Several years ago I was in a group setting where we were practicing EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). EFT is a healing and energy balancing modality which stems from the core belief that "The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system." And "Our unresolved negative emotions are major contributors to most physical pains and diseases." (For more information kindly visit http://www.emofree.com.) Through a process of tapping on the meridian points of the body, these energy disruptions or blockages can then be released and re-framed.

When I first began experiencing the discomfort of the higher energies hitting my blocked energy spots from toddler rapes, abuse, and much life trauma, this process was greatly helpful in the beginning stages. (Please note that as we progress through the ascension process, many kinds of healing only serve to take us back into spaces where we are no longer vibrating, and thus, healing is no longer needed and is even detrimental. Also, we eventually see that nothing needs to be "fixed" or is wrong once we reach a certain vibration. Our new little ones receiving vaccinations is another example of energies that are totally out of alignment and way too much of a stretch. The vaccinations contain very low level energy and this energy is extremely uncomfortable to these new and higher vibrating babies...and the vaccinations exist in another reality altogether! I am not suggesting or telling anyone what to do here, in this regard. My grandchildren still receive vaccinations, as my daughter feels that this is the right thing. It is always best to go with what feels right to you at the time, as this will place you in alignment with yourself.)

While we were tapping away one evening, something suddenly became vibrantly clear. One of the many wonderful things about EFT, is that is serves to give a person the clear and "real" version of things (without the human mis-perceptions and density). What became so blatantly obvious was that what holds us back so many times, is the human pattern of taking things personally. This is because we tend to view things from our ego stance, or dis-connect stance, or rather, through the filter of our blocked energy. We think that everything is about us.

"How can we not take things personally, when we only attract what we are vibrating in the first place?" you may wonder. What holds true for all of creation, or how creating works, is that we create from both sides. For example: Most of you who are reading this, realize that we are most certainly going through a spiritual evolutionary process while here in form. What created this process, and why did it begin in the first place? It is being fueled from the outside and from the inside. Our positioning in the universe, and the positioning of the planets, is creating it on the outside. So are the solar flares, and basically all of the cosmos. This is resulting in a raising of our vibration. At the same time, we as human beings, and all the non-physical beings, are summoning this process from the inside. So then, everything is happening at once...culminating in one big creation that meets in a portal of creation in the middle.

Did the chicken lay the egg, or did the egg lay the chicken? Which came first? In all of creation, everything happens at once when vibrations reach a certain level of frequency. It is then that manifestation occurs when things culminate through like energies attracting like energies. Similar to always having everything we need, the pieces come together more easily when there is less density. So then, do we attract our experiences, or do our experiences attract us? And how does this relate to not taking things personally?

As we vibrate higher and higher, we shed off our density, or the lower vibrating aspects of ourselves. Higher and lower energies cannot exist inthe same space, and we are now residing in a higher realm. We only react to things if they trigger something within us that is a match in vibration. As we begin to vibrate higher, we then begin to embody higher ways of being, and not reacting to the outside environment is one of these ways of being. Just like all of the nature kingdom, we eventually come to a place where we simply are. The more purified version of ourselves is composed of our special gifts and talents, our connection to Source, and not much else. In this way, we can be shining our brightest light the majority of the time. Everything else belongs to someone or something else.

There are times when we must visit the lower vibrating aspects of reality, as all of the earth is not yet in the same space of vibration and evolution. As always, we can spend time in the denser vibrations, but not for very long, as it is just too unpleasant and at times intolerable. This is the way it was intended. One way to "survive" while dropping down and visiting the lower vibrations is to simply shine our light as brightly as we can. This involves not taking things personally, or reacting to and becoming involved with the dramas that may be occurring. When we interact or respond to these lower vibrating dramas, we then become a part of them ourselves, and only serve to fuel and support them.

In addition, reacting to any lower vibrating dramas (or creations) activates them within us as well (just as receiving certain types of healing does). Eventually, the energies that we have not yet released or balanced within us, simply become dormant. So when we are in a higher vibrating reality, they do not become activated; similar to the process of natural selection.

By simply being who we are at our highest levels, just like a flower would do, for instance, we are then able to raise the vibration we are in, as well as maintaining our own. Staying centered with who we truly are, while maintaining a connection to Source, is the best way to survive any visits to the denser realities. Most things on the outside eventually do not ever belong to us....period.

When we attract situations in our lives that create an emotional response,or charge, this is because we have a corresponding energy pattern that is connected to our dis-connect or ego selves. As we begin to evolve, we can still attract situations or see them unfolding around us, but if we have no particular feelings or emotions about them, then we are free and clear to be who we are at the highest levels. Not taking things personally is one way to do this. Energies we encounter are not always about us. This is one of the reasons I loved writing the energy alerts. The energy alerts served to show us that we are all one, having the same experience. In this way, we need not take things personally. When we all experience the same thing at the same time, we come to know then, that we have not done anything wrong, are not attracting a bad experience because we have an "issue," and everything is as it should be. We are just vibrating higher and going through the same stages of ascension at the same time. All is in perfect order, as this is what we came to do.

Greetings to each of you!

The symbol expressed with this transmission is representative of the perception of "as above so below" to know that all that happens happens everywhere at once and that balance is resident no matter what the perspective. It is only the perspective that changes the experience.

This is indeed a transformational time. My deepest apologies that I am just now getting a message out. I have been moving through somewhat of a dark night of the soul. I have had to wonder just how many of these we must move through in order to achieve the perfection that we know we are.

I have found over recent months that things are not always as they seem. That those who claim to walk their talk only do so until challenged or until they are faced with circumstances that challenge their comfortable perspectives and this can often be painful. My realization of the immensity of this has brought to me both sadness and a determination to continue what I do even more fervently. I have honestly had to look at my own advice from time to time to bring myself back to center. I could not write to you until I found my center again. In short, this isn't my usual newsletter but one from the depths of my soul.

Sometimes life, the universe, Spirit, God, whatever you want to call it challenges our established norm to the enth degree, forcing us to look at what we know, what we think that we know and the outcome is that we know little to nothing. Humility sets in and from there we can begin to see the truth of everything. If we are willing.

I have written since May or June about the triangulations that are occurring and how they are forcing us to face truths that we had not. About how the triangulations are bringing up all of our stuff and the stuff in everyone around us. The triangulations require the truth no matter what. Sometimes those truths are a surprise to us. They are challenges that we must deal with in order to proceed on our chosen paths. Or not. The most recent one, on November 19th was to date the most powerful and life altering triangulation to date. Each intensifies the effects of the one previous and begins to affect us weeks before its actual occurrence.

In my choosing, what I have found is that at the same time that the truth is coming forward in such an intense way, there are also blatant untruths that are front and center. Challenges from the dark side that have forced me to look beyond and into that which I know is light. Wading through those situations for me lately has been an extreme personal lesson. One that I didn't realize that I needed. One that I realize now I needed very much.

Issues of integrity have been forefront. Those people whom I thought I needed, could count on, were not there when I thought I needed them most. The illusion was that I needed. The truth is that I had everything all along. Well for the most part. The rest has come in surprising ways that have both touched me and validated my knowing that there is a greater light that will shine through if only we are willing to see it.

What we believe that we need is all part of the illusion. This can include anything or anyone. Being a human being with the perception of aloneness in this world can be very hard. On the other hand, without all of the static interference that others bring what we find is that the base emotions that we hide from ourselves are exquisite in their love and in their pain. Sometimes the world gets so hectic that we keep moving forward in such a way that we don't notice how we feel, how others are affecting us. We are so intent on our believed purpose that it is as if we have blinders on. We don't acknowledge how the little things are piling up on us and how we are taking more to heart than we realize. Until there is nothing there. And then we notice the emptiness. The depth and height of the illusion that we have created for ourselves. And that can be stunning.

What I am saying to each of you, no matter what kind of life you think you have, take time to notice. Take time to realize the truths around you. Ask yourself if you are seeing little signs that people aren't what you think in relation to your life experience. Tell yourself the truth no matter what.

Most people think that being "famous" is a glamorous way to live. That being so well known comes with an instant package of everything you could ever want. Often what it really means is being set aside in the perspectives of others until isolation sets in and the requirements of the journey are that you can continue with confidence or step forward one foot at a time toward whatever direction feels right. Even when you don't know the direction. Your feet do.

To be a worker of light truly requires an in depth realization of truth. Too many people use their perceptions or metaphysical excuses for why they do or don't want to do something. "Oh, this is a sign that I should or shouldn't do this!" or "I know my path and I am not wavering". When we lose our flexibility we lose all sight of the infinite possibilities that are available to us. We also lose our humility. That which allows us to reach inward to our childish innocence and into the depths of love that is within us.

If we are to survive the shift that is happening right now, the one that we have created, we must work together no matter what. We must be willing to look at each other in the eyes to our very souls and see each other as honest reflections of ourselves. Really see, how each other feels. Who we are and how we can participate with each other in such a way that we co- create a magnificent whole that we really mean.

It is true that when two or more are gathered that we can create exponentially what we could have on our own. But we have to get out of our own selfish ways, our illusions, and live the truth that we mean to create. Much of the immensity of my feelings of late come from my observation that there are many, many people who claim to be workers of the light, warriors of the truth, bringers of love to our world. And yet all of those claims are not truth. The illusion has created a place of comfortable fantasy.

In this now I challenge each of you to shed what isn't so and to come out of your spiritual closets to be the magnificent creatures that you are. Notice those around you. Love them as true reflections of yourselves. Be there for them as you would ask them to be there for you. Extend yourselves beyond your comfort zones. Act. For God's sake act in the way that you want your world to be. We are in serious times. Wake up. Be the truth. Give until you think there is nothing left and then reach way down deep inside and give more. Give of yourselves. And also, learn to receive.

Recently we have witnessed great change in the political realm. We know that there are possibilities available to the U.S. and even now in the world through international relations that things are going to be different from now on. The shift that we have worked so hard on has taken a turn into possibilities of greatness. We are at a pivotal point. We are at the crux of changing the direction of our world just as we have intended. Don't stop now. Act. Be. Love. Know. That anything and everything is possible and you are the creator. Have the courage to soar into the changes that you know can happen.

I love each of you dearly and beyond words. I am grateful to be able to share with you in every way.

Easy-Peasy Palmistry - part two

We’ll complete your hand reading education in this issue by covering the main lines on the palm. They change throughout your lifetime, getting longer or shorter and fading or getting bolder over the years.

The hand shape, skin texture and fingers (which we covered last time) form the fixed, inherited potential of a person; the lines are the individual’s expression of whatever potential they have. Begin by comparing the main lines on both palms (there will probably be other lines visible alongside the main ones, but these are less important). Look to see how different the lines are between the active and passive palms.

If on an adult, the palm lines on both hands are more or less identical, it means the person hasn’t developed and changed a great deal, even though they may have had three children, four husbands and seven jobs.

If the lines are very different – the person has and will change enormously as they age. A few pointers will help you interpret the lines easily. The lines should ideally be clear and easily visible, without chains and breaks.

Straight, red lines are strong torrents of energy, showing a person who is direct and vigorous in nature.

Curved, faint lines are found on more delicate and complex people. If the palm is criss-crossed with hundreds of lines, this shows a high level of stress. It’s known as a ‘full’ hand. It shows a person with an abundance of nervous energy who’s easily overloaded. Always advise them not to take on too much.

Where there are only four, deep lines on the palm, the personality isn’t terribly complex. This is known as an ‘empty hand.’ It shows someone focused within certain mental limits who’s concrete about what they know. They like to be plain and straightforward in dress, manner and thinking.

The major lines should be balanced in terms of how strong and clear they are. If any one line stands out as substantially thicker and bolder, this should ideally be the Vitality line. If not, a person’s life may be out of balance – they’re easily overwhelmed by mental stress, by their emotions or by the demands of work. If any major line crosses the palm from side-to-side or from the base to the top - this creates an obsessive personality. Lines, or offshoots of lines that reach upwards (towards the fingers) indicate optimism, idealism and positive attitudes and events.

Lines, or offshoots of lines that plunge downwards are linked to depression, loss, draining energy and negative experiences. A break in a line shows an interruption in someone's life. If the two parts of the line overlap, they'll move quickly into new experiences; if there's a large gap with no overlap, they'll cease to function and, for the period of the gap, be particularly vulnerable to breakdown and illness.

Always check the quality of a line after a the point where it breaks. If the line becomes clearer, whatever experience caused the break will eventually prove to have been beneficial. Islands and a chained effect in a line indicate an inability to cope with a situation, confusion and stress.

Forked lines indicate diversity. Little bar lines cutting across major lines represent exterior obstacles blocking one’s path – like fences to be climbed over. Each line has a traditional name and a modern one. Both are given in each case. Every line has a symbolic metaphor, which makes it easier to understand.

VITALITY LINE (Life line)

This is the one that strikes fear into people with its reputation of being related to how long one will live! The vitality line isn’t about length of life at all but more the resources of stability and energy an individual has. Think of this line is as a root. It curves around the thumb ball, embedding itself into the base of the palm, creating stability for the personality to thrive. It draws energy, nourishment and vitality into the body, establishing a sense of security.

It’s hugely important in terms of a person being stable and energetic. Physically, it represents the digestive process. If this line’s weak and broken, it doesn’t mean a person will die young. It does mean however, poor energy levels and someone who’s easily uprooted. A weak vitality line would show a someone insecure, restless and nervous; they’ll lack energy, and move house a lot. It’s a sure sign of digestive problems.

A break on the line shows someone being uprooted – a major life shift: relocation, divorce, ill health, emigration or other interruption in stability. If the line’s weak on the passive hand, the person had an insecure upbringing. Perhaps the parents moved around a lot, or family life was unstable. There would have been no sense of permanence. This line becomes stronger if a person can establish fixed, regular patterns of eating, sleeping and exercising. A branch at the bottom end of this line shows a need for adventure and to explore new horizons.

LINE OF EMOTION (Heart line)

The line of emotion is like a river that allows feeling, intuition, empathy, emotions and ideals to flow within us. Its course runs from the palm edge under the little finger towards the index digit. The stronger the line, the stronger the emotions. Deep, red lines show passionate people - faint, chained lines show folk reticent with their feelings.

If this line is short, it will end somewhere below the middle finger. This shows a person unable to feel strongly about anyone, who’s hard to be intimate with. They’ll find it difficult to relate to others and will probably prefer the company of pets instead. If the line crosses the palm completely from side-to-side it shows an emotional compulsive who responds to everyone’s needs except their own.

This is often seen on carers and therapists. A line of emotion which ends between the index and middle fingers has a strongly defined sexuality, and a romantic outlook. A line that drops down towards the line of vitality shows someone emotionally clingy, repressive and potentially jealous; one that can’t let go. Where the line drops or curls back on itself it’s found on people who like to disguise their emotions. Branches at the end of this line indicates someone emotionally complex, who needs a lot of friends from different social groups.

LINE OF INDUSTRY (Fate line/Saturn line)

This is the most variable of the main lines and is often only partially present. It’s common for it not to develop properly until a person is in their twenties or thirties. Try to see it as the road a person walks toward their own fulfilment.

The line of industry creates a sense of character and defines personal goals. Until you have such a line it’s difficult to know yourself, or to be clear about what you want to do. Your lifestyle, habits, values and loyalties are all shown by the presence of this line. If the line’s missing it can be developed by defining personal goals and sticking to them.

A straight line of industry down the centre of the palm shows a balanced personality with an early sense of maturity. If the line starts joined to the vitality line, a practical, conventional lifepath has been chosen. This is common on people who are working in governmental or institutional jobs or those that are guided by parental aspirations. When the line starts deep in the bottom corner of the palm, on the opposite side to and well away from the vitality line, a person puts their own needs first.

This shows someone rebelling against the family’s influence on work and lifestyle. It’s very common in the arts, in social and creative vocations and in the self-employed. It indicates a person who works with people and who draws on their social skills and friendships in life. A weak, scratchy line shows difficulty and stress in finding oneself and establishing personal goals.

LINE OF CONSCIOUSNESS (Head line)

The line of consciousness is about the way we think and this is a huge aspect of our personality. Imagine this line as a light beam showing how far, how clearly and how bright mental illumination is. The longer this line extends across the palm, the further mentally one shines a light into future possibilities and the more that is taken into consideration in making any decision.

Long lines (ending under the little finger) are philosophical and take a long view of things. Short lines (ending under the middle finger) are go-getters, focused on their immediate situation. They’re good at applied skills. Clear, red, lines are found on highly effective characters.

Weak, poorly-formed lines of consciousness are found on timid, chaotic-minded folk. They find it hard to concentrate on anything. A straight line of consciousness is level-headed and unsentimental. A line that crosses the palm completely shows an obsessive mind. A line that drops deep into the bottom corner of the palm shows a solitarily, introverted person. This is often someone who spends a lot of time alone.

You have many close associations with Extraterrestrials, but essentially with those who have had links with you through your evolution on Earth. We the Arcturians are here at this momentous time, because you are our responsibility in the manner that families are found to be close knit. Some of you are actually from our beautiful bright star that lights up the heavens. We are souls as you are, but have moved beyond your present level of awareness. We await our call to present ourselves as part of First Contact, and shall be very active in the areas of healing.

Through various channels we of the Galactic Federation have for a long time fed your consciousness with details of our civilizations. You have found that apart from being more spiritually aware and active, we are not unlike you in the manner in which we live. We have dwellings of a perfected manifestation that have been created by pure thought, and around us are similar plants and animals to yours that live in complete harmony with us. As time proceeds on Earth and the vibrations of all life forms are lifted up, you will experience them coming together in greater harmony and balance than any previous period. You will find that your domestic pets will have a new rapport with you, and you will have greater proof of their ability to communicate with you. Creatures that are normally considered to be wild and dangerous will become calmer, and have less inclination to follow their traditional patterns of behavior.

The higher vibrations are having a calming affect on all forms of life, which includes you. However there are always exceptions, and that includes those Dear Ones who find them difficult to handle. When your vibrations are somewhat lower than average, the new energies can be disturbing as they pull you into the direction of change. The more you resist them the more they affect your life, as they seek to bring harmony where the lower vibrations are concerned. There is of course an overall plan for your upliftment, and those who cannot respond to them in a positive manner will continue to feel uncomfortable. That is unavoidable, and eventually such souls will move off Earth to a more suitable dimension.

You are moving upwards at a fast rate, and the general effect is to awaken you to your real selves. The truth abounds on Earth more than ever before, and all that is out of harmony with it will be either transmuted or removed. Every form of life has a cycle of experience beyond which it must change. History will show that some species of animals have disappeared such as your Dodo, and even more are in transition because of the changing vibrations. As with you, it is not the end but simply a continuation of experience in another cycle at a different level. All continues to proceed ever onwards as evolution never stands still.

We will be active in your knowledge of the different healing modalities, and already you have been moving from traditional methods to those that are more suited to your well being. Sound and color are the foundation of a new approach to health, and any form of treatment that damages your bodies will become outdated. Drugs have served their purpose, but will disappear and become defunct in the face of a more positive approach to your illnesses. There is no reason why cures for all ailments cannot be found and that also includes human disabilities, as there are healing methods yet undiscovered by you that we shall introduce to you. What you may see as miraculous is the application of Universal Laws, and the use of energy through the power of thought. Centers will be set up for these purposes, and we know there are already many of you that can easily apply yourselves to new concepts.

As time progresses and the vibrations continue to increase, you will find that you develop a state of beingness where you are no longer susceptible to disease, as your body cells will have become more crystalline. All of these changes within you are part of the preparations for Ascension, because as many of you already know, you are to ascend with a physical body. Not as you have now, but one that has been prepared for life in the higher vibrations. From now on you will notice subtle changes in your bodies, and it will continue to become more apparent as you lift up. What you will find is that you become more sensitive to the lower vibrations, but with the ability to stay calm and focused on the Light they will not affect you. The truth is that you are no longer at home in the old ones of Earth, and that is why it is necessary to allow for the Ascension of such souls.

What is this energy that is bringing about the changes; it is what has been referred to as the glue of the Universe and it is the higher vibration that you call Love. It permeates All That Is, and that which you call evil or negative is due to the lack of that energy. On Earth you have been experiencing what happens where it is largely absent, and it is a lesson that you came to experience. There is no stability or permanence in the lower vibrations, and it forever keeps breaking up. However, when your foundation is based on Love and expressed both within and without, you can create in perfection and that is indeed your destiny. You have the potential to be much more powerful than you realize, and it is so important that your thoughts and actions are carefully considered. What goes around comes back to you in some measure, and what you wish for others you should really desire for self.

If you can enter upon the path of Unconditional Love, then you are well on your way to completion of your experiences upon Earth. Prejudice and judgment will have no place in your lives if you desire to further your evolution. See all as they really are as part of the whole and equally important to each other. Each of you has your part to play, so concentrate on your future whilst allowing others to experience according to their choice. If they should cross your path know that it would be for a reason, and that you can learn something from every situation you experience.
