There is a tribe upon the Earth, Ancient Lemurians, the Gentle Ones, the Warriors of Love. They are the Ones who Give without thought of reward. Who devote themselves in service to others. They are skilled in Self-denial and in resistance to receiving the abundance which they so generously give to others. They are the Ones who would rather receive pain than inflict it.

They have been persecuted, the strong ones, they have learned endurance through many lifetimes of sacrifice. Theirs is a Love that endures and blesses all that it touches.

These ones have been the Givers, the Rescuers, the Caretakers for so many aeons of Time, it doesn’t occur to them that receiving is the other side of giving.

They are generally short on Confidence, lacking in Self-Esteem, big on Humility.

These are The Gentle Brothers and Sisters that Gaia is embracing now. Those who have held back not wanting leadership are being asked to step forward to show the Way because they are empty of Self.

We have served for so long without hope, without reward because that is Who We Are. LSD is our creed, Love, Service and Devotion.

The Wheel has turned and the Earth Mother is calling her own. She wants us now to receive the Reward. It is coming to us in all ways, through many channels but we keep saying , ”No ,No ,it is noble to be poor, to be lonely, to be unloved, to give without receiving”.

It is Time to Inherit your Kingdom, to receive your true Inheritance. Your Beloved Earth Mother will deliver it to you in the form most appropriate for you. You deserve, you are loveable, you are the Beloved Sons and daughters of The One, who have always kept Faith with All That Is. Great Love is here for you now.

Can you open yourself to receive it? Just say ‘Yes’ and let The Divine deliver it to you in the most appropriate form for you at this Time.

Do you have the courage to receive as much as you have to give? Giving is easier, we stay in control and get the ‘feel good’ effect. To receive is to be vulnerable, to lay yourself open. When somebody wants to give you something they are really saying ‘Will you accept my Love?’. When you refuse the gift you refuse the Love. So the mantra for 2007 is ‘Thank you. I accept’. Practice it and see how easy it gets!

Gaia loves her Gentle Ones. Often seen as weakness in the past, true gentleness of spirit is actually the greatest strength. To hold that place of Love and Compassion when others would hit back in anger, that is the greatest strength. For so many Aeons we have held the Flame of love alive upon the Earth. We are tired, exhausted and falling into despair. In some ways it is getting harder to be on the dense physical plane.
As the Light pours in, reminding us of Home, the place we are in now, so full of darkness just makes the difference seem greater.

We can sense the Greater Love that is awakening the Soul’s Fire to the remembrance of Who We Are, but when we expose ourselves to the negativity that surround us, the task seems hopeless.

How can we be the Love in such devastation, war, violence and injustice. Give yourself the gift of filtering the input that comes into your energy field. Your soul needs all the help it can get to blossom into Love so try a negativity fast. Switch off news and newspapers.

This is the Darkest Hour just before the Dawn.

Your miracle is here just waiting for you to collect it.
Just say ‘Yes’, and allow the Celestial Hosts to deliver to you the harvest of many lives of Devotion.
You deserve to be Loved beyond measure, you deserve a Loving relationship in which you are worshipped, appreciated and adored for the Gift that you are.
You deserve financial freedom, release from material stress.
Your bank account is already full to overflowing just waiting for you to collect!
You deserve to have employment that sets your Soul on Fire.
You think ‘Can this be me ?’ Why not? Who else?

There is a line between service and slavery. Many of us have been fulfilling karmic contracts or Soul contracts where the balance of power has been unequal, we have given without appreciation, have given our power away to those who are only too happy to take it. Slavery serves neither the Master nor the Slave.

There is no more time for karmic contracts to be completed. Time to cut our losses and move on. The Gentle Warriors are on the move. The doors are open and we are the builders of the New World. The energies are all here now to create, Create, Create and to Receive, Receive, Receive.

Put your energy where the Love is. If it doesn’t feel like Heaven get it out. Let your heart lead, your Heart always knows the Way.

Time to put yourself on top of your list of those who deserve your Love. Release the cloak of self denial and love yourself as much as you love those closest to your heart. When Love is given and not appreciated the Inner Child suffers, loses Hope, goes into despair, loses confidence in the value of the gift.

As I travel around the world with those gentle beings who are the caregivers, I hear the same story. Exhaustion, despair, hopelessness. How about rescuing yourself?

Take a good look at your life.. Look at how you feel when you are in relationship with those around you. Which ones lift you up? Which deplete your energy. Who brings Joy? Who brings pain? Why are they in your life? What is the pay-off for putting up with abuse, with less than you deserve? Then change the script beginning with “I deserve to be living a joyous, carefree life filled with Love “

The Holy Spirit descends. The Mother Father God is within you. You are the Pure Vessels of Light who have chosen to carry the Sacred Flame. You have carried it through the Darkness, you have wandered thirty thousand years in the underworld keeping the Flame alight.

This is the time of the Emergence You climb out of the long, dark, tunnel holding the bowl of The Eternal Flame so carefully, as you come to the entrance a hand reaches in. The hand of The Beloved who has come to help you. There is One who has chosen to walk with you, through the Emergence into the light. This One is your Beloved Other the Counterpart of your Soul, the Polarity of Yourself. For Women he is the Knight Protector, husband, lover, friend. For Men She is the Chalice, the Cup of Love. You now carry the Bowl between you.

The Time of walking alone is gone .You have done what few were willing to do. Most of the Children of Light returned to the Light when the Earth Fell to the darkest level of density. You were the Ones who chose to stay, from the great compassion that you held in your hearts for the Human family which is raising itself up from Darkness into Light.

You agreed to stay through the Darkness to hold the Flame for the Many and it has been a long and lonely struggle with many betrayals, much sadness, much grief, many separations and losses
.
As you step out into the Light the female aspect of the polarity pair holds the Bowl in their hands with the Beloved male aspect standing behind with his arms around her, his hands underneath hers supporting her as she holds the Bowl containing The Eternal Flame.

All of your Loved Ones, those you have lost, those who are still in the body and those who have left they are coming now to be reunited in the Flame. There is no more separation. Your brothers, your sons, your sisters, fathers, mothers, daughters husbands and wives, all those we have loved and lost they are all coming back because You are One in the Holy Flame. You have kept it hidden to keep it safe but now Mother Earth is asking and the Children of Earth are asking for the Flame to be revealed. You are the Bearers, Keepers of the Flame. As the Flame is revealed you are bathed in the Holy Fire and this is the Reward.

You have kept your petals closed to keep the Flame safe. Let them open now. You no longer need to hide the Flame because the Cycle is run and the Earth is being reborn through the Flame. Simply open yourself to receive the Reward for many lifetimes of sacrifice. Let go of the Cross and allow the Flame to carry you to the resurrection.

Did I not say ‘I go to prepare a place, I am the resurrection and the Life?’
Did I not say ‘Even as I am lifted up so shall you be ?’
Did I not say ‘I would return?’ I am here, I have come to lift you into the Resurrection through the Flame so let yourself go, surrender to the Flame. I am the Resurrection and the Life and I give to you the gift of Eternal Life for you are worthy, you have already walked the walk and I am come with the Reward.
Allow the Flame to burn away the residue of density. Scarcity, lack, struggle, fear, despair, grief, rage, give them all to the Flame and let them burn.

I am Sananda. I come with Lady Nada, we hold you between us, we hold you in our Hearts Flame. We are Twin Flames that dance together in perfect balance, in perfect union. We call you Beloved and we greet you as One with us. We are One, there is no separation, our hearts fires have been reunited, Our heart Flames burn as One. I am You and You are Me. We are One. The prophecy is fulfilled. This is the second coming . I am come again in You and we are One.

Weep no more My Beloveds. Let Joy enter now. The Grail Knights are returning to serve with the Grail Maidens. You hold the Grail between you. Simply surrender, empty yourself, and be willing to receive. The Rewards of the Kingdom are yours. Man hath not seen nor eyes beheld the marvels of the Kingdom. Just by opening to receive them.

So walk with us now in the beautiful gardens of the Kingdom and let your hearts be at peace. For All is Well .It is time for the Divine Feminine to dance with the Divine Masculine and all is in perfect balance and harmony.

You are held always in the Immaculate Heart of the Father Mother God .

Thought & Universal Laws

What could thought possibly have to do with cause and effect? Since thought has no apparent measurable physical structure, it is considered to be spiritual. You can't see it, smell it, touch it, taste it, or even feel it, but we know it exists. It exists only as a vibration.

Remembering what we have learned from the Law Of Attraction we know that vibrations that are of a particular frequency and intensity, attract to themselves alike vibrations, to bring into the physical world the result of the initial seed that was planted - in this case, thought. Just as the sunflower seed required nurturing (sun and water) your thought seed will grow according to whatever you feed to it or nurture it with. The thought, just like the sunflower seed, can only produce an outcome that is in relation to, and correlates with the seed that is planted. If your thought seed consists of fear, anxiety and doubt, we now know that through the predictable and unwavering Law of Attraction, those thoughts can only grow into and produce that which is in relation to the seed planted, and you will receive fearful, anxious, and doubtful results.

But here is the incredible news! By nurturing the original thought seed with healthy, concise, focused, and positive elements, it must produce results in relation to the seed planted! Plant the seeds of abundance and happiness and nurture them, then abundance and happiness must sprout and grow from them. Plant the seed of healthy, positive and fulfilling relationships, and healthy, positive and fulfilling relationships must grow. Plant the seeds of incredible health and vitality and incredible health and vitality must grow from them. The only thing that you have to do is nurture those seeds with correct thought and allow the incredible and unwavering power of the Law of Attraction to attract to you, the exact results that you desire! That is how the Law of Cause and Effect operates.

Now that you have a clear understanding that whatever acts you perform are subject to a precise reaction or process (Cause and Effect), you can then make a conscious choice as to what thoughts you think and which actions you take (or not take), and limit them to only those which will produce what you want into your life. So how do you know which actions to choose? Quite simply, by only choosing those things (thoughts, words and actions) that are in alignment with whatever it is that you are trying to attract.

The only possible thing that can stand in the way of you receiving your desires is you. It is up to you to make the conscious choice to change your thoughts, words, and actions which, with repetition, establishes the belief in your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind (including your spiritual consciousness) then releases into the atmosphere and emanates those vibrations of the thing desired which attracts to it, the events, people, circumstances, and situations that allow it to manifest or occur. You only have to be receptive to them. It is important to expect them and look for them as they occur. Believe me, if you will follow this process, they will come!

My core concepts, through study and understanding, have evolved at present to hold that we are a mass of conscious energy manifesting as matter and that this consciousness is creating our experience of reality. This is the illimitable superior spirit, the Divine, the Source, the One, God whatever it is you resonate with. The knowledge, wisdom, information, & therapies offered by Beyond The Body is able to assist in the process of transition together with the paradigm shift that is now underway, enabling individuals to become the creators of their life! We are now emerging into a place where we can consciously create the life and health we desire instead of having life and health happen to us.

To start with lets consider that all of this creation begins in the mind of the person
(I will explore mind at a later stage). What we perceive, conscious or unconscious, is subject to the limitations and distortions produced by our inherited and socially conditional nature. However, we are not restricted by these, we can change. Change is a choice and change can be difficult. Naturally Human Beings like stability and generally resist change, however, the process of change is ongoing and has been set in motion long ago. Individually we experience the nature of change happening very organically from birth through to death, and we see many on this natural journey trying to defy this process, generally with unpleasant outcomes. Nature/ life/consciousness is continually birthing, growing then dying off for new life to emerge. Collectively we are living through a monumental time in human history, a time where we are now standing on the verge of a whole new way of knowing, viewing and experiencing the mystery of life and health! The paradigm is shifting and the more people that are learning, understanding and collectively living this wisdom the more it will be experienced manifesting in our reality.

Paradigm shifts tend to be most dramatic in sciences that appear to be stable and mature, as in physics at the end of the 19th century, and at this time in the science of medicine. At the end of the 19th century, physics seemed to be a discipline filling in the last few details of a largely worked-out system. In 1900, Lord Kelvin famously stated, "There is nothing new to be discovered in physics now. All that remains is more and more precise measurement." Five years later, Albert Einstein published his paper on special relativity, which challenged the very simple set of rules laid down by Newtonian mechanics, which had been used to describe force and motion for over three hundred years. In this case, the new paradigm reduces the old to a special case (Newtonian mechanics is an excellent approximation for speeds that are slow compared to the speed of light).
I tend to be pulled towards the ‘wayshowers’, ‘heretics’ revolutionary and visonary forebearers to inform my life and my work. What they imagined to be possible, that which was dismissed as lunicy, dark magik, sacraligious, was the light showing us the way to a brighter future, full of awe and possibility, if only we can believe the unbelievable

Being the change you wish to see in the world, as spoken so beautifully by Mohandas Mahatma Ghandi is the only way we will create the world we all speak of living in, to experience peace we must BE peace, to experience Love we must BE Love, whatever it is we are desiring to experience in our life we must develop the awareness and desire to first manifest it in and of ourselves.

We have always been co-creators of our own experiences! Only now, at this time in human history we are taking quantum leaps in understanding our universe and gaining insight into the development of the abilities at work in this creation and we are now beginning to do this consciously and truly become the Creators of our world as we desire. As we move at this accelerated pace our state of consciousness is transforming and transcending at great leaps, many are awakening as our conscious awareness expands.

So with this in mind, if our thoughts create our reality, and if our thoughts are directed by our emotions, and these in turn are guided by our internal belief patterns (conscious and unconscious) an opening for great change can occur by actively choosing to work with this! How? By developing awareness in each and every moment …….. Present Moment Awareness

Through the creation and development of this awareness of our feelings, thoughts, words and actions we can begin to experience transformation in our life, health and well-being.

Re-creating our world! -- The Exercise

Here’s how to do it and why:

There is a massive change—sometimes called “The Shift”—occurring as you read this. It is a world-wide change, with the year 2012 as its anchor point, which is affecting every detail of our lives, from top to bottom. The world has been dominated for an impossibly long time by the ideas of separation, lack, greed, and taking. It is rapidly changing to a place whose fundamental energies are unity, love, joy, and giving. That process has been set underway and the end result is no longer in doubt. We will get there. What is in question is the path we will take to get there, and how long it will take. The answer to those questions will be decided by those of us willing to work toward a better world, starting now.

The primary purpose of this paper is to tell you how.

The secondary one is to give hope to people of all ages, especially the ex-hippies and aging Baby-boomers who see the efforts of their younger years fading away under a barrage of militant capitalism and morally defunct expansionism. This is not “the end of the world.” It is the end of a world-system of control and abuse. It is the birth of a world where peace is actually possible.

I have seen a remarkable number of well-meaning people lately talking about the end of the world. They say AIDS or Bird Flu, Global Warming or The Death of the Bees, Terrorists or The NWO, or any of a thousand other “scares of the moment” will soon destroy it all. This kind of hopeless thinking is shared by so many that the world’s children are suffering. A recent study showed that HALF of children between the ages of seven and 11 are anxious about the effects of global warming and often lose sleep over it. The traditionally more positive people such as New Age and spiritual groups are succumbing as well. An increasing number of posts about horror and the end of the world are being seen on discussion groups and blogs. Maybe the largest group falling under the sway of the global depression scam is that of the aging baby boomers. A well-meaning, intelligent and politically active member of that group recently got angry at me for suggesting the world might be improving. Let’s call her Diane. Diane practically shouted at me when she said, “I am an optimist… and I don’t buy that ‘the world’s getting better’ crap!”

In fact, people are living longer, resources are more available to us, racism is down, oppressive governments are far fewer, women and minority populations have much greater rights than ever, crime rates are remarkably down in major cities all over the world, incidence of disease per capita in much of the world is lower than it’s ever been. There are far greater efforts to protect the environment. Military conflicts are decreasing the world over. Travel is cheaper, easier and safer than ever. The internet provides information and diverse opinions at a scope unbelievable even 20 years ago. Most of the world’s population is healthier, safer, more comfortable, more able to travel, longer-lived, wealthier, and generally better off than any time in the last several thousand years. (Do a Google search for “world getting better” and see what you find.)

If it’s all getting better, then why is there so much bad news? There are three very simple reasons. One, technology is better. 200 years ago if someone was angry at his university, he might beat a few people before he was stopped. Today, the technology is there to easily harm much larger numbers. Two, the news spreads information much faster. 100 years ago, a storm or other crisis would be known about by those who suffered it. Now it is almost instantly known by everyone around the globe. When you watch so much more of the world, you are going to see more painful things. Three, the News is getting darker. I remember 30 years ago seeing the entire front page of the paper dedicated to the city pool being repainted. There were lots of side stories about how it would be more fun and how folks were enthusiastic about it. Back about page D4, there was a tiny one paragraph article saying some 70 people had died in a horrific train accident in India . Now the horror is always on the front page. News is big business now and business is about sales. The more newspapers they sell, the more money they make. And bad news sells better than good news. The world is no worse off than it ever was, you just see more of that bad news than you used to.

I recently ran across a book with a large number of statistics that indicate that the world is improving. The book, The Progress Paradox by Gregg Easterbrook, has received a lot of press, both positive and negative. However, even if he made up 1/3 of his facts, the remaining ones tell such an overwhelming story that the book is worth reading. For those interested enough to do the research, Gregg cites resources for every fact he shares. It is thus highly unlikely that he made them up. The raging against his ideas comes from the same emotional source as the comment I received from Diane. Many people simply don’t want to accept that things might be getting better. They are.

An interesting question is why is it getting better? Gregg cites a surprising number of trends that appear to have swung from bad to surprisingly good, most starting at the end of the 1980s or in the early 1990s. Among those is the destruction of the Berlin Wall, the end of Apartheid, the fall of the Soviet Union and the end of the arms race, the dismantling of over 90% of the strategic nuclear warheads in the world. Wow! How could such incredibly positive changes go unnoticed? Something appears to have happened at the end of the 80s that kicked off this slide toward a healthier world. What was it?

The harmonic convergence, according to Wikipedia, was “a loosely organized New Age spiritual event which occurred on August 16 and August 17, 1987, when groups of people gathered in various sacred sites and mystical places all over the world to usher in a new era.” The idea was simple. If enough people got together and began to meditate and intend a world of peace and harmony, it would begin to happen. Enough people did… and it did. The big change began back in 1987 and continues today.

If there is a change for the better, then why is there so much “bad stuff” happening? Simple. Almost anything alive is afraid of death. Organisms fight and struggle against it. That’s what is happening. The old world is dying. Its systems of abuse, corruption, manipulation, deceit, and control are fading away. Just before something dies, its struggle to live intensifies for a brief time. A corpse will tense up and kick and fight in its last moments of life. What is happening in the world is this ‘kicking of the corpse’ of the old systems. They are doing all they can to hold onto their last moments of life. May they rest in peace.

The old systems are dying. The Shift has already happened. The outcome is certain. There are however two questions that remain. “How long will it take to bear fruit?” and “How smoothly will it happen?” This is where you come in. This is where you can begin to make a very big difference.

There is another important item that has recently received large amounts of both acclaim and criticism. That is the movie The Secret. It has a simple, easily-understood and life-changing message. Simply put it is this: You can make a difference. By beginning a system of simple exercises that take only a few minutes each day, your life will begin to change dramatically. The book The Jackrabbit Factor by Leslie Householder shares the same ideas as The Secret but simpler and in more detail.

Doing these exercises alone can change your life. If several of us do them together, they will have an even larger effect. If thousands of us, around the world, begin to apply this level of understanding we can change the world. And we get better with practice! If we work together regularly, we will begin to see truly amazing changes in our world. The specific details are below.

There is a huge and beautiful change happening in the world today. This Shift has been going on for a while and is accelerating. Ideas of separation, lack, greed, and taking are being replace by more familiar ones like unity, love, joy, and giving. This Shift is happening and it is inevitable. However, it can be sped up or slowed down. It can happen with more or with less pain and chaos. The deciding factor is you. If you are willing to commit to spending a few moments once or twice a month, we can significantly increase the speed at which this is all happening. Together, we can make a dramatic difference in our world.

The Exercise:

Who: We would like to see 100,000 people working together in this project to change the world

When: Focus with us on healing the world on the 2nd and the 22nd of each month. Ideally around noon local time, though any time during the day you can manage 5-10 minutes will work. We will continue until December 22, 2012.

Where: Your location doesn’t matter. The energy will connect us all, no matter where we are.

What, the first time: Sit down and create a list of what you feel the ideal world would be like. Put lots of emotion, enthusiasm and detail into your description. If you would like some suggestions, check out our ideas. If you want to send your suggestions to us, we may be able to add them to our list for others to see. You only need to create this list the first time. Every other time you do this exercise, you can use the same list. Change it, of course, whenever it feels right to do so.

What, ongoing: Sit down some place where you won’t be disturbed. Read through the things on your list. Once you have them in mind, close your eyes. Spend the next few minutes imagining a world where these things are true. You don’t have to create them. You don’t have to DO anything. Just imagine them as already finished. Imagine the world perfect. Hold this image or feeling of a perfect world in your heart and mind for a few moments. Then express deep and heart-felt thankfulness… and stop. Let it go until next time. It’s that easy.
