakeys which is still unfolding, and next month we explore how this has developed in part 2 of this interview.

Saleena: Aloha every One-der-ous being, I am so happy to be sharing something I am so passionate about! Thank you, Colin, for the opportunity to share some of this amazing energy that has been unfolding around and within me.

First I want to reach inside and open my heart, then invite you and all those reading this, to do the same. Breathe deep and notice what is beautiful around you and in you. Now let’s appreciate each other, for who we each are in this moment. Let’s share some energy and love. Now this is the frequency it is most desirable to share in. To me, this is where the most magic is! This is The Magic of Being together. Since time is an illusion and there is only now, I will feel you and celebrate your uniqueness. Thank you for everything you are contributing to creating this new reality!

Colin: That feels really good Saleena, thank you. Perhaps we can begin our conversation with how you came to design and produce the Vibrakeys.

Saleena: Vibrakeys came into my awareness 11 years ago while I was happily creating a kind of healing art I call The Art of JuiceyLiving that was healing and opening me to a new part of myself and expanding my world. See www.transformationalart.com for this art and story.

I asked a friend to do a reading for me in September of 1998, and together we saw a vision of a new form of art coming through me, although it was puzzling. How could I portray what I saw? I saw this new art HUGE, from the side, seeing energy grid lines running from unseen places in space, through the design and out to connecting points here on Earth. I saw new “never before seen” colors, heard music and pulsing sounds and saw lights and things spinning.Surprisingly, I smelled the most beautiful aromas! My guides assured me if I was patient it would come to me.

In November of 1998,I was guided to attend a Star Knowledge Conference where I met many people who had been in contact with ETs, UFOs or higher dimensional beings. I was astonished by what I encountered there and had fun sharing the art that I had been channelling! Then I attended a Crop Circle presentation where I viewed the most amazing Mandalas made on the earth and in crops without breaking them. There seemed to be a mysterious force creating them. Many of them appeared in England where you live. I was fascinated and it activated something inside me. I had never been interested in sacred geometry before this. Something was activated.

Colin: So at that point you were just beginning to realise there may be some new art expressing itself?

Saleena: I asked how I would begin this new art and my guides said they had so much they could share with us, the best way was to make requests. I did. I felt out of balance one day, so I asked for something to help bring my chakras (energy centers) back into balance. I began to receive guidance that lead to the birth of the new art.They asked me to get out paper and a pen and place a Star Knowledge symbol called the Universal Law of Nature in the center, with a spiral at the top and one of the Mayan Glyphs I had been studying on it, then just relax, let go and “mindlessly” doodle around it, something I have done my whole life.

This is what came out - It is called BVK01 ‘I AM That I AM’.

I felt the balancing effect on me immediately and was very excited, his was really fun! Many of my friends began to make requests. I would write them down on a piece of paper and lay them on my desk. One by one I was inspired how to create them to fulfil the requests, which is how the first 6 were born. Then I began to have some connections opening up to others where psychic messages would come in.

VK08 was first called The Grid, and it was given through the psychic children’s network as a way to help us open to the idea of learning differently. I didn’t really understand much about this at the time, it was mostly ideas that would come into me. Later I guess, when I was more open, I found out who had inspired me and why.

They were all black and white line drawings up to number 10, I wrote the backs by hand and used a copy machine to make the prints, then would laminate each one. These are now known as the Black and White Originals and they are now available as prints. Later I was guided to mirror the image and reverse the colors of the first 10 so there were 20 and these became the reversals.

CVK11 WaterAlive, At the 11th one, WaterAlive, the color started; This was one of the most exciting things I had ever created. It began my romance with water and finished up by “ripening” in the full blue moon light. I find many of these designs or devices come in during certain powerful astrological alignments and certainly I am called to work on them during certain strong energetic times. I had been studying the most leading edge research that had been done on water and I made the request for something that would bring water back to an alive and vital state, something that would support us during our ascension process.

Masuru Emoto wasn’t even popular back then. Water is an amazing key to everything. There is so much information everywhere now about restructured water and how vital and yet mysterious it is. The market is flooded with all kinds of amazing devices and designs that do all kinds of things to water. The central heart of my mission is to assist in the cleansing and evolution of water planet wide and in our internal waters. (That is what my name is about; Saleena=saline, Kí means “from the womb of mother.” I received it in a dream from the most loving beings I had ever encountered yet. Later I found out they were Lyrans, from Lyra).

The Lyrans hosted VK31 PeaceMaker.

This emits the frequencies of home. “LYRA; The general area of the "birth" of the humanoid race. All humanoid races in our galactic family have genetic roots connected to Lyra. It is the symbolic harp upon which the song of humanity is played.” The Prism of Lyra by Lyssa Royal and Keith Priest .

By the time I was on VK20 Bliss Breath / Mer-Ka-Ba /LightBody Activation, I begin to colorize and dimensionalize the first ten and update them. These are now called the Classics.

Colin: What medium did you use for them at this point?

Saleena: At first it was a black fine line marker, then I started using water color markers to color them in….Gold and silver and copper gel pens entered the scene.

For CVK15 Heart-Thymus I began to use a mandala technique with black paper and white color pencil, then covering it over with colors.

You can find this in Judith Cornell’s “MANDALA: Luminous Symbols for Healing.” She introduced me to the idea that you could imbue your art mediums with energy! That really opened me up to a whole new level of reality creation with my art! I also used a kindergarten technique, where you color all over a shiny piece of art paper and then cover the whole thing in black, then scratch away to reveal your expression… wow! I was having so much fun creating!

Colin: So when did you decide to call them Vibrakeys?

Saleena: After I had created a few, I asked what we could call them. They told me that this was all about vibration and someday we would all understand this, so they suggested “Vibra-keys.” It is a perfect name for them. They gave me an image of them all laying out on the floor and showed how anyone could see all these vibrations in one glance.

Colin: Are Vibrakeys static, or do you change them over time?

Saleena: Every Vibrakey seems to go through periodic updates as I and the world around and within me evolves. We just went through a major renovation of everything within the whole Vibrakey system. All of the designs and information have been updated over the last 3 years and many new designs are being offered for the first time on our website. Everything seems to sparkle with the new energies now.

Sometimes, the hosts of a Vibrakey change or step forward and ask me to work with them on bringing a new understanding to a Vibrakey and what it represents. This happened with VK18 Crown-Brain . The Divine Feminine, the Great Cosmic Mothers, the Great Goddesses all ask me to help them bring a new aspect of this key into the light. They explained that it was time to bring the feminine and her ancient sacred knowledge out into the light. It was called Crown-Brain because it helps to harmonize four sections of your brain and brings a balance between the different bodies, physical and energetic. I knew it worked with kundalini and sexual energies. They explained that it was time to bring sacred sexuality into a new energy, to share how vital it is in transforming our bodies at this time. It is now called VK18 Kundalini Rising. That is the short name. They all have longer descriptive names too: Kundalini Rising - Sacred Sexual Energies - Serpentine Power - Dragon’s Nest - Ecstatic States - Strengthen KA Body - Body-Brain Harmonizer - Easy Alpha Trance - Open the Throne of the Crown Chakra. It still does everything it originally did and now more of the deeper aspects of what it is was revealed by the Divine Feminine.

Colin: Your Vibrakeys are so full of light, do you scan the images in or are they produced directly into the computer?

Saleena: VK18 was created during my “romance with dots” time period. I was studying certain indigenous cultures and was fascinated and attracted to the dreamtime art of the Aboriginal people, who hold such a sacred space for us between the dream and the dreamtime. I did the best I could with the art mediums I had, yet when I first scanned my art into the computer, it was so dark! I did my best to bring some more light into it and gradually, as more light came into me, I realized that my visions were much more filled with light and energy than I could portray with the physical art mediums.

This is when I was introduced to the computer and to the magic of programs like Photoshop and Painter. The different versions here arean example of the evolution from the original VK18, to an enhanced version in Photoshop and latest update with new elements added.

I realize now that as I changed and evolved, the Vibrakeys reveal more of their multi-dimensional-ness to me. On our new updated website, www.Vibrakeys.com , you will be able to view all the Vibrakeys in galleries with all kinds of perspectives.

VK01 Creation Cosmology / I AM THAT I AM / DNA Activation / Access the Genetic Truth of your Origins

Colin: When did you first start presenting your work on the internet?

Saleena: I created my first websites 8 years ago, with the help of a beloved partner and friend who helped me bring the Vibrakeys from hand written texts and color copies to a more professional production.

Gradually, I was able to do more of the production at home, which gave me a much higher quality control and a longer lasting product using quality paper and archival inks which resist fading for much longer. I am very careful to make sure the colors are just right and the designs show all their details. At this point, I do all the production by hand and at home, so every Vibrakey is created lovingly by one of the co-creators. I imagine we will grow out of that soon enough.

Colin: How would you describe a Vibrakey and its purpose?

Saleena: They are KEYS to activate or unlock your innate potential within. They stimulate and activate your personal encodements which are within your system, re-connecting you to the ONENESS, the Source-Creator that you already are, supporting you to fulfill your soul’s highest purpose and design this life.

They act upon your physical and subtle bodies, at all levels, to help you produce desirable changes as you interact with them either visually or by being in proximity to them.

They are:-

· MAPS to follow for exploration of new territories and ultimately to lead you home.

· PORTALS into a vast barely explored omni (all) dimensional territory.

· Energetic BRIDGES to many new life-forms within the web of life.

And much more! They are full of sacred geometry, keys, codes, light languages, levels and levels of dimensional energies, visual stories, maps and an array of old and new symbols which bridge the past, future and anchor it all into the present moment which is NOW! They are hosted by many different kinds of beings from many dimensions and through using the keys you can begin to meet them. It has been wonderful experiencing such a diverse co-creation and making so many new friends! There are more stories about all this on the website within the backs, the guides and in the new upcoming manuals.

They all work together as a matrix or grid system. Each Key influences the others and they support each other, though each individual Vibrakey works within different themes and vibrational energies. I was once shown this illustration: I saw a box with Vibrakeys on every face, then the box fell open and there were more Vibrakeys on the inner faces, then every face sprung open like the first box and it became dimensional and this action was repeated over and over until, like two mirrors positioned just so, you see they go on forever…not in a linear way. That was a beginning glimpse of the multi-dimensional aspects of these Vibrakeys.

Colin: How do Vibrakeys work, how are they physically presented?

Saleena: The Vibrakeys work on a variety of dimensional levels depending on where your consciousness is and how you choose to engage them. Each one has comprehensive information on the back, including their purpose, channeled messages, mantras, meditations and ceremonies to assist you in their use. The vibrational “art” design on the front and the information on the back are laminated together so you can use them as a durable tool. At this time, I make them all by hand, each one, right from my studio, which is inside an energetic pyramid with an organic ship docked here. That is another story... Since the beginning, songs and mantras have come along with their creation. I sing them over and over, as the songs and tones are part of creating a new reality. I include some of the words and mantras to use with them. I have a dream to record them to share someday.

If you could see all the layers that go into a Vibrakey you might be astonished. One design, VK27 Golden Pyramid has about 30 layers in Photoshop; well I decided open the file and count them to be sure. Actually, it has 238 layers, starting at the pyramids apex moving toward the center, with one of pure gold frequencies, then inverts and repeats 238 more layers to the bottom point. That is 477 layers! I had no idea!

At this time, they are presented in a flat 2D art form. Recently I met a man who has developed a new formula using the spiral in architecture. His work is certainly leading edge and beautiful. He was creating dimensional models and said he thought putting art into the 2D form ruined it. He suggested I make 3D models out of it. I had laid some of the Vibrakeys on the table during our discussion. He was standing talking to me and suddenly he really started looking at one. He put his hand over it and his eyes got wide. He looked so surprised and asked me if I knew that the energy of these designs came from somewhere else? I had to chuckle with him over his discovery. That was a wonderful testimonial of the dimensional nature of these designs!

Colin: Have you had any feedback on your work since you have been presenting the Vibrakeys?

Saleena: Here’s quote I love, from a visionary man, Barry, who received some of the Vibrakeys and really tried them out, following the processes and looking into them and how they interacted with his energies.

“The primary function of the Key (Vibrakey) is as a conduit for higher energies. The form is not as important as what it connects to. This is not to say that the form itself does not resonate certain archetypal energy patterns like merkabahs, chakra colors etc. However, more importantly is that Saleena’s consciousness is open to these higher energies and presences and they simply ground their frequencies as she envisions and then puts brush or other tools to paper. This allows the energies to be encoded. Each Vibrakey is like an icon on a computer. The icon is symbolic and not so important as what is behind the icon, what happens when you click on it and activate the program. So, it is with the Vibrakey. When one brings awareness to it with the intention of receiving its energies you click the icon and download the multidimensional programs… I think it is important to understand that the Vibrakeys are, in a real sense, conduits for living process orchestrated by divine presences that work through the keys. They use the keys as access and energy channelling matrices for evolving the consciousness and energy of the soul opening to them. They are in essence multidimensional holographic, living transformational experiences.”

Colin: I notice you have started grouping some of the Vibrakeys together, and providing more guidance.

Saleena: I am now designing individual manual for each Vibrakey with many more stories and ways to use them. In these I will share more about their creation process and the many other dimensional beings I co-create with. I have many unpublished stories to share.

I am beginning to offer themed sets or kits, such as the K-EP Energetic Pyramid Kit;

This has all the parts and guidance needed to help you set up and activate an energetic pyramid. Its general purpose is to enhance Health and well-being, rejuvenate and immortalize your physical body, enhance and stimulate creativity: arts-writing-music-etc. It is a dimensional space for making Contact, or Shamanic Journeying. It supports you in a clear space for channelling. It is a great to set one up to generate the appropriate energies for Workshops or Conferences. Colin: Yes I have one in my office at home, and it provides a wonderful clear energy that I have now been able to take with me wherever I go. Like you I have been able to access my ship more easily through the pyramid energy (more about our ship project in later bulletins). Do you have other kits?

Colin: How would someone choose a Vibrakey for themselves?

Saleena: There are several ways. The first is to look through them quickly and see which ones you are immediately and strongly attracted to. Then notice the ones you really don’t like. Both of these contain frequencies that your body can use to support wherever you are in your transformation process. Dowsing or muscle testing is another way. If you are not familiar with the keys, reading the backs, looking for the purpose, theme and what it addresses will give you the information you need to form an understanding of what will best support you. Ask for understanding from your higher self. Ask for assistance from your guides. Be open to your own intuition. These Vibrakeys are “focusers”, they focus your attention on particular themes and aspects of your evolution, remember, it’s all really inside you. They mirror things your soul wants to work on. We have a comprehensive list of things each Vibrakey might assist with on our website.

Remember that you create your own reality by your inner patterns and beliefs. Change yourself and the world around you changes. I believe these Vibrakeys are here to bring new things to your attention. To plant new ideas and help open you up to your higher senses and perceptions. You are becoming a multi-dimensional being. Eventually all this will be in you and you won’t need them.

They Evolve as we Evolve. In fact, having all of them in my life has been quite a ride!

I go through my own unique transformation process as each one forms and gestates, then births into its unique individual form. Of course, as the creator, I have them all. I find that I am attracted to certain ones and I keep them around me, everywhere, sometimes for a long time. Then gradually I notice I am no longer attracted to one or another, so I check to see which ones I am more attracted to and place them around me. Sometimes one that I was done with becomes attractive again… they seem to go in spirals; I come around to them again. They have many levels of you they can address as you progress.

Colin: Where do they all come from and what do you mean by co-creation?

Saleena: In the beginning there was a group I called the “Council” that was always talking to me about the Vibrakeys. One day, Patricia Pereira, the author of the series of books called “Songs of the Arcturians”, asked me who they were? I just knew them by my Council. She said I could ask them to identify themselves. So I did. They said I could call them the StarBand OutReach Council. They said they were made up of many Creatives; artists, scientists, writers, inventors, creators, just like us on Earth. They had so much to offer us and we had to ask. They said they supplied much of the inspiration around the world for things that advance us.

They would introduce me to different beings who would host certain designs. Some you would know and others are new to us. They are here to answer questions and guide me anytime I ask. Much of this is about working and playing together between the dimensions, meeting our forgotten families and friends and together co-creating a new reality structure and experience. We are at a most exciting door which is closing to the old age; some call it the 4th age and opening to the 5th age, a Golden Age. You can read more about this in my latest Spinning-StarS Newz in “The Rainbow Connection.”

Occasionally, they make a suggestion, give me an idea or give me a whole design in my mind, like VK26 19.5 Hawai’i Paradise Frequency. One day I was at the beach, walking along the lava. The host being simply dropped a fun idea in my head, then as I responded, dropped the whole intricate and detailed design in… saying that it was a gift from all the nature beings on this Big Island of Hawaii; their gift to us. Later I found Mary Magdalene working with us on it. That happens. The designs are many layers and sometimes several beings host different parts of the design. The whole of creation sometimes aligns so I can have a dynamic experience of the patterns coming in. It seems to move through my body, consciousness and experiences before I can publish one. I interacted with every being in the new mandala that week. It was amazing, including swimming with the two whales! I have since become great friends with the Shark God, Mamakoe, who first gave me this design. He is a portal expert and has taught me some about portal travel. There are many adventures surrounding every Vibrakey from its conception to its birth and it doesn’t stop there. They continue as I use them and explore their dimensions ever more deeply. I will eventually share more of these stories.

Colin: Do you align yourself in any way to the highest good, to make sure they are for our best interests?

Saleena: I have a binding agreement with the universe. I will only work with higher consciousness beings and projects that resonate in love and through the heart. I feel energies that are out of this alignment. They have to align with our goals for a new earth and reality. They must support ascension. I have friends and loved ones who will tell me if the energies are faulty…. I had one turn off, become energetically dead, when activities around it became stressful and we went out of our hearts. We had to work very hard to get it clear and turned back on.

Colin: Where are you going with them from here? How do you envision them assisting us in bringing in a new reality?

Saleena: Three years ago my new partner Marimar and I began to see a whole new way of presenting the Vibrakeys within a much greater vision. Marimar is a visionary who sees the bigger pictures of what is happening. As a researcher and computer software architect he understood early on that we design our own realities. We both were dreaming in a new world in our own ways. We met and found our work weaving together easily. Contact and friendships with higher dimensional beings was familiar to us both. We both feel this is the way we are receiving ideas and support that moves us into a new higher levels of awareness. Life gets sweeter the higher we vibrate. Our vision includes the Vibrakeys as part of a whole new cosmology arising in our world reality As we began to list all the things we wanted to share, we realized we had so much to share with the world during this major shift that we had to organize it into at least 5-6 websites each with a different focus, yet with commonalities in the new emerging cosmology.

We decided to start with the Vibrakeys. We are in the process of updating the Vibrakey website and it is up and running. Keep checking back for our many new ways we will offer support and learning adventures. New designs keep coming. I have over 50 new exciting designs and ideas in the Birthing Chamber gestating. How about a Bliss Generator? Vibrakeys seem to have their own timing. They certainly emerge as a finished product only when they are ready. The greatest challenge has been allowing myself the time to focus on and develop the new ones… with so many projects we are weaving in. I have a number of designs finished and still have to organize all the information for the backs and guides. We offer these as prints until I finish them and they are fully published.

Colin: What makes the Vibrakeys such a timely offering?

Saleena: These Vibrakeys are focusers. They assist in bringing to your attention things that are timely and supportive of your ascension process. When I read what others are receiving, when I feel what is happening all around and inside myself, I know that these keys have been offered to us ahead of time to assist during a very intense of time of shift and change. Some call it the Great Shift. Some call it the end of the world. Some call it the end of a very long cycle of creation… what ever it is... I am grateful personally for the insights and energetic changes I have experienced through prolonged exposure to these amazing keys for transformation. My world has expanded and life in my body is much more pleasant and exciting now. I am grateful for the new friendships and higher dimensional family I have reunited with. Take some time to explore them. Find the ones that resonate the most and give yourself the gift it brings. I hold the vision that they reflect a greater potential that is in each of you and when it is truly in you, you no longer need the outer tools. They reflect your glory-ous-ness, the higher dimensional being you are; the creator god that is in each of you and assist your process of awakening to that knowing and perspective, then encourage you to expand it.

When I was I Palenque, Mexico, I had an encounter with Pacal Votan at his Temple of Inscription. He asked me if I knew what was wrong with this world. He was waving his hands around and seemed agitated. Then he pointed to the sun and somehow brought it into my heart where I saw it interact with some kinds of spiraled codes in the lining of my heart. They popped open and when there were little codes floating around inside my heart… he said now that was where true power came from. Then he said, “When you know who you are and what you are here on earth for… that is where you find your greatest personal power.” That is the bridge I placed into the Vibrakey which is now updated and called VK15 Personal Power – Heart – Thymus

Many Vibrakeys are connected to living energy portals and invite us to take our next steps into a 5th Dimensional and higher way of life.

For some time now we have been featuring Dr Suzan Caroll’s messages from the Arcturians ‘The Arcturian Corridor’ and last month she sent through a note advising us of another site she has launched under the name Suzanne Lie. This month she has kindly agreed to an interview to give an insight into her decision to merge her inner/spiritual life with her outer/professional life.

Colin: Many of us have had to 'release' our inner child in order to move forward, how would you describe your journey into becoming more' conscious'?

Sue: I was one of the ones who was born awake, so I was always conscious. Actually, I may not have been born awake, as I had a death experience when I was about six weeks old. Perhaps, when I came back to my physical body I forgot my veil of illusion. However, as I matured I learned to put it back on. By the time I was a teenager the veil was pretty thick. However, I missed Home so desperately that I suffered from depression for much of my early life. Therefore, I think my journey was not one of becoming conscious as much as it was a journey of staying conscious.

When I was about 28 years old and had everything that was supposed to make me happy, a husband, a house and two children, I was so depressed that actually considered just letting go and going crazy. Upon further investigation, I found that to be a very poor option. Therefore, I decided that I would somehow HAVE to find a way back to the Home that I had so desperately missed my entire life. It was then that I began doing yoga and started my first attempts at meditation.

The Universe heard my call and sent me to my first spiritual teacher. I then started a long Path with several different teachers, but always it was my inner communications that I most treasured. Then, sometime in the late eighties, probably around the time of the Harmonic Convergence, my inner voice told me that I would no longer have physical teachers. From then on, I was to find my teachers within.

I had prepared long for this time and had read everything possible and gone to many teachers and groups. However, I was unprepared for how frightened I was to trust in myself that much. Fortunately, I had finished my education and years of psychotherapy that healed many of my inner wounds, so the Path had been cleared.

I remember one day back when I had just started my spiritual studies, I was laying on the couch, laundry and toys all around me, reading one of my first spiritual books. I don’t remember the book, but I clearly remember the opening line: “When you step onto the Spiritual Path, you must do so alone.” Finally, many I was ready to make my solo journey.

Colin: When did you first come to realize that there might be more to life than buying the latest TV, moving up the promotional ladder or eating at the most 'in' restaurant?

Sue: When I was a young adult, I was a hippy, even though I was married, had a house and two children. Therefore, I was focused on peace, love, Mother Earth and lots and lots of fun parties. We shunned the materialism of our parent’s reality and strove to create a new way of life. The hippie movement failed miserably then, but our dream is, finally, starting to come true. I am sorry that many of us got lost in the very materialism that we once shunned, but I know from my emails that many of us are now re-awakening.

I must admit that I have always liked to be surrounded by beauty, but I never had enough money to even consider buying the latest anything. However, with my moon in Aquarius, I am a bit of a techno geek, so I often had the latest Internet and computer stuff. My favorite way to spend money was, and still is, on books, music and travel—which our budget dictated as camping. However, we loved being so close to Nature, and I was young enough to do the work. Even now, when we have more money, we still choose to get rentals as far into nature or as close to the ocean as possible.

In terms of restaurants, our search was for the cheapest, healthiest place to “grab a meal.” I never had a “promotional ladder,” for I have always been self-employed and always worked in some form of education or health care. The only ladder I cared about was, and still is, the spiritual ladder. As I worked through many of my psychological blocks, I added more creativity into my life.

Colin: What lead you to create a different persona, Suzan Caroll, for your spiritual work (one that has been so successful)?

Sue: Thank you so much for your comment on being successful. I have always tried to be free of ego, but recognition is good for my Soul. J There are two reasons why I created, hid behind, the persona of Suzan Caroll. I will tell you the loving reason first and the fearful reason second. The loving reason is that, when I was a child I practiced writing that name over and over, as I told my self, “One day I will write a book and use that name.” Hence, using Suzan Caroll was a way of honoring my Divine Child and fulfilling a childhood prophesy.

The fearful reason was because I didn’t want “them” to judge me. When I was young and innocently shared a vision, insight or experience, the response was, “Oh, that was just your imagination.” or “You must have just dreamt that.” I always loved my inner world much more than my outer one. Therefore, when those around me did not accept my inner world I learned to keep it for myself and created two realities. One reality was the outside one where I had to go by “their” rules. The other reality was my inside one where I could totally be my SELF. No wonder I was so depressed.

When I joined the work force, I was in medicine (licensed audiologist) and a licensed psychotherapist. I got my referrals from insurance companies, and I was afraid they would stop referring to me if they found out that I was “weird.” Well, I said it was the fearful reason, but, sadly, it was also the truth. Yes, even with all my attempts to hide my true SELF, I was often called weird. I found out recently that that was the correct name, as weird is an on Anglo Saxon word meaning “spiritual” and “related to fate.”

Colin: I love your web site, it's well presented and easy to navigate, the messages clear. Having gone through that creative process myself I know how challenging it can be, can you tell us a little more about how you came to publish on the web?

Sue: Again, thank you for your complement, and before I answer your question I would like to share credit with my Webmaster Wendy Horwitch and my editor Wyn Saunders. Estrella Jones has also assisted greatly. Without these three great women, I never would have been able to create this site.

As I said before, in the late eighties I was informed that from then on my spiritual teachers would only be found within. This did not mean that I didn’t do copious research for my writing and my personal education. However, it did mean that I was to be the director of my Path. Fortunately, I have learned a great deal about meditation from my human teachers, so I set about a regimen of meditating on a regular basis. I have always been very clairaudient with my inner voice loud in my consciousness.

Also, my first spiritual teacher Mrs. Reed, who lived in a Faerie filled house in the hills above my house, had introduced me to the Ascended Masters, Angelic Kingdom and the Elohim, with whom I had “imagined” I had been communicating with for years. While studying with Mrs. Reed I went through the inner journey with the Ascended Masters to release many of my veils of illusion. This process is documented in my book Thirty Veils of Illusion.

Then, Darwin Gross, my last teacher, as well as the writings of his teacher, Paul Twitchell, led me to study at the Mystery Schools that are located at the threshold to each of the sub-planes of the fourth dimension. It was when I completed this inner journey that I was led onto the threshold of the fifth dimension and encountered my Soul. From then on my Soul/SELF has been the director of my spiritual education, remembering and awakening.

I then began to write down my many past lives that had forever been in my consciousness. I have known of these past lives, (which I now realize are parallel realities—as time is an illusion) since I was a young child. My memory of these lives had always ended with my sad and unfulfilled death, because I often felt sad and unfulfilled myself. As I walked the Path, my sadness greatly dissipated and I felt more and more fulfilled. Fortunately, I found that when I wrote these lives out I was able to either see, or perhaps I created, a death filled with realization and purpose.

Some of my realities were incarnations where I was lost to the darkness. Through writing out these lives, with the assistance of my Soul, I was able to bring these elements of my total SELF into the Light. This process was very powerful, as I felt every moment as if I was actually living each life again. I have documented this process in my books, Visions from Venus and Reconstructing Reality.

After I completed the process of going into the fourth dimension to heal my most important third dimensional past lives, my meditations took off in a new direction. I regained my connection with my Divine Complement and crossed the Threshold into the fifth dimension. This process is documented in accepting the call.

Once I moved my consciousness into the fifth dimension, I began to get messages from Beings from the fifth dimension and beyond, primarily from the Arcturians. The Arcturians nagged me for years until I was finally able to create a website. I resisted this process terribly and created great drama around it. Of course, when the site was finally started, my life began to totally change.

Colin: You channel some wonderful messages from the Arcturians, they resonate really deeply for me, yet channeling is one the aspects that people find most challenging, first that there are ET's and secondly that we can communicate with them. Has this influenced how you presented the information?

Sue: Yes, the ET part has definitely influenced my presentation. For starters, I didn’t talk about them at all for quite a while, due to my living in deep cover. Also, I wanted to bring my readers through a journey that was similar to mine. Finally, as I heard from more and more readers, it became easier and easier to talk about ETs. I have gotten the most reader response when I have channeled messages from the Arcturians and from Gaia. I have had many readers tell me that they believe they are from Arcturus themselves.

Channeling was not too easy at first for me either, as my ego got in the way saying, “This can’t be true.” However, I have used journaling as a means to communicate with Spirit for many years. In the early eighties I started to begin my journal process with “Dear One,” and then I would complain about my myriad problems. After that, I would write, “Dear Sue,” and write the reply from Spirit. This process gradually evolved into channeling. This evolution of complaining to channeling is documented in messages from home.

The Arcturian Corridor, which I am now writing, is clearly the most evolved channeling I have ever experienced. Besides not knowing what I will write next, I also find myself directed to old writings, often ones I have forgotten about, that perfectly fit into the storyline. It has been a process in which I receive more than I could ever give. However, the Arcturians are the ones who are really giving, and I am their scribe.

Colin: In your April message you brought your professional life and your spiritual life together by revealing the true identity of Suzan Caroll, namely Suzanne Lie, what prompted this 'coming out'?

Sue: The Arcturians directed me to create the Suzanne Lie PhD site quite a while ago, but my fear of discovery kept it separate from the multidimensions site. Then I started to hear the words of my inner voice saying, “I am ready to become my Complete SELF.” I have known about the great shift in 2012 since I met my first teacher in the mid-seventies. Therefore, I always knew there was a countdown. As more and more of the prophecies I have known for decades are being fulfilled, I have gotten to the place where I MUST BE my SELF! I am no longer dependent on insurance companies for referrals, and I no longer care if people think I am weird. In fact, I take it as a complement.

Therefore, I decided and/or heard the Arcturians tell me to start an Internet campaign for the Suzanne Lie site to drive traffic to it. Then, about a month or so later, I was meditating to receive information about the next Corridor Newsletter and received that in order to BE my Complete SELF I must merge my inner/spiritual life with my outer/professional life. The reality is, for some time now, the majority of my clients have been on the Path. In fact, I had been getting new clients who had found my Suzanne Lie site even before I advertised it.

I said in the first sentence of the above paragraph, “I decided and/or heard from the Arcturians” because my decision and the Arcturian guidance has now become ONE. Most of this integration occurred after I completed the integration of my Multidimensional SELF, which is documented in my multidimensions site.

I have offered the links and books, as it is impossible to answer such sweeping questions in just a few words. And, as anyone knows who has seen my site, I am a woman of MANY words. When I wrote Becoming ONE, People and Planet, I tried to create a short summary of what I had learned/remembered so far, and it was two volumes of over 300 pages each.

Colin: How has merging Suzan Caroll and Suzanne Lie changed your life?

 Sue: I would have to change that question to “How is your life changing?” as the change is an on-going process. However, I still don’t know the answer. I feel that I am different, yet I also feel the same. I know that what I have channeled is correct, but I don’t know how it will work. Many readers have asked me details about the Planetary Ascension, and I say, “I don’t know. We are creating it with every thought, emotion, intention and breath.” The same goes for my life. I am in the process of creating it.

There are a few things I might change if I had a magic wand. On the other hand, when I look back at the disappointments, sorrows or setbacks in my life, I see that I grew in every one of them. Furthermore, there was always a greater purpose. Most important of all, my angst is gone and I am finally Home NOW on and within my beloved Gaia. Therefore, even though I am not very good at it, I am patiently awaiting the further adventures of Life on Ascending Earth.

Colin: Thank you Sue for spending time with us today, and for giving such considered and in depth answers.

Sue: Thank you for your thought provoking questions. I have remembered/learned some important things about my self from answering them. I have long believed that the greatest gift we have to give is our SELF, so I thank you for this opportunity.

Nancy was one of our first supporters when our format carried one of her adverts and we featured her article on Flower Essences in one of our earlier editions. This month Nancy has kindly agreed to an interview, where we talk about her new co-creation, Blue Panther essences.

We have featured your flower essences here before, what would you say is different about your new Blue Panther essences?

There are four things that are different about these essences:-

1) They are, to the best of our knowledge, the first Shamanic Reiki essences anywhere.They were created to support Reiki and Shamanic practitioners, Healers, and Teachers.We don't know of any other line of essences created and dedicated expressly for this purpose.

2) The collection was created with the assistance of power animals, whose energy is infused into the formulas.That is REALLY different! And very special.

3) They are only the third complete collection I've made for (or at the request of) others.

4) It's the first time I've used gem essences.I've not been previously attracted to them, but this collection required me to include them.Along that vein, too, I've added two new lines of flower essence suppliers to my repertory, because the formulations required them: the Australian Bush Flowers (which I've wanted to try for a long time) and the Alaskan Flower Essences (some of which have been with me for a while, but this collection ventures deeper into their essences, and it's also my source for gem essences.)

What lead you to co-create these new essences and can you explain a little more about the team who helped with this?

It wasn't my idea! Jim Pathfinder Ewing, author of Reiki Shamanism (and other books, some of which are published by Findhorn Press) and Annette Waya Ewing, energy worker and teacher. approached me about the possibility of making a Shamanic Reiki line of flower essences last autumn.

At first, I was hesitant.I wasn't sure I was up to the task.But I asked them if they could send me a description of what they wanted the essences to do, and from that I could better ascertain whether or not I would be the appropriate person for the task.

Very soon I got not only a list of essences that they felt would be useful for the collection, but they told me that they were visited during their work by a new entity that appeared to them with information about the flower essences that we had begun to discuss. The entity was a blue panther, of a type they had never seen before, and it carried a very powerful healing energy.

As soon as I heard this, I got very excited. It seemed that a doorway had opened into the project and it felt very inviting for me to proceed further.So I agreed.

Subsequently, during my meditations, I made contact with the Blue Panther, who shared with me that the Ewings had in their possession a special blue stone which would assist me with the work. Immediately I contacted the Ewings to find out if this information was correct. And the following week I received from them a most marvellous, rare blue agate that had a "mouth" with crystal points. It is very hard to describe but perhaps you can get a sense of it from the photo we took.

When I got the stone, instantly I felt a deep sense of peace and calm about the work of co-creating this line of essences, and realized that it wasn't all up to me (as I'd previously been considering the project.) Rather, this was to be a co-creative project of probably amazing proportions. As it turns out, I was correct (and delighted) about that!

How did the process of creating the Blue Panther essences differ from your usual process?

Oh, this process expanded my capabilities far beyond what I thought I could do! The first noticeable difference is that ordinarily when I work to create a new formula, I open a Nature coning with Nature, the Overlighting Deva of Flower Essences, my higher self, and my spiritual guides. That co-creative team is one with which I have long been familiar and comfortable.

But THIS project demanded that I expand the team to include additional members and enter multiple dimensions of time/space/realities. The new team that was formed to work on the project included (in addition to the usual components as listed above):

-- Jim and Annette Ewing's higher selves
-- the entity that revealed itself to us as Blue Panther
-- the Deva of Gem Essences
-- the totem animals for each of the power animals in the collection
-- the power animal for each individual essence in the collection
-- the Deva of the Blue Panther Energetic Essences

With the addition of so many new elements, in the beginning stages there was a lot of adjustments needed as we had to learn how to work together effectively. (In this regard, I owe a debt of gratitude to Machaelle Small Wright and Perelandra, and their new ground-breaking work with Soilless Gardens, which is leading me to some new directions in my coaching and teaching work as well.)

What I found was that each and every member of The Team (as I called them) was joyful and eager to assist -- BUT. . . they all wanted to "talk" at the same time. And of course this was overwhelming for me! It therefore took a much longer time to even get started with the work, due to our needing to find ways to collect, gather, consider, evaluate, and choose specific information about what should happen with the formulas -- and even HOW to go about the process.

Once we got the "communications" methods clarified (which took rather a long time) things began to take form. Literally. We each learned to honor and respect one another's gifts and limitations, and learned together how to integrate all the contributions into a meaningful whole. So much of the ultimate success of the product depended on the preliminary work we did together; it was the energetic foundation for the manifest form of the product.

From then on, the work proceeded efficiently, much like it does with my ordinary custom-blended formulas ~ but this time, with added layers of attention and focus.

You say that these new essences work multi-dimensionally, how does that work?

Most flower essences (including mine) work on the PEMS levels (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.) This collection ~ which was, we must note ~ created specifically for those who are learning and doing Shamanic Reiki work, takes you into additional dimensions and expands from the PEMS base into territory usually visited only by those who are prepared and awake. It is, I suppose you could say, deep consciousness support for those who are doing deep Light work.

The essences have animal names, do these relate to power animals?

Yes ~ and no! The animal named for each formula do this: it calls forth a specific power animal that has agreed to assist with and help carry the energy intention of each individual formula.

While the Totem Animal for each of the animals in the series do have characteristics that are sometimes represented in the formula, the formula is not (and is not intended to be) identical to the energy carried by any Totem Animal.

How does this kind of multi-dimensional essences help with Reiki or other healing modalities.

When one is doing Reiki and/or Shamanic work, one brings to the work whatever life experiences one has had thus far, as well as the skills one has learned in this regard. Often one needs to do some clearing, aligning, and release of some of the energies one carries on a personal level, to be able to do the work "cleanly". While no one alive today is free from the karma of their life experiences, one can certainly be intentional, respectful, and response-able for how one's energies affect others.

Healers in particular must be aware and sensitive to how their own energies may be, in some cases, interfering with rather than contributing to the well being of those they would serve.

And this is where the Blue Panther Energetic Essences come in. This line of essences is a complete companion set for anyone doing any kind of energy healing work, not only Reiki or Shamanistic Light Work. They will also assist with transformative personal healing work that one may be doing.

When I first started out on the journey of bringing The Magic of Being to life Bonnie Starr was one of the first people to support the project with ‘musings’ from her then new monthly ezine ‘Healing from the Heart’.

When she published her first book Beyond Forgiveness:Spiritual Alchemy earlier this year I ordered a copy straight away and was so moved by it that I asked if she would like to tells us a little more about herself, and the book (you can also read my review).

You say your own journey as a healer started with yourself, when did you first set off on the healing path?

I date the start back to 1985, when my first daughter was a year old. Her birth triggered so many of my issues from my early childhood, particularly my issues around abandonment and not having “enough time” with someone, in my case with my father who died when I was four.

I love the way you describe how you remind your clients they are divine beings, how did you first decide this was your own path, to coach others?

Back in December 2003, when I was still practicing law, I became friends with a woman who was in a managerial position with one of my clients. She called one day to ask for some legal help with a personal problem. She was totally distraught, and I suggested that we get together for coffee right then. The legal issue was the least of her concerns. Her significant other of several years had just broken off with her and her mother was in the hospital. We talked, and over time, the friendship grew. Then one day she said to me: “You really ought to coach people; you are really good at helping me sort things out.” Another year went by, but the seed had planted. I finally quit my law practice at the end of 2005.

How would you describe the Consciousness Integration Process^TM and what lead you to adopt this particular approach?

In the fall of 2005, I found myself desperate to leave my legal practice. I simply was “done.” I wanted to write, do inspirational public speaking (of which I already had had a taste) and life coaching – helping others to open to the truth of who they really are. That November I received a bulletin from the ReCreation (Conversations with God) Foundation, which was founded by Neale Donald Walsch, in which it was stated that a Life Enhancement Program was going to start in two weeks. Through that program I would receive life coaching, public speaking and seminar-leading training and skills. This was living proof to me that “even before ye have asked, I shall have answered.” I signed up for the FastTrak, meaning I would complete my training in four months instead of 18.

During that Progam I was trained in the Consciousness Integration Process^TM, a process developed by CWG Coaching Services. The Process focuses on the understanding that what you experience in your life is based on, and flows from, who you are - your character, your principles, and the qualities - love, compassion, peace, joy, gratitude and abundance -that you embody and express. What you are being informs or shapes what you experience in your life. The conditions and situations that you experience when you are creating from states of beinghappy, grateful, peaceful and loving will be very different from theconditionsconditions and situations that you experience when you are creating fromstates of being unhappy, ungrateful,or unloving. In other words, your outer reality is a reflection of your inner reality. Your inner reality changes when you question your thoughts and set intentions aligned with with the qualities of the divine.

When did you first realise there was a book, Beyond Forgiveness; Spiritual Alchemy, waiting to be written?

I didn’t realise there was a book waiting to be written. In the spring of 2006, after have given a couple of talks and workshops on what it means to “be the change you wish to see in the world” (as Gandhi advised) and on creating authenticity and intimacy through truth-telling, a friend suggested I speak at a group to which she belonged about forgiveness in October 2006. The talk would be about an hour in length. I agreed. The next few months proved the axiom that you teach what you need to learn, because as I began to think about what I would say in the talk, I began to have more experiences that invited me to re-examine forgiveness and the wounded places still lurking within me. During that time, I also simply set out to write the talk. The material just kept flowing. I gave the talk and material kept coming for another month or so. Then that December, it simply stopped. When it stopped, I realized there was a book.

Beyond Forgiveness is an incredibly powerful tool (link to my review), can you tell us a little more about how you came to articulate the process in this way?

Thank you. As I said, the material just seemed to flow. Neither the book nor the process (such as it is – since there are many tools offered in the book) was a particularly conscious decision on my part. The book seemed to come organically out of my own experiences and how I had dealt with them over the years to come to the peace and freedom that lies beyond forgiveness. Inspiration came as I pondered how differently different people view forgiveness and what it means and how to respond to people who inevitably would ask me tough questions about forgiving the terrible things that happen in our world. The pondering, however, was not belaboured. I simply asked the questions and remained open to the answers and insights that came to me. I felt that as I wrote I was being healed. It became my prayer and intention as I wrote that the material would help to open and heal the hearts and minds of all who heard it or, later, when I realized there was a book, read it.

One phrase in your book that really stood out for me was: ‘ Love is without judgment; it loves and gives love simply because love is what it is and giving love is what it does’. Do you find people are becoming more willing to give and receive love unconditionally in this way?

Yes, I do think that there is a growing willingness on people’s parts to do this. The greatest obstacle may be simply that we have so little experience with loving unconditionally. It is virtually automatic for most of us to condition our love on the other being and acting a certain way (pleasing to us), even as most of us seek to be loved by trying to be and act in ways that will please the other. Likewise, most of us tend to withdraw love (what we call love) when the other displeases us. So there is some “retraining” involved. The wonderful thing about how the Universe operates, however, is that when we form the intention to love unconditionally, when we commit to loving unconditionally, we will be presented the perfect training situations – many of which may be very trying – to practice. Thus we have to remember to love ourselves unconditionally as well – forgive ourselves (which is an expression of the givingness of love) when we fail, and recommit.

There have been a number of really significant energy shifts during 2008 and the early part of 2009 which seem to be bringing more people together in some amazing ways, I have been talking to people at work about all sorts of things that would not have been acceptable only a year ago. Are you finding this in your own circles, if so how has this impacted your own life?’

Yes, there have been some powerful energy shifts! What I have noticed mostly has been the shifts happening in people. Old emotional pain – even from years ago – is rising to the surface to be cleared and healed. The shifting is happening faster. What might have taken many months – if not years in the old psychotherapeutic paradigm – of work is happening in weeks and days. In one instance, chronic depression for over 30 years lifted, overnight to the incredulity of this person. All the years of treatment and “just living with it” either had done enough to tip the scales so that Grace intervened at last – or Grace now enters with greater ease. I think we have individually and collectively done so much work that Grace is descending upon us. The other thing I’ve noticed– which may be more along the lines you mention – is that people are examining their beliefs and their resistance to belief in God.

I have been doing that as well, because as I describe in my book, I have had a lot of issues with God over the years! I think this is happening because, we can no longer keep thinking of God as outside of ourselves, separate from us, and handing out punishments and rewards – those thoughts are killing us. Instead, with our movement into the higher dimensional energies, we have to claim and own our Divine Power as God in expression in human form. We have to let go of the small self and let our GodSelf express through us without all of our fear and judgment blocking the way and thus creating distortion and distress in the world as we perceive and experience it.

Over the last few months a number of workshops have been brought to my attention, Michael White was featured last month who was bringing in the Promised Key activations and this month we feature another initiative called The Template.

These ceremonies are being offered through Stargaia, a holistic centre based in Glastonbury, England and this month we have been lucky enough to catch up with Claudie Planche who has been facilitating The Template Ceremonies for 8 years.

Could you describe the Template, what is it and how did the ceremony format you use come about?

The Template, recently completed in April 2008, makes available a pioneering body of work in a series of workshops over 6 days. Developed by Juliet and Jiva Carter over 19 years, the whole story is told in their book ‘Worldbridger’. The Template work reconnects electromagnetic circuits in the human body.

Delivering life force into all our systems, the circuits form a precise map or Template. Using kinesiology to test the entry points, we find that there is an overall weakness in 33 major circuits of the body. However, their strength can be permanently re-established through the specific resonance of these circuits with the 5 Elements and Sacred Geometry. This is demonstrated with the use of individual muscle testing.

How did you come to offer the Template ceremonies, what attracted you to them?

I reconnected my own first circuits in 1998 with my Reiki teacher friend who had just been trained in Glastonbury to facilitate the first ceremony. This was a very potent and beautiful experience. A year later, when I read Juliet Carter‘s book ‘Ceremony of Original Innocence’, I was fired and inspired by the incredible spirit of these writings. I then attended other Template workshops as they were gradually being offered by Juliet and Jiva Carter.

The initial 4 ceremonies are facilitated by yourself (Claudie), did you have to qualify in some way for this, and if so is this ‘qualification’ open to others?

When I trained for the first Ceremony, I already had a very good first hand knowledge of the work through attending many Template events. In my personal life I was fully embracing the transformations brought about by the reconnections of circuitry.

At that time, I had been teaching groups for over 12 years. As a Reiki teacher and healer I was also experienced with energy work. From the second ceremony onwards The Template includes sacred geometry shapes which need to be thoroughly understood. In addition, there is cutting edge information which has to be integrated and communicated. So all these qualities are important for facilitating Template workshops.

There are trained facilitators in the UK and also abroad.

What would someone gain from attending a Template ceremony?

The Template Ceremonies are an ongoing journey. They have to be done in sequence as there is a definite structured progression. The experience of the first Ceremony starts the regenerating process at all levels. People feel more alive and enhanced in their individual creativity. The more circuits they reconnect, the more natural life force input reaches their body, mind and spirit.

The first Ceremony deals with our emotional foundation by transforming relationships, fears and dependencies. With the reawakened support system of the reconnected electromagnetic circuits, people become more centred. This unfolds according to every individual’s path and ability to change.

Can the ceremonies be offered remotely?

At Stargaia you also offer sacred geometry workshops and activations, are these linked to your work with the Template?

We are fascinated by Sacred Geometry in general and offer regular talks and workshops on the subject. For example, we have been hosting the Flower of Life merkaba meditation course for many years.

Last month I bought Michael's new book 'The Promised Key' and have been tuning in to his weekly teleconferences where a group of us are bringing in some really wonderful energy and codes.

Recordings of the conference call activations are available on his new website The Promised Key where anyone can join with free subscription.

This month Michael has kindly agreed to an interview with us to give us a little more information about himself and to describe how he came to write the book. 

When did you first become aware that you are able to communicate with spirit and how would you describe how this communication works for you?

To some extent I have enjoyed contact with Spirit throughout my life. I can even remember being with the angels before birth and being shown a preview of the life ahead, though for a period of time between the ages of 7 and 17, my awareness of Spirit was closed down so that I could see how most people experience the world. In my 17^th year I began to rediscover Spirit communication and made a decision to develop my skills as a channel. I knew that channelling would be an important part of my life, but that was not the first spiritual ability that I developed.

Just before my 19^th birthday I had a mystical experience of reconnection with the universe as a holographic whole during which I was shown a vision that I would one day write The Promised Key. I could feel millions of people reading the book in the future and awakening into the same experience of oneness and wholeness with the unified field that I felt during the mystical experience. After that I began to have out-of-body experiences every time I would lie down to sleep. The body would go into a deeply relaxed state while my consciousness would lift right up out of the body. I could go anywhere! I explored the unseen for several years before I finally started channelling spiritual guides in the physical. I think the guides wanted me to learn how to go into their realm first before they taught me how to channel in mine.

While some of these abilities activated through psychic openings, I also had to develop them through practice and meditation. It took time and patience. Now I am able to ask questions and get answers quite easily. I hear the messages telepathically and feel them in the body. I have built a strong rapport with my spiritual teachers and guides on the inner plane, though I also understand how Spirit communication works scientifically. These different layers of reality are connected together through superstrings. When your brain hemispheres are synched, you can more easily experience a conscious relationship to the living energy of superstrings. The real key to this awareness is to transcend dualistic thinking. The angels and Ascended Masters that guide me have no duality in their consciousness. How can your brainfield reflect the consciousness of such beings if there is no resonance?

Spirit communication is becoming easier and easier now because of the presence of a multidimensional resonance field that is part of our multidimensional DNA. I predict that there will soon be a much greater mainstream interest in learning techniques of Spirit communication that I will gladly help teach.

Have these abilities dramatically impacted your life or do you see them as just extensions of your natural abilities (i.e. normal)?

I think our sense of what is normal will shift a lot in the coming years, especially with all of these ‘awake’ young people being born and coming of age. Yes, having such abilities has changed my life dramatically because I am able to get answers to my questions about what is going on in the world that do not depend on me being able to physically witness what I need to perceive. And yes, these are also quite natural abilities that more and more people are learning to access. The more people develop these natural abilities the easier it gets for others to learn and develop them, because they can learn from a well-established field of group consciousness. I seek to share these abilities and all the strengths I have developed with a global community field, just as I sometimes draw upon the strengths of others within the field for divine service.

These abilities are becoming more normal and there are more and more people available both physically and telepathically that can teach those who wish to join the evolution of human consciousness. My spirit guides do tell me that I have exceeded their expectations with my use of these abilities. I help a lot of people telepathically and during my time out of the body by being present with those who need help making good decisions. I am a guide.

Just the other night for example, I went out of body to be in Gaza with some of the people who were in pain or who had lost their homes and become refugees. I was guided to beam love to some of these people as they were letting go, to calm their hearts and help them surrender to the changes. We, the new species of humans, practice holding people in the field of love and peace, helping people to change their resonance and align with the matrix of humanity’s new multidimensional DNA.

We call this “wholeding the field” with people, as we are holding them in a field of wholeness until they become reconnected with the whole. Notice that the two letters you need to change holding into ‘wholeding’ is ‘we’. We are one holographic whole, and as people choose to identify with the whole of humanity, they will experience an evolutionary shift as the resonance of their DNA aligns within a collective matrix of memory and cocreative energy. The word code I have just described is an example from The Promised Key of how our language is shifting to reflect the functionality of the new DNA with the living technology of sacred language.

It is quite an extraordinary contrast to have on the planet, when you have the old species of humans blowing each other up and raining death from the skies, while the new species is present telepathically with everyone who chooses to engage the evolutionary shift in the midst of these changes. The old species argues over who owns a piece of land, while the new species can spiritually travel the hologram of the universe in a state of oneness with the body of the Earth. The old species projects an illusion of superiority over others and manipulates to steal power, while the new species views all of us as equals and seeks to build a field of cocreation through sharing power and resources through trust in a oneness plan of Creation that is all inclusive and leaves no one behind.

As long ago as 2006 you were predicting a time when truth would be difficult to hide, would you say we have reached that time?

Yes. We have moved into an exciting time where there will be many disclosures and a lot of healing. The beginning of the Obama Administration symbolically reflects a more honest and inclusive approach to the process of choosing the future. There has been a change in humanity’s resonance through Obama’s election that will support much of what has been hidden to come to the surface. That does not mean that the new administration will be the source of these disclosures, rather it is through a large collective field of trust in our shared power to cocreate with each other that more and more people will want to join the circle of one humanity. There will come a time when no one will want to be left out of the circle and will confess whatever has been withheld from others that should have been shared. The way of the future is honest communication. It is how human beings will come to join with an emerging telepathic community of global friends.

It is also important to understand that lies and secrets can only flourish in an environment of denial. We have been living in a culture of denial. This is a vast subject, but to put it simply, we have been in denial of our oneness and our responsibility to care for all life. As we turn and face the true contents of our being, we will discover who we are as cocreators. When we deny our oneness, we create layers of separation, like veils of dissonance between us energetically, which allow us to get away with lying to each other and keeping secrets, but it is hard to get away with lying or withholding information from a community of people who hold you in oneness and can feel everything that is in your field.

People are going to learn from the growing presence of group consciousness that when you lie to people you separate yourself from the greater part of what we are as a field of love and universal consciousness. People who exclude others exclude themselves. So there are many behaviours that will become a thing of the past as humanity fully awakens. I believe we can evolve beyond the level of consciousness that lies and manipulates for personal gain.

I have already sensed a number of people that were part of the Bush Administration that have been waiting for that administration to come to an end, and for the shift that has happened, so they can come out and speak truth about the things they have seen on the inside that appalled them. I think we are going to be hearing from some of these people soon, and some of what they have to say will be shocking for many.

When did you first become interested in peace and in the underlying energetic principles involved?

In 1999, after a visit to Israel, I experienced a visitation from the Angels of Peace who appeared to me in a vision and asked me to become involved in peace building activities. They began to teach me about the coming opportunities for humanity to shift into peace consciousness globally. On the first anniversary of 9-11, the angels came to me again and inspired me to begin writing a series of messages for the Internet. This resulted in a global meditation that helped activate the birth of the Global Peace Council. This was the name the angels gave to the global collective of human beings who had aligned with the intention of forming a human container for the resonance of universal peace in human consciousness.

We became aligned with each other through a simple affirmation in group consciousness, “Let Peace Begin with Me.” This was the affirmation shared by millions of people to build peace in the world by starting from within ourselves and taking responsibility for the resonance of conflict that we project onto the world, whether that is expressed through attitudes, beliefs, prejudices or unresolved conflict with our families or within our community.

By our intentions to hold the field of peace consciousness and transform conflict from within, we established a coherent field that became like a support system for our efforts to build the resonance of peace in the world. It was not too long after this activation that the campaign for the Department of Peace started and I have been involved with that ever since.

Within the new field of global peace consciousness, many projects of non-violent conflict resolution and peace building have developed, like vital organs in an emerging global body of collective intelligence. What interests me so much in all of these peace related activities is that they reflect the potential of a world were war is a thing of the past. Just as we have developed a technology for war, we now have a technology for peace. I hope to be reporting on some of these new peace building activities through my website in the not too distant future.

How would you describe an energy portal, particularly with regard to the work you have been engaged in with Iraq and Iran?

Think of the Earth as a living biocomputer where information is stored in biological forms. In order to understand how this biocomputer works, we must evolve to understand that DNA is more than just a chemical structure inside of living cells. DNA is a coded resonance field and aspects of that resonance field extend beyond the physical structure of the biological form to encompass cycles of time on every scale imaginable. There are many forms and vibratory levels of this coded resonance field that exist independently of any molecular structure. The molecular structure of DNA was designed to complement the memory matrix of the universe.

The Earth has many portals like the ones in Iran and Iraq and they are part of forms of DNA that are larger than the span of modern recorded history. The portals are exchange points for living information that connect the circuits of time and memory together through many dimensions. There is energy there that can be a tremendous resource of good for those who know how to tap into it, but the interconnectivity of consciousness through the portals can also be exploited. Iraq represents a key location where many cycles of time and potentials for humanity’s future are converging. My work has involved decoding what our choices are so we can align with a code of choice that will allow us to enter the Promised Age of Peace.

Your new mini-book ‘The Promise Key’ has just been published, how was this co-created and what is the thinking/message behind the book?

On a 3D human level, this book was very much a cocreation between myself and my partner Susan Jackson. When I started receiving the information for the book, the field of the book connected us energetically and sparked a unique partnership between us. She held the field of the divine feminine energy behind the book as I was writing it and qualified everything that came through with love and devotion to the core purpose of the messages--to enlighten humanity. In the beginning, this devotion was expressed partly through her sponsorship of my work, but Spirit soon revealed to us that we had worked together as transducers in many lifetimes to bring revelation onto the planet by holding a balanced field of masculine and feminine energy through many dimensions of reality. She forms the key container through love and alignment with the core frequency of the Earth, while I channel the words and the structure of the book.

From another dimensional perspective, the book was created outside the structure of time and contains the code for a unique timeline that humanity is poised to enter. It is designed to present and demonstrate the code of choices we made to transcend the challenges of this century and avoid being led astray, so we can make the evolutionary leap that is our destiny. Part of it is written from the perspective of our future selves, who have come back to tell us “How We Did It”, which is the title to Chapter 2.

The book was formed in a field of cocreation held by many spiritual resources that came to me to cocreate with history through the field of the book, which is part of our new multidimensional DNA. The millions of people who will read this book and be transformed by it were also present with me as an audience of souls to help cocreate the form of the book. It as very much a cocreation with the readers through simultaneous time, where I was putting words to a revelation that would begin to unfold within human consciousness during the time that the book would be released. The book was designed by our collective higherself to catalyze a new global conversation about the holographic nature of language and reality. It was also designed to introduce the universal language of light into mainstream consciousness.

I feel blessed by the opportunity to be the scribe for a book that speaks to the heart of what I hold in my spiritual vision of humanity, that all are created as equals. The message of equality is part of the core resonance of the book, but the way this equality reveals itself is fascinating. We see through the revelations of the book that equality is the key to restoring the functioning of humanity’s multidimensional DNA, as well as the full functioning of the human brain. We have all heard about how anywhere from 75 to 90 % of our brain potential is dormant, and this book delivers the key to the future of brain evolution.

Among the many forces that came to cocreate with the book it contains contributions from a lineage of scientific prophets or bringers of light, the most notable of which is Einstein. The Spirit of Einstein came to me to complete the revelation that began with E=mc². The cocreation I experienced with the Spirit of Einstein is one of the main subjects of the Introduction to The Promised Key, which contains chapters 1-11 plus some additional commentary. These first 11 chapters are a book of its own, designed to seed the revelations of the whole 101-chapter book into human consciousness and to start a conversation that will serve as a container for the other codes that will be released when the whole book comes out in the second half of 2009.

I think people will be really surprised, delighted and inspired to experience these energies from Einstein and the humanity of the collective future, not to mention the fact that this new information could send shockwaves through the scientific community. The hidden code that Einstein reveals to us in his equation E=mc², and the fact that it predicts the next scientific revelation as a collective awakening in our time is big news! Many people have held the field for the birth of a new knowledge system that is being unlocked by this hidden code. I am a little worried that my phone will soon be ringing off the hook and there will be bags and bags of mail to deal with once this news gets out. I have held this discovery sacred for two and a half years now with my partner Susan until the time was right to release it, and now, at last, it is time.

I can safely say that I understand how the universe works holographically now, and the relationship between DNA, superstrings and the cosmology of Creation through the intelligent design within this hidden code. There are new revelations from the unified field pouring in all the time, and that is what we can look forward to; that everyone will be able to get their own telepathic downloads from this emerging field. The living intelligent field of group consciousness is able to tailor a holographic teaching for each person’s frame of reference conceptually, so even if you don’t understand the way I have languaged parts of the revelation, there is a doorway into the revelation for everyone that will help people plug into this new field of consciousness. Once you understand your living relationship to the field, the field will teach you all the things that books cannot. Whether you process or take in information more through your right brain or your left brain, the unique design of this book will help bring your brainfield into balance with an emerging holographic whole.
