Something to Share

This letter came through last month as I was really taken by it. Sometimes there is a time limit on this kind of letter, and a gift if you send to 5 friends immediately, but with this one it was simply asking if you might like to share it with someone you know who might benefit from knowing you are thinking of them.

One day a teacher asked her students to list the names of the other students in the room on two sheets of paper, leaving a space between each name.

Then she told them to think of the nicest thing they could say about each of their classmates and write it down.

It took the remainder of the class period to finish their assignment, and as the students left the room, each one handed in the papers.

That Saturday, the teacher wrote down the name of each student on a separate sheet of paper, and listed what everyone else had said about that individual.

On Monday she gave each student his or her list. Before long, the entire class was smiling. Really?' she heard whispered. 'I never knew that I meant anything to anyone!' and, 'I didn't know others liked me so much,' were most of the comments.

No one ever mentioned those papers in class again. She never knew if they discussed them after class or with their parents, but it didn't matter. The exercise had accomplished its purpose. The students were happy with themselves and one another. That group of students moved on.

Several years later, one of the students was killed in Viet Nam and his teacher attended the funeral of that special student. She had never seen a serviceman in a military coffin before. He looked so handsome, so mature.. The church was packed with his friends. One by one those who loved him took a last walk by the coffin. The teacher was the last one to bless the coffin. 

As she stood there, one of the soldiers who acted as pallbearer came up to her. 'Were you Mark's math teacher?' he asked. She nodded: 'yes.' Then he said:

'Mark talked about you a lot.'

After the funeral, most of Mark's former classmates went together to a luncheon. Mark's mother and father were there, obviously waiting to speak with his teacher.

'We want to show you something,' his father said, taking a wallet out of his pocket 'They found this on Mark when he was killed. We thought you might recognize it..'

Opening the billfold, he carefully removed two worn pieces of notebook paper that had obviously been taped, folded and refolded many times. The teacher knew without looking that the papers were the ones on which she had listed all the good things each of Mark's classmates had said about him.

'Thank you so much for doing that,' Mark's mother said. 'As you can see, Mark treasured it.'

All of Mark's former classmates started to gather around. Charlie smiled rather sheepishly and said, 'I still have my list. It's in the top drawer of my desk at home.'

Chuck's wife said, 'Chuck asked me to put his in our wedding album.'

'I have mine too,' Marilyn said. 'It's in my diary'

Then Vicki, another classmate, reached into her pocketbook, took out her wallet and showed her worn and frazzled list to the group. 'I carry this with me at all times,' Vicki said and without batting an eyelash, she continued: 'I think we all saved our lists'

That's when the teacher finally sat down and cried. She cried for Mark and for all his friends who would never see him again.

The density of people in society is so thick that we forget that life will end one day. And we don't know when that one day will be.

So please, tell the people you love and care for, that they are special and important. Tell them, before it is too late.

And One Way To Accomplish This Is: Forward this message on. If you do not send it, you will have, once again passed up the wonderful opportunity to do something nice and beautiful.

My Magic Wand

Last month I optimistically ordered a healing wand that had been recommended to me by a very reliable source, except that the pen I ordered was a cheaper version than the one that everyone had been speaking of. Still, for whatever reason, I instinctively knew the Free the Wand version, which also uses Zero Point Energy to heal, would make some difference to one of my family members who had been experiencing some worsening symptoms for some time.

Just after we placed the order the volcano in Iceland erupted which, as you may have read, grounded all flights in and out of the UK for some days, which delayed the arrival of our wand making the waiting tantalising and a little excruciating. (this particular Wand is distributed by a company in Canada).

Then a note was put through our door to say that a parcel had arrived but that there was customs duty to pay, so would we mind going to the local sorting office to pay the import duty and collect our parcel. As I was away for a few days we had a little longer to wait, making its final arrival even more anticipated.

So the day came when it was time to experiment, and so we chose to concentrate on a sore foot that had been giving our patient some discomfort, an easy test of the ‘magic’ wand and its powers to heal.

There were no instructions with the Wand so I read all I could about it on the web, and then decided that 9 anti-clockwise turns of the Wand over the worst affected area would be a good starting point. We could feel nothing from the Wand until the final rotation when suddenly a pulse of energy seemed to shoot through the wand and through the patient’s leg, right at the point of the swelling.

Wow, we thought, something happened there, we both felt the energy shift.

Well the days that followed could not have been further from our expectations. The patient’s foot started to swell painfully, and the rest of her bones started to creak and groan (she has arthritis, which was now in a full blown outburst).

This was then followed by deep emotional outbursts, bouts of crying for no reason, deep sadness and then brief but deep connections with her inner voice, and all the while the foot in question was getting bigger and more painful.

More and more deep emotional clearings, more painful swellings, which lasted for nearly 3 weeks. As I write this note, we are still not clear of the pain, but the swelling is now going, and her overall condition is improving. Plus there have been some amazing insights and knowings along the way.

So what have we learned? Well there is such a thing as a ‘magic wand’, and I think we both know it has had exactly the right impact, it’s just that sometimes our minds have different expectations than our souls, our inner selves knew that the ‘healing’ was going to need some very special conditions before some of the deeply buried emotions could be accessed and released.

Sometimes a magical healing experience can also be the most painful and difficult of our lives, it really depends on our own particular life situation, each will be different. So it is quite possible you could buy one of these wands and experience a miraculous healing, just be aware, your journey may take you over some rocky terrain.

The Transformation of Reality

Since the mid 1980's, all life has been in a process of shifting and transforming reality as we know it.  The basic fabric of our dimension has been gently re-booting and morphing into a new world taking us right along with it.  The only way you would not have felt this is if you had been living under a rock somewhere.  It can be an amazing time filled with wonder.  It can also be a time filled with many challenges that keep asking us to let go over and over, and deeper and deeper. 
 
Most every living being on this earth can feel that this is a very unique time to be alive.  I knew it as a young child, and I hear from many that they also knew this to at an early age.  It has been a life time of great anticipation for what the Star Elders call the best time to be on Earth.  This is so because our SOULS have the greatest opportunity to evolve quickly and much further in only one life time.  It is the best ride in the universe according to the Star Elders.
 
Some of the most amazing transformational shifts have taken place in just the last couple of months.  Yes . . . we are painfully aware that it has been challenging for thousands/millions of people.  Our prayers go out to all affected by the many Earth shifts.  On the lighter side of the transformation, many have felt jammed, stuck and riddled with un-diagnosable ascension symptoms.  A turn of recent events has cracked open a new door which tells me that we are moving out of this phase of the transformation of our reality, and into a new accelerated phase.
 
Key times were the time surrounding the Haiti and Chilean earthquakes.  This sent us deep inside to clear out places we didn’t even know existed.  Even ones that had fostered a masterful level of complete denial cannot avoid the transformational energy of this time.  If they try to do so, they will feel plain nuts, loopy, out to lunch, and yes . . . Elvis has left the building!  All are to awaken now.  There is no going back.  The energy of the Earth is rising up into a new world, and this tsunami of energy is washing through every crack and crevice in our reality.
 
In the days leading up to the 8.8 massive Chilean earthquake, the energy all over the Earth was heavy and crushing, and many felt like they were going nuts . . . It felt like we were hanging on by our finger nails.  There were many suicides and deaths.  I know the whales were well aware of this shift.  They disappeared in the oceans for days, and even a captive one acted out.  I am sure they were feeling the pressure just as we were.
 
But here is the good news . . . Sunday, after the big Chilean earthquake, I felt a HUGE release of energy along with a HUGE influx of LIGHT into our dimension.  I could feel the Ascended Masters, angelic realms and the presence of the "I AM" energy wash across the planet. A huge old chunk of our past reality was released during those massive earthquakes.  Because of this,  more LIGHT could now flow into our newly birthing reality.  This is yet another step in our ascension!   I feel that, by mid-March, we are all going to be able to anchor a lighter state of being within.
 
We do not know what the next phase of ascension will hold for us.  But I do know that the only still point will be our connection and commitment to God, higher power, Spirit and the "I AM" within each of us.  No matter how unreal this world might become, no matter how much we are called to let go, to totally surrender, this connection is the only place that will always stay constant.  It will be the place where we will be able to keep our sanity while we transform our body, mind and spirit through this most amazing time. 
 
The more the masses understand this stillness inside, the easier the shift will be for all of us.  We are all connected.  So how this transformation plays out is up to us and our collective consciousness.  Let's say this again.  You are NOT victims of this transformation . . . you are the DIRECTORS!  It is up to ALL of US as to how this all plays out.

The Most Benevolent Outcome

Last month we carried a story from Tom T. Moore who described his ‘Gentle Way’, how he communicates with his Guardian Angel Theo and how he requests  Most Benevolent Outcomes (MBO’s) for even the smallest things in his life.

Recently I was fortunate enough to interview Tom and discuss with him his soon to be released new book ‘The Gentle Way II’ where he brings many more real stories from people who have tried using his MBO methods with considerable success. We will bring you the interview in the April edition of The Magic of Being but in the meantime I thought I’d tell you my own MBO story to give a flavour for the book, and to encourage you to have a try too, it even works when you have one of those secret ‘well I’ll give it a try but I don’t expect it to work’ moments.

Last week I was travelling from my home in Bristol UK to Coventry in the Midlands, not a very long trip but it did involve a change in Birmingham onto a very busy train which ultimately ends up in London. Many times this train has been so busy I’ve ended up standing in the corridor, not the most comfortable way to travel.

So this time I thought I’d try a request for a Most Benevolent Outcome for this journey, so whilst on my way to the platform to catch the train I contacted my Guardian Angel (her name is Ahrael) and said ‘I request a  most benevolent outcome for my journey to Coventry, I would like a seat and would like to sit next to someone interesting, thank you’.  Tom says the most important aspect of these requests is the ‘thank you’, it’s more than polite, it’s acknowledging that you know your Guardian Angel will do everything that he/she can to help.

So I get onto the train, not the first on sadly because I had not been standing where the door was, so many people got on the train before me. However I optimistically stowed my bag and started to walk down the carriage, past a number of reserved seats, and it quickly became clear that most of the free seats were reserved.  Just as I started to walk back to the corridor I spotted a colleague from work and we both decide to take a chance in a pair of the reserved seats.

No-one came to claim these seats so we both had an enjoyable catch up chat and a comfortable journey,  just as I had requested. To be honest I thought I’d overdone the request by asking to meet someone interesting, but how wrong I was. Tom tells us that he does this for all his journeys and has met some amazing people, often connected with his journey or his business (more about this in our interview next month).

So I thought this was rather magical, and well worth telling in the Being Magical section, for are we not ‘magically being’ when we do this kind of thing? Do give it a try, it really does work!
