Integrity of Mind Body & Spirit

Integrity sounds like a moral issue, but it really isn't. It's just plain common sense.

Integrity means wholeness, completeness. A person with wholeness can focus their energies in one direction. A whole person achieves their life's purpose without the dissipation of energies caused by internal conflicts. They get things done with ease, and then move on to the next activity which further pursues their sense of inner joy.

Imagine, if you worked for an employer who really should have given you a raise in salary many months ago. You want to go and ask for your long-overdue raise, but you're thinking, "Oh, God, I feel so GUILTY!" You may as well give up! At least, until you've resolved the issue of guilt.

Guilt and fear are, of course, part of the tradition that we have inherited from our forebears. That tradition is one of separateness. Separation of people into sexes, races, colors, religions. Then there's the separation of cities via competing sports teams, the separation of nations through battles and war. Even consciousness has been separated into subconscious, superconscious and regular waking states.

Separation is the opposite of wholeness. Separation divides, while integrity unifies.

It's the difference in viewpoints between, for example, "Is your community Protestant or Catholic?" and the response, "Our community contains both Protestants and Catholics."

Integrity is inclusive. Separation is exclusive.

Integrity is the ability to say "and" instead of "or."

Integrity is wholeness, or completeness. Wholeness allows your energies to be directed towards any activity without them being dissipated by inner conflicts. Integrity, therefore, empowers effectiveness.

Integrity of mind, body and spirit begins with spiritual integrity.

The traditions of guilt and fear come from the old reality, which is one of separation. Guilt and fear were primarily tools used to control other people. In the dawning new reality, we find it our responsibility to transform these tools of the dark ages. When your spirit feels crushed by a heavy feeling of guilt or fear, you can either:

a) Go into therapy. In highly stressful or severe cases, professional help should always be your first course of action.

b) Go into meditation to trace the feeling back to its source and find out who originally put that feeling fear or guilt in you. Then, when you understand the original purpose of that programming and its inappropriateness today, you can let it go.

c) Blow it away now, regardless of where it came from, using a statement of freedom, such as;

"I now release this old reality and replace it with the unconditional love which flows through all of Creation. I am Infinite Being."

Today's inherited cultural baggage includes many subconscious archetypes. Among these are the ideas of oaths of obedience, poverty and chastity. Whether you have made these oaths in previous incarnations as a monk or a nun, or just inherited them along with today's cultural mindset, they can be equally debilitating. It is time for these unconscious, outmoded restrictions to go.

Oaths of obedience serve only those in charge of an institution. It has always been easier to be in charge as the anointed leader if no one asks silly questions, like, "Do you really know what you're doing?"

Chastity reduces emotional problems in monasteries. However, in otherwise happy marriages, the same sense of chastity creates problems. Release any deep, inner suspicions that you should be "chaste for life" before your partner wonders if you're distancing yourself from them because you don't love them any more. Then, instead, you can be chased for life!

Poverty allows monks and nuns to focus on serving their institution. In today's commercial world, however, it causes ineffectiveness. If you harbor the suspicion that your bank account should be perpetually empty, then letting go of that belief in poverty will open up huge doors of personal freedom. In today's world, you can only pursue your greatest joys, especially during retirement, if you have the necessary resources. Travel, study, adventures and hobbies all take funds. At one time, a vow of poverty let you focus on your purpose. Today, however, it makes you miss out on most of the potential fun in life.

Here's how to release outdated, subconscious oaths of obedience, chastity, poverty, and anything else that crimps your modern-day lifestyle.

When the time feels right for your own personal Declaration of Independence, enter a quiet state, and then declare;

"By the power vested in me by my existence within Infinite Being, I now cancel all of those unconscious vows and obligations which no longer serve me. I release these now, and I replace them with the unconditional love which flows through all of Creation. I am Infinite Being."

Affirmation Time

I am beautiful, powerful, loving, focused, in service to my path. Love comes to me, money comes to me and miracles come to me and to everybody around me in ways that are easy, flowing and for the highest good of all. I learn my lessons with ease. Solutions pop up in the most unlikely places (including FB status messages). Knots are easily untangled, within and without.

I am a love magnet. I love me. The Universe loves me. My friends love me. My partner to be ( spouse or mate for those that have one) loves me. My animals love me. The trees love me. Even the stones love me. And I love them too. Love circles within and without, circling like the in and out-breath of the divine.

My life flows. When I am tired I rest and pause. I stop pushing and I start breathing. I allow for things to develop naturally. I trust.

My health is great. I feed my body good food and good thoughts. I praise my body. I praise my legs for walking me. My lungs for breathing me. My eyes for my sight. My ears for my hearing. My fingers for typing. My back for sitting me straight. I praise my nervous system and my adrenals, for helping me walk through a fast paced life. I rest often, even throughout the day, when I need to recharge.

I am a joy magnet. When I am down in the dumps, I walk outside and I find something to appreciate. And if I need to cocoon I allow that too. I understand that it cant be sunny every day and that days of bad inner weather can be used to cocoon with a cup of tea. I praise myself for staying with my emotions and being true. I process, deepen self knowledge and then move on.

I teach what I learn. As a cell of humanity, I share with others my journey. Others share their journey with me. We share with each other openly. We are respectful of each other. We do not preach to each other, we just share. We understand that, although on similar paths, none of us have walked in another's shoes. We listen, with an open heart.

We sing as one, as one human family. We love each other. We hold space for each other. We evolve together. As best as we can. We aim for what is best in being human. And we aim to forgive each other when we fall short. We are perfect in our imperfection. Evolved in our quest for evolution. Even as we reach for wholeness, we are whole.

We are the atom and the planet. We are the small and the all. We are the detail and the bigger picture. And we breathe life into stars, as stars weave into us with strands of gold.

Goddess God Day and the New Grid

Many of us have graduated into a higher plane of learning and are truly Goddess Gods dancing in the world of light, and the stillness of the void as well, and out again. Like you can go between the two and dance all through creation, that you bring this energy back to Earth and allow the Earth to move into the higher dimensions, as it’s not just the Earth herself that moves, it is us as well. As we are not separate from our Earth Mother, who is our Starship that awakens us into the next plane of humanity. Where we realise we are Creator Goddess Gods and that we are now here to communicate and operate with Star Beings, ET’s and Dimensional Beings and complete the creation stories of Earth as they all separated into duality and created havoc in the multiverse as well.

This is not a healing journey like we would do in the old paradigm earth but it is healed by us being our joy and dancing through the worlds and dimensions free of the limitations we had put on ourselves. This then creates harmony and peace through all the worlds and dimensions.

You are transparent and like the wind, we are merged in these beautiful iridescent rainbow coloured lights that are subtle coloured and multi-prismed. We speak but our talking is part of nature and the stars and universes, like our words are part of creation. It does not matter exactly what was being said in a 3d sense as it is the sounds of creation and not something we can work out with our heads. 

There is a swirling and spiralling of all the universes and creation like we are in a huge black hole but we are not being drawn anywhere as it is all there. As we bring our awareness back to our selves right here right now as we hold all that is within us.

7th DECEMBER GODDESS GOD DAY AND THE NEW GRID

Now that the Crystalline Grid is harmonizing through the Diamond Light Matrix and the collective conscious is now open to physical immortality there is a new grid that is being anchored through from the 13th dimension and Shambala that awakens us to our own divine essence more fully than ever before. 

Once we know who we are, one with the source we have that pure connection within to the creator and divine love, so no matter what happens in our life that connection is there to assist us to bring ourselves 
into our centre. 

In the purest form we are beyond the realms of Goddesses and Gods, but in our journey into wholeness we are not able to cope with the pure light of the One instantly, it is still a process.

But once we own our self as Goddess/God then we take on our responsibilities as guardian of this planet. A realisation that is needed now more than ever. So this new grid is assisting us to raise our consciousness and take on the mantle of being sovereign and that it is up to each of us to take responsibility for our own thoughts, words and actions. That our love nourishes the Earth and all life, that our self-hatred destroys it. This grid is anchoring by each of us accessing this level of our being and open heart. In order to do this we love and accept every part of us that is not at this level  and surrender into Divine Will and Plan.

Another day to connect to the divine being you are as you awaken the Goddess and God self within. The Gods and Goddesses of the inner planes, ancient civilizations and cultures are all aspects of us. 

They too are moving on and I have worked with many of them over the years, as they leave the worlds that religions have held them in at that level of service,  as it is now up to us to come from our own Goddess God within and hold the beam, love and oneness.  Take some time to go within to the inner planes within you to meet these aspects of self that are co-creators and higher dimensional aspects  that are here for you to be now. 

You are the Goddess, the God, divine aspects co-creating Heaven on Earth. Even if you do not choose at this time to access who you are within, you may want to get acquainted with some of the Goddesses and Gods on the outer from books or myths. The inner and outer are one. As we unify we realise we are our guides, angles, guardians, they are not external beings, now we have integrated those aspects and listen to our own inner voice, heart wisdom for all guidance. We unify more to realise we are light beings and operate in the light ships and motherships, a part of us in on earth as ground crew.

As we unify we realise ourself as a member of the Council of Light. There are many Councils of Light, they all hold great wisdom and clarity about the shifts in the cycles. Assisting us here on Earth at different times, especially at Solstices, Equinoxes, Eclipses and planetary alignments. 

We realise we are a member of the Council of Light in our more unified divine self and become conscious of the decisions that are made, or to be made and how that unfolds into the lower planes of creation. As we unify even more to the realisation that we are a Creator Goddess God overseeing whole worlds, and a whole star system can go through its birth, life and supernova in the time it takes to blink the eye as a Goddess God. 

We work through multi-universes and hyper-dimensional space and time. We are here on Earth in our own bodies as our energy field illuminates all life from the love in our hearts.

"We will speak to you in the same manner as we will speak to the topsider humans. As many of you know, when the Galactics land on Gaia's surface, you, the members of Inner Earth, will send your emissaries topside to assist and educate the many humans who will be dazed and confused." 

    

"With that said, we will continue speaking to you, our dear Lemurian friends, as if you were the very humans that you will be going topside to support."

    

"Dear Human Representatives for Gaia, we come to you within this NOW to tell about Earth's earliest history. The seeding of a planet is much like the seeding of the ground. Seeds are planted in the hope that they will grow and prosper."

  

"In the same fashion, beings from different planets, galaxies and dimensions planted their "seeds" in the hope that they could live, grow and prosper on a young (in planetary terms) world. However, rather than physical seeds, we Galactics planted seeds of consciousness."

What it means to be HUMAN

What does it mean to be human?

     

Often individuals will say things such as "I'm only human", or "it's human nature to do that".  Mostly about negative actions.  There is one adjective which is used positively, and that is "humane".

     

There is so much conflicting information about where we came from.  Some say we were created by a god, others that we evolved from monkeys. Others that we are a mishmash of alien and Earthly DNA material.

And, our nature, what it means to be one of us, a human being, is riddled with cultural, religious and social programming.

I would like to share with you what I understand being human means. Also, give you a viewpoint as an observer which is one that is probably different to most.

First of all, I see a human being as a symbiotic relationship between a "person" and his or her "body".  The body has its own intelligence, as well as its own evolutionary path.  The body is the most evolved material manifestation of Divine Consciousness.

It is amazing how many feelings, emotions, thoughts, and states of "being" are the body's alone.  Including the fear of loss.  Or bad moods due to low blood sugar.  Or wanting to be with other humans.

One little secret about the human body that "the powers that were" do not want you to know, is that it is the most advanced artifact in existence on the planet (and probably lots of planets).  And when we unite with other "bodies" to meditate, or do energy work, we can shift mountains.  We were disabled vibrationally and genetically to stop us from knowing and accessing these abilities thousands of years ago and anyone who reactivated them was burned at the stake.

The second little secret, is that all we need to do to activate the abilities and skills of the human body, is to raise the level of its and our vibration.  And all we need to do in order to achieve that is to detox both physically and vibrationally.  Physically by what we eat and drink, and vibrationally by processing our fear.

The person, or "soul", is the most evolved manifestation of Divine Consciousness as Other.

Of course, when we look around, we see many individuals, including ourselves at times, who do not seem very evolved at all.

This is where the veil of forgetfulness comes in.  In order to play a game at the level of a singularity in this planet, we choose to forget our divinity and omnipotence.

All sentient singular consciousness constructs, whether human or other species, have by default forgotten what it is to be Source.  There are different levels of forgetfulness as we become a singularity, but there is always some level of it.

The reason for being on the planet also varies to each person here.  Many just want to stay alive for the sake of living, no matter what that life brings.  Others want to "evolve" into something else.  Someone more aware perhaps.  Ascend into a state of life which is "higher vibrational" than what we have now.

Personally speaking, none of the above apply. I am here to do a job, which is to raise the vibrational level of the planet, and everything else is irrelevant.  As far as I can see, I did not have a "soul" life before this one, nor will I have one after this one is over.

At the same time, I have a 45 year history on the planet.  Most of those years were spent in anonymity.  I also have four children, two siblings, and many relatives and friends.  Basically, I have lived a "human" life.

Most of the time I have spent as a human being has been a complete puzzle to me.  A very unpleasant and unwanted experience at an experiential level. However, what I "feel" about existing as a singularity although irrelevant at a "personal" level,  has proven to be very helpful in the job I came here to do.

What it means to be human at this particular planetary time/space has never been more exciting.  On the one hand we have millions of individuals who have incarnated here from other planets and dimensions, for the past few decades in order to raise the vibrational level of the Human Collective.  On the other, we have a whole group of sentient beings who have lived off the energy generated by humans for thousands of years, and as we raise the vibrational level of the planet, the entire planet is becoming toxic to them and they are doing everything they can to keep their "cattle" asleep.

War, starvation, pestilence (and the fear they bring) are completely unnatural to the human species. This is why so many soldiers come back "broken people" from war zones. We are not built to live in low vibrational environments.

Death is only experienced at a "body" level. The body dies and disintegrates. Its "intelligence" moves on and forms another material body.  The "being/soul/person" can move in and out of his or her body, can even switch bodies and can reincarnate into a new body once it looses the last one.

So why do these other "negative" entities want us to stay asleep? Why do they use us as their personal batteries?

The reason is that our bodies are the most amazing artifacts in existence.  We can not only create things in the material world, but we can generate enormous amounts of energy/vibration in our physical and subtle bodies.  As these negative beings are not native to our "matrix", they need to feed on something in order to exist. And that something is our fear and other low vibrational emotions.

As I walk through the city, I am in awe at what we create. From the smallest thing, a light-bulb for example, to the most amazing buildings and all the technology that is used to keep it functioning.  Even something like a car, it is amazing to behold.

We, as a species, have created technology which compensates for all those abilities that were taken from us thousands of years ago.  Even though most of us can't easily telepathically communicate with another individual or group at a distance, phones were created to accomplish this.  Even though most of us can't tap into the collective databank for information and skills, we created the Internet where we can do just that.  Even though most of us can't teleport across the world in an instant, we have managed to create very fast forms of transport.

There is still much to learn, from my perspective, of what it means to be human. However, one thing I do know, we are here at this junction of time/space, all of us to be just that: HUMAN.
