Impending Event Alert - Matthew Speaks

A friend copied me an article from Matthew published below which was in answer to a question about an impending energy alert from the Arlington Institute. When I contacted Suzy Ward (Matthew’s Mom), she thought it would be useful to publish the event alert first, then Matthew’s response, to give the piece some perspective and context. I hope you find them both interesting and enlightening and many thanks to Suzy for giving us permission. Looking at the dates of this alert and the subsequent collapse of the world banking system, we might be forgiven for matching the two? I'll leave that for you to judge.

Here at the Arlington Institute, we have worked with real precognizant dreamers who have had experience with intelligence services and we have subsequently learned about the hundreds of case studies of individuals who had explicit dreams about the 9/11 affair (people jumping out of burning high rise buildings, etc.), beginning some six months before the event. We have been intrigued with the notion that the human collective unconscious somehow anticipates large impending perturbations. Our WHETHEReport project, for which we are looking for funding, is in fact based upon this dynamic. In telling people about this project I have received strong confirmations of the efficacy of the underlying logic from many individuals around the world.

Well, in the last two days I have received four independent, explicit indications from far removed friends suggesting that something very substantial and disruptive is going to happen to the U.S. within the next 60 days or so. If these warnings manifest themselves in an event of the significance of something like 9/11 then people all over the world should begin to experience dreams and other intuitions suggesting that something extraordinary is about to happen.

So I'm asking you to participate in an experiment with us. If you, or someone you know, experiences any kind of significant suggestion (dream, intuition, etc.) that something big and disruptive is about to happen in the coming weeks, send us a note and tell us about it. We'll compile them all and see if we can find any patterns or pointers toward an actual future event. Just cut and paste the form below into an email and fill it out and send it in. I'll let you know what happens. If you have multiple experiences, please send them along too. You don't need to include any identification and we'll certainly keep all of this information confidential.

This is Matthew with loving greetings and our perspective of the potential for a "very substantial and disruptive" event, perhaps even another "9/11," happening during the next sixty days. The collective consciousness, or universal mind, that some individuals have the ability to tap into includes all thought forms, both light and dark, from The Beginning of Creation. Relative to dark thought forms, those of antiquity were attracted by those in the planning of "9/11," and the force of that combined energy enabled the Illuminati to manifest that tragic day. That is when Earth chose never again to experience such death and destruction at the hands of dark ones, and in honoring her free will choice, God authorized off-planet helpers to use their technology to prevent all such unconscionable attempts anywhere in the world. Since then they have done so successfully on as many as a dozen occasions.

Let us speak of this moment. The activity in Earth's energy field of potential is in as much foment as we have ever seen, with ever-increasing light streamers to preclude more zig-zagging of the kind the dark ones have been causing by lashing out in all directions in deepening desperation and fear. These Earth puppets of the darkness (NOTE from Michael: see my book "Life in the DEAD ZONE" -- 'Handler, source of these 'dark puppets....) have been seeing their power erode to the extent that it is "do or die" time, and despite their failure in plot after plot, they feel that they still have a chance to prevail if they can prevent both of the following scenarios that indeed will be "very substantial and disruptive" events. They cannot prevent either.

First, the undeniable presence of other civilizations. If safety cannot be assured for people on the planet and souls in the star nations themselves for their announced appearance October 14, the delay in that occurrence would not be lengthy--simply, the time for this has come. And when it happens, it will be extremely disruptive especially within the US government, which long has been under Illuminati control and thus denied even the possibility of other civilizations' existence, much less admit that extraterrestrials have met with its leaders and the consequences meted out to those beings who came with only peaceful intentions.

Second, the truth about who planned and executed "9/11." In the higher vibrations in which Earth is now orbiting, that truth cannot be hidden much longer; when it emerges along with its even deeper purpose than controlling oil resources in the Mideast, which is to dominate the entire planet and kill or enslave its peoples, the Illuminati's long reign of terror will meet its just end.

The global impact of these two major events is part of the ongoing world transformation and spiritual renewal of Earth's humankind, the God-blessed "ascension" joint venture with your space brotherhood that all of you on the planet chose in pre-birth agreements to be participants.

It is equally important that you know what other individuals who also have the ability to tap into the collective consciousness are seeing. Many are accurately seeing what we have described in Earth's Golden Age --the loving, peaceful life of all peoples, the restoration of your planet's health and beauty, the harmonious co-existence of humankind with all of Nature. In this wondrous Earth that is on the near horizon and already created in the continuum, there is no fear, no violence or greed or bigotry or any other divisiveness that thrives in a third density world. The choice is yours as to which world you want to be in, but because of our unconditional love for every soul, we pray you will choose the one of love and peace.

'Warm, Watered and Well Fed is Better'

The Carbon Sense Coalition today claimed that all government efforts to stop global warming and cut carbon dioxide emissions were anti-life and against the interests of all mankind.

The Chairman of "Carbon Sense", Mr Viv Forbes, said that this generation of foolish politicians are the first in history to complain about the beneficial effects that have always accompanied the periodic but short warm eras that punctuate earth’s history.

"The human story is intimately tied to the grand cycles of climate and the Chicken Littles should study these before squawking.

"Distant climate history is well recorded in rock strata, ice cores, tree rings, ancient shore lines, marine sediments, pollen distribution, fossil occurrences, coral reef growth, distribution of ancient vegetation, stalactite growth rings and carbon isotope ratios. More recent history is abundantly supplemented in clay tablets, cave paintings, rock art, ancient scrolls, inscriptions, historical events and records, monuments and epitaphs, the rise and fall of empires and direct records of temperature, sun spots, river levels, rainfall, droughts, floods, heat waves and bone chilling blizzards.

"Anyone who studies these records will see that eras warmer than today are periodic but short chapters in the earth story. The most recent major ice age ended a mere 11,500 year ago, when the Modern Interglacial commenced. Since then, earth has experienced five warm eras.

"In the first warm era starting about 4300 BC, the Sahara bloomed with plants, forests spread over Northern Europe and Canada and there was sufficient water for irrigation in Arabia. This era ended when blizzards and ice returned for nearly 1,000 years. Another short warm era started about 1450 BC, but was ended by another bout of cold dry weather that caused depopulation in Greece and Turkey and hardship everywhere.

"In the Roman Warm era, starting about 250 BC, the world smiled again and populations grew. But the warmth was cut short by the return of the snows which forced Vikings and Norsemen out of their frozen North to pillage and then colonise warmer southern lands.

"Then we had the Medieval Warm Period, starting about 800 AD, a time of great achievement and prosperity. Farmers moved back into Scotland and Norway, Greenland was colonised and corn was grown. Vineyards produced wine near Manchester, in East Prussia and Norway. Even Tasmania warmed up. Trade and industry flourished and people had surpluses for culture and education. Cambridge, Oxford and Bologna Universities were founded and cathedrals and temples were built at Westminster Abbey, Notre Dame, Canterbury, Cologne, Florence, Castile and Angkor Wat.

"But Jack Frost returned with the Little Ice Age starting about 1300 AD. Famine, food riots and disease again stalked Europe. Glaciers advanced, ice caps expanded, droughts and blizzards became more common and gales wracked Europe (and destroyed the Spanish Armada). Frosts killed orchards, North Sea cod moved south, food prices soared and farms were abandoned. In Scotland and Norway the capitals moved south and villages were abandoned. The Greenland colony perished. During the frigid years of the Dalton Minimum (1790 – 1820 AD) Napoleon’s Grand Army perished in a bitter Russian winter.

"Then in 1860, with no help from men burning coal or oil, earth started to warm again. This continued until 1942. A cooling spell from 1942 to 1976 had the Alarmists worried that the ice was about to return, but warming resumed from 1976 to 1998. Temperatures have been cooling slightly since then, despite the boom in burning of coal and oil.

"Even a casual glance at climate and human history will show that the warm eras like today are far more beneficial for all life than the cold dry eras.

"People prefer warm climates. They do not flock to Alaska, Archangel or Antarctica for winter – they head for Bermuda, the Black Sea or Bali. All over the world, the human race is migrating towards the sun belts – Florida, the Riviera, and Capricornia – very few volunteer to live in Siberia or Patagonia. President Putin voiced what many Russians must think – "a bit of warmth would be welcome here".

"Moreover, a bit of warmth would vastly increase the land suitable for growing food and fibres. On the other hand, a slight cooling would take much of the farmlands of Canada, Northern Eurasia and New Zealand out of production, and parts of Tasmania and Victoria may have to convert from producing wheat and dairy products to farming caribou or reindeer.

"Warm eras also provide more rainfall because of the additional evaporation from oceans, lakes, snow and ice, followed by additional precipitation via rain and snow.

"When warmth and moisture are combined with more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, the beneficial effects on plant life are multiplied. A doubling of the CO2 content of the air would have insignificant effect on global warming but would have marvellous effects on plant (and then animal) life:

Growth rate of herbaceous plants would increase 30%

Growth rate of forest plants would increase 50%

All plants would be more tolerant of drought and heat

Food production would need less land and less artificial fertiliser

"All of this magic can be achieved by allowing man’s activities to recycle more CO2 and water to the atmosphere. Why then are politicians taxing carbon and encouraging people to waste money on foolish schemes such as trying to bury valuable carbon dioxide in artificial and expensive carbon cemeteries?

"The whole animal kingdom, including mankind, relies totally on plants to survive. Without grasses and cereals on land and plankton in the sea, most of mankind would starve.

"All plants need moisture, warmth, and carbon dioxide to grow and flourish. Why then are we having hysterics because the earth is currently blessed with more than average of these three magic life sustainers?

"Even the dumbest sheep in Australia knows that being warm, watered and well fed is better than being cold, thirsty and starving.'

"Maybe we should give sheep a vote?'

The New You

So, dear one, you have cleared out the past. The past is gone – only a distant memory. It takes too much effort to even try to recall it. Don’t even try. Don’t call it back. Let it go completely. For you may now enter each new moment without limitation. You may live in the everlasting present moment. What a gift you have given yourself. What a present!

This is a new beginning. And you may feel like a newborn baby – seeing the world through new eyes – experiencing it again for the first time. And indeed you are a newly born God or Goddess. Do you see now, that your body cannot contain you? Don’t you feel that you are much more than your body, much more than your thoughts, much more than your emotions? Your spirit cannot be contained. Your awareness of yourself as a Divine Creator expands and expands.

As you let go of the hidden and suppressed slings and arrows of the past and replaced that cellular memory with the higher vibrations of light -- you raised your vibration. And as your vibration continues to ascend to higher and higher levels – your Divinity descends to meet it and takes up residence in your physical body. You are anchoring your Divinity on to the Earth, blessed one. And in so doing, you are doing your part to anchor Heaven on Earth.

As you move through this transition Divine One, you may experience some discomforts that are usually associated with what we might call growing pains. These discomforts arise because you have raised your vibration and your awareness. But you may still be living in the middle of the forms that you created in an earlier level of vibration and awareness. The forms I am speaking of, dear one, are things like relationships, jobs, physical locations, life styles, habits and behavior patterns. Do not be attached to the forms dear one. They are temporary and they will shift now to align with your new level of vibration and awareness.

Relationships might shift or dissolve. You might find that you are uncomfortable in your home or location. Your job might become too uncomfortable to bear. Let go of these forms – or you might find that the universe just moves them away from you.

You may enter a period of time known as the void. The void is a wonderful time. It is the space of creation. It is the time in between. It is as if you are sitting down to dinner and you have finished eating the first course and the plates have been cleared away. You are now waiting for the next course to be served. The next course will be served, my love. This is also a time of great trust. It is an opportunity to exercise patience. Because what is patience, but a trust that everything will manifest in Divine Right Timing. Because you have heard it said that the universe loves and lives to fill a void. So the void is necessary. It is good. It is confirmation that you have successfully let go of the past. And now you have created space for the new forms.

You may experience the void at any or all of the four levels – emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually.

You may experience an emotional void as not getting emotionally charged anymore. If you were used to riding an emotional roller coaster – you will notice a difference here. If you were very attracted to drama – you may even find this disappointing – or at least – non-stimulating. It may be that situations that used to push your buttons – don’t any more. This is actually a lack of attachment – You may drop your attachments -- to a person, to a situation, to an activity. You may experience a lack of attachment to particular outcomes. This non-attachment to outcomes is very desirable. It does not suggest a lack of caring – but a sense of loving allowance for things to be as they are. And a loving allowance for others to be where they are. For you begin to realize that in every moment, everything and everyone are just as they should be. It is all good. It is all perfect.

You may see that closely held mental patterns fall away. The old ways of explaining life and relating to it don’t work anymore. And in the void, you may not know how to think about something. It means you are not judging. It means you are not attached to the outcome. It is a good thing. Let it be. New ways of thinking like a Divine Creator will emerge. In the meanwhile, let yourself spend time in No Thought. When you quiet your mind, you allow Divine Inspiration to speak to you. When you quite your mind, you can hear your heart. There is great power in the mental void of no thought.

Physically, you may experience changes. Your body is shifting to accommodate the new vibrations. Physical discomforts my surface while your body detoxifies. The clearings released dense physical drama from your cells. They need to move out of the body so your body can begin to heal and rebuild. Drink plenty of pure water to flush the toxins through. Take apple cider vinegar baths to draw out the toxins. Treat your body with respect. Re-evaluate the way you take care of yourself. Look at your eating patterns, exercise patterns and sleeping patterns. Feed your body pure, wholesome, nutrition. This is a time to begin supporting the Divine Body as it regenerates.

Spiritually, you may find a void as some of your spiritual beliefs or practices may want to shift. You may actually experience a change in your spiritual guides and teachers. You are at a new - higher level of vibration and your guidance and lessons will shift to accommodate your new levels.

While you are in the void, you may experience a feeling of "I don’t know what to do." The only activity is that is required in void is to just take good care of yourself. Let the Divine Mother in you nurture the Divine Child – the newborn -- that you are. Hold yourself in loving arms. Nurture and pamper yourself with love and tenderness. Take this time to just be – without DOING anything. Spend your time doing those things that bring you joy. For you may suddenly find that you have plenty of time on your hands. Do those things that you love, but usually never have time for. Take a nap, take a walk, take a bubble bath. Go to a movie. Sit by the fire and stare into it for hours.

The more love and trust you have in the void, the easier and faster your new life will appear. Your destiny will unfold, your life’s purpose will reveal itself. This will happen when there is no resistance. Resistance can look like fear and impatience. It can look like being attached and not wanting to let go of the old forms. Love yourself, trust yourself and Spirit and let go of attachment. Love, trust and let go. Love, trust and let go. Love, trust and let go. That’s all you need to do in to void.

The New Holographic Matrices- Pleiadian High Council

In your world affairs many are beginning to realize that the truth can no longer be repressed by the few who wish to dominate the land. A tide has turned and the current is too strong to swim against and many are losing the strength to resist the unyielding cosmic flow.

It is, however, with great honor and prestige that the mighty and the few who begin to rise to the surface now will be noticed for their glory in lieu of selfishness or greed. The story of the past can no longer precipitate the planning for the future, for the future beckons new perspective, new levels of consciousness that are rising to serve the planet as a whole.

The new stewardship of earth will be governed by those who have attained high levels of light and love within, those who emanate and radiate that light outward to restructure the very particles of matter in existence.

This new type of leadership is coming of age and all those who awaken to serve the new direction of the planet will be swept up in the momentum of the great upward spiral of evolution. Some of the changes will seem simple in nature, yet comprehensive in scope. Some will seem revolutionary.

The new stewards of the land are gearing up to lead the mass population to their destiny now, a destiny which has deep roots in ancient ways. These members of the galactic brigade for a new earth are seeded with the bio-genetic codes of the future and the once dormant receptors encoded within the strands of your deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) are now enlivened.

Activated by consciousness, these genetic triggers are timed by specific levels of electromagnetic frequencies which are now permeating the planet's bio-sphere, emanating from earth's central core and radiating from the new sun.

Adamantine Particles

The new earth is comprised of crystalline Adamantine particles that are restructuring the very form of matter as humanity awakens to the pure vibration of love. These particulates contain within them the intelligence of divinity in form; new ways of being and living in love.

All matter is composed of intelligent elementary particles responsive to consciousness. The particles of ages past held within them codes of survival mechanisms that resulted in polarity through separation consciousness. Adamantine particles have contained within them the encoded intelligence of harmony, wholeness, of resurrection and unity consciousness.

To access these intelligent codes one must give & receive pure love through the sacred vessel of the high heart. The high heart, directed & regulated by the thymus gland in the physical body, is the center for receiving and radiating the energy of love. This center must be fully charged, fully open and capable to surrender to the higher will to manifest spirit into form.

The higher will is the will of the highest good for all and is contained within the genetic blueprint of each and every incarnate. The purpose of the high heart is to map out the path of universal love for each and every living being through magnetic resonance.

The cocreation of divine love can only be accessed and magnetized through the purity of consciousness which is how those with pure heart will mold and restructure the new earth. What this means on a global scale is exponential, for the technological advancement of the species will be made available through these particles of pure intent for the purposes of global upliftment.

The restructuring process will be precipitated by a consistent flow of new intelligence that will permeate any lower existing thought forms contained within the grids of those holographic reality structures.

Those with pure intent will have access to this revolutionary intelligence contained within the advanced particulates of light and rendering much of the old planetary systems obsolete while serving to advance the species through higher intelligence.

Those with contracts to serve on higher planes of existence will in fact be anchoring the new vibrations of earth through the awakened DNA within their human biology. This will serve two purposes.... to fulfill contracts of service through the formation of information super-highways for galactic technology, and to form new holographic matrices for those preparing to embark upon the journey of ascended 5th dimensional living and being.

Many who have attained high levels of truth through the cleansing of toxic karmic debris will be serving in the final frontier. The final frontier is the code given to those who chose to bridge the gap between worlds, rather dimensions, as the examples and way-showers of the pure potentiality available through the matrices of universal love.

These way-showers will be stationed in visible locations as the pioneers of new earth. You who see clearly will be given tools to share your visions with the world. You who know the light and the way will be given the resources to implement those visions into form.

The time has come for those awakened warriors to take the first step in action of ascended living. The first brigade will lead by example and all who follow will continue to pave the way for the future of humanity. As the torch is passed along in service to mother earth and her inhabitants, the light will illuminate every dark corner and revitalize all in its path.

We serve as the council of light overseeing planetary affairs to propel the advancement of the human species through bio-genetic recoding.

The Glory and Magnificence of Self-Responsibility

There are lots of channelings and discussions about ascension – what it means, what the symptoms are, how to cope, how it might affect your life, etc. On a lofty level these discussion seem to make sense, be fairly accurate and appear very exciting. What happens in the details of our every day lives?

We forget.

We forget that if we are as powerful as we hear, and sometimes want to believe, that we are responsible for our choices. All of our choices – even the ones we are unaware of consciously. We forget that as multidimensional beings we make choices on all sorts of levels of our being that influence how we feel, what we believe, how we react, who we attract (or don’t attract) and how we act in the body that is living as human on earth at this time.

And Oh My – the glory of having choices and the ability to change them!!

This means I don’t have to wallow in sorrow if I don’t want to. It means if I don’t like my life I can choose differently. It means if I keep trying something and it isn’t producing the results I want I change what I am trying or HOW I AM REACTING!! I never have to pretend to be a victim buffeted about by the whims of others. Now this is REAL power.

How do I know when my inner being has made choices that I may not like? I look at my life. Where am I not happy or where do I feel uncomfortable or worse? That is where there is energy or beliefs within that are influencing me in ways I no longer want.

I was sick for months earlier this year. I couldn’t get well no matter what I did physically and it kept getting worse no matter what doctor I went to. I truly believe totally that physical symptoms/events come about because of my own inner energy. So in desperation, I stopped going to doctors, and I began to listen to every spiritual talk I could find. I sought out uplifting speeches and messages online. I found several alternate healers in town who each helped with a piece of me feeling better. I also asked all my psychic friends to help. I made plans to take several trips this summer so I would have something to look forward to. As I began to feel better emotionally I was more open to my own intuitive guidance about what next step to take. Eventually I was led through some incredible visions, healing, and energy and perception shifts.

Other than no longer being sick and feeling better not much has changed in my every day physical life, except I quit one of the jobs I had, three more friends are gone from my life and am planning for a craft fair. All the things that depressed me last January are still true but my attitude is completely different because I released so much old pain and fear along the way. I have hope and can actually feel that events in my life are changing for the positive.

If you are still in pain over an event that happened 3 years ago, or still have physical symptoms of an illness that isn’t healing, or are not attracting the kind of people or jobs you want, do something different. Stop trying the doctors or psychologists if they are not helping (use your own judgment about this – some of you may need to continue with these medical professionals until you make more changes). Assume there is some energy or belief within that is contributing to all of this and make a choice to allow it to change. Forgive yourself for creating your situation, let go of the need to blame yourself or anyone else. Each time worry or any other negative emotion or thought comes up, imagine giving it to your higher self/angels/guides to take care of. Pretend to trust that they will. Embrace your own magnificence and the fabulousness self-responsibility affords you.

There is so much gratitude, love and life-affirming energy being offered to you by all sorts of great aspects of your higher self, angels and guides. Allow yourself to begin to feel that love. It is your choice.
