Vibe Report

By Nancy Leilah Ward

It has been awhile since I’ve written a Vibe Report. The prevailing energy has been about integrating higher frequencies and the resulting changes that come into our lives. I feel I’ve been in a cocoon for several months and now my chrysalis is beginning to unfold. For most of this year, it’s been all about release, forgiveness, compassion and being in the now. Wash, rinse, repeat. And now, new projects are beginning to bud. When I sit down to write I realize that I’m working on something bigger than the Vibe Report. A book is beginning to form as I listen to the within and tap into Universal wisdom.

Integration
Golden Wave, oil on canvas By Nancy Leilah WardFor many years we have been preparing for the times we are in now. There is a feeling at the moment of getting our affairs in order, clearing out and organizing our home and purging things that we’ve held on to for years. We are experiencing opportunities for clearing on an emotional level and purging physical items that are cluttering our home is symbolic of this deeper release.

I’ve also been noticing anxiety for no apparent reason – just a nervous buzz of energy. Some have described it as impending doom or waiting for the other shoe to drop. The message I am getting is that it has to do with energy upgrades – meaning higher frequencies coming in. These frequencies bring change. It helps to navigate them by having the conscious intention of letting go of what no longer serves us (the “uncomfortable comfort zone”). We may feel anxiety about letting go of the familiar, even if it is something that we don’t want to hold onto anymore.

These higher frequencies I often write about come in pulsating waves. We integrate the wave, then there’s a pause before another higher wave comes in, and we integrate that, and so on. These frequencies are often pulsated through the sun. They are moving through the Universe and, through electro-magnetism, the sun draws the energy in and then amplifies it through solar flares, sending it throughout our solar system. When we start to feel the anxiety or restlessness we can try taking a moment to bask in the energy and breathe into our center, tuning in to our experience as we feel chaotic energies spinning around us. It’s time to let our thoughts go – stop trying to describe what’s going on – embrace the chaos and dance with the messy dissonance of change.

Feelings from out of nowhere

Solar Flare, pastel on paper, September 12, 2014

There have been times recently when I’ve experienced painful, negative feelings from my early years being triggered within me. I find it amazing that I can still cave into that place of despair or self-recrimination so easily. This is my teaching, this is where my wound is. Perhaps some of you reading this have been experiencing such moments as well. Practicing compassion and forgiveness for ourselves helps us to navigate the higher energies we are integrating. These higher frequencies bring to the surface the dense energies that we assimilated when we were children. Memories rise to the surface and expand into emotions that can feel like poison. It reinforces the sense of our true self to witness the opening of our wounds as we stay in our heart center and allow the emotions wash over us like a tsunami. We can grab onto the feelings and be roiled about in this tsunami, or we can stay in our center, steadfast in our knowing of our own true north, as it were, holding our ground and being strong in our truth as the tsunami dissipates. Awareness and acceptance helps energetic pathways to stay open, so the poison can be purged, helping to heal the wound through deeply experiencing and transforming the poison (fear) into love.

I find that meditation is a practice of awareness that can be focused on at all times during our day – not just when we’re sitting with the intention to meditate. It helps to bring us into a state of presence and witnessing, instead of engaging in emotional turbulence. So that when these moments of triggering dense feelings occur, we can eventually steady and center ourselves with love and compassion.

Empathy
We are becoming more and more sensitive to energetic vibrations that are radiating through our world. As we release energetic blocks – as in beliefs and patterns that were programmed into us – through this ongoing clearing process, empathy is awakened. This heightened sensitivity to energetic vibrations helps us to quickly discern between what feels good – as in loving, kind, fun, and what feels bad, as in judgment, fear, arrogance. Finding the middle way helps us to navigate the chaotic frequencies that are wafting across the planet. The key to being guided by our own intuition is trust. As we continue to clear away what is not our truth, we have lucid moments of inner knowing and we can tap into that through trusting our feelings and inner voice of truth.

Sometimes we may find ourselves feeling intense emotions for no apparent reason. Some very sensitive people may find themselves feeling grief or deep sadness, bringing on a flood of tears out of the blue. We are connected to one another through the Collective Consciousness and at times we deeply feel the unrest in the world. Sudden bouts of anxiety, nervousness or a general strange vibe is also part of the heightened perception we have now as we sense each other’s energy. This Collective connection can also be tuned into in a positive way. Breathing and connecting to the grid of light that is our consciousness (as in our Light Bodies) and tuning into one another as we hold the higher vibration of Love, helps us to become grounded and find that peace within us.

Love and Appreciation in the moment of NOW
In this time of opening to higher frequencies and deeper awareness, we can slow down “time” and savor the beauty of where we have navigated our life stream. It is simply deep appreciation for what is and deep awareness of the moment as moments move into moments in the flow of love and the light of grace. This practice of appreciation helps us to continue to navigate into situations and places that are in harmony with our energetic vibration, so if you’re not quite happy with your present circumstances, know that even the smallest sparkle of appreciation for yourself and what you have learned in your life, can open up a path of sparkling light to help you navigate to higher ground.

It is up to Humanity as a Collective Consciousness to create the world from awareness, inner knowing and love, which is what comes forth from a conscious awareness perspective. Creation happens all the time. Creation can come from fear as well, of course, which is what would most likely arise from the Collective UNconsciousness. There is much at stake at this time in regards to moving forward with creations of love.

The gift of knowing precedes the gift of experiencing
One may intellectually know that Humanity is One Consciousness and we can consider this and bring it into our vibration by meditating and feeling into this understanding. As we continue to do this we will begin to have experiences of telepathy and synchronicity that will reveal to us the depth of this Unity we are all part of. As we continue to vibrate with this energetic frequency of Unity, birthed through love, which comes forth from compassion and forgiveness, we are preparing ourselves for the Unity Moment – that moment of conscious awareness where we expand into Light, mingling our Consciousness in the One Being. I believe this is what we are approaching. A flash, a moment of knowing, then coming back into our bodies but never again seeing ourselves as separate from one another. Evolution. When will this happen? I don’t know. Will it even happen in my lifetime? Don’t know, but I do cherish this vision for Human Evolution.

Pay Attention
The Collective Consciousness of humanity is like a fabric of energy and all of us are consciously and unconsciously part of this energetic fabric – which can be seen as a grid-work of energy. This is why maintaining and radiating love is so essential to us. All the time; intention, awareness, focus. Being impeccable with our word. Being centered within the core of our being. Becoming Masters of our own energy is what is most important at this time.

Through all the work that we continue to do on ourselves – the work of taking responsibility for our experiences and feelings, the practice of forgiving ourselves and others, this “work” creates the clearing of density – dense beliefs and feelings. I use the word density as a replacement of “negativity” in order to release our minds and hearts from judgment. When we are free of judgment, we are able to observe – or witness – what is wafting through our energy fields in forms of experiences that we are creating – or magnetizing – into our lives.

We can see that what we choose to experience in our lives – in our interactions with each other – are opportunities to release the structures and fog of judgment and beliefs or fears that we have about ourselves. Our interactions with each other reveal to us where we are allowing fear to distort our reality.

World Events
We are seeing chaotic energies coming to a boiling point all over the world. This can trigger a mass awakening on so many levels. With our enhanced sensitivity to energy, we need to place our focus on what is nurturing and nourishing to us and what brings us peace and happiness. Yes there is destruction, corruption, violations of human rights – the list is endless – and of course we care and want to help in some way. One of the most basic ways we can help is by maintaining our own vibrational frequency of love and harmony, because that is the vibration we radiate into the Collective Consciousness – and the world – and the Universe.

When we allow outrage, anger and despair to be what flows through our energy field, we can make ourselves physically ill and that is also what we put forth into the Unified Field, so we are essentially adding gasoline to the fire. This is one of the most difficult concepts to grasp because we also don’t want to sit by and allow injustice to happen. However, hating and judging and righteousness just feeds the flames of discord. Instead, in the physical, we can put forth actions that are solution oriented and love-based as we continue to maintain the vibration of love within our energy field. This is how we create a new world, a world of sovereignty and harmony.

We are evolving into religion-less sovereignty. Love is the joyous expression of the meditation of life.
Many paths and explorations have brought us to where we are now. Some of us have been exploring “spirituality” and different pathways designed to connect us to our spirit and our soul for many years. Like tourists in a maze of spiritual practice, ritual and dogma, some have taken pathways informed by certain spiritual philosophies only to come to a petering out of the energy – a waning interest – and then being sparked by a different philosophy and following that path, and so on. Many have come to a place of letting go of all that exploration, settling in to an inner knowing that is beyond words. It isn’t that those modalities and pathways were wrong, it’s more like we’ve come to higher ground where we are simply be-ing. It is self-respecting to be kind to ourselves and have compassion for the pathways we have chosen that have brought us to where we are now.

Beyond the Unity Moment
There will come a time in human evolution where spiritual philosophies and religions will become unnecessary, as Humanity will be living from the experience of NOW and BEing part of all of life, including one another. Separation will dissolve into an awareness of the Earth and the entire Universe as a living, sentient being that all life force energy flows through, including of course, Humanity. Many of us experience glimpses and moments of this connection and it takes us beyond words. There’s a Cosmic Hilarity that arises when we think of trying to explain direct experiences of One-ness.

With love I dance my words and pictures as an offering to you in the knowing and not-knowing of the crazy mystery of our interplay in this multi-verse.

September's Perspectives - Never get used to the 'usual'!

By Ysanne Lewis

Recently  we saw a tight pressure cooker of a Mars (action) and  Saturn (constriction) conjunction in the heavens. Sorting out what we can concrete and what is fluffy and time wasting has been important.  That may have given us a reality check!  Certainly discipline and timely restraints trained us to mature a little.

On September 9th  there was a full Moon in Pisces aligned with Chiron. It was a super Moon – we have a few of those into 2015 – and, as supermoons amplify our perspectives on matters and Pisces is the archetypal dreamer,  we are being encouraged  this month to  embrace a loosening up time, indulge in our dreams and lick any of our wounds with discerning vulnerability and self compassion. It’s been a roller coaster of mixed  tidal currents this year with confusions and world tensions, but now it’s time to be gentler on ourselves and others.

Take time to care and nurture the beauty around you.

How do we view ‘normal’?

Normal, perhaps, hasn’t been the norm for many of us  for a while. But here’s a thought … even though we have felt the urge to break out of  familiar, ingrained patterns we can actually  find normality, not in the memories of  things left behind but in each day in whatever comes our way or, hopefully, gets created by ourselves. There it resides and to retrieve it from yesterday makes no sense.

It’s scary how we get used to things, isn’t it? Especially in how we put up with things! I had a cataract operation on my right eye the other week, along with my vision being rectified to see at a distance. Gosh, I had got so used in the last couple of years to a slight blur and thought that was liveable with – it had been gradual after all.  Okay, so what have YOU got used to  and  perhaps in other ways are blurring your lens on life and limiting your perspective?

Many ideologies and mental constructs run our world and are so easily bought into. Too easily we play safe and dismiss the unknown possibilities, the invisible worlds which seem formless to our eyes. We stay in the bubbles  which are labelled ‘let’s avoid pain’, even though pain can  often precede new life.

The Full Moon in Pisces on the 9th aligned with Chiron highlights  the need to  accept waking up to the possible concretion of what we hitherto felt was  unreachable.  The inner statements of,  “how nice it would be if….”, or,  “if only I’d done this earlier in life” –  in other words, expecting and wishing the world to hear us and magically change things!  Re-addressing those thoughts, claiming our dreams and, with curiousity,  greet them and smile at them is being highlighted for us now.  MAKE IT NORMAL TO DO SO!

Mythologically, Chiron was the teacher and healer to the gods and higher mortals, above all teaching compassion.  Its message this September, and indeed into the near future, is  to heal our own wounds, not fester and linger with them;  to re capture our dream and the inner gift which always lies behind a wound. Self acceptance and  acceptance of others foibles and flaws  always follows healing  our attachment to the wound, being responsible for it and not laying the blame at the feet of our pasts or people in our worlds.

Just as with  my ‘new eye’ I started seeing the world differently, as a parallel to this  I also started widening  my world, bringing my work to a bigger audience via speaking and writing  after a relatively quieter time doing my ‘art’ in the normal  way.  Being valued and enjoying the comfort zones my background had provided over three decades was great and stepping into unknown pastures was a bit edgy  and  open to risks. But re-creating self is healthy and rekindles that childhood enthusiasm to see what is round the corner.

I would encourage you my readers  – my clients and friends –  to see vulnerability as creative because,  even though for a while  we ‘don’t know’ consciously  the outcome, (not a nice feeling) we start to recognise that being a creator, not a victim or reactor,  is when we aremost alive. Just as the creator /universal intelligence gave us life, so it is that when we are being creative with the life given us we are walking that same path and are truly living.

I have encountered quite a few clients lately who have done just that, faced that vulnerable choice and stepped into the unknown (the unknown only being essentially a lack of self knowledge)  finding they can adjust, once the decision is taken,  to a new perception and perspective within a magical  yet very real new framework. it was there waiting whilst  all the excuses and doubts and fears were chattering away as a powerful distraction and barrier.

I wanted to share with you part of a newsletter I received from Irene Brankin who wrote a  lovely book called “The Visible Woman: More lust, less must.”  I really like this exercise…. and do check out her website www.the visiblewoman.co.uk.   Her perspectives on life are very wise and timely.

“I suggest that you make sure you are in a quiet space (if possible) and make yourself comfortable.

Simply become aware of your thoughts – don’t change them, they are part of you.  Then check any tension in your body and adjust accordingly.

Finally allow any feelings you are having to become visible and simply acknowledge them.

Then when you feel calm and rested, I’d invite you to allow in the possibility of the legacy you are passing on to future generations – remember this does not mean some magnificent thing (and it may be) that everyone is in thrall to.  It can be something or some way that others will remember you.  It may some talent or gift you used to serve your community or humanity as a whole.

You have been a Role Model for this – your Legacy.

Breathe into that place inside you that holds the answers – whether in symbols, images, words or even pictures.  Be open to receive whatever comes for you without judgement or censoring.

When you are ready, come out and write or draw what you got.  Perhaps you will be surprised, shocked or grateful for whatever it was.”

Please feel free to leave a comment in the section below on my post in www.catching-the-wave.com about your own possible or actual shift at this time.  This may inspire others and remind you of  finding the beauty of the unknown and how, by being creative in our lives, we find and  belong to a very meaningful universe!

Have lovely days ahead and, if you feel ready for new starts and new self perception, I am here to assist with the ‘queen of timing' – which is astrology – and highlight your present and forthcoming cycles of growth and re-creation.

Till soon,

Ysanne

Sensory overwhelm

By Dana Mrkich

Sensory overwhelm. Those are just two of the many words I could use to describe the past few weeks. You may have found yourself consciously, or subconsciously, unplugging from as much of the world as possible (I definitely have been!) with less time on social media, more time at home or wanting to be at home while elsewhere, and a general feeling of being in hibernation/inner retreat mode. So many people have been sick with colds and flu’s, enforcing rest time where perhaps you wouldn’t have otherwise taken the opportunity.

The world is so loud right now, and is getting louder in every possible way. You might feel as if one minute we were sitting in a dimly lit room with candles and mood music, and the next someone came along, switched on all the lights to high beam, threw on some hardcore heavy metal music and ramped it to full volume.

Everyone has an opinion on everything, and is emotionally invested in those opinions. This isn’t a bad thing – it’s better than everyone being in apathy – and lord knows everyone has been told for years “speak your truth!”, and  “find your voice!” but the current manifestation of it is akin to having a room full of television sets all playing different channels at volume.

Whether as the one expressing or receiving a message, it is usually the case that we are expressing in that moment, or seeing in that moment, only one side of what is always a four sided box.  Yet many of us lately are boxing others, or being boxed, based on that one expression.  It feels like no-one can say or do anything without someone taking offence.  It’s as if someone has sprinkled ‘judgement’ dust in the air!

Mention being centred, and someone will jump on you saying it’s not good to repress your feelings. Talk about feeling your frustration, and you’ll receive a lecture on rising above your feelings.  Voice support for a particular plight, and there’ll be someone saying but what about this plight and that one? I caught myself having some ‘seeing only one side of the box’ moments, and it was unpleasantly uncomfortable emotionally when I realised how in that moment I was so focused on one aspect of an issue that it blinded me temporarily to the many other sides.

I was shocked because I’ve always been all about seeing all the sides (which has made for a lifetime of taking forever to make a decision!). I have not liked being judged or boxed, or to have someone being so committed to their stance that they refuse to see where someone else is coming from. That moment of being temporarily blinded to the other sides of the box, allowed me to see in a clearer way than ever how easy it is to be blinded, and to be Judgy McJudgy Pants. If you have found yourself going into judgement or being triggered by things, try to take a moment to ask yourself: okay, what sides of the box may I not be seeing here?

As the light intensifies on this planet, everything intensifies. Love and gratitude take on a whole new level, yet anything still in our shadow along with any emotions we feel or are holding, are also amplified.  So even these judgy moments, whether we’re expressing them or are being the recipients of them, are serving a purpose in the sense that they are shining a light onto other sides of the box – ultimately helping us own more of our wholeness as individuals and as a collective.  However, it takes awareness to see these moments this way. What we are instead seeing a lot of is people responding to this energy with anger, hurt, violence, depression or such overwhelm that they feel like checking out.

The light that is here, and within you, is facilitating a massive transformation for everyone and everything on this planet, and that is a good thing but not an easy thing.  Be discerning with how you choose to participate in the current demolition site/renovation process that is our current personal and global reality. There is no right or wrong, better or worse way. Everyone has a different role to play, and your role may change from one day to the next. A burst of motivated action may give way to weeks spent hiding out from the world, only to re-emerge revitalized and refreshed. Try not to judge yourself, or others, during this process.  Everyone is at a different stage, and even that is too ‘linear’ a way to look at things suggesting some are ‘ahead’ while others are ‘behind’.  The truth is, almost all of us are ‘ahead’ in some ways yet still awakening when it comes to certain aspects within us or certain aspects of reality.

Take good care of yourself right now.  Eat, drink and do nourishing things for yourself. If the external is too noisy, take time out. For the sake of our emotional and mental health, many of us are needing right now to unplug from the old reality group consciousness, and that can leave you feeling like you are hanging out in a void, connected to nothing and no-one.  You are not in a void, but yes it feels like one because we are not used to not being attached to what was a very dense reality.

Freedom can feel strange. It can bring up grief, and feelings of betrayal: like you are betraying those still in the old reality if you ‘unplug’. ‘Unplugging’ doesn’t mean total disconnection from global goings on. Quite to the contrary, from a clear, centred ‘unplugged from the drama/plugged into your centre/source energy’ space, you will naturally feel into things you can do be it sending a prayer of love and peace, making certain shopping or lifestyle decisions that support a healthy global community or any one of a million other ways you can use your energy for good.

You may feel you have been betrayed as the world around you doesn’t match what you thought it would look like by now. I have moments of feeling like that too, but at the end of the day when you go into your heart, and you ask your own soul: “Why are we all here? Where is all this leading?” you will receive words, guidance, a feeling or visuals to help you understand, and encourage you to keep moving forward. Don’t take my word for it, or anyone else’s, otherwise you will have nothing to hold onto in those moments when you feel disillusioned. It is so important for you to connect with your own heart, your own centre, and your own inner voice of wisdom and guidance.

All this can be summarised in just a few words really:
Love. Be in it. Give it to yourself and others. Receive it.

That’s all.

Living Your Multidimensionality & Acknowledging the Moon

By Meredith Murphy

The Moon is an energy field, like all form. Consciousness. Alive. You can participate actively in this alignment by attuning to the moon. We do this by intending to come into resonance, opening our heart, inviting a conscious direct connection.

You can invite the moon to share insight with you, ask for blessings, or guidance. This is a wonderful way of living as a multidimensional blended being; to acknowledge the consciousness expressed as distinct fields within Creation, connect and co-create.

Paying attention to celestial movement is another way of acknowledging the fuller field we are part of. The interconnection, the momentum and movement and with knowing and awareness, living more accurately in relationship to our world and the Universe.

Invite yourself tonight to begin a new relationship with the Cosmos that is rooted in who you truly are: a divine being elaborating into this distinctness here, yet fundamentally, One with everything.

The Buddhist have a tradition of merit, where we extend the benefit of our actions to others. I like to do this with moments of acknowledgement like this. I might say, "May all beings feel the interconnectedness and support of life," or whatever inspires me.

We're reinventing what it means to live as multidimensional blended beings here, now. Today is one day where we can acknowledge our vaster relationship with life and with the Moon, and celebrate all that we are and all we are becoming.

Enjoy!

7 Reasons to Record Your Dreams

By Tom T. Moore

Back in 1979, I started to record my dreams each night and morning as I awoke.  About two weeks after I began, I had an extremely vivid dream of an explosion with a woman and men somehow involved.  My wife and I, at that time, owned an international, wholesale tour company, and were planning a trip to Manila for a world congress of travel agents.  We both decided to delete the Manila portion of the trip and added days to Taiwan and Hong Kong.  On the first day of the congress, terrorists blew up a bomb near the front of the stage where we would normally have sat, injuring ten travel agents.  Later, a woman that worked in the Philippines cultural office in Los Angeles and four other men were arrested.  Afterwards, I vowed to record my dreams the rest of my life.

Below are seven reasons why you should record your dreams each day, one of which I touched on above.

1.     Dreams are messages from our souls.

The dream state is much more complex than you might imagine.  When entering that quantum state during dreamtime, most of the time our dreams appear symbolically.  Some people are much better at interpreting these symbols than the rest of us.  I found a paperback book titled The Dreamer’s Dictionary by Lady Stearn Robinson and Tom Corbett, which seemed to interpret my dreams better than other similar dictionaries.  I’ve probably worn out six or eight of these paperback dictionaries over the years.  Our souls send us messages couched in these dream symbols.  They can be warnings of upcoming challenges, or encouragement when we need it that things are going to be better soon.

2.     As noted above, dreams can be precognitive.

Besides many, many personal precognitive dreams, I’ve had a number of dreams about upcoming events, usually couched in dream symbology.  As an example, in 1985 I dreamed about a delta-shaped aircraft crashing a week or so before Delta Airlines Flight 191 crashed at the Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport.  Shortly before the Space Shuttle Challenger exploded on takeoff in 1986, I dreamed of being in a glass capsule high above the earth and then suddenly beneath the ocean.  Before 911, I had three dreams: The first one was a biplane crashing—symbolizing two wings.  The second one was a passenger jet crashing to the east of Chicago; and the third one was a tornado (my symbol that something bad is going to occur) going across an office building with a line of people sitting in invisible chairs following behind.

By the same token, we will also have many pleasant precognitive dreams, like money on the way, a great change of location, or the love of our life who will soon appear.

3.     The practice of recording dreams will help in meditation.

It will help you to receive images in an altered Alpha state.  I never really thought I would be able to communicate with “spirit” as I’m able to do now with my own Guardian Angel (GA) that I call Theo, and with Gaia, the soul of the earth.  But I look back at the thousands of times I have recorded my dreams when I was in that same Alpha state before becoming fully awake, and I realize that staying in that “zone” is great practice for what I call my “active” meditations.  It helps us to recognize images as they appear during meditation, or to receive “thought packets” as my GA Theo calls them.

4.     We see whom it is that we assist in the dream state.

Theo tells me that when we are in the dream state, we travel all over the universe to help other beings in solving their problems, since we solve more problems in one day on Earth than many beings encounter in one universal year.  There is a group of whole souls, that we call “dream angels,” who receive these requests and assign one of us to solve the problem during our dreamtime.  Only rarely do we notice that the beings we serve do not appear human.  This is done so that we don’t become frightened by their appearance.  Most of the time we appear during their dreams to help them solve a problem.

5.     Ability to view other parallel lives.

Have you ever remembered a dream where it seemed to be the present day, but perhaps you were in some different situation?  When we sold our tour business in the early eighties we started an international film and TV program distribution business.  Nevertheless, for years I would continue to have dreams of running tours and making those business decisions.  Theo explains that there are twelve parallel lives going on for each of our lives on Earth.  He calls them “time lines,” with the 12 divided into four frequencies and then into twos.  We’re on Time Line 6—a middle frequency, tied closely with Time Line 5.  He told me on Time Lines 4 and 5 I’m still in the tour business.  It was the same for Time Lines 1 and 2, but I died of congestive heart failure.  On the upper time lines, I became a science fiction writer right out of college, eventually writing esoteric books.  Consequently, this all goes to illustrate that we can explore those other parallel lives during our dreamtime.

6.     Ability to view our past and future lives.

When I first started recording my dreams, I had many violent dreams of past battles in history.  Obviously, I was reliving some of these lives where I was in the Crusades, World War I and many other ancient battles.  This went on for about a year, and after that the dreams became much more “normal,” as I call them.  But I’ve also had dreams of being on space ships and very futuristic settings.  Theo tells me that my next life on Earth will be as a pilot on board one of 17 Earth starships in the 3400 era.  Remember that we are in a special space-time continuum, and all of our lives on Earth are occurring at the same time as time is an illusion to us.

If you have a disturbing dream, you can say (or whisper) out loud, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome for anything this dream pertains to in my physical life, thank you!”  I’ve even requested these MBOs, as I call them, in the middle of dreams.  It will mitigate and lessen the challenge that perhaps is coming your way.

In many of these dreams, I’ve found that we mix past, present and future when we are in a quantum state.  This is done to give us information—those messages from our souls that I previously mentioned.  Even now, there are still dreams that I have no idea what they mean, but I write them down anyway; and I try and go back periodically and read them as the mere physical act of recording the dreams helps us understand the messages on a subconscious level.

7.     Recording our dreams prepares us for an easy transition.

The astral body at death, I’ve been told, is the same as the one you use during your travels across the universe.  You are just no longer tethered.  Recording your dreams helps you to feel comfortable and not frightened when you transition.

Let’s now look at the practical steps to remembering your dreams.  I’ve heard many people say they don’t dream, but that’s not true—everyone does.  It’s just that they don’t make it a priority to remember the dreams.  First, go to your local variety store or supermarket and buy a notebook containing the largest number of pages.  You are making a physical commitment.  Next, use a penlight with brightness large enough to see in a dark room and a pen with ink dark enough to see on a dimly lit page.

Each night before bed, open the notebook and write the next day’s date and what town or city you’re in—again, reinforcing your desire physically to remember your dreams.  I normally set my penlight on top of the dream dictionary.  At this time, say out loud, “I wish to remember my dreams tonight,” or even better, “I request a Most Benevolent Outcome to remember my dreams tonight, thank you!”  This lets all your guides know you are serious about remembering your dreams.

Then, if you awaken in the middle of the night, get up and take your notebook, light and dictionary into another room so you won’t disturb your bedmate, and write the dream, or dreams, down.  Use the dictionary to look up the symbols.  You might only remember an image, or a couple of words—that’s fine, write it down.  I still have nights where I don’t recall any dreams, but the most dreams I remember writing down in one night were nine.  Some dreams will be very detailed and you’ll write a whole page about them, yet others, just a sentence.

Recording our dreams each night will open up a whole new understanding of the amazing world we encounter each night in our dreamtime.
