Signs of Ascension or Why can't I fit into my skin anymore?

Are you feeling lost? Feeling like the things you used to do, people you used to hang out with just are not a match anymore? Feeling disconnected, lonely, frustrated, empty?  Don't worry and congratulations, you are not alone.

The energy of the Earth is changing so quickly and those of us who are able to feel it or who want to feel it are leaning towards it but don't  yet know how to bring it in. We need to stay grounded in our physical presence and yet  be open to more light coming in, this is the struggle. You  are emerging from the chrysalis of sleep to an awakening to your radiant butterfly self.

As I said in my last newsletter the frequencies of the Earth have been steadily and measurably rising from 7hz in the 70's to 16hz now. This means that our energy fields are changing, constantly harmonizing and aligning  with the new frequencies. We have many old programs sitting in our energy field that we collected through the times of density, fear, lack of self worth, fear of speaking up, of being " seen" as who we are, anger, hatred, resentment.The new frequencies are those that our soul recognizes as " home", the realms of light, truth and love. We want to be there and yet we still need to remain on the Earth in a physical body. We need to find a new way of being in the  world because we want to be shining and golden.

Much of the Earth at present is still holding a low vibration with much conflict, division and fear. It is essential for those of us who are awakening to empower the golden part of ourselves, to feed and sustain that level by being with like minded people and places and by meditation. So find whatever it is that lifts you into Joy and Bliss, whatever that is for you, dancing, singing, being in nature, so that you can vibrate more and more at that level. Whatever makes your heart sing do more of it and that will be different for everyone. Shine your bliss brighter and brighter and seal it into your energy body. It will feed and sustain you from within.
 
Those who are able to meet you in that energy will naturally gravitate towards you, those who are triggered by it will be bouncing off and dropping away. You do not need to concern yourself with that. People who are still at a lower vibration, who want to keep on playing the ego, rage, control game will be triggered as you bring in more of the white light. Do not feel responsible or take anything personally. When people are triggered they tend to explode, probably all over you. Just walk away, don't try to engage with it, fix it, think you have caused it. It is just the energy that you are stepping into that is giving them the opportunity to shift and most people don't want to. That would involve them looking at their own shadow and it is much easier to project it onto you.
 
Know that you are safe inside your golden light. Create a bubble of golden light around you and stay inside it, the light will feed you and protect you. This light is the energy of Creation, ask it to help you with anything you need and to create whatever you choose to focus on because you are now connecting with your true Divine Self who is unlimited.

You no longer fit into the old world which is a good thing, it means that you have shifted out of it. We keep trying to bring ourselves back into the familiar old patterns, places, people but that just isn't going to work anymore.
 
You are responding to the light beams from the sun which are recalibrating your DNA spiral, so congratulations, you are waking up. Be gentle with yourself as you go through this  total makeover, you are morphing into the new form of the human race and as with any radical change it can be scary. Remember you are not alone, you have angels all around you so ask for help.

We are here embracing your heart and your intelligence. We continue to offer our deep gratitude for your willingness and courage to experience the dense reality and frequency of the third and fourth dimensions. This is your focus as a physical being as well as your opportunity to offer a conscious shift.

As a multidimensional being you are capable of moving beyond these limited frequencies. If you are reading our words, you are aware that there are other higher dimensions. This concept is real for you as a mental construct, an abstract idea.. The key now is to begin allow yourself to explore the possibilities of this truth as a personal experience.

The physical reality of your day-to-day activities generally consumes most of your focus and awareness. We are inviting you to begin to stretch into the possibility that you can begin to move to higher dimensions. This aspect of evolution, the conscious transformation into a pure energy frequency, moves beyond your perceived limitations. We observe that there are many who are at this moment experiencing the higher realms and higher dimensions. We celebrate with you and acknowledge that you are anchoring this ability into the mass consciousness matrix.  You are making this possibility and awareness available to all.

We realize our words touch a deep knowing and understanding of this truth, however the physical illusion seems solid and is anchored into your circuits, nervous systems and beliefs. You could say that you are invested in your reality, your story and the connections to other beings with whom you interface.

We are not suggesting that you totally withdraw from your third dimensional experience; we are just inviting you to begin to explore the possibility of moving or shifting your awareness and your divine consciousness to the higher realms of light and frequency.  

Many of your sages and shaman have offered this invitation as well. We have continued to invite you to connect with the quantum field using the portal of your imagination. This is an exercise in removing your focus and attention from the seemingly solid reality you call your life. Allow yourself to suspend your beliefs of what you think is real. Play with this, explore this exercise. It is from the higher dimensions that outstanding solutions to third and fourth dimensional problems can be discovered.

There have been many suggestions and methods offered as to how to access the higher dimensions.
We will always recommend the use of sound vibrations. Sounds and sound vibration always alters consciousness. Breath and breathing techniques will allow you to travel consciously, just as meditation and many forms of yoga will support your shift.

We know that there are drugs which can and will shift your perception of reality. However, we want you to know that you have this ability within yourself without the aid of any herb or drug. We highly recommend that you connect to your own innate ability, since as a multidimensional being you have all the equipment built in to allow you to travel beyond your own space and time.

It is important that you can suspend your beliefs of what is real. Begin to image or consider that you have the ability to travel the higher realities. Begin to understand that you are designed to use this ability. Even though you have physical body, you also have an energy body. It is the energy body that travels. Connection to this energy aspect can be strengthened by your willingness, focus and desire.

There are several portals in the physical body that allow access to the higher dimensions. The first we would remind you is the heart portal. You can bring your attention to the energy of your heart and with your breath allow your consciousness to shift. You can also focus on the heart’s energy while being bathed in quality sound vibrations. Both of these simple suggestions allow you to ride your awareness to a higher dimension.

Another portal or doorway or bridge to the higher dimensions is the pineal gland. This small pinecone shaped organ is located approximately in the center of your brain. The pineal gland is also close to the sensory and emotional centers of your brain, which can explain why a spiritual experience in a higher dimension evokes strong emotions and sensations that are often remembered for a lifetime.

We highly recommend that you begin to discover more information about the pineal gland; this tiny pinecone shaped organ is a very important aspect of your physical and dimensional connection.

You also can place your awareness on the so-called “third eye” and while offering a breathing technique or while listening to high quality sound frequencies, you can allow yourself to journey.

Like any new skill, these exercises and shifts in your perception of what is real and possible take a certain dedication, practice and patience. You are shifting and transforming old limited beliefs. You are addressing the possibility that what you have known as real might not be as solid as you have been taught.

Since you are empathic and sensitive to the feelings, beliefs and vibrations of the collective, the ability to move beyond these limitations is a part of your own personal growth and evolution as a divine starbeing.  Begin to investigate the truth of all the programs, codes and genetic data that you carry.

Realize that you are a vast unlimited divine conscious being. You are multidimensional in nature and you are meant to travel, journey and energetically experience all the higher dimensions. The universe, the galaxy, and the many dimensions are yours. Time and space is a construct of your physical reality. It does not exist in the other realms and dimensions.

We delight in offering you this invitation once again. We have encouraged you look at the possibilities of parallel realities and experiences; we have encouraged you to connect to your future self and to the ability to travel time. We have spoken of your galactic heritage, and invited you to claim your Starseed understanding of who you truly are.

We are aware and acknowledge that much information and many techniques are coming forth which offer more and more tools and methods in reaching the higher dimensions. Use discernment regarding what is offered, even these words that we offer, and make sure they resonate as your personal truth.

We continue to reminder you of your unlimited self and encourage you to play often outside your dimensional box.

Time to reBuild: accessing your blueprint

We have officially returned from our first eclipse voyage of the year, and with our soul’s way more intact than when we embarked upon this substantial soul-retrieving odyssey in late March…all innocent and wide eyed .

  

Regardless of where you find yourself at this moment, I am pretty certain that you are exiting in a very different state than you entered…even if you are not fully aware of it yet.  Realistically speaking, we are moving into a whole. new. human. experience. and so we all need a minute to get our bearings and reorient to new life…this birthing was a b-i-g-g-y.

  

It’s no secret that time has all but evaporated (along with the 4th dimension) and even tho, technically speaking, this was a truncated portal…2 as opposed to 3 eclipses in a row…these r-evolutionary crusades can feel like the lonnngest days of our lives. At this advanced stage of the ascension game eclipses are like being in a vacuum, mostly because we have become so sensitive to energy and how to parlay its influence into our personal expansion that we need very little in the external world to reflect our individual process…in fact, the outside world can serve to detract from it.

  

And while it can be challenging & frustrating to be so Self consumed, these periods always prove to be so valuable because they force enable us to go deeper than we are able to with our conscious mind focused on business as usual. The success of any eclipse passage is always contingent on our ability and readiness to deepen…to open to more of our authentic nature and those people/places/things that align with our full truth. Needless to say, these can be very rearranging times…both in our DNA and in our physical lives.

The outcome is such that the deeper we go (the more truth we have the courage to recover) the higher we are able to fly when we get to the other side.  And, according to the star folk…fly we must.  As of the recent new moon in Aries, a brand new accelerated cycle begins and we will now be supported to utilize the momentum before us to not only take flight, but to learn to balance our wings in the blowing winds of change.

The divine King finally rejoins his sovereign Queen to rebuild a true partnership in co-creation.

Many of you reading this have consciously delivered the final parts of yourselves to the unity paradigm thru this recent passage.  Even if you are still trying to find your physical feet, the star-beings assert that our hearts & minds are absolutely attuned to unity, and the ripple effect of this emergence will continue to undulate for days, months, years to come.  

After weeks of frazzled unsettledness (unrest, uncertainty, unpredictability, anxiety, tension, etc.), swimming in super-charged Arian seas, we are now moving into a space of growing calm.  An anchoring in underway…we are grounding more deeply than ever into the core of our being where that once familiar feeling that all is well lives.  And not a minute too soon.

If you are already feeling this supportive space of centeredness, of neutral observation, know that this is the result of major defragmentation…of BEcoming whole again…the foundation and requirement for the the actualization and attainment of christ consciousness.  This governing energy is available to all those who have finished the course requirements from the univers-ity of cause and effect, passed all the polarity finals, and are readying to begin co-constructing the collective dream (divine blueprint) for new earth.

Last year close to this time we were (collectively) reaching the stage of evolution where we were able to more effortlessly emancipate ourselves from suffering.  Things didn’t get any easier, in fact, the opposite is likely true, but we had a multitude of divine feminine support to transcend our emotional attachment to hardship. This year we have an abundance of divine masculine support to transcend our physical attachments to hardship and create something entirely different out of our lives…out of the proverbial ashes of our past.

On the long road Home (return to Self) we have experienced death after death…rebirth after rebirth…graduated from level after level of attainment.  Every year for the last 15 we have been repetitively torn down so that we could rebuild on a lasting foundation of truth.  Each of us in our own way has left the flock in order to forge new human frontiers and actualize our deeply-felt potential. We faced our most paralyzing fears, integrated our darkest shadows, wholed our broken, untrusting hearts, let go in ways we didn’t know were possible…all in the name of surrendering to the greater plan guided by our higher Self…and mostly on what seemed like just “a hunch”.

We are all at different places on our path but one thing we can all agree on is that we are no where near the person we “thought” we were before 1999 when we entered The Galactic Cycle (according to the Mayan calendar)…the second to last underworld leading us to global enlightenment.

And while we have certainly achieved the impossible in terms of our inner-expansion, of reestablishing the divine feminine energy on this planet, very little has changed in the outer world to reflect the amount work we have put in…at least not to the extent of, or in equal measure to our toils and labors.  We have spent so much time purifying and transmuting that very little vitality has been available for building the physical structures that our world needs to embody this new energy…for those of us in the constant throes of genetic (trans)mutation, we just don’t have any tread left on our very worn tires.

In walks father God.

After the very powerful merging of sacred forces at the equinox…that which triggered the birth of our triality consciousness…the divine King is finally rejoining his sovereign Queen in order to rebuild a true partnership in co-creation.  Now, and with the support of the long-awaited return of our beloved & empowered sacred male, we can finally begin to resurrect our bodies and lives in order to manifest the physical structures in our worlds to match our true divine nature.

Where we have been mostly unable to get our greater visions off the ground and implement our divine dreams in the physical world, our (inner) male counterpart is beckoning…asking to assist and compliment us in more complete ways.  Where we have been unable to protect our precious vulnerability in the world and abundantly “provide” for ourselves, our inner warrior begs to rise and take command of the universal force to conspire to our success.

Where we have been unable to fuel our passions, structure our lives, create order out of chaos, we will gain more and more support to move from our long-suspended state of inertia to spontaneous, directed action in order to ground into form all the heartfelt/divine desire we cultivated while in the pregnant abyss of potential.

We are moving into a momentum-building phase where we will need the creative force of our empowered GOD nature to move us from the stillness/inaction of the VOID, of infinite possibilities, to the inspired actions that eventually accomplish our goals and ground our visions into purpose-filled achievements.

In many or most ways, we have been thru a very difficult 6 months of relentless embodiment (since the eclipses of last October followed by the 11:11 gateway) but the galactics say that it is time now to declare ourselves…to bring our highest creative visions and ideas to earth and lay the framework in order to begin putting our BIG plans in play.

And here’s the best news: there is a divine dispensation being offered over the next several weeks..a leg-up, if you will…for those who are willing & prepared to step into their life’s mission at this time.
