Greetings! Greetings! Greetings! My Beautiful Beings of Light. Smile and stretch for you are growing upward with each breath that you take.

Your energy fields are expanding and growing in all directions. Very much like a beautiful lotus blossom opening its petals as it gives gratitude to the sun for nurturing it. With every clearing and releasing exercise you perform you are allowing more and more of your own higher energy to come in, assisting you to reach upward to the heavens where you are evolving higher and higher on your own evolutionary ladder.

My Beloveds always remember that no two of you are alike. Each one of you has a unique Spiritual Signature and set of frequency levels. Because something works for one doesn’t mean it was meant to work for another. The beautiful part of your Spiritual Remembrance is that you are beginning to understand that each of you  has a separate puzzle piece that no one else has. My Beloveds all of the puzzle pieces are needed in order to complete the Master Blueprint that The Creator has laid out.

This is one reason why My Beautiful Beings of Grace it is unnecessary to judge or view yourselves in comparison with another. You each are on your own path. There is no competition. Yes, some are walking in a similar direction that you find yourself going towards at the moment, but each will respond, remember and grow within their own sphere that they scripted for themselves before incarnating upon Planet Earth. So enjoy the company as long as you are walking together but allow and accept that each has specific scripted missions to walk through to reach their own higher evolutionary growth. All is in Divine Timing and in Perfection just as it should be My Beloveds, so no two of you will have the same inner guidance or directions either .

My Divine Beings of Light this is why in talking to one another about your journeys, it might seem confusing because each one of you has a separate way that you are progressing, there is no right or wrong way to do this. You may have found yourself feeling anxious because your journey and way of communicating within your own self and connecting with your guidance is totally different than your friends. To take it one step further each one of you has a separate way that you perceive your own inner self talk, guidance and communications including your perceptions of your own inner Angelic Support Staff.

Part of the journey that you scripted for yourselves is to remember your own personal internal communication style My Beloveds. This is why meditation is so very very important for each of you. Meditation is beneficial to you, to aid in the remembrance of how to focus and block outside distractions. This exercise helps open the dialogue channels to remember how to communicate within yourselves. Just as an example of how your own inner communication style may be perceived:  some of you might visualize things in video mode, some may sense just a feeling or knowing, some might audibly hear guidance, some might work with only symbology or numbers, some might notice pictures as snap shots, some might sense a fragrance, some might perceive colors, lights or frequencies or music, some might reflect upon things written on a blackboard and on and on the possibilities go.

You each have a very different inner dialogue style.  There is no right or wrong involved each is just different and don’t you feel it is time to embrace and celebrate those differences? There is lots of work to be done and just think what would have happened if The Creator only sent down one type of special gift. It takes all talents for this large project.

Just as a reminder until you actually begin the meditation journey by putting forth the intent to meditate and scheduling it daily, this resource can’t help you. You have to do the work My Beloveds or  you have no remembrance of how your own internal information resource communicates.

You each have with you right this moment, all of your own most perfect answers. Asking someone else to reach into your bag of endless possibilities that you had scripted prior to incarnation, will only give your power away to another. They may not select the right answer for that question because they don’t have the correct key to your own inner door. You are your own best resource for answers and knowledge My Beautiful Beings of Grace.

My Beloveds Connecting with your Angels and Guides is beneficial because they can assist you in this process. Your Angelic Support Staff has access to your Divine Information and they know what is for your Highest Most Benevolent Divine Good. A quick note here: Your Angelic Support Staff cannot help you side step a lesson that you scripted to walk through however. They can offer you unconditional love, comfort and support as you are walking through that lesson but they cannot change your script. Only you, The Creator and your Higher Spiritual Advisors can change scripts.

Most of you My Beautiful Beings of Light have been in a state of resistance. Part of the shift that is taking place is learning or remembering how to put yourself into a State of Allowing.

Allow this Messenger to take you on a mediation journey to better understand a State of Allowing.

Sit in a chair  or lie down whichever is your preference. It’s time to be comfortable and undisturbed for a while as you journey within yourself through meditation.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths in and out.  Visualize with each in breath, you are breathing in love and renewal. With each out breath, you are breathing out pain, fear, frustrations and doubts.

With the last out breath feel your body relaxing. Allow and give yourself permission to feel the calm, peace and serenity  of this safe place.

My Beloveds ask your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey, it is not to participate.

Through prayer to The Creator please ask The Creator to share with you a translucent golden shield of light. Visualize it all around you forming a bubble from head to toe protecting you from all outside influences and giving you warmth, radiance, light and power. Negatives will simply bounce harmlessly off your shield of protective light. 

My Beloveds, The Creator has responded to your prayer. Your protective bubble has been supplied. The energies for this bubble will continue to flow from The Creator, cycling back down through you again, and back to The Creator in a continuous circular loop while you are in meditation.

You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you, that is not for your highest good, without your permission.

Breathe in deeply My Beautiful Beings of Light and sense the lighter relaxed feelings of being divinely protected & guided into this meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator.

Breathe in deeply allowing, seeing and sensing within your Spiritual Imagination your Guardian Angels and invited Spirit Guides as they join you now.  The Angels take your Spiritual Etheric Essence Hands and guide you out of your physical body. The Angels then direct you into your Etheric Spiritual Heart Chakra. An Angel is staying with your physical essence until you return from your meditation journey.

My Beloveds, You are visualizing, seeing, feeling and sensing this within your imagination, Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are with you now within your Spiritual Heart Chakra. Your Angels and Guides are helping you locate the Golden Door that says “To My Highest Guidance Within”. In your imagination you have located the Golden Door and now you turn the Etheric Spiritual Door Knob, opening the door as you cross over the threshold knowing that you are on a Spiritual Growth Adventure.

You find yourself in a White Marble Corridor. Your Angels and Guides walk with you down the hall to the second door to your right. The Label on the door says “Forest”. You open the door and cross over the threshold and you indeed find yourself out in nature in a grove of trees.

Okay, you say to yourself what is this experience about. Your Angel has read your thoughts and smiles very broadly telling you that today you will have the opportunity to experience being a tree. You laugh because that sounds rather odd but fun in a most unusual way.

You have always loved trees and like to put your hand on their tree bark to feel their energy. There have been times, you tell your Angels, that you believe the tree has even sent you a message but you were sure.

The Angels tell you yes indeed the tree spoke to you, they are very old sentient wise beings. They are connected directly into all Divine Information. They hold the wisdom for much of Earth.

You nod and have a better appreciation and understanding for trees now. What an honor you tell yourself to be a tree just for a little while smiling broadly.

Your Angels tell you to select a place on the ground that you would like to be planted as a tree for this short experience. It isn’t hard you love this open space here where the sun is shining down. The Angels tell you to go stand there and as you position yourself there you materialize into a beautiful stately oak tree with a large trunk and high full branches.

You do a quick scan of your new tree form and experience the bark on your trunk and the green leaves decorating your branches. You feel the roots firmly planted into the soil. You sense the moisture in the soil rising into your entire tree essence providing you water. You sense the nourishment of the soil as it is shares with you its nutrients for your tree essence needs. The sun is shining down on your tree essence providing light for photosynthesis. You experience the exchange of carbon dioxide back into oxygen. Experience the breeze as you sway back and forth. You perceive nature music being made as the breeze rustles through your leaves. Notice the harmony and balance, notice the serenity and peace that you feel. Note the loving and safe feeling sweeping over you continually. You are in a State of Allowing, you feel no need to resist.

You are not anxious or worried about your wellbeing in any way. You are not having panic attacks because you don’t know what the next moments will bring forth. You are not concerned what someone is posting on Twitter and have no desire to catch up with a Facebook account or watch the evening news. You don’t have to worry about who is dialing your cell phone or have the urgency in responding to a text message.

Aw! just then you are aware above you of a bird building her nest in your beautiful tree branches. The bird feels so safe and secure in your leafy tree arms. What a joy you tell yourself of sharing new life with this mother bird.

You sense a rain storm coming but once again you are calm and just allowing the wind and rain to move through you, never resisting, never anxious. You flex and sway with the wind and the rain because that is how The Creator designed trees to move. Take note of how strongly the wind is blowing but you are there swaying in the storm with ease and grace.

As a tree you are in a constant State of Allowing. Allowing moments to pass however they were scripted. Allowing and accepting that, you as the tree, will be taken care of. Allowing and accepting that when your life cycle ends you will recycle back to your Source. The Universal Wisdom that you have access to relays that trees have been recycled many many times before with ease and gratitude.

Your Angels walk over and put their Angelic hands on your tree trunk they tell you that it is time to return so for now your experience as a tree is coming to a close.

As soon as they have relayed that information to you the tree formation is dissipates and you are there standing back in your own form. You feel a bit sad to let the tree go as you’ve not seen the baby birds hatching in your branches, but know that this experience will always be with you and remind you that being in a State of Allowing  is preferable.

You follow your Angels and Guides back to the door and back across the threshold back into the hall. You instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor.  

You catch a glimpse of your glowing Essence in the mirror along with a quick remembrance of being a tree as you smile to yourself. Your Angels lead you back across the threshold  of the Golden Door Within, back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your Spiritual Essence back into your physical form.

Take a deep breath to help you reorient as you wiggle your fingers and toes. When you are ready open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your Inner Higher Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential. Listen for those first thoughts that pop into your awareness and know without a shadow of a doubt that you are receiving daily spiritual guidance.

Beloveds you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure, more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.

Conversations with an ET

An Excerpt from First Contact: Conversations With An ET

For the past five years I have communicated telepathically with a member of my soul group or “cluster,” who’s having a life on a water planet in the Sirius B Star System.  The majority of people believe in telepathy, and even universities, such as Duke University, have done experiments with two sets of individuals—one to be the sender and one to be the receiver.  What they have not discovered yet is that if both sender and receiver would be in a light Alpha, meditative state, the results would be at the top of the chart, with just a little bit of practice.  And the sender and receiver would not need to be in the same room or across campus.  They could be halfway around the world from each other.  Plus they wouldn’t just be able to send and receive if a shape is square, round or triangle, but whole sentences.

I’ve found you can be across the universe and are able to instantly receive what are called “thought packets” from another being.  Naturally it helps if that being is connected to you, as my “brother on another planet” Antura is.

During one of my “active meditations,” as I call them, with what we term my own Guardian Angel I named Theo, he introduced me to my soul brother, Antura.  Since that time I’ve asked hundreds of questions, as he explained he’s under the same rules given to me by Theo.  He will answer all my questions, but I have to ask them.  As an example, I can’t just say, “Tell me what you look like.”  I have to go into minute detail regarding arms, legs, hands, feet, gills (yes, he’s an amphibian), his eyes, skin color, and much, much more.  If you ever saw the Hellboy movies, one of the characters is an amphibian by the name of Abe Sapien.  If you do a search for images you’ll get somewhat of an idea of what Antura looks like.

All I was told at first is that I would be able to meet with him and hitch a ride on a real flying saucer.  I thought that was fantastic.  As he was to explain much later, they never want to overwhelm us with information.  “Spoon feed” was one term he used.

It seems I’m to be one of 12 “grass roots” contactees with whom he and his “first contact” team will meet when they travel to earth in 2017 on board one of those giant motherships with a crew of 850 assorted beings.  That will be two years after the Pleiadians make first “public” contact in Russia in 2015.  They wish to include normal people so as not to seem elitist when they meet with government and scientific people.

What he did not explain to me until shortly before I stopped compiling my book, was that as I’ve been in the international film and TV program distribution business for the past 30 years, I would also be shooting the first documentary on a mothership, along with my family (my daughter is a film school graduate).  We will be interviewing humanoids of various sizes, plant beings, bird beings, insect beings, and even a couple of reptilians on board.  They are all one big happy family, according to Antura, although the reptilians “tend to stick to themselves.”

I mention this because there really was a Star Wars a couple of million years ago when reptilians from another galaxy attacked this quadrant of the Milky Way Galaxy, and the war lasted thousands of universal years (one universal year equals 10 earth years).  It was a nasty affair and billions of beings died.  Antura explained that the actual war was much worse than our science fiction movies depicted.  Instead of destroying just a planet, they would destroy the sun, thereby destroying all of the planets in that solar system.  But everything is peaceful now.  Two hundred planets in this quadrant of the galaxy banded together after the war and formed the Federation of Planets for protection, trade, and sharing of knowledge.  There are six other federations of planets in this galaxy, all but one friendly.  That one wants to be left alone, and so they are.

Before the Sirians arrive, in approximately 2016, the Zeta Grays will come to apologize for abducting almost 26,000 people worldwide in order to use their DNA to create a hybrid race, as their race was dying.  That should be interesting.

The Pleiadians will be first, as they look just like us, with slight differences.  Just the fact there are other beings in the universe that look like earth humans will be tremendous news.  Again, Antura says they will not go into great detail on their first trip, “spoon-feeding” us a little more information on each one of their subsequent trips to earth.

I asked Antura how they’re able to travel such vast distances, and the best description I received was that they “portal hop.”  He says no one can go from side of even our galaxy in one hop, but through a series of portals.  He compared it to traveling on Southwest Airlines from the East Coast of the United States to the West Coast, with intermediate stops along the way.  When I expressed surprise at the comparison, he said, “Tom, we know EVERYTHING about you.  We’ve studied you for thousands of years. 

Another surprise I had was when I asked him how many portals does the earth have.  He said we have 60 portals, all very close to the earth.  We’re like Grand Central Station.  One or two portals even go to the next universe, which we can even see in our night sky.  We think it’s part of our universe.  He says most planets have far fewer portals—many only one.  That should tell you how important our “Earth Experiment” is to the rest of the universe.

In summary, we’re in for some very exciting times in the near future as we learn about our true history.

Adventures of a Clairvoyant Traveler

I'm on my grid overseeing the universe. I can throw vibrations out into different areas. I can draw the Earth in and send positive vibrations to it. Some people feel them, others are too busy with their daily lives; they don't notice them. I can bring in other planets too and do the same.

I can jet across the universe. I'm ethereal. I don't really have a body. I can create light, sound, movement, vibration, color, matter, energy. I can create my own planet if I want to, but mostly I like to send positive energy toward planets. It ripples and gathers on the planet, but some of it just keeps going out into the universe forever.

I work with everyone. I recognize the universal connection that I have, and I have everyone's energy with me. I manipulate the negative energy back into positive energy. I take it in like a tree. I take in the bad energy and emit positive energy.

I'm connected with the plants. I'm connected with the extraterrestrials, humanity, animals, down to the smallest microorganism. I'm connected to star clusters, star planets, Light beings, gas beings, vapor beings, to all types of beings in different dimensions and different worlds. Some of them developed negative ways and some of them are more enlightened. They all share my energy.

Ascended Masters' Retreat

There was an elevator in the field today. I got in it and went up into the heavens and got off in a big golden room with a golden hallway. It goes on for quite a while with golden trim and violet accents. It's a huge hallway. I could probably yell out and hear my name echo back. There are pictures on the wall of different ascended masters. They seem alive. They're pictures, but they're moving and smiling and kind of alive.

Q. Which ascended masters do you see? Can you go up to the pictures and communicate with the ascended masters?

There's Saint Germain, Kuthumi, Master Jesus, and Serapis Bey. I see Djwal Kuhl, Lady Madonna, and more. I can talk to them, but they want me to keep walking. They want me to keep going to the end of the hallway. It opens up into a huge ballroom. There are stairs that wind around. They go back and forth. They go down to another level. It's a big room with a huge dome on top of the ceiling with different artwork, with artwork of angels. It's really beautiful. There are gold-plated walls and a type of ancient architecture.

Q. Did you say gold-plated?

Gold-covered walls. There are big columns in the corners also covered in gold. There is purple trim in between, next to the columns and throughout the architecture.

Q. Where is this place? Do you have any sense or any idea where you are? Is this on the Earth, in the Earth, or in some celestial region?

I took an elevator up to it. It's celestial.

Q. Where do you imagine it is?

The heavens of some sort, wherever that is.

Q. What else would the ascended masters like you for you to experience while you're there?

There's a pool at the bottom of the stairs in this big room. It's not very big, just a little stone bath. I'm going to lie in it. I can float on top of the water and stare right up at the huge ceiling, the huge dome. I'm feeling rejuvenated and can feel the energy of all the amazing people, all the masters, that have been here before. I'm just floating right on top of this warm water.

As I lie here, there's a carbon copy of me being made and my outline gets up. There's an outline of me now, like a shadow, not in a dark sense, but like a shadow copy of me. It spread out. It spread its hands and legs out and floated up through the ceiling. It's going through the dome. It's going out into the universe. I'm just going to follow it; the other part is just going to stay and lay on the bath.

This outline of me went up into the universe and we're jetting around. It can create whatever it wants. It's creating a grid on the universe again, but this one is vertical. I guess it's vertical; I don't really know. It climbs up the grid and can alter it and change it, make it wavy. It can climb and do whatever it wants. It's really weird. It's just an outline of me. There's no face or anything. It's just an outline figure, but it has my energy. It's dancing on this grid in the universe. The grid is really big, so it takes up a lot of space. My outline can go places really quickly in the universe on this grid. I feel like I can travel past Saturn very quickly on this grid. Saturn is about the size of a basketball compared to the grid.

Q. What are you experiencing now?

We — me and the shadow figure of me — are going to stop at a planet. It's a planet of light and color. It has bright lights and rainbows and colors all over the place shooting off in every direction. Light is sparking everywhere. It's just shooting off in every direction, like fireworks, all over this planet. It has colors zooming around. There are lots of prisms and crystals that alter the light and create new light or create multiples of light. Light shoots into them and breaks off into more light.

Q. Is your outline experiencing this while another part of you is observing your outline on this colorful planet?

Yes, I'm with my outline and I'm also still back in the bathtub.

Q. And you're also with me back on the Earth. So there are at least three or four of you right now. (Laughter) Well, I've read about people who are able to manifest different parts of themselves elsewhere on the planet or in different parts of the universe simultaneously.

Yes. It's really very cool and I'm getting rejuvenated in the bathtub. It's such pure energy in this beautiful, golden room where I'm welcome to join anytime. I think they hold huge meetings here — important meetings about helping the whole universe. It's like a retreat of sorts, a rejuvenation retreat, and it's just magnificent. This is where they come together with ideas, help each other, help humanity, and help others.

Q. I wonder if this place has a name.

I don't know. My outline has come back and my chakras are floating just above me. I pull them in one at a time and get out of the bath. There's an elixir for me.

Q. What are you experiencing?

I drink the elixir. It shot through me very quickly. It was energy and rejuvenation. I felt it right away. I felt a little dizzy and then I came back. I'm back on the Earth now. I'm back in the field and I'm going to come back now.

Going Higher and Higher

Greetings! & Welcome! My Beautiful Beings of Light. Your Energy Fields are blazing with higher and higher ignited frequency particles.

My Beloveds the more awake you become and the higher you go up in frequency the more light is infused within all of your energy fields. You My Beautiful Beings of Grace have gone from being this tiny faint little candle flame to brilliant large flood lights. WOW what a difference your clearing and releasing has done for your vibrations. Good Job…Good Job.

Just think what that would look like from the Celestial Realms if all seven plus billion humans resonated to the higher frequencies and vibrations that you are displaying today My Beloveds. Your Earth Plane would shift in an instant……..

This is the task at hand My Divine Beings of Grace for the Earth Plane is ultimately shifting from a school of duality and polarity to one of total infinite love, unity and peace. That is what this shift is all about or accession as some like to label it. Can you imagine this My Beloveds?  One must be able to put the intention out into the Universe and imagine it, to bring it into manifestation.

This assignment is not for the faint of heart My Beloveds. You see how far the Earth Plane has come within the last several decades. Now knowing what the ultimate goal at hand is can you now visualize how much more work and effort is needed for the Earth Plane to evolve?

The Earth Mother is so ready for this change. She has tolerated the negativity for so long and now desires to uplift her own frequency levels. Ah! but you still think that the Earth Mother is this molten ball of rock, water and air which is how human perceptions view her.

My Beloveds your Earth Mother is a collective body made up of the highest Angelics that there are. They volunteered for this assignment but the intention was never to have the human population descend into such a negative level within mass consciousness.

All is not what it appears to be My Divine Beings of Grace. You are not these human forms having a Spiritual experience, you are Spiritual Beings of Light having a physical experience. There are a number of other lesson schools My Beloveds but Planet Earth is the toughest around. You have incarnated here for a very specific reason, you desired to experience duality and polarity first hand. The lessons and experiences here during these times within the Earth Plane are escalating your higher evolutionary process and putting you on the fast track for upward mobility within the Etheric Celestial Realms.

There is no race or completion within the Higher Realms My Beloveds but this is being stated in this way so that you can relate to a higher growth potential within the Etheric Celestial Realm. There are an infinite number of levels of learning and experience within the Celestial Etheric Realms My Divine Beings of Light. All Celestial Beings are on self- paced plans for growth within their own Spiritual Family Groups. Evolution and Growth within the Celestial Realms is in to Infinity. All are under constant construction or growth, if you will. There is no static programing within the Celestial Realms. For the most part the Soul Celestial Beings choose their path with the assistance of Soul Advisors and Higher Counsel Members.

It is time to awaken and release the debris within your Energy Fields My Beautiful Beings of Light. Awaken My Beloveds and feel The Creator’s infinite Unconditional Love for ALL. Just feel it wrapping about your shoulders like an old favorite blanket. Feel the waves of infinite pink Unconditional Love wash over you again and again. This is not something you have felt in a very long time. Just enjoy and allow the tears of re-membrance and joy to flow for these are the feelings of HOME.

Allow this Messenger to take you on a mediation journey to reconnect.

Sit in a chair  or lie down whichever is your preference. It’s time to be comfortable and undisturbed for a while as you journey within yourself through meditation.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths in and out.  Visualize with each in breath, you are breathing in love and renewal. With each out breath, you are breathing out pain, fear, frustrations and doubts.

With the last out breath feel your body relaxing. Allow and give yourself permission to feel the calm, peace and serenity  of this safe place.

My Beloveds ask your ego self to perch on your left shoulder. Instruct your ego self that it is only to be an observer on this journey, it is not to participate.

Through prayer to The Creator please ask The Creator to share with you a translucent golden shield of light. Visualize it all around you forming a bubble from head to toe protecting you from all outside influences and giving you warmth, radiance, light and power. Negatives will simply bounce harmlessly off your shield of protective light. 

My Beloveds, The Creator has responded to your prayer. Your protective bubble has been supplied. The energies for this bubble will continue to flow from The Creator, cycling back down through you again, and back to The Creator in a continuous circular loop while you are in meditation.

You are now divinely protected at this moment and nothing can even communicate with you, that is not for your highest good, without your permission.

Breathe in deeply My Beautiful Beings of Light and sense the lighter relaxed feelings of being divinely protected & guided into this meditation. Breathe in deeply and know that you are breathing to the Pulse of The Creator.

Breathe in deeply allowing, seeing and sensing within your Spiritual Imagination your Guardian Angels and invited Spirit Guides as they join you now.  The Angels take your Spiritual Etheric Essence Hands and guide you out of your physical body. The Angels then direct you into your Etheric Spiritual Heart Chakra. An Angel is staying with your physical essence until you return from your meditation journey.

My Beloveds, You are visualizing, seeing, feeling and sensing this within your imagination, Your Guardian Angels, Spirit Guides and special invited guests are with you now within your Spiritual Heart Chakra. Your Angels and Guides are helping you locate the Golden Door that says “To My Highest Guidance Within”. In your imagination you have located the Golden Door and now you turn the Etheric Spiritual Door Knob, opening the door as you cross over the threshold knowing that you are on a Spiritual Growth Adventure.

You find yourself in a White Marble Corridor. Today your Angels are handing you a party hat and horn and leading you down the hall to the eleventh door on your right. The label on the door says “Balloon Room”. You open the door and cross over the threshold and find that you are out in a courtyard. Looking around you see row after row of multicolored balloons being held by an infinite array of Angels all dressed in pastel colors. There are Angels as far as the eye can see holding their bouquets of balloons for you to use.

Shaking your head in amazement you ask why so many balloons? Your Angels explain that each of these balloons is for something within your own Energy Field that needs to be released in order to raise your frequencies levels higher and higher.

Grasping the meaning of that statement you didn’t realize that you still had this much debris within your own Energy Fields to clear as you have been on your journey of clearing and releasing for a number of years now. Smiling your Angels tell you that this is why you are now visualizing and experiencing it in this way. There is a lot of work to be done they tell you as you nod your head in acceptance.

The Angels explain the instructions that each Angel will walk up to you with their bouquet of balloons and begin to hand you the balloons one at a time. On each balloon there is a word, phrase or symbol of what is needed to be released. You will take the balloons one at a time and simply give intent to clear and release this debris from your Energy Fields as you are visualizing the word or phrase or symbol written on the balloon. You will then let the balloon go and watch it disappear into the Heavens knowing that it gone.

The second step in the release is you are to do a quick body scan and notice how that release made you feel. You will probably notice that you are feeling so much lighter and lighter and by the end you may even sense yourself floating.

There is also an additional piece of information that the Angels would like you to know. All of the other Souls that have Awakened, as have you,  are doing this same exercise at the very same moment that you are within the Etheric, where time does not exist, so just know that all will be joined and woven together as a group release for the benevolent outcome of ALL.

Now visualize yourself as one of this very large Group all releasing balloons together. As each balloon goes up feel, sense and visualize the Earth Plane becoming lighter and lighter. Visualize the Earth Mother thanking you and sending you infinite waves of love for helping her and yourself and all of humanity.  You smile at this intent and realize that this is such a large undertaking but feel it so worthy and thank the Angels for bringing you here to participate.

The first Angel floats up with her bouquet of balloons. You begin the exercise as instructed taking the first balloon, reading the word, phrase or symbol that it has printed on it. You give intent to clear it and let it go. You watch as it quickly floats up and out of sight. You do your quick body scan as instructed and feel where that debris was in your Being.

You sense the source of the released item, it felt so good to let that go and you smile. Then you take the next balloon doing the same exercise. Continue on until you have completed all that you are being handed. Give yourself some time here. This is something that you really could benefit from doing on a weekly basis your Angels remind you.

You feel so elated after you finish releasing all of your balloons. That was quite a large exercise but you certainly can tell how much better you feel. You can’t stop smiling because you can just imagine how much better the Earth Mother must be feeling adding in all the other participates releasing as well.

Your Angels thank you for your participation and tell you it is time to return. They lead you back through the doorway. You instantly find yourself back in the White Marble Corridor.  

You do feel like you are floating and you catch a glimpse of your glowing Essence in the mirror, smiling knowing how important this assignment was today. Your Angels lead you back across the threshold of the Golden Door Within, back into your Spiritual Heart Chakra and then they assist the return of your Spiritual Essence back into your physical form.

Take a deep breath to help you reorient as you wiggle your fingers and toes. When you are ready open your eyes. Go about your day remembering that your Inner Higher Wisdom and Angelic support staff are always at your service working with you to help you reach your highest most appropriate potential. Listen for those first thoughts that pop into your awareness and know without a shadow of a doubt that you are receiving daily spiritual guidance.

Beloveds you are blessed beyond words and loved beyond measure, more than any Earth Plane language can ever express.

No Name No Number

Some time ago we interviewed Hilary after her first book The 11.11 Code was published (see An Interview with Hilary Carter). I was wondering why I could not remember much about the original book when I remembered it was reviewed by Hayley Wynne at the time.

So for me this was my first journey with Hilary and I would echo Hayley’s comments, Hilary’s writing style is easy and perfectly paced. Right from the beginning we are wondering, with her, why she has bought this old convent in a region in France that she vowed never to return. One aspect of this book is her honesty and openness,  she shares her deepest feelings and fears with us as she travels her path, which is chosen by her higher self using numbers (particularly 11:11). 

Even knowing that Hilary uses numbers (and seeing evidence of them appearing on her Facebook pages) I was amazed just how frequently they appear and how often Hilary makes her life choices by them. Only this week she read one of my posts on Facebook at 22.33 (it just keeps happening!).

In ‘No Name No Number’ Hilary travels the world following the numerical prompts of her soul, sometimes with confidence and sometimes wondering if that particular 11 was a strong enough signal, as they were often hidden to the untrained eye.

Her journey leads her to connect with the Children of the Sun, a group that I too have been involved in. In fact it was during an 11:11:11 ceremony that I met some of my Children of the Sun friends for the first time. It’s wonderful to see how we weave together, sometimes without knowing that is what we are doing.

I really enjoyed reading ‘No Name No Number’ and I’m sure you will too.
