Angel Hugs

A Message from Archangel Michael

There are times that you just need to realize that the Angelic Realm offer hugs. Every one of you needs at least eight hugs a day. There are many of you that don’t even receive one. Why not change that for your own mental health and if you are one of those that is lacking hugs then hug yourselves and invite in your Angels to hug you as well. You are very deserving of love and it is the moment in NOW to accept love. You are loveable My Beautiful Beings of Grace, you are loveable.  

Besides hugs the World is in need of tolerance, peace and calm My Beloveds. There is much change going on and this will be the norm for a number of years to come. Send the World your prayers for “whatever is for the highest good of all”, within and without the Planet Earth down to the very tiniest particles and bits of matter and dark matter and no matter. Send out your beautiful Pink Love energy to all within the Earth Plane. My Divine Beings of Light prays for whatever is for the highest good of all and Pink Love energy can be sent without violating any free will choice.

Many are awakening and finding themselves panicked due to the amount of violence, unrest and chaos surrounding them. This environment is nothing like the Celestial Realms that they are beginning to remember. There is no violence or upheaval within the Celestial Realms. This Celestial Realms is a place of peace, calm, love and learning. One is always evolving, expanding and growing into higher and higher Essences.

My Beloveds if you are finding yourselves overwhelmed, work to raise your vibration. Here is a little exercise that will help you center and balance. Place both of your hands on your Solar Plexus and close your eyes for a moment, tell your Angels that you are feeling overwhelmed and ask your Angels to raise your vibrations. In your imagination see or sense yourself riding on a very safe and secure upward escalator. This escalator is never ending. You notice that there are landings on each floor where you can get off, when you are ready.  Each level of escalator steps has a different color that is soothing and nurturing to you. You are the one that decides which floor to get off on. When you are ready simply Step off. Feel or sense the color of this landing and how that color makes you feel. Allow yourselves to take three deep breaths while you ground and center yourselves before opening your eyes and returning to your day.

When you raise your vibrations My Beloveds you are also assisting all those around you to have the opportunity to raise their vibrations as well. It works exponentially. By raising your vibrations you are allowing yourselves the opportunity to connect into your Higher Resources  providing more guidance.

Allow this Messenger to take you on a mediation journey to practice raising your vibrations.

Sit in a chair  or lie down whichever is your preference. It’s time to be comfortable and undisturbed for a while as you journey within yourself through meditation.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths in and out.  Visualize with each in breath, you are breathing in love and renewal. Each out breath, you are breathing out pain, fear, frustrations and doubts.

With the last out breath feel your body relaxing. Allow and give yourself permission to feel the calm, peace and serenity  of this safe place.

My Beloveds ask your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey, it is not to participate.  

Through prayer to The Creator please ask The Creator to share with you a translucent golden shield of light. Visualize it all around you forming a bubble from head to toe protecting you from all outside influences and giving you warmth, radiance, light and power. Negatives will simply bounce harmlessly off your shield of protective light. 

My Beloveds, The Creator has responded to your prayer. Your protective bubble has been supplied. The energies for this bubble will continue to flow from The Creator, cycling back down through you again, and back to The Creator in a continuous circular loop while you are in meditation.

You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you, that is not for your highest good, without your permission.

Breathe in deeply My Beautiful Beings of Light and sense the lighter relaxed feelings of being divinely protected and guided into this meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator.  

Breathe in deeply allowing, seeing and sensing within your Spiritual Imagination your Guardian Angels and invited Spirit Guides as they join you now.  The Angels take your Spiritual Etheric Essence Hands and guide you out of your physical body. The Angels then direct you into your Etheric Spiritual Heart Chakra. An Angel is staying with your physical essence until you return from your meditation journey.

My Beloveds, You are visualizing, seeing, feeling and sensing this within your imagination, Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are with you now, within your Spiritual Heart Chakra. Your Angels and Guides are helping you locate the Golden Door that says “To My Highest Guidance Within”. In your imagination you have located the Golden Door and now you turn the Etheric Spiritual Door Knob, opening the door as you cross over the threshold knowing that you are on a Spiritual Growth Adventure.

You find yourself in a White Marble Corridor. Your Angels quickly usher you to where the escalators are. You look around and didn’t even know this portion existed. Your Angel smiling explain that you weren’t ready for that information until just now.

You smile and can certainly appreciate that. You accept that you have thought of yourself for so long as a human that it is hard to understand that you truly are so much more. That realization is finally dawning on you. You accept that you are a Spiritual Being having a human experience and not the human having a Spiritual experience. Your Angels are smiling that you are connecting the dots.

It is amazing to look up at the unending upward escalators. Your Angels assure you that you will be going up forever. Please do notice that each flight of the escalator steps and landing has a different color and each appears more soothing than the last.

Your Angels hand you a meter that detects your current vibrational level and it looks rather like a thermometer. There is a big red “X” where you are now. They next ask you to step onto the safe and secure escalator and begin your ride. They ask you to watch the meter as you go up so that you can gage the increase in vibration. Of course the meter is never ending, so it is rather large.

Up, up, up you go and through several landings. You notice that you feel lighter, calmer and more energized with each level of the escalator. The meter is still rising. You decide to get off on the next landing. You do and notice that for the moment this level feels just right. The red “X” now changes to this landing.

The Angels relay that anytime you are feeling lower than this landing vibrationally to come back to this escalator bank adventure and go up again. Your Angels have indicated that it is time to return.

You thank them for their help and before you can blink an eye you instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor.  

You catch a glimpse of your glowing Essence smiling in the mirror satisfied that you have raised your vibrations higher today. Your Angels lead you back across the threshold  of the Golden Door Within, back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your Spiritual Essence back into your physical form.

Take a deep breath to help you reorient as you wiggle your fingers and toes. When you are ready open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your Inner Higher Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential. Listen for those first thoughts that pop into your awareness and know without a shadow of a doubt that you are receiving daily spiritual guidance. 

Beloveds you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure, more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.

Hafez Inspired Poems

What a joy it has been to read the poems by the fourteenth century poem, Hafez!  The translations by Dick Davis, one of today’s finest translators of Persian poetry, have made the poet come alive for me – the poet’s presence jumps off the page. 

My recent encounters with Hafez have inspired these poems. 

UPON THE WIND

I’m asking God to take from me

the fears that pull me back from

being who I am – O take these, God,

O please, upon the wind.

I’m hoping God will hear my prayer

for me to see the glorious light within,

the light seen by Mary Magdalene

when Jesus asked his followers

“Who do you say I am?”

I’m asking God to baptize me

in love so I might see no evil.

The garments I used to wear,

the fear of being shamed:

Take these, God, upon the wind.

I’m asking God to speak to me

through elms and roses,

to let them tell me something

far beyond what books can say

about the nature of my spirit

and the truth of who I am.

Maybe God will laugh when I leave the altar

for the market.  Maybe God will

place his love for me into the fragrance of a rose.

Maybe a scent mysterious and potent

will reach me at the marketplace

and lift my thoughts to who I am

when who I’m not is taken by the wind.

BEFORE YOUR DOOR

 O God, I wanted only 

to bow down before your door.

And now that I have done so

I shall be sad no more.

You have fed me with your tender love

And held me in your arms.

A Message from Archangel Michael

Greetings! & Salutations! My Beautiful Beings of Light. Smile My Beloveds, your brilliance is increasing within each moment in the Celestial Realms.

My Beautiful Beings of Grace, you chose to come to the Earth Plane because you wanted to help. You wanted to be here when the tough jobs got tougher. You wanted to climb the highest mountain peaks and swim the deepest seas. You wanted to surmount duality and show that the lessons finally had been realized through Mass Consciousness. You wanted to dive back into the Light unscathed after dwelling in negativity and darkness. You wanted to eradicate hatred, intolerance and fear. You wanted everyone to show kindness, respect and treated with dignity while embracing the return of Peace and Love.

Of course My Beloveds, when you are within your true Essence, residing totally within your original HOME. you are the Celestial Realm’s Brilliant Master Co-Creators. You are the Elite Celestial Master Teachers. Most of you solve puzzles and move mountains without a second thought when you are at HOME. Have patience with yourselves My Beloveds, embodying the veiled human construct with no remembrance of who you really are and playing in the Earth Plane’s school of Duality is quite a challenge.

You probably don’t remember My Beloveds, that the call went out within the Celestial Realms and you decided to volunteer. The Creator’s Master Blueprint was designed around many points and intricate pieces of Divine Change. The pieces were divided amongst all of the players; therefore all of the pieces must be remembered and brought back together to fulfill the total mission. The Good News My Beautiful Being of Grace, is that the light quotient is showing that you’ve been working overtime to remember who you are and to bring in change. Well Done, My Beloveds, Well Done.

My Divine Beings of Grace, many are awakening and realizing that change isn’t out there, but it is an inside job and so you have started to work on yourselves, Bravo. You are remembering that you are responsible for the change that you see within yourselves. You are accepting and remembering that you are an Eternal Essence playing your part in the Earth Plane Play. You are remembering that you have this Divine puzzle piece that only you can provide.

My Beloveds when you find yourself doubting your effectiveness, or your worth or your role, pause and redirect your attention to all the positive forward motion that has been accomplished. Congratulate yourselves on the work you have clicked off of your Spiritual inner to do list. If you have been mired in negativity for a while, you may have to dig a little to find the spark of light that is trying to emerge. This was never to be a slam dunk, quick fix for Planet Earth, it was always a major challenge. When you are changing a major lesson school, such as the Earth Plane to bring forward a new curriculum with seven billion plus veiled inhabitants and all else within the Earth Plane that is to be considered, it’s a tough assignment. 

My Beloveds, the important point is you are part of the “A” team. You are the Masters of Co-Creation, smile and just let that truth sink in. When in doubt pause and redirect your thoughts to your Divine Origins. You are nothing other than Brilliant Co-Creative Masters , embrace that fact within your physical human selves. Yes, that physical embodiment is only a tiny fraction of your vast Spiritual energy but it is a tiny part of the Divine that you are.

You open the door and feel a rush of the freshest air that you have ever breathed greet you as you cross over the threshold. You notice that you are in a lush green glade. A hundred feet away over the old arched wooden bridge and up a mountain side you see the light refractions from your very own Crystal Palace.

You are walking with your Angels down the path and notice that the bridge has two Angels one on either side of the entrance.  They are requesting that you stand in the silver violet flame that is located at the bridge entrance. This flame they remind you is a clearing and cleansing flame, cool to the touch and will not harm you in anyway.

They are telling you this is your most sacred ground and they suggest that you be as clear as possible to enjoy this adventure to your fullest potential. They ask that any troubles, worries, or concerns be left in their care , simply place them in the large baskets on either side of the bridge entrance until you return.  

You fill the baskets with all your concerns and issues. You notice that with each deposit into the basket you feel and lighter and lighter. It is so freeing and elating to have them taken off of your shoulders even if only for a little while.

Stepping into the Silver Violet Flame you observe as the flame changes from dark violet and silver to silver and white as all is cleared and cleaned for you journey. Now cleared the Angels direct you to walk across the bridge.

You feel as though you are gliding now. It requires no effort to move just think that you wish to move in the direction of the Crystal Palace and allow yourselves to float towards it. You find yourselves floating up the side of mountain with no effort at all, you are not even touching the steps that are there. You find yourself quickly in your very own Garden of Serenity and there waiting to greet you is your friend, the white unicorn, Jake. You exchange pleasantries with Jake and stroke his silky mane and you walk together down the path towards your Crystal Palace.

You have arrived at the golden door of this beautiful light refracting structure. You see two golden posts one on each side of the door. For those that are ready, look on each post and see how many names you have held during your past incarnations. Do not be alarmed Beloveds if you see nothing at this time. These experiences will come when the appropriate time is right for you to have these revelations revealed to you.

You may even see the name that was gifted to you at the moment of your birth into the Celestial Realm itself. You may even hear your Celestial Name being whispered in your ear by the One that greeted you at the exact moment of your birth. If the time is right listen closely and hear and remember the One that named you. Breathe the glorious sounds of your Celestial Name into the ethers. Remember the Celestial celebration that took place at your birth and feel the love that created your perfection. Hear the music being played in the background that was created as a gift to you by your very Own Creator, Its Self, I AM. 

Smiling now in awe of your remembrance, you notice the light refracting off of all the walls and crystal spires above as the colors dance around on the floor welcoming your return to your very own Crystal Palace.

You enjoy interacting with the colors, it is so much fun to stand within one and then the other. Each has a message for you; remember to look up the color meaning of each upon your return.

You see off to your left many doors, most of them are open, and each has a label.

The Angels are guiding you to a door that is not yet opened and as you glide towards it you can read the door label clearly it says "Through the Looking Glass".

You open the door and see a room of mirrors all shapes and sizes they cover every wall within this space. There are no images showing at this moment in now. How unusual you think to yourself, why no reflections or images?

The Angels explain that each mirror has a special purpose and a unique gift to show you where you have been, including a glimpse of your own Eternal Essence. The last mirror shows you a glimpse of your potential future self. Please note here Beautiful Beings of Grace some are ready for these revelations and some are not. If you see no-thing it simply isn’t the right moment in Now for this information. These are bold steps and not all may be ready for these remembrances. The opportunity will come again when the moment in Now is appropriate for each. Be patient with yourself and do not strain to see. The information will come with ease and grace for those that are ready to experience the events being shared.

The Angels demonstrate how to step through the mirror in order to view the revelations. Note: you will only be shown the things that you are ready to see and evaluate. You begin and are shown scenes from your most recent past life, scenes that have a particular impact or pattern or connection or link represented within your current incarnation.  

You understand that each life has a specific character to play, a specific purpose, along with skills and lessons that are to be carried forward. Some are positive lessons and images and some perhaps may bring you to tears.  

Sometimes you might have had the agreement and portrayed the villain for another.  Sometimes you might have had the contract to be the savior for another. Some will show you patterns of behavior that you've scripted and selected to return and correct. This experience will also show you a gauge of progress that you've made.

You continue through all of the mirrors soaking up knowledge and remembrance of how it all works. This is a glimpse to help you connect the dots, if you will, and share why you are here and what you agreed to participate in. Viewing your Celestial Presence is Awe inspiring and brings such joy and peace to your presence. 

The Angel motions for you to step into the potential future mirror. The Angel joins you, explaining that what you are about to see can change in the blink of an eye because so many events hinge on each choice within yourself and others that effect the possibilities and outcomes.

Your present expanded awareness has even colored your potential future the Angels explain and now you have witnessed this for yourself. The Angels continue explaining further that at the time of your initial birth into creation you were never to have had the stress and despair that you have experienced within your present incarnation.  The Angel shows you the visions that you could hold if your Spiritual inner progress and awareness continues to expand as you remember to pause and re-direct to remove any doubts of your Spiritual origins.

You finish this glimpse and step back through the looking glass. You feel such awe and reverence for yourself and all others. What you just witnessed was glorious and joy filled, peace filled with bliss and rapture.

You understand now and remember why the Angels have concerns for those within the Earth Plane. You understand The Creators tears for Its children because you have just witnessed the perfection that The Creator had in mind for you. The tears of joy are flowing down you face now and you are sobbing harder and harder understanding that you have much work and remembrance to do to reach your highest and most appropriate potential.

We honor all for taking this journey, the Angels say . You have been very brave and sense a great awareness along with appreciation for what you are to accomplish during this current lifetime.  

Your Angel is telling you it is time to return. You close your eyes and instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor.  

You catch a glimpse of your glowing Essence in the mirror a remembrance of joy stays with you. Your Angels lead you back across the threshold  of the Golden Door Within, back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your Spiritual Essence back into your physical form.

Open the Gate

A Message from Archangel Michael

Channeled Through and Written by Carolyn Ann O’Riley

Greetings!, Greetings!, Greetings! My Beautiful Beings of Light. Take a deep breath and center your Essence, you’ve work to do.

My Beloveds, more and more energy has been pouring into the Earth Plane and you are finding yourselves tossed and tussled about. It is the moment in NOW to quiet and rearrange or integrate the energies now more fully into your Essence.

Find a quiet corner someplace you can stand undistributed for a few seconds. Go there and close your eyes and call in your Angels. Ask for their assistance to help you rearrange your energy fields so that they are in alignment with you own Divine Visions and Work at this time, My Beautiful Beings of Grace.  In your imagination visualize, see, sense or feel a swirling vortex around yourselves. However you see it is fine and now with your Angels assistance visualize in your imagination a large comb going down all sides of this vortex reorganizing all the energies bringing them back into align and attunement. It is kind of like combing one’s hair with a comb after being outside in the wind. You are putting the hairs back into place that have be displaced by the wind.

Thank the Angels for their assistance. My Beloveds, take a quick inventory of how you feel. Just sense with an inner scan how much more organized and centered you feel with all back into alignment.

Allow this Messenger to take you on a mediation journey to do some discovery work. 

Sit in a chair  or lie down whichever is your preference. It’s time to be comfortable and undisturbed for a while as you journey within yourself through meditation.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths in and out.  Visualize with each in breath, you are breathing in love and renewal. With each out breath, you are breathing out pain, fear, frustrations and doubts.  

With the last out breath feel your body relaxing. Allow and give yourself permission to feel the calm, peace and serenity  of this safe place.

My Beloveds ask your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey, it is not to participate.  

Through prayer to The Creator please ask The Creator to share with you a translucent golden shield of light. Visualize it all around you forming a bubble from head to toe protecting you from all outside influences and giving you warmth, radiance, light and power. Negatives will simply bounce harmlessly off your shield of protective light.

My Beloveds, The Creator has responded to your prayer. Your protective bubble has been supplied. The energies for this bubble will continue to flow from The Creator, cycling back down through you again, and back to The Creator in a continuous circular loop while you are in meditation.

You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you, that is not for your highest good, without your permission.

Breathe in deeply My Beautiful Beings of Light and sense the lighter relaxed feelings of being divinely protected & guided into this meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator.

Breathe in deeply allowing, seeing and sensing within your Spiritual Imagination your Guardian Angels and invited Spirit Guides as they join you now.  The Angels take your Spiritual Etheric Essence Hands and guide you out of your physical body. The Angels then direct you into your Etheric Spiritual Heart Chakra. An Angel is staying with your physical essence until you return from your meditation journey.

My Beloveds, You are visualizing, seeing, feeling and sensing this within your imagination, Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are with you now within your Spiritual Heart Chakra. Your Angels and Guides are helping you locate the Golden Door that says “To My Highest Guidance Within”. In your imagination you have located the Golden Door and now you turn the Etheric Spiritual Door Knob, opening the door as you cross over the threshold knowing that you are on a Spiritual Growth Adventure.

You find yourself in a White Marble Corridor. Your Angels hand you a sun hat, sun glasses and a secret packet of information that you cannot open until they tell you to.

You find this very exciting kind  of like going on a treasure hunt. You instinctively look at the secret packet from the outside, turning it over in your hands once or twice. The Angels have placed it in a small silk pouch that has a zipper on it and a cord that actually goes over your head and hangs down around your neck. The Angels have made this pouch your very favorite color, just to make it more fun. You pop it over your head, put on your sun hat and sun glasses as you quickly follow the Angels down the hall to the one hundred and eleventh door to your right.

You see the label on the door says “Insight”. You open the door and find yourself out in a large field of sunflowers. The breeze is blowing and the sunflowers are waving to and fro in the breeze. The scene this is creating before you, feels like it is right out of a painting that you have enjoyed before. The sky is blue with a few scattered clouds that you  are noticing are all heart shaped. The clouds you are observing are actually forming a line to the Gate that you are seeing in the middle of the sunflower field. You can’t see what is on the other side of the Gate from this distance so you follow the heart shaped clouds towards the Gate.

Walking up to the Gate you notice that there are no fences or anything else connected to the Gate. The Gate is just sitting in the field with a sign hanging on it saying “Open the Gate”. You begin laughing because you can’t image why there is a Gate here in the middle of this beautiful sunflower field with no fence to separate anything . The Angels ask why you need to have something to limit the experience of the Gate Opening. You think to yourself for a moment and it suddenly dawns on you that this experience is to have unlimited potentiality and therefore would not be served by having limitations placed around it. Exactly the Angels respond. You nod back smiling.

The Angels tell you to go ahead and open the Gate. As you open the Gate you hear this beautiful sphere of music softly playing. Just to be sure you close the Gate again before entering the area and yes just as you experienced the music is being triggered by the Gate’s opening. Smiling to yourself you say how much you love these adventures and all the unexpected perks that come with the Celestial Realm.

Your Angels enjoy your amusement and enter after you, but do not close the Gate. You find on this side of the Gate there are lavender fields of flowers blooming. These flowers are like no other that you’ve ever seen before. The Angels explain that there are many things that you do not experience on the Earth Plane.

Your intuition has just kicked in very strongly and you ask the Angels if now is the appropriate moment to open your secret packet. The Angels respond yes and you immediately unzip the silk pouch around your neck and take out its contents.

Written on a piece of transparent parchment is something that is meant only for you to see.

Just allow this insight to come into focus. If it is not quite clear give intent to know what the insight is in easy to understand words, symbols, pictures, colors or knowing. Give yourself permission to view the contents in whatever way speaks to you directly. Dear Ones for some realize if nothing comes to you at this moment that it will make itself known when the appropriate moment in Now is right just for you.

For those that have received their inspiration follow it and allow it to take you where you need to go within this field or elsewhere for further illumination. Some may find that their knowing or new information has nothing to do with a field. Some will find that it simply guides you to further and further stepping stones along a winding path that increase your understanding of something you currently already know.  Some may find that it draws you  down to the sparkling Brooke down the hill a short distance. Some may be guided to look into the crystal clear waters of the Brooke for further illumination. Some may be guided to a tree for further insight or wisdom. Whatever you are guided to experience or review is what you are supposed to bring back with you My Beloveds.  Your Angels remind you that this is your experience and it is now the moment to give yourself permission to allow your own Gate to open with new information and insights or even open to opportunities that you have thus far not been receptive to.

Give yourself time here My Beloveds and don’t rush to return but for those that are ready to come back you instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor.  

You catch a glimpse of your glowing Essence in the mirror, smiling as you think of the Gate and the new insight you’ve received. Your Angels lead you back across the threshold  of the Golden Door Within, back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your Spiritual Essence back into your physical form.

Take a deep breath to help you reorient as you wiggle your fingers and toes. When you are ready open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your Inner Higher Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential. Listen for those first thoughts that pop into your awareness and know without a shadow of a doubt that you are receiving daily spiritual guidance.

Beloveds you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure, more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.

Welcome! Welcome! Welcome! My Beautiful Beings of Light. The Brilliant Etheric Light cascades from the Celestial Realms above completely wrapping you in Divine Grace. Feel the warmth as it settles gently upon your shoulders like a favorite old shawl. In your imagination visualize this shawl as woven from threads of pure gold, while sensing the touch or hand of the shawl as that of soft luxurious cashmere. This is a Divine Gift from The Creator, My Beloveds. Feel this shawl of Divine Grace comfort and support you as you journey forward.

My Beautiful Beings of Grace, it is once again the moment to tune in to your own inner knowing. Yes, it is nice to read and hear about everyone else’s journey along with their insights My Beloveds, and even easy for one to listen as they are being told by someone else what will unfold in their lives; however it isn’t your own inner information and thus doesn’t fit you perfectly like a glove as your own knowing would snuggly do.

That is right My Beloved Beings of Light you came with your very own inner operating manual, filled with all of your very own most perfect information for your own inner guidance on this journey. It is simply a remembrance exercise to help you recall how to delve within yourself through mediation to access that database that is inherently all of your own guidance to be used for this adventure.

Angelic note to self: there are hundreds of books, videos, psychics and channels telling you all types of information but not one of them at this point has been written by you, yourself, thus it isn’t directly applicable or pertinent to your own journey.  You My Beloveds are interested in reading and pursuing others views because it is kind of like a treasure hunt where you are looking for clues to confirm or triggers to open and expand what you sense you know or have experienced.

Isn’t that interesting that you are the only one that can access that database and you are the only one that can remember how to pull it up. The next thing to embrace is that sometimes that insight is only shared one word, image, symbol, color, light, vision of tone at a time.

How does that make you feel My Beloveds knowing that you don’t have to compare your own journey to anyone else’s ? Sure there may be some similarities with other’s adventures and awakenings but not exactly, because the facts don’t belong to you. It is kind of like having something bioengineered exactly to your unique specifications and composition, if you will. It is an etheric chemical fit, so to speak. That is why My Beloveds for example, the time you picked up that book but simply couldn’t make yourself venture past the first pages or so, that lets you know that the material simply was not a match for you personally. You My Beloved Beings of Light are that unique. You have your very own unique energy signatures and vibrations. Everything has to line up for you and your vibrational levels for there to be an interest and similar attraction to anything including other Beings.

You ask My Beloveds, so what do you do, when you need some immediate guidance. The answer My Beautiful Beings of Grace is, you find a quiet spot for a moment to mediate on the issue or question and listen for the very first thoughts that pop into your awareness.

Let’s practice and  bring a question or issue with you and allow this Messenger to take you on a mediation journey.

You turn the door knob and cross over the threshold. Hum! You tell yourself this room oddly enough looks very similar to a room where you live or stay… Your Angels tell you of course it does, this is where you come and it will change as you change or move physical locations as you do, the Angels laugh uncontrollably.

The Angels bring you a pencil and a legal pad for you to write on as you find where you want to sit. Your Angels ask for the issue or question that you brought to work on. You pull out of your pocket a crumbled post-it-note with several words or a sentence or two written on it.  Your Angels ask you to simply clear your mind.  Now read or think about the question or concern that you are wanting guidance on. This will become the intent of the meditation session as you read or think of the issue again in a moment.

Before going further, it is time to practice listening to those first thoughts that pop into your awareness before venturing  into your actual guidance question. Your Angels ask you to close your eyes and then mentally tell yourself something that is untrue. What was the first answer that popped into your awareness as you asked yourself that untrue question? Now try it again by telling yourself something that is true and listen for the first thoughts that pop into your awareness with that truthful statement. What did you hear that time My Beloveds?

Your Angels are putting your crumbled post-it-note on a screen in front of you. You review what you wanted guidance on one more time and close your eyes. This has now set your intention.

Your Angels are reminding you that deep breathing helps you center and balance so about three or four deep inhales and exhales will help you focus your attention on your own breath. The Angels continue with instruction for you to think about the guidance question you brought with you once again. Please remember to put all the feelings and emotions involved in there as well. Just quiet your mind and simply allow the stillness to be your friend. Now take three to four deep breaths as you center and focus listening for the first thoughts that pop into your awareness as you repeat the guidance question to yourself again.

Do not analyze those first thoughts that pop into your awareness, simply write them down immediately My Beloveds. Now My Beautiful Beings of Light read what you’ve written down again. How does the information you have written down make you feel? Part of the process and  practice is to help you remember to trust what you are perceiving, which is why you write it down before you do anything else My Beloveds.

This will probably seem like a disruption to write the answer down immediately, but understand My Beloveds that when the Conscious mind begins analyzing it, you started having doubts about the validity of the guidance answer that was presented to you. This analytical process My Beautiful Beings of Grace  is the disconnect that you are working to interrupt. This is your human ego getting in the way of your own Divine Guidance System.

A simply note here, meditation the Angels explain, can be as long or as short as you desire it to be. Perhaps you only need a minute or two to quiet yourself and receive immediate information or if you have the available time, sit for as long as is comfortable in the quiet interior space of your own inner silence.

For the moment your Angels are telling you that you’ve done very well with your practice and can return anytime now that you have remembered the way. You rise from wherever you are seated and walk back out the door. You instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor.  

You catch a glimpse of your glowing Essence in the mirror thinking and reminding yourself how much easier accessing your own information is than you previously thought. Your Angels lead you back across the threshold  of the Golden Door Within, back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your Spiritual Essence back into your physical form.
