The Secret to Joy

Not long ago a friend asked me how it is that I seem to have and experience so much joy in my life. It is true that I am blessed to experience much joy and so I thought I would share my “secret” with you, my readers. My secret is, quite simply, to appreciate what is right there in the moment, right there in front of you. Sing the praises of what (who) is there and you are singing a hymn of praise to the Beloved who resides within each of us. The wonder of it is that the more you appreciate people and things, the more you find in them to appreciate!

Nature, with its abundant beauty in myriad forms, provides endless opportunities for us to sing praises. I turn my head as I type to look out my window, and there blooming gaily in this day’s cool and overcast weather, are yellow, purple, pink, yellow and white flowers the names of most of which I have forgotten. The flowers don’t mind that I don’t call them by the name we humans assigned to them. When I look on them and tell them (even now without words, just thoughts) how beautiful they are and how grateful I am for their existence, I can feel them “stand up” taller and beam at me in gratitude and love. (Flowers, trees and other plants are wonderful this way. They do respond and, after a while, you too will feel their glowing response to your appreciation.) My heart expands and fills with joy. The joy comes from within me, awakened by my appreciation of the flowers.

I drop my gaze to the floor where one of my Chinese pugs, Taipei, lies sleeping. Taipei can be a most annoying little dog when she wants to be. She loves to lick, lick, lick and to bark – boy can she bark - when another dog wanders past our yard! Yet as she lies there, sleeping peacefully, I can only think about how much love and joy she has brought to our family – even with the licking and the barking. They do make for funny stories, after all. She has told me that these behaviors are her way of releasing excess energy (which she apparently has despite our three mile race walks every morning) – a far better choice in my book than her eating my furniture (as a lovely lab I know did when he was young). Sitting here, just appreciating for her for who she is, without demanding that she be different than she is, my heart expands again and the love and joy that is in me flows toward her.

Then I shift my gaze again to the photos that sit beside my computer – photos of my wonderful husband and two amazing daughters. (I rarely speak or write of any of them without a glowing adjective to express my appreciation for who them.) Oh, my heart is about to burst with my love for them and the joy I feel in having them in my life! I know I am truly blessed in the husband and daughters I have. I often think of the line from one of the songs in The Sound of Music: “Nothing comes from nothing, nothing ever could. So somewhere in my youth and childhood, I must have done something good.” There is so much to appreciate in each of them – as there is in every single one of us. We simply have to remember to look, to notice, and to appreciate the goodness that we find. When we do that we discover that we are all blessed by the people in our lives, because we are the blessing and in blessing another we bless ourselves.

I understand that for those of you who experience little joy in your life or who are facing difficult situations, this idea of appreciating everyone and everything may sound naïve at best and impossible at worst. I understand that some of you may have spouses, children, parents or co-workers who you find to be difficult. Yet there is something to appreciate in everyone, and doing so begins simply with a decision – the decision to appreciate things, to find something in everyone and everything to appreciate. When you focus on the difficulties, you tend to get more difficulties, because energy flows where our attention goes. For the same reason, when you focus on the positive, more good starts showing up.

So often we get caught up in the day to day busy-ness of living and do not take a moment to reflect on the beauty, the goodness, the abundance that is right here, where we are. Taking that moment can alter your entire day, your relationships, your life. Stop, right now, and look around you as I just did. On what does your gaze fall? Is it a photograph of a loved one? Remind yourself, if you need reminding, of all that you love in him or her – his smile, the way she tosses her hair, how he cooks dinner for you when you work late, how she cares for your children, how he makes you laugh, how she gets so mad when she sees an injustice, _________________. You fill in the blank for yourself. There are endless things to love and appreciate in each other.

Now turn your head some more. On what does your gaze fall next? Perhaps, like me, it is on an open window with a view of a garden or the mountains, or maybe you are at work and you look out upon another skyscraper. What is there that you can appreciate? The beauty of the flowers blooming, the majesty of the mountains, the awesome feat of engineering that the building represents. Does your gaze fall upon an object on the table in front of you? What drew you to purchase it? Admire the shape, the color, texture. Let your mind open to the wonder of what is before you.

When you are done, notice how you feel. For me the feelings are serenity and joy. The pausing and noticing quiets the mind and brings serenity. The appreciation brings joy. After awhile of practicing in this way, begin to do it in the moment with whomever or whatever is with you.

When you are with someone, think to yourself of all that you appreciate about them. (It helps if you begin doing this when you are not feeling annoyed or angry at them!) Notice how you feel as you do this – is there a softening? I often feel like I am melting. You might also notice a change – a softening perhaps, maybe evidenced by a smile or a quizzical look - in them. That is because all feelings are vibrations. These vibrations can be felt by others, which is why if someone around you is out of sorts, you may find yourself feeling out of sorts as well, and if someone is happy, you may find yourself feeling brightening.

When you are more practiced at appreciation, then remember to appreciate even when you are annoyed or angry with a loved one - the husband who didn’t take out the trash, the child who didn’t clean his room, the wife who didn’t pick up your shirts from the cleaners, the mother who still insists on treating you as a child or showing favoritism to a sibling, – STOP for a moment. Breathe. Remember – this is a person whom I love. What is it that I love in him or her? Focus on that for a moment.

Then you can expand your practice to the people you don’t already love – the critical boss, the grumpy store clerk, or the driver who cuts you off. If you can think of no other reason to appreciate them, then appreciate them for giving you a new challenge for finding things to appreciate!

As you begin to find things to appreciate even in the difficult people and circumstances of your life, you will feel joy stealing into your heart and then you will notice that those people and circumstances are not so difficult anymore. They will have caught the “good vibration” you are sending out when you appreciate them – and they will send it back to you or pay it forward, in an endless circle of appreciation.

So if you want joy to flow in you and as you, remember to stop, notice and APPRECIATE!

Emerging from the Cocoon, Embracing Divine Love

The dimensional divide that we spoke of in earlier transmissions is becoming increasingly more apparent since the most recent and monumental global shift. This shift precipitated a marked lift in consciousness that catapulted those with the light quotient required to sufficiently handle and maintain a stable force field in these rapidly flowing higher dimensional energies to the level of divine love.

Timelines continue to merge and new holographic reality systems are filtering through varying vibrational vortexes to support the many levels of consciousness that will inhabit the new earth. Those who held contracts to serve as the warriors, path-pavers and way-showers are approaching clear remembrance...the awareness and certainty of their connection to Source first through extraordinary clarity of thought, unwavering focus, increasing present-centered perception, and the ability to hold and maintain mental and emotional balance.

This dimensional shift in the more fluid energy supply systems (upper chakras) will also be responsible for precipitating the shift in your physical bodies and material lives. Those who held the conscious awareness of being a forerunner are now beginning to understand, to feel and to know divine truth in very visceral ways. Those who had little or no awareness that they were also an integral part of this division are likewise awakening to this vivid realization.

We assure you that in the moments to follow, any remaining doubt of purpose will miraculously vanish as if it never before existed and all who have duly prepared their lives and bodies for this new way of being are now beginning to attract the energy and resources necessary to live a fulfilling life.

In this, know that there are also those of you who have recently activated your divine blueprints, joined the forward march in your personal ascension journeys and who will continue clearing and restructuring your lives and bodies to handle the frequencies now available to each and every one of you.

For those of you who are experiencing the increasing vibrations in adverse ways, we would like to remind you that only resistance causes suffering. Surrender yourself completely to what is and you will be free to experience whats next on the upward spiral of your personal evolution. When you hold on to fear, doubt, uncertainty or frustration, conflict ensues. Any lingering feelings of strife must be released in every now moment to make way for more love, more light, more joy, more creativity, more laughter, more freedom and more fulfillment.

In these rapidly moving energies, it is vital to realize that you have increasing power in each moment to shift your perspective to a place of peace. Release what was, embrace what is, and know that what will be is always your choosing. You are the creator of your reality.

Implementing the Divine Plan

Before long, those of you of like-vibration will come together in soul reunion to make and establish the structure and laws of a new land. It will be those beings of extraordinary light who will begin to implement the physical creations required to lift the planet and her people to a state of grace.

Beloved warriors, there is a dynamic and multidimensional playing field that is opening up for you to explore. The height of your creative imagination will begin to soar as never before and you may find that arbitrary moments of bliss overcome you in an instant. These increasing levels of electromagnetic energy will wash over each grounded and clear vessel of divine love as waves of joy and inspiration that consequently fill you up and tantalize your newly developed senses as you become whole again, satiated, and fulfilled in deeper and more profound ways.

This wholeness is here with you now, within your reach, and we encourage you to focus on and feel the entrance of divine love enter your lives and bodies. Be astute, for everything in your reality will soon shift to serve you, so much so that you may not even recognize the clothes you wear! As the true you, the authentic you, bleeds through your new self-created hologram, you will change in ways you never dreamed so.

Embrace these changes with a full heart, for you are becoming multidimensional beings of light capable to simultaneously express a multitude of divine gifts.

Are you beginning to understand the level of joy that you are coming to know?

We assure you that as you begin to work with these new aspects of your dormant creative self, you will float on a new timeline that will serve to enable you to experience and express each of your gifts and all of your desires.

We realize that until now it has been a great frustration for the birthing leaders of a new paradigm to be stifled in their expression, unable to match the biological ability to uphold such frequencies. Now however, your biology is coded and suited to match your lofty vibrations and you will finally have sufficient endurance to withstand the flow of vitality that courses through you.

Beloved friends, know that as you don your new robes of honor, you will be heralded as the joyous ones...the ones many flock to...the ones who carry the pure light of home in every cell, every word, every gesture, every deed, every resonant laugh that you release in pure goodness.

We share this with you so that you may feel safe to accept these good feelings into your lives and bodies, that you feel the warm embrace of your true home, and that you emerge from your cocoon with the confidence that you can fly.

Your tour of duty has expired. You are here to serve no longer. Your only role now will be to create and live the lives you've dreamed of!

Take this time of remaining stillness to tidy up your affairs for soon you will be moving at rates that would seem alarming to the old you.

We say this not to distress you, but to excite you for surely there will always be time for relaxation, peace, joy and laughter in your new world. In fact, your point of perception has shifted to include this level of love in all you do, for surely it is all you are.

We look forward to your true expressions and grand creations of new earth!

How are you are spending your time as it quickly passes by at an ever increasing speed. It is wise to keep your sights on the end times, and in whatever way you visualize the outcome. One thing is for sure, that the old ways are due to end having served their purpose, and shown you the future that lies ahead for those who are ready. As this year runs out so the manner in which the changes will occur should be much more apparent. It is the final attempt of the dark forces to hold onto their power, which will in any event be unsuccessful. So you have little if anything to fear, as your lives are in the hands of the higher forces of Light.

There will always be some confusion even amongst Lightworkers, as they try to interpret events and apply their own understanding to them. Your problem is that whilst time is passing quickly, progress as far as the changes are concerned is rather slow. Also, you are not necessarily aware of worldly events as they happen; so do not have the full picture. However, we can monitor the whole world and there is nothing of major importance that passes us by unnoticed. Even where meetings are held in secret, we are there noting what is taking place. It does not mean that we can interfere, but we can use any information that helps our allies. Sometimes we have to appear to our allies, but normally we can impress our thoughts upon them through telepathy. It is something you will gradually find becomes commonplace, and it is just one of the many abilities you will acquire over the next few years.

The more you raise your consciousness levels, the more you will find long lost psychic abilities returning. It is all part of your upliftment to levels of higher consciousness that will see you return to Mastership. When you allow for such developments they will return much quicker, as to deny yourself such abilities has the affect of stopping them manifest. Believe in your latent powers that are yours to claim, and part of your higher consciousness. You are without doubt great Beings on the verge of wonderful achievements, and can put them into practice now. Your visualization of a peaceful and happy world will hasten that condition into being. Your Light is a potent power that will continue increasing, and eventually takes you into the highest realms beyond the physical manifestation.

Dear Ones, you have no doubt read many messages from the Masters, and have marveled at their great knowledge and spiritual wisdom. Yet in time you too will be able to tap into the Universal pool of All That Is. The Masters St. Germain, Kuthmi and Hilarion are but a few of the names you recognize, of great Beings of Light that are closely linked to you. Their time is solely devoted to the love of Humankind and their upliftment into the higher dimensions. They have been with you since days immemorial, and you will find them in ancient times although their names may not be the same. They come to Earth periodically as teachers, and your greatest and best known example is the one called Jesus Christ. Some were revered as Gods and worshipped, but unfortunately some priests distorted their teachings to exert control over people. That has not really changed over eons of time, yet the truth is now more evident than any previous period. As individuals you have taken it upon yourselves to seek your own answers, and following your intuition have established a basis for identifying the truth when you come across it. Naturally you will continue to expand your understanding as you rise up into the Light.

Know that it is quite in order to follow a respected teacher, as you take knowledge and wisdom from whatever sources that feel right to you. A teacher of Love and Light will not demand your allegiance by placing you under any threat, and if they do they are not truly followers of the truth. Your freedom of choice is highly respected by us and members of the Galactic Federation, and indeed by any Being that has progressed to the higher levels. You do nevertheless have to be on your guard, as some Beings that appear to be of the Light are not what they seem. If in doubt, always challenge them to reveal if they are of the Light, and if not command them to leave. By Universal Law they must comply with your request. Not many of you will have such confrontations, but it is as well to be aware of what you must do to protect yourself.

Our objective in telling such things is to make you aware of what you may experience. The Light is always more powerful than the dark energies, and dark entities are unable to withstand it. This is why if you are doing psychic work, it is necessary to protect yourself. As some workers in the lower realms have discovered, the Light actually attracts Beings that are held at those levels. Before you ever have such experiences, you will be versed in the correct way of conducting yourselves. Some of you know about these matters and serve as Rescue Teams, that work to save those souls that have become mired in the lower energies. Only special ones do such work, and even so they are protected by the presence of Higher Beings.

Usually your lives are spent quite normally without problems, however, it is as well to know about them and what the dark energies and lower Beings can cause. Drugs and the excessive intake of alcohol are responsible for many bad experiences, and caused by the effect of being unable to stay within your physical body. Illness and severe cases of exhaustion can also have a similar effect, as can excessive pain. Some real experiences are put down to hallucinations, and that can of course apply in some instances. The moral here is to avoid putting yourself into such a position, and lead a healthy life without excesses. Your physical body is your temple and should be treated as a holy place of residence for your soul. It is your “home” for the duration of your life, and will serve you better if you look after it.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and will say that we have long overcome your frailties. We live hundreds of years without the disease or the mental problems that sometimes beset Man. It is our higher vibrations that take us to such levels, and you too are moving in that direction. Nothing that is attributable to the lower vibrations, can exist in the Light of the higher realms. The energy of love is the balm that heals all and brings about perfection.

Coming Through the Gate

As we begin to re-align with our very new spaces, some themes can be ever present. This time, physical symptoms are more prevalent than what may be manifesting in our outside realities, but this is only because we are aligning and settling in, and this phase needs to come first.

On August 11^th, as happens frequently on 11 dates, we opened more fully to the new and higher vibrations that we will now be residing within. Through the gates of this 11 portal, came an immense amount of energy. The most common reaction was rapid heartbeat. Our hearts need to adjust to this higher vibrating energy, and as it vibrates higher than we are accustomed to, we can become overloaded with these new frequencies and our physical bodies begin to go into overdrive trying to accommodate them. We may feel as though we are hyperventilating as well.

Feeling jittery and agitated are symptoms that also follow. Physically, we are revving up from the energies, and symptoms that result are similar to physical symptoms of anxiety, stress, panic, and the like, so our bodies tend to tell our brains that something is indeed going on and may interpret this as anxiety and fear or stress, when we are actually just processing higher energy.

During this time around the 11^th, other strange symptoms could be felt as well. Feeling as if one has been “drugged,” wading through quicksand, exhaustion, and a heaviness can be experienced, as the density within us is congregating before it moves out. An inability to concentrate, focus, or sit still also occurs when we are being bombarded by higher energy, as we opened to the higher frequencies of late through the portal of the 11^th.

These energies are attempting to align us to something we have not yet experienced. Because anything that vibrates lower cannot exist in a higher vibrating reality, it then gets pushed out. Thus, diarrhoea, frequent trips to the bathroom, and a general feeling of hunger can also be present, as we feel we need more fuel than normal for this re-alignment, even if we do not consciously know why.

Then comes the old familiar upper back pain. We are continuously sprouting our new angel wings, and the area between our shoulder blades and lower neck can at certain times feel very painful, with no logical explanation. The energy there is pulsating and moving outward, readying to explode in the formation of a higher vibrating aspect and vehicle for our upward spiritual movement and expansion.

Intermittently, we can also feel malaise as well. Perhaps knowing we need to accomplish certain things, but finding that we just cannot muster up the energy to do them. Thus, we may get up to start something, and almost immediately find that we plop ourselves down on the sofa, with a strong sense of apathy or most assuredly, we just plain do not feel like doing a thing! Wandering around like a zombie, with no real sense of direction, and with an inability to remotely find a thing that seems to fit, we are simply adjusting to the new energies of our new space. And we may feel a bit woozy as well.

States of apathy always indicate a re-booting phase in regard to ascension. We have been “unplugged,” while we are being re-aligned before we can move forward once again. And this is occurring now.

After these interesting phases, we then move into one of my favorites, which is the merkabah experience. I love this experience, as it always validates for me that something is absolutely and most assuredly going on in regard to moving into a new space. The merkabah experience manifests as spinning or vertigo, and is many times accompanied by nausea. Our merkabah light bodies are spinning in order to assist us in arriving in a higher vibrational space. They are the vehicles that get us where we need to be.

Our dreams (in our sleeping state, not our desires), are assisting as well. We may find that we are having strange dreams, or even nightmares during this time. We are releasing our fears. Just another aspect of preparing for our new spaces on the ascension ladder.

Then, there are the wonderful states of grace that seem to be continual and most ever permanent these days. If we allow ourselves to simply sit and be, we can feel them almost 24/7 (when we are not spinning or having rapid heartbeats!). When out in the “other world,” we may find that our interactions with others now come from a very loving state, instead of the mortification we may have felt in times past with lower vibrating energies. The loving nod to a stranger, a loving comment, or even a statement of gratitude, can serve to connect us to those who are ready to receive this new highly vibrating and loving energy that we now possess.

And as mentioned in the WINGS post for August 7, if we are in positions of creating anything new that will be a part of our new reality on the other side, anyone who is a needed part of these creations, will easily tap into the higher vibrating energies that they possess and will be instantly transformed and swept up in them, thus creating human angels for our assistance. We are indeed being supported in some very new and special ways.

This atmosphere of grace, gratitude, and love for all mankind, will continue on, as it will be a mainstay for our new residency and experiences as angels of the new earth. So then, when we visit the old world for brief periods of time, this will be our natural state of being. Staying in the old world for lengthy periods of time can be much trickier, as the darkness and density there can be suffocating at times. But now that we have reached very new levels, the old world and reality indeed feel so very far away, and most assuredly, they belong to someone and to somewhere else, as we are no longer connected to them in any way.

If you are one who has been feeling lost without a rudder, that you are connected to nothing at the moment, and unsure of your new path, know that things will become clear in times to come. These feelings are sure indicators that you have left all your suitcases behind and are indeed ready for the new reality. As we begin to see each other, to connect to each other, and to support each other more and more, our very new reality will begin to take shape.

If you are one who feels very stuck in the old world, with commitments still holding you back and responsibilities that you feel you must stay with, this can be challenging at times. Many will choose to simply walk away, no matter what the cost (I am not proposing that you do this, as these will indeed be individual decisions). We must indeed move forward if we are now aligned for a very new reality, even if our old spaces have yet to be filled. The “plan” did not manifest as was hoped, as so many are still unwilling to wake up and make internal and external changes, but this will no longer hold us back.

Again, as mentioned in greater detail in the previous WINGS post of August 7, connecting to one another will create a magnificent new grid, will uphold and sustain the higher energies, and make us feel great once again. This is the key. The higher energies will be sustained through ourselves. Ways of successfully staying removed from the old world, while interacting with lower vibrating energies that we choose to, are also discussed in great detail in Heaven’s Gate as well.

So even though it may seem as if nothing is occurring at the moment, or that we are still not moving forward, we are indeed re-calibrating within, re-aligning within, and most assuredly re-structuring ourselves and our new offerings as well. As the re-structuring of the new rungs of the ascension ladder has now been complete, these higher energies have now trickled down to us in the physical, and have then created these symptoms mentioned here, as well as a need to re-structure much of our new offerings and how we will be offering them.

We are re-structuring now to a large degree, much that exists in our physical world. We are beginning to put things into place that will serve to support our new spaces and new roles and offerings. And much of this involves a new group energy, as we can no longer exist as individuals and on our own. Group energy vibrates higher, and the individual functioning on its own is no longer an option.

Part of the ascension process involves a requirement of not being afraid to be alone. In this way, we were placed into situations where we had to be alone, in order to have this experience. After this experience is completed, we then move into group energy. This is because we cannot move into group energy from a fear of being alone. We have to move into group energy from the higher vibrating need and knowingness that each component is necessary in order to comprise a whole. We cannot wear all the hats and do everything ourselves. We have reached the end of the spectrum with this, and this is why many of the forerunners are absolutely exhausted from doing it all themselves, and most certainly very tired of the loneliness, as they have been complete with this process and ready for group for a while now. This format of being alone and doing it all ourselves will no longer be present…EVER AGAIN.

So again, although it may feel at times as though nothing is happening at the moment, I can assure you that things are indeed happening. And just wait and see how things feel when we begin our new connections to each other!

A Call to all Light Workers to Action

Lord Sananda channeled through Judith K. Moore (USA) 

This message came through to me at the beginning of August, too late to publish in the August edition, but with enough time for myself and a number of Lightworkers to join together to help bring in the Rays that Sananda describes and also help create the holographic heart. This was an astonishingly powerful piece of work, and may well have gone un-noticed.

I share it with you now, and Judith's introduction, in case you too were feeling something was going on during the first weeks of August, perhaps you joined in. For me the words still carry such a powerful energy.

The Ascended Masters are holding Earth’s ascension pathway: three powerful cosmic rays that are moving into our field at different angles, from different parts of cosmic  consciousness, which is the mind of master form. The Earth experienced these rays before at the end of the age of the dinosaurs.  

Sananda explains that these three cosmic rays are intersecting in the Earth. I am being shown a triangle, the points of which intersect in different places on the planet. Two rays intersect and go through the planet and a third intersects the two on the other side of the planet, forming a triangle. The cosmic force of these rays is unprecedented with a vibration that has already begun to affect our ionic balance. I am told that through the ray of the Seventh Ray of Sananda, we are able to support the Earth through what is about to occur.

“All of the energy grids, that have been empowered through the work of light-workers, serve to create a mantle of negative ions, crystal light, healing light and now the Ninth Octave is viable. I, Lord Sananda, speak to you now through my messenger. It is the love that you generate through your hearts, the faith that you have, that creates a new potential for Earth at this time. It is the capacity to move beyond the impact of the hologram when the cosmic rays intersect the planet. You are capable now of moving beyond cataclysm. This refers to the possible end of much of the Earth’s ecosystem, a time of complete change in the atmosphere of the planet. This is your understanding of the end of the age of the dinosaurs when the planet lost its ability to be viable and most of the bio-systems were devastated.  

The formation of consciousness, through Sananda and the Ascended Masters, is now sufficient enough to activate a mantle of energy from the heart matrix and create a holographic heart. The point of intersection is through England. The first two rays intersect in England. Then if you draw an imaginary line, at an angle through the planet, the intersection points, for the second two rays, can easily be located and when the third ray comes through the core of the planet, through the mantle of the planet. The third ray has the potential of tearing the earth’s mantle. It’s the third ray that can have such an impact. The intersection points can trigger the tectonic plates into massive Earth changes. This is avoidable but we, the Ascended Masters, must work with all humans who can connect to us. There are many off-planet, extra-terrestrial intelligences that will assist you in creating a time gap. Earth must be moved beyond space and time for a short duration. The recent intensities over this past week that have been observed are ionic, affected by the ionic changes as these first two cosmic rays enter Earth’s planes. They have not yet intersected, but are expected to do so on the planet onAugust 7^th. 

The harmony of the dove, the harmony of peace, is viable now. The Ninth Octave is essential so that the community of light-workers may focus on the Grandmothers so as to establish a heart matrix, a mantle. This is to stabilize the Earth’s dynamic energy, to prepare to transcend space and time so as to avoid the place, in the space-time continuum, where the rift would tear the mantle of the Earth. The 13 Grandmothers have prepared a time for global peace prayer. We, the Ascended Masters and your benevolent cosmic family, will connect to you at that time. It is essential that everyone form a heart, holographic heart. This holographic heart will sustain the impact of the August 7^th intersection in England and ultimately the Earth will be moved beyond space-time on August 7^th and be returned into this timeline after the cataclysm.  

Some of you may have seen this occur in car accidents where time is spliced and passengers are moved beyond the damage of that accident. We must now do this for Earth. We must move Earth beyond the time frame of cataclysm when the cosmic rays enter the mantle of the planet. This can be done through the opening of a holographic heart on August 5^th and we continue to focus on peace. Those days of August 5^th, 6^th and 7^th are the final days for the manifestation of new consciousness, harmonic polarities and interactions between your mind and the Mind of God, the Heart of Creation.  

It is essential that you maintain your own personal balance, staying in the peaceful centre so as not to allow extreme energies of unresolved fears or any chaos factor to create dysfunction or disharmony. It is essential, after the 5-7 August, that you pray for peace during your daily movements and activities. The community of faith on this planet is a powerful force of creation now.  

You who receive this message will be the transducers for the collective and as you work with this field, try to visualise, through the Ray of Sananda, that the Earth becomes the holographic heart. The heart chakra on the planet will be supported by the cosmic spiral and by all other chakra systems. All other chakra systems support the heart chakra and the Earth will be absorbed in the energy of the heart chakra. This is a time which calls upon your compassion, when your love is to be the force of creation that will transcend physical potential reality and create a different reality through the holographic heart, the Ray of Sananda. This will, in turn, trigger the heart response over these three days that will be felt by all humans, on one level or another. You are asked to feel love, and to feel it powerfully. These three days are essential to the experience of loving communication, loving exchange from the heart source of your God Self. This will trigger waves of the vibration of Sananda throughout the global collective experience.  

We are not asking you to meditate for three days. You are being asked, instead, to be conscious of your actions, thoughts, words and deeds over these three days with a total focus on the heart and on positive thought. Your energy fields generate powerful ionic forces. When you think positively it sustains the Earth through its changes and challenges. When you allow your minds to become occupied with old-paradigm thinking, the ionic field of the planet is actually affected. You are the Bringers of the Dawn. You have stepped forward to be agents of harmony for the polar opposites that create discord through dense vibrations. You must now hold every mind, every human on this planet in thoughts of compassion and support. Lift up your fellow humans, lift them up into the light, lift them up into the heart of Sananda, lift them up into the Ray of Sananda. The whole planet’s vibration, through the Ray of the Dove, through the ray of peace, through the Ninth Octave must sustain a harmony you will have accomplished during your world peace prayers.  

This harmony must be sustained through the 5^th, 6^th and 7^th of August. This is to be accomplished, not just by your prayers and meditations, but by the way you live, for that is the greatest prayer and meditation. Your daily compassion are the greatest prayer and meditation: your daily focus on peaceful communication, on conflict resolution, on dreaming. This will be a powerful time to dream of things which bring harmony to the Earth - the plans that you have for global-renovation projects. This is the time to focus on the manifestation aspect of peace projects, education projects, healing projects. Focus! If you are a healer, focus on your healing during those days. Use your gifts, use your skills. If you are an artist, focus on art. If you are a mother focus on your child. Whatever your vocation and activity, bring your every energy to fruition, through your ability to manifest peace, create beauty and sustain the harmony for these three days. This is the assistance that we, the Ascended Masters, need. A total focus for three days.  

The ionic dissonance has already begun. This transmission advises you of the essential field that you may participate in, together with us and with your cosmic brothers, the cosmic Christ Council, the Brethren of Light, through your cosmic light family, the Cosmic Christ. This message is to be sent into the world web from Lord Sananda. When you receive this message, know with confidence that you have already transcended this challenge. You have nothing to fear. This cataclysm will not be, but your participation is an absolutely essential element of the pattern that will carry you in the transformative sense. This pattern, once the cosmic rays enter Gaia’s Trinity Gate, will open to the cosmic force. But this entrance will have a great impact and you will be able to help avoid any catastrophic effects on the Earth’s mantle and the Earth’s changes. 

We bring this message to your heart and you, the family of light, who are the tools for the Ascension energies. Many of you are already living in ascension patterns, you are living on new timelines. You are to think of yourselves as if in a boat, the Ascension ship, the lightship similar to those which served in the ascension of the Anasazi (or Anastasi) Native American people. You are on that ascension plane now and you can form a life raft for the Earth with the holographic heart of Sananda, the Ray of Sananda. We, the Ascended Masters, will be with you. Your Cosmic Christ Light family supports you and works through you; your masters and guides will work through you. All is in order, all is in Divine and perfect harmony. Your awareness that you truly have the opportunity to transcend this massive cataclysm, creates a pattern for the transformation of your hologram of the planet. 

Once the Gaia gate and the trinity rays are in place in the Earth heart matrix, it will be a powerful cosmic force to facilitate the transformation of the old hologram. It will facilitate into manifest form the new hologram. The Eagle Count Calendar is the time calendar, the rhythm for you to transcend and go beyond all physical potential and no longer be limited by the perception of physical challenges. This has been shown to you, for example, by miraculous cures from cancer. You are no longer limited by the physical body and the Earth which is no longer limited by her historical physical limitations that created Earth changes in the past and during great cycles of change.  

But this is an absolute and ultimate moment for co-operation among the groups of light-beings despite apparent differences. Now is the time for unity, for Sananda’s holographic heart, to sustain the planet and transcend any physical limitations.  

I, Sananda, bring you this message in full confidence, that you have already prepared yourselves. You have surrendered to peace, you have surrendered to faith, and you have prepared yourselves. But these three days will be the ones that open the greatest potential and the greatest opportunity for you. And on August 8, you will reach the Infinity Gate.
